Large quantities of food are spread before you. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the Hogwarts' house elves are the best in the world. The food is superb and the company is as well.

The house poem, penned by All4oliverwood:

Get up off of your seats
Ready for some fun?
You ain't seen nothin' yet
For this years just begun
Friends are rollin' in
It's faces old and new
Nothing comes between us
Dear Gryffindors be true
Outside of the castle
Ready for things to fly
Lions are soaring strong
In a game that's do or die
On this autumn night
Near the crimson fireplace
Solid friendships forming
People so full of grace
Rockin' the competition
In a race for the house cup
Doing everything we can
Earning points to keep us up
Reeling for a win
Us Lions gettin' it done

Forgetting about Scotland, Lucy brought her attention to the lake.
"Yes, the lake. So you're coming with us? Okay, great!! Let's just finish up here, and then we can all go!" Lucy said with a smile.
Lucy had almost forgetten about Sky.
"Sky--we are going to lake in a few minutes--would you like to join us?" she asked her kindly.
She finished her banana and drank some more pumpkin juice to wash it down.

"No, I haven't found a target yet--or maybe I have..." Lucy tilted her head as she thought about the day's events. Who had she heard about that was mean? Oh, yes, that mean Hufflepuff that had annoyed Alexandra--what was her name? Kay.
"Yes, I have found a target! Her name is Kay and she is a Hufflepuff. Alexandra said that she had annoyed her, and Rafe and I promised her that we would keep an eye out for her. Now we can get revenge!!" Lucy's eyes gleamed, but then she came to her senses and the fear of getting in trouble came to her mind. "Oh well, if we get in trouble, it'll be worth it," she thought to herself.

"Hey" Katlyn said to Skye. "Oh My God! Finally! Someone to throw these at" She said as she pointed to the dungbombs in her bag. "SO do you think she's out at the lake?" She asked Lucy

So, if you serioulsy want to join my family, they would really love it. And I'm an only child, so you won't have to put up with annoying brothers or sisters," Lucy said with a smile.
She didn't really think he would consider going because it was a weird invitation, and she really didn't know him that well. But, she hoped she would get to know him better, and maybe he will realize that she's really cool to hang out with.
Lucy laughed at his "outdoor" look--she burst out laughing as soon as he put on his sunglasses.
"Oh wow, Rafe, ve-ry nice. I'm sure you'll attract a lot of attention because of those!" she said, pointing to his sunglasses.
Deciding it time for her to practice her use of the Summoning spell, Lucy whipped out her wand, and pictured her black pea coat clearly in her mind.
"Wait--I have to get my coat, too! Accio coat!" Lucy yelled, and sure enough, her pea coat came zooming towards her. She caught it in her hands, and put it on.
"What do you think of my look?" she asked Rafe and Kat, modeling for them a bit.

"Join your family? Why Lucy?! I'm shocked, doesn't a proposal require on to get down on one knee and a ring or something?" Rafe was a bit over dramatic, like a bad soap star or something, but was simply kidding around. He honestly didn't know what it would be like to be part of a family. It had been only him and his mum for such a long time.

Rafe brought his sunglasses down to the tip of his eyes. "I do make this look good!" He laughed and watched as she did the summoning spell. He pushed his sunglasses back. "You're really getting the hang of it!" he said excitedly as he patted her on the back. "And you don't look too shabby yourself!"

He pulled out some gloves that were in the pockets of his jacket. "So, are we all ready to go skating?"

After getting her assignment from Professor MAsterson, Ainsley headed over to her house table, finding the boxes of color-coded decorations just how she had been told. Looking through the one closest to her, she picked out a few before moving towards the tree and adding them securly on branches as she shifted around its edge.

When Chris walked over to the Gryffindor table to do some decorating he found a fellow Gryffindor, but this girl was a second year. He smiled excitedly to her. "Hello there, Im Chris Potter. Look's like its just us decorating the ole' Gryffindor Tree." he smiled as he levitated a few of the colored Christmas bulbs to the higher branches.

Yeah he was only joking but he didn't have to say she was right because it was her birthday anyways it was way more fun to do this then just say she was right.

Lena swallowed, halfway through her first leg of chicken. You could be, she said skeptically, wrinkling her nose at him before taking another bite. But not this time, she muttered with a small smile when she'd finished the first leg and started on the second.

He turned back to Ainsley in order to introduce the two of them, "Incase you two haven't met Ainsley this is Rafe, Rafe this is Ainsley!" he chuckled. Ah the Christmas always made him so cheerful!

"Are we going for a traditional look or something a little out there?" Rafe was buzzing with ideas. "Oooh...we could decorate it with golden snitches, lions and fake wands and stuff..." He was getting overboard, but he never decorated a tree before, but had seen plenty of pictures before. You just kind of hang stuff all the tree with shiny balls and whatnot right?

Chris introduced him to a new Gryffie. "Oooh, 'ello Ainsley!" He extended his hand for a shake. "It's nice to meet you!"

Chris poured himself a glass of water and took a sip. He swallowed and saw Lena wrinkle her nose. He laughed. Ahhh sooo that's how I look when Melinda tells me my nose is wrinkled. "Ohhh come on. You probably would have forgot the poor pygmy puff if I did remind you. You just want to be right because it's your birthday." Yeah he was going to keep on this subject until she said he was right.
