Helena shook her head, still grinning as she devoured her second piece of chicken. Not true in the slightest, she said stubbornly, though she was still smiling widely at him. You just want to be right because it's my birthday! She started on her mashed potatoes as she waited for a response. |
"Nah-ah!" Chris protested. "I just want to be right cause I am right." Yeah he knew he sound a bit like a little kid but whatever. He thought he was right and that was it. And between him and Lena this could probably go on for days consider how stubborn the two of them were..."Why would I want to be right on your birthday that would make any sense. Ever thought of that???" He asked. |
It does make sense, Helena said with a small smile as she poured a liiiittle bit of gravy on her mashed potatoes and corn and took a few bites. You figure you can't be mean to me today, so why not try and prove yourself right just to spite me! She grinned at him and ate another bite of the yummy mixture now on her plate. |
"Noooo it's doesn't I know can be mean to you. But why the heck would I try to spite you? Actaully that would pretty much be considered mean. Sooo that would mean I was being mean to you." Chris said grinning. "So why don't you just say I'm right and we can get this whole thing over with right now." He told Lena nodding. Yep he was flat out asking her to say he was right. |

Lena grinned at this and ate the rest of her mashed potatoes while she was still allowed. Then she started on her third chicken leg. She was reeeeeally hungry for some reason. Soooo.... she began, fully not intending to finish her own statement as she watched him eat his ham. |
Chris watched as Lena eat another piece of chicken. Though there was nothing wrong with that he actually kind of liked it. "Sooo you are hungry eh? Not that I'm saying it's a bad thing. I kind of think it's neat that you'er not one of thoughs girls how like are afraid to eat infront of guys or on diets. " He said honestly smiling towards then took the last bit of his ham. |
Helena rolled her eyes but she was smiling. She sat down what remained of her last chicken leg and took a sip of pumpkin juice before answering. Definitely not afraid to eat in front of guys - that seems alien to me, she said with a smile, taking another sip from her goblet. |
"It does. I don't get it because like everybody has to eat. So why the heck would you be afraid to." Chris said shaking his head slightly. He didn't every get it why that bugged girls. Then again he just didn't get girls that much sooo. He took another sip out of his goblet. |
Helena giggled very slightly at this and put her goblet down as Chris picked his up. She smiled. Soooo, Mr. Kaplan. Have we had our fill of ham for the day? she asked, itching to get out into the glorious fall day just visible through the high glass windows in the Great Hall. |
Chris set down his goblet and nodded. "Yes I think so. Sooo are we heading outside now or what?" He asked curiously. He looked out the window and saw that it was a nice fall day. But the only problem with fall was that meant winter was coming and that meant it was going to be colddd. |
Helena's smile widened; that was good news. Yes. We are, she said simply, standing up and walking from the Hall without saying anything else about it, half a smirk still on her pale features. |

"Can I help you with the ornaments?" |
"Sky, maybe we both can put the star on top of the tree" Jason told her. " Sorry, I love tickling my young friends" Jason said to Sky. " It would be cool if we both helped with the ornaments" Jason told her. |
"OK!" she whipped out her wand and levitated a few bells. She laughed. |
"So you are going to put the ornaments on the tree the easy way? Jason asked Sky laughing. " I will be doing it the easy way, too" Jason said to Sky laughing even harder. Jason gets his wand and the star is on top of the large tree. " I can do what you can do, even better" Jason teased Sky. |
Sky put her hands on her hips. "Hmmph. Show off!" she said, surpressing a smile. "Nothing like this to put you in the holiday sprit..." She lugged Jason in the arm, knowing she was too puny to hurt the seventh year. |

Such activity. The buzz of it seemed to grow as Shumeeta neared the Gryffindor house table, her eyes shining with delight. My, was she hungry! Her wand was stuck behind her ear (it was rather short, so it could easily be!) and her attire was casual, ripped jeans and a woollen shirt under her robe. She came to a halt by the table, her eyes wandering over the hustle-bustle and the delicious food. Then, brightening up with an idea, she took out her camera and SNAP! Picture taken! |
Achilles sat down and then noticed a girl who had taken a picture of the house table. "Hey, I must say you have a good eye. The lighting is perfect today for that. I like photography. Oh, I'm sorry. I'm Achilles Lovegood." He extended his hand to her. |
