Shaylee laughed and said, Whenever you want. She gave him a hug back and smiled. I could use a butterbeer.

" Let's go to the Three Broomsticks now" Jason told Shaylee.

Carter entered the common room and looked around for Ella.

Ella heaved herself onto an armchair and shoved her head in her arms.

Carter spotted Ella in an armchair. "Ella..." he said softly approaching her.

Ella heard Carter and felt embarassed that he had seen what had happened outside for some reason. She muttered something unintelligible and didn't dare look up at him.

"Ella, come on. Talk to me." Carter said going right up to her. He knelled in front of her armchair in hopes of seeing her face.

Ella was unable to speak. Her throat hurt, as did everything else in her body. Yet she managed, '"Well, you saw what happened." Her voice had broken. She felt like a mess, thank god there wasn't a mirror around. She would go berser and not be able to tolerate it.


AHHHHHH.

With a big box of chocolate holding in one hand Josh walked into the common room right after a little argue with the Fat Lady about his manners and throwing chocolate pieces at her. It was funny, so much fun that he did not care if she swore not to let him inside the next time untill he told the password 1200 times and apologised for another 1200 times. ''Greetings everybody!'' he shouted out for his friends in the room and thew the box into one of the armchairs before the fireplace.

"Ella... I don't know what I saw." Carter said. "Maybe it was nothing..."

Carter looked up and saw Josh. "Oh hey. How are things with Evelyn?"

"Whatever. It probably doesn't even matter that much." Ella said quietly.

To you, she added in her head. Ella was torn apart inside, but it shouldn't matter that much to Carter.

"Ella, I'm just saying if he makes you happy, then you shouldn't throw it away over a misunderstanding. You should at least him explain." Carter said. The whole situation with Marilyn made him understand that.

Ella sighed. "Yeah, I'll go talk to him." she heaved herself off the armchair and disappeared into the corridor again.

''Hey man'' He exaggeratedly waved at Carter and glanced some at Ella who did not seem to be in her usual cheerful mood. Then easening his red and gold tie some he lied on the biggest armchair next to his box of chocolates. ''Great!'' he was quite content with himself as understood from the tone ''Thanks a lot for helping out, mate. Don't ever think i have forgotten that favour''

Carter smiled when Ella got up and left. Hopefully everything will be alright between them. "That's great." he said to Josh. He took a seat in an armchair too. "It's a shame that the year is almost over though."

"Back!" Ella smiled, hopping into the common room once again and into Carter's arms. "Thanks for telling me o go back out there! Or else me and Nate would still be.. you know!"

So happy.

"Hey Josh!" she greeted.

Josh watched curiously as Ella left then turned back to Carter when he spoke ''Yeah..i have been a little bit late to move but it's okay we have 6 more years and that's a long period of time'' except the long summer holiday of course. This year it was going to be extremely boring. ''And it's weird that i am feeling sad because school ends. I never felt like that when used to go to a Muggle school'' he laughed and moved forward a little to get the box of chocolate. He looked up as he did so when he heard someone step in and then the same person greeted him as well. ''Hey Ella.'' he replied smiling ''How are you?''

Carter laughed. "Me too." he said. Usually summer was his favorite time of year. "Marilyn and I are hoping to see each other during the holiday." he said thinking about how much fun that would be. The Ella came back and collided into him. "Glad it's better." he said rubbing his arms when she released him. "And you should warn me next time you do that. That's my quidditch arm." he joked.

" Look ,everyone Josh has candy" Jason told them. " I think I heard he was going to share it with us" Jason said to Ella and Carter laughing. " I always thought the graduating seniors get chocolates from the underclassmen as a gift" Jason laughed even more looking at Josh, Ella and Carter. Jason is trying to make s heavy situation light.

''Lucky you!'' Josh replied cheerfully as he peeked into the box to find his favourite mint flavoured chocolate packages inside. Dig, dig, dig. Hard to find. Unfortunately unlike his lucky friend Joshua was not going to be able to see Evelyn during the whole summer which made the season his less favourite than it used to be. ''I'm afraid i cannot even hope to see Rose till school starts again''. Plus he was going to stay with that boring man all the summer time. Bah!. Ella, he watched her as she hugged Carter and laughed at the blond boy's joke ''Imagine what you can say to Jack if you get injured because of this''
Yes, he had candy. The Gryffindoy boy looked up as another housemate approached making him laugh even more. ''Hello, Jason'' he said with his wide smile and lifted the box of chocolates with one hand ''Here all yours then. Happy graduating! I hope we will be able to wish the same thing for ourselves''

" Just teasing you Josh" Jason told him about the caandy. " If you have nothing to do over the holidays and also over the summer, you are welcome to come to my castle" Jason said to Josh. " I hear there may be girls there, too" Jason explained to Josh. "Carter and Ella, you are also invited" he told them.

Ella rolled her eyes, laughing. She gave his 'quidditch arm' a light(ish?) punch. "You're quidditch arm is not going to last very long with me here, then!"

HEHEHE.

"Hey, Jason!" Ella called as she grabbed some chocolate from Josh. Double HEHEHE. "These are good!" she giggled. She was in such a good mood.

Carter laughed imagining the look on Jack's face. "Hey Jason." he said when the older boy came over. "Can you believe you're almost done here? And coming to your castle would be a lot of fun. My family might also be having a celebration over holiday. My parents got the okay to adopt a little girl. She's four and her name is Anya." he said the excitement showing on his face. It had been a long process coming to terms with sharing his parents, but was excited to have a little sister.

" Yes, I know they are good" Jason told Eva. " I had a few chocolates at HoneyDukes before I cam here" Jason said to Eva.

" Well, this last yerm has been pretty fast" Jason told Carter. " The other ones were pretty long" Jason said to Carter.
" I am so happy your parents are adopting Anya" Jason cheered. "you seem ro be good with all the firls here, so Anya will have a ball with her stepbrother" he told Carter. Mina says "Hi" Jason whispered to Carter.

''Okay.'' His grin remained on his face as he spoke again ''But really, i don't want them. It's all yours'' he looked around at all his friends and nodded ''Anyone can take.'' His favourite mint flavoured chocolates was no more in that box. How sad. He sat up on the armchair as Jason invited him to his castle, raising his eyebrows at his next sentence *smirk* ''What do you mean there may be girls?'' *smirk* This was an interesting topic anyway and when he was blinking at Jason he pushed the box towards Ella as she took some chocolates. Then he stared at Carter when he mentoned that his parents was going to adopt a little girl. ''Cool! Congrats mate! It's always good to have a sister. Sometimes annoying but its good''
