Lyra continued to blush when Evan told her she was sweet. Her blush on her usually pale skin became even redder when Evan had leaned forwards and kissed her on the cheek. Lyra felt a bit lonely when he pulled away again and ended their hug. She stared at the ground and moved circles with her left foot. "so, you like it?" she asked excitedly and looked up to look at Evan with joy in her eyes. Yay. "...wait, are you saying you wanted to ask Prof. Lawson about the holster? mweeh, i'm so lucky! what if you already went to him ...then my present would have been a waste of money" she said more to herself than to Evan but she shrugged her head and looked back again while shoving up her own sleeve to show him the black holster with a green S on it. Which obviously represented Slytherin. "I got this one from professor Lawson too" she said and lowered her sleeve. "It didn't had the S on it, my uncle did that" Lyra said in a rather proud voice.

He had a present for her too? eeeeek! yayaya! Lyra's eyes curiously scanned him trying to find out where he was hiding the gift but then heard that it was in the dormitory. Killjoy... Lyra stopped looking at him and looked at the wall beside her thinking about the kiss on the cheek. What would Fallon think? She would think that it was just a thank-you kiss nothing else! don't get your hopes up too high. Lyra got back to reality when Evan nudged her side and pointed at another Slytherin with a ...ribbon?

Trying to control her laughter, but failing disastrously, Lyra grabbed Evan's arm gently and leaned against his shoulder with her shoulder when the other Slytherin had walked over saying hi. Realising what she was doing, Lyra pushed herself away with the speed of sound and faked a cough. "Hiya" Lyra greeted the other Slythie too and waved at him.

Evan was feeling rather hot around his neck. It was probably because of the warm weather, he wanted to say, but the weather was too cold to even feel warm. Then he looked up at Lyra, and saw the red colour of her usually pale skin, and a tiny voice admitted the truth: she still attracts you. But he liked Fallon, Lyra era was over in his heart! No no no, this was wrong. But did he not feel good and shy at the same time while kissing and hugging? Yes but it was all for kissing a girl, not specifically Lyra. However he didn't feel anything while with Shana. He felt extremely guilty, but happiness came over it soon with Lyra's giggle. Fallon didn't giggle. Hmpf. He should never compare them! One was his girlfriend, and the other one was secret crush best friend! That was it.

He grinned hugely again and nodded. He loved it! He then answered her "I'd have still gone with you so you'd have known." Why was he going everywhere with her? No answer. Again he noticed he saw Lyra more than Fallon. Bad!Evan. Badbadbad! Maybe he should send an owl or something to her to arrange another meeting.

He glanced at the S on hers, and said "I wanna one too! Maybe we can do it by magic?" Lyra was a good witch and she maybe knew the spell. Ah, he wanted her with him again. What if Fallon caught some day? But they were just friends... nothing more... If she catches you while blushing at each other, that's beyond friendship. Yeah but what did tiny voices know about relationships?

Gasp! Lyra had just leaned on him! Just as his face was back to its colour when his heart slowed to a normal beat, the blondie's blood reacted to it frantically again. He immediately blushed, and wanted to pull himself away with the feeling of extreme guilt. He managed to keep still though he was obviously tensed. A second later Lyra pulled herself away, and he relaxed. It was really good that Fallon barely went outside. What if she saw that scene?

"Yeah uh, hi." he muttered to the other Slytherin, his mind still on possibilities. Both Lyra and him were on their lucky day.

Lyra looked around the corridor and saw that this was the fifth. The Ancient Runes classroom was close by and her eyes fell on it. A sudden feeling of disgust was visible on her face that she couldn't explain. Lyra had to force herself to turn around and looked at Evan, still with the confused disgust look on her face. But looking in his blue eyes she snapped back and smiled again... Mweh, Evan must think your a weirdo.
