A sweet and aromatic scent was forthpouring from the Divination classroom that afternoon. Roses of several varieties bloomed and shed their multi-coloured petals on the floor almost lining the path to the various desks. Lilacs, and orchids were placed at the front of the room and standing behind a veritable spray of creeping white jasmine was the well meaning lunatic of a Divination Professor, Kapoor. Meerily standing by as the students entered the class.
"Good afternoon, students. Please don't move the chairs. They've been pushed together as we'll be doing team exercises today." He explained.

Evelyn stood, listening to what the others were saying. While she fully agreed with the girl, it seemed like it just didn't... 'click'. "Which one was trust again? Pink rose?" Looking down at her list, she saw she made a mistake. "Oh."

Destiny didn't think this should be that difficult, but it was. It seemed the other team already had their choices picked out and her team had a boy on the ground, most likely pretending, sick.
'Well the only one I am pretty sure about is cherry blossom for kindness. So that still leaves never forget and true friend. Sooo, for true friend I will go with the pink rose because it has more than one meaning and a true friend would have all those meanings. And for never forget I'll just go with forget-me-not.'
Wesley was staring at the list made by Evelyn, trying hard to take it all in. The definitions where all so similar! Scrunching up her nose, she rubbed her head with the palms of her hands. Think Wesley! Think! Okay…okay Cherry Blossom or Hibiscus? Ummm…maybe it’s
After staring at the sheet for at least five minutes and barely making any improvement, the Hufflepuff was deeply intent on different interpretations of kindness when the Slytherin boy- Evan, she thought- suddenly let out a horrendous cry of agony.
“Oh!” Wesley exclaimed as she fell from her chair, startled. Pulling herself up, she immediately turned to the boy who was doubled over in pain.
“Are- are you okay?” Wesley asked, before wincing. What a stupid question! Of course he’s not okay! Come on Wesley! Do something!“Umm-umm- how can I help you?”
Shifting her weight from foot to foot, the small girl wringed her hands anxiously, unsure of what to do. Should she call for a teacher? Scream for help? Grab the rubbish bin in case he had to puke? “Oh please don’t puke! It isn’t very fun! Please, please don’t puke!” the Hufflepuff burst out loud.
Seeing as Evelyn had called for the teacher, Wesley took the opportunity to grab the trash receptacle, scooting it over by Evan. She reached out a hand to pat his back, then stopped, pulling it away, and decided to just carefully advise instead. “Just…breath.”
Crouched on her knees, holding the bin in place, the Hufflepuff stared openly at the girl who accused him of faking it. What? Why would someone fake sick? Wesley didn’t know this boy, but he had seemed so nice. He didn’t seem like the kind of boy who would make this kind of a thing up. Besides, his cries sounded so genuine! “N-no, you must be wrong. He’s r-really sick!” the brunette stuttered earnestly, afraid of voicing her disagreement.
Her fellow badger wasn’t the only one doing nothing- some of the group members ignored the Evan completely, and continued working on the problem. Mouth hanging open, Wesley gaped, “You guys! D-don’t worry about the p-points! It-it d-doesn’t m-matter!”
Why wasn’t anyone doing anything? The second year felt like she was going to cry. Here Evan was- dying, and nobody was trying to help. She couldn’t do this all by herself!
And then- like an angel from above, a Gryffindor appeared, steadying the Slytherin. “Oh thank you!” The other boy looked like a person who was good with these kinds of situations. Visibly relaxing, Wesley opened her mouth to instruct Evan on breathing patterns, but closed it when Evelyn told the boy to stop what he was doing. Because of contagious diseases! And then, to make matters worse, she began to go on about faking too. I thought she was trying to help! “Evelyn! He’s sick! He’s really, really sick! We have to help!” Wesley pleaded.
The boy was turning to leave- everyone was abandoning the Slytherin boy! "Wait! Wait! Oh please don't go!"
Why didn’t anyone understand that Evan was seriously ill?
"I agree with cherry blossom for kindness and the pink rose for true friend," Michelle said. She was still undecided about never forget, so she had to think for a while until she finally decided what she was going to say for that. "Forget-me-not is perfect name wise, but I don't think it's meaning goes with never forget. The other flowers are possibilities, and quite frankly, I can't decide between the three, so I'll go with whatever the rest of you decide on."

Marie looked at the list and thought for a minute. "Well I still think we should go with the Cherry Blossom for Kindness and Lavender for True Friend." Not sure about the flower for Never Forget she sat there looking at the choices for another minute. "I think we should use Forget-Me-Not for Never Forget" as it seemed the best choice from the list.
She then watched as Evan (the boy she had seen in the common room and a couple other classes) put on his little show. 'Hopefully the professor lets him leave' she thought. 'Debating is one thing but being mean about it is another thing' she thought as she waited to see what flowers the others in the group would choose.

Kay felt bad the the girls was so upset. She wanted to tell her the Even wasn't sick but Kay told evelyn she wouldn't say anything. "Look He'll be ok." Kay said to her. "He just needed to go lay down and he'll be great." Kay said to her. Kay hated that she had just lied for the first time in her life. God what was she doing. Kay turned to look at Marie. "Marie, what am I doing? I just lyied for the git." Kay said.

Evelyn stared wide-eyed at the girl that was practically in hysterics, trying to help out Evan. She gave him a See-What-You-Did? look, and then trying hard not to laugh, she walked over to the girl.
"You're right. He does look really sick." she said in rehearsed fake shock, bending down next to the girl and Evan. She glared at Evan before turning to the girl. 'Must be a Hufflepuff.' she thought. "I'm sorry i doubted you, and you too Evan. The professor will be over here in a second to help out and then maybe he can go and head over to the nurse." 'and get pummeled with cookies.' she finished in her mind, scooting the bin even closer to Evan, debating whether or not to stick his head in there. Would sure make herself feel better.
"I'm sure it's just all this flower stuff and smell that's getting to him. Some fresh air from outside the classroom would do him some good." Evelyn spoke quietly and softly, hoping to calm the poor girl down. "What's your name by the way?"
"It seems to me that everyone agrees on the cherry blossom for kindness. Everyone else is agreeing on forget-me-not for never forget, so that's my choice for never forget. For true friend, it's a little harder to decide, now. A true friend will be your faithful friends, but with a true friend, you have confidence to tell them secrets and trust them not to tell. They also make you happy, but everyone has disagreements, so you won't always be happy. You can also have confidence and trust in other people that aren't your true friends, and faithfulness lasts forever. If someone is a true friend, they will always be faithful to you no matter what, so I suppose lavendar is a better choice, but either one will work," Michelle said. She was hoping they would come to a final decision soon, and hoped that would bring them closer to it.
"There we go." she smiled. "Okay, so which ones do we all vote for at the moment? We can start narrowing these flowers down so we have a general idea of what we are going to choose."[/COLOR]
“I agree with cherry blossom for kindness. For me it has to be a pink rose for true friendship, because I think it links loyalty, honesty and faithfulness all together. And I’ll go with forget-me-not for never forget, it’s not really my first choice but if everyone else think it’s the best choice I’ll happily go with it.” After listening to the others speak she thought they might actually be getting somewhere!
"Only one flower per highlighted word, please." The professor clarified with Abigail.

And his cheeks were a bit red now, because of holding his breath or panting, as well as stiffening himself with fake pain. He once again thanked God for being a blonde and becoming red quickly, and bent down more on his stomach. He wondered if it was time to be brave and say 'I'm alright!' Probably not. He hardly sat down on a chair, still making a face of pain, and bent down on his stomach. With a little help of luck, he could actually get out of this class. Now, to vomit by a finger... He had to do that too, secretly.
Merlin on high. Years of teaching made that grumbling quite familiar. Professor Kapoor let loose a looooong sigh as he made his way over to the Evelyn's team.

He approached that side of the room when in time to see the wee girl distressing quite profusely over Evan. "What's all the hullabaloo?".

Head still down on his stomach, Evan just stared at the floor in utter bewilderment. He was sick, for God's sake! And his team mates just went on discussing? He once again understood that he had been doing the right thing, being in this group just sucked. They couldn't think, they couldn't interpret, and more importantly, they didn't care the others, there was only them and their ideas. He'd so get out of this, and he didn't care what the price was.
It took all of his will not to look up in shock when Joshua came over and asked him. When did this guy get over his hatred towards him? He winced again to show he was sick. Apparently staying head bent down did no good to his health. His head was throbbing, and because of shutting his eyes tightly, they were watery now. Though these were good symptoms, and if he was lucky, he might be even dizzy.
He just had to bit his lips not to snap the stupid, arrogant, mind-reading Hufflepuff girl (Kay). Seriously, how many people could read minds in this school? Everyone seemed to know what he was thinking. To him, his acting was pretty genuine, maybe only the panting was exaggeration. To keep this illness alive, he started to try to vomit by pressing on his stomach, thinking unpleasant things and by acting as if he was really puking. It always worked. Good, the trembling and nausea was coming... once he started vomiting, he knew it would turn into a real illness. And it wasn't so hard, he was already hungry and his stomach tended to puke. He would have hugged Evelyn for supporting him if he had the opportunity. But now, he had to focus on his acting.
It literally took all of his will to stay calm at those stupid Hufflepuffs. All of his thoughts had changed for them: they were bad, and they weren't reliable in emergency. They could neither cast a spell properly, nor were they friendly. So what if he wanted to "get sick"? They too would go to their smelly kitchen hole and they would have more time to work on their fake "honest and sweet" image everyone would be happy. Major eye roll. Or he would have, if he wasn't truly nauseatic now.
He ignored all the voices that didn't worry for him, and covered his mouth not to vomit. He did it! He swallowed it, and made even iller face, now truly feeling it. He straightened up a bit, taking deep breaths. Then came this sweet, little, helpful, the only person who didn't read minds, angel-like Hufflepuff girl. She would save him! He just shook his head when another vibration passed through, which lead to another unpleasant moment of swallowing. He saw the bin and relieved, and took a mental note to find and thank to this cute angel once he got out of this properly. Aww, she was trying to convince the others he was really sick, aww! He totally fell in love with the girl. Who cared Fallon or Lyra, were they even here? He tried to smile at the girl, but he trembled again before swallowing the horrible content again. Ha, who could say he was NOT sick now?
Then, another evil idea just popped in his head. What if he vomited on that idiot, arrogant Hufflepuff girl (Kay)? Wouldn't that be freakin' awesome? He grinned in his mind. Mwaha. Then she could not go on that stupid lie of "oh he's not ill". Because she would be the best proof of his true illness. He missed Evelyn's look because of trying to avoid the real wave of vomit before the professor showed up. Talking of who, he did, asking him what was wrong. To answer his question, he let his vomit loose in the bin, and with that smell, he vomited more. Eww. A tear from his eye made its way through his chin as he looked up at the professor for a second, then another wave came, and he stuck his head once more in the bin. But nothing came as his stomach was already empty. It was even more ew. He wondered what would happen now, or more importantly, if the teacher had believed him. But he felt weaker, and all he could think was "I feel vomity!" So yeah, probably the occlumency wouldn't work at this minute. He WON! He wanted to grin and lalala at the Hufflepuff girl. Seriously, and the Huffies ought to be kind and friendly. Apparently they too were sorted when the Sorting Hat was tired. If it was up to him, he wouldn't even accept them to the school, yet alone sorting them into Hufflepuff! Unbelieveble.

A path is not simply for walking, its purpose lies in moving forward and improving oneself.
Lyra wasn't in a group and she didn't cared about it. She was aweful at this lesson. She looked towards Kiri and had to conceal a giggle, glad that she wasn't the only one that was bad at this subject. Lyra had grabbed her DADA book and also her Divination one. She placed the books on the table and held them up. Now covering the DADA book with the Divination book so that she looked like a muggle secretly reading a comic in class. She started to read and pretended that she was very interested about the subjects in the Divination book.
After reading a chapter about a dementor, Lyra looked up to see how the class was doing. Seriously , she didn't care if this would loose her points because she was bored. Lyra scanned the room with her eyes and secretly looked towards where Evan was standing. He looked funny. Not a good funny but a aweful funny. Like he was sick. Lyra gasped loudly and pushed herself off her chair, it dropped to the floor and the same goes to her books. She ran towards Evan with a terrified expression almost knocking over the Professor and the few students that were standing close by.
"EVAN!" she cried and wanted to come closer to him. Lyra wanted to help him, just like he had rescued her in the Great Hall! She was just stepping foreward to hug him or anything , when he vomited in a bin. "w-what's wrong with him?!" she asked the others although she didn't look at them. Her watery eyes were only set on Evan. How did he get sick? he looked fine this morning...
Lyra had to bite her lip not to cry out loud. She trembled seeing her boyBest friend looking weak.

It was kinda an evilish behaviour that he'd feel guilty later on however Josh could not hold himself from laughing out loud as Evan vomitted everything his stomach might have been containing. He, of course, was not glad that he was sick otherwise he would not have attempted to help him but the sight of it was very funny. He could not think of how many people could hate him for that, (sure Lyra would at first place) it didn't matter though. He did not care at all.
Trying to make a straight face he walked before his team ''HEYYY!'' he adressed to them all. ''Lions and Ravens! Fellow team mates! Are you sleeping? Let's finish off this flower thing and win the game, shall we? Here's my ideas of our sentence'' he walked to his seat and took the parchment to show them all his selection of flowers.

'Oh...my...I canNOT believe he just did that.' Evelyn thought, moving as far away from Evan as possible. 'All because of wanting to get out of a class that would END in what...fifteen minutes? What a waste of valuable time!' Evelyn screamed in her mind, glaring at Evan and rolling her eyes slightly. The voice suddenly started laughing in her mind. 'What?' she thought tensely. 'You know...you kinda sound like the Borr guy-' the voice broke off into a fit of laughter again, not being able to finish what it was going to say.
She was just about to give the voice a piece of her mind when that one girl started to speak, the one attached to Evan's side in diagon alley or something. What was her name again? Lanny? Lara? "I have no clue." she responded, shaking her head and stepping towards her. "He was fine a couple minutes ago." Evelyn gave him another stare, hidden beneath the 'worried' expression. "Definitely think he should go to the nurse, professor."
Michelle wished the team would get back on topic. She didn't think everyone had to be worried about the sick Slytherin because there was nothing any of them could do. "Evelyn, right? Do you know which ones we are going to use for sure yet?"

Kay listen to the choose. She didn't really care anymore. "Sure the pink Rose is fine." Kay said. When will this class be done. She didn't want to be around the Slytherin any more. Why did that boy have to be that way. It's wasn't their idea to work in a group. How she knew why her Cousin always told her to watch out for them. Kay looked at Marie and so hoped that she wouldn't be like that.
Zoe had been intently listening to everyone's suggestions and wished that she had spoken up earlier so that maybe she could add something original.
She looked back down at the text and tried to find something new. She saw the carnation, which covered disappointing, and freesia, which stood for childishness. There didn't seem to be any that would be better for those two words.
Looking up she added, "Well I think that we can all agree on the carnation and freesia. Those are pretty straight forward. The trouble seems to be with unfavorable.
Our options so far are

Orange lily – hatred/revenge
Red Spider lily – never to meet again
I hope I didn't miss any. Maybe we need a combination of two flowers to mean unfavorable. Possibly a flower that can make the one flowers negativity not as strong since unfavorable isn't a real strong word.
Maybe because it is rooted in Japanese they have a different meaning of unfavorable and 'never to meet again' could mean that you never want to meet the behavior again not necessarily the person. Or maybe you wouldn't want to meet them again while they are acting childish." Zoe finished babbling and looked up at the faces expectantly. She wanted to make a plan so she added, "Maybe we could list all of the possibilities that we have for unfavorable and then vote. That is if we all agree on the first two being freesia and carnation."

''See?'' he stared at all of them ''Do not just sit there. Do you have any objections to these? Tell me''
Zoe would do anything to distract herself from the sick boy, he was being tended to after all, nothing for her to do, so she looked to the boy she thought was named Josh and nodded her head in agreement when he spoke. She just wanted their group to make some progress.
"I agree about the Freesia and Carnation, but like I said earlier I think that maybe the Orange lily is maybe too strong and the Red Spider Lily meaning Never to Meet Again could possibly work. You know you never want to meet that person with that childish behavior."

''For the love of strawberry flavour filled chocolates. Someone did a move.'' Josh said smiling at the the girl who spoke ''You are right.'' he agreed nodding slightly ''Someone might not like to see the person who did an unfavourable thing ever again but this is what one feels after deciding that the act was unfavourable. You should first 'dislike' the act to characterize it as 'unfavourable' then you decide to leave the person or not, dont you think so?'' he gave her a quizzical look ''And the meaning which is closer to dislike is of Orange Lily's. I know it is strong but the closest among them''

"How did you know I loved strawberry filled chocolates, or any chocolate for that matter," Zoe replied cheekily smiling at Josh.
"Well I was thinking that they wouldn't want to see them with the childish behavior. So they see the behavior and decide they don't want to see it, or the person with it until they decide to act differently. Either way it's only a guess. I'm kind of pulling this from thin air just to have something to vote for," she said looking at him and smirking.
Sometimes it was fun to argue. Usually if you didn't believe strongly in the topic. "If we vote and there is a tie I would be more than happy to convert 'to the dark side' to break it." She grinned up at the boy even wider with the last comment.
