"Team exercises?" muttered Magenta as she raised an eyebrow. Always with the team exercises. She walked over to a seat and looked from it to the professor hesitantly. Did sitting down on a seat include moving it? Before she could give the matter another thought, she slumped herself into a chair as though she'd been standing for days.

Divination is one creepy subject, yess it is. After failing miserably in this subject for 2 years back to back and being taught by the most scary teacher of all time at his old school, Blake shivered as he entered the classroom.

His mind was jumping back to the Divination classes he took in the US and the disturbing things that Professor used to or pretend to 'predict' for their students. It was just plain absurd.

But he felt a bit positive at the sight of pretty flowers and especially the mention of teaming up. Blake loves to collaborate with other students, it's always fun like the Muggle Studies lesson. Sighing, Blake made his way towards an empty seat and plopped down.

"Gooooood Daaaay, Professoooor." He politely sang the whole greeting as he always did and sulked into his chair a little as he waited for the lesson to begin.

Evan made his way to the divinatiın classroom, excited again. This class was one of his favourites too. He hoped the professor would be a good one as well, so he could learn properly.

He made a face and panted at the door. Why were there so many stairs? He held his belly and leaned down, trying to catch his breath. He then looked up to see who was in the class. No one familiar. He smiled at the professor, still not able to talk, and sat somewhere. This class would be great!

He then heard that they would work in teams. Good if he worked with Claws or Slytherins, bad if he worked with Puffs. He hoped to get a chance to choose.

Nataly saw Blake entering the room and flopping into a chair some seats besidr her.
"Hey Blake!" she greeted him quietly. The lesson didn't start yet, but Nataly didn't want to get into detention if the teacher was strict.

Woodson stepped into the classroom just in time to hear the words 'team exercises.' Oh, just how marvellous that was. NOT. And nor were these flowers. He'd come to appreciate the flowers Lady Whitcomb had placed around their manor house but they were far greater than these petty excuses for foliage.

Folding his arms across his chest, Woodson slowly moved into the classroom. He normally would've found himself a seat far away from the others, but that just wasn't an option here.

Pout.

"Hello Profesor!" Kaika greeted as she entered the classroom....oh....flowers....

That's...nice...and a reminder of herbology...not too nice.

Nonetheless, the Hufflepuff Captain took a seat, at least the classroom smelled pretty good...and, what was it, again? Teaming up? Uh...great? Or not too great? It will depend of why were they teaming up...

Sara walked into Divination class and had a quick look around. "Morning, Professor! Did you have a nice weekend?" Continuing on, she took a seat at the back of the room.

Blake was doodling on the corner of his crumpled parchment. Well, making circles wasn't exactly doodling but that's how he felt about this subject. Setting his quill down, Blake turned to get the textbook from his bag and saw Natty sitting a few seats away. He smiled at her when she greeted him, "Hiii, why don't you come and sit next to me?" Blake said in a low tone as he patted the seat next to him.

"No problems." Nataly answered in a low tone and sat next to Blake.
She took out her textbook, and, of course, her favorite nougat sugar quill. The best entertainment in class.
"Did you see how Ashby made the Groundskeeper's pants fall in the middle of charms lesson?" she whispered to him, supressing a giggle.

Iris walked into Divination slowly ... It wasn't exactly her favourite subject ... Never really made much sense to her ... Guess work, her mum calls it. She half smiled at the professor and said "Hello professor" Before taking a seat near Satine: away from Evan.

Herminny entered the Divination classroom and wrinkled her nose a bit at the combination of different fragrances she quickly realized were flowers that seemed to lead a path to desks at the front of the room. She then heard Professor Kapoor say not to touch them cause they were doing 'team exercises'. Herminny wondered what this could mean. It usually meant partnering which she hated because she almost always ended up being the odd girl out. She usually loved divinations and for now she was not gonna let her past experince with partner classes get her down. She looked toward professoer Kapoor and said, "Good afternoon to you too Professor, and might I say you've got a wonderful floral arrangement going here.", Herrminny said and then made her way further onto the classroom with her bookbag on her shoulder and waited for class to start.".

Jack entered the tower classroom and was immediately bombarded by a heady floral assault. Good thing he liked flowers.

Jack nodded at the Professor on his way to a seat. I wonder if the Professor knows about the dummy in Charms that looks just like him.

Instead paging through a textbook, like he usually did before class started, he just closed his eyes and took long deep breathes. It sure was an improvement over the stench in the Potions classroom.

Satine waved at Iris as she came into the classroom and headed towards her. She noticed instantly as Iris steered clear of Evan and she couldn't help but laugh and give her a thumbs up. After Iris took a seat, Satine scanned the crowd for more familiar faces.

Violet walked into the divination classroom and took a seat

Walking into the class room Abigail smiled at the professor “Hello professor” before moving to a seat. The class room looked very...pretty with all the flowers, but it looked like it was close to becoming a greenhouse and not a class room. She was a bit wary of Divination but figured it could be fun.

Spotting Sara at the back she headed in her direction and took a seat “Hiya” and took her stuff out of her bag.

Carter walked in to the classroom greeted by the smell of flowers. "Good afternoon, Professor." he said as he passed through. He took a seat next to his friend Tori.

Josh, after climbing those many stairs that led to the Divination Class, was thinking that this one would be really interesting. He was not sure whether he got that impression because of the stairs but he already knew that there were no places for running or exercises in the word 'Divination'.
When he took a step inside the class, scents filled his nostrils, scents of something nice but he could not guess what. Flower, it should have been. 'Who cares? Way better than sitting in a class that stinks and swallowing dust inside' . The class seemed to be already crowded with people making him smirk ''Playtime!'' he shouted at nobody in particular, greeted the professor with a nod and walked further in the class to find a seat.

Ari made her way to the room and took a seat on the back of the classroom. Her legs were stiff from all those stairs. She directed a smile at the professor. There was a boy, shouting "Playtime" which she didn't understand. She shrugged and saw Rafe there too. The class rhythm was so speed up she hardly had time to be with him, and lately he looked.. troubled.

She sighed a little and looked around for more familiar faces.

Matheu was finally able to walk back into the classrooms of Hogwarts. Divination seemed fishy to him, but he said he would give it a shot. He's been sick for a while and so he needed to get back in the routine. Shame he missed Charms, Transfiguration, AND Herbology. Gah! But hopefully he can do this one.
He walked in the classroom, and saw the Professor. "Good day, Professor," Matheu said politely. He found a table and sat at it. He took out his Divination standard text, and the advance unabridged copy he bought as well. He read the key chapters from the standard (such as todays lesson) and has been critically studying the equivilant unabridged sections in the advance.

Dan wandered into the classroom , he was hopeless at Divination, but hey he had to give it his best shot, he sat in the back corner and soundlessly got out his things.

"I am. Why, thank you for asking, Mr. Kururu..." 'Rurururu? Gi?' "-Gi." Ah, made it!

"My weekend was splendid." He said, responding to the students.

Kapoor paused to take in what he thought he just heard. His old friend and colleague up to his hijinx and shenanigans again? Ah, just like old times.

"Thank you, Miss Telerino. I sort of just threw them about where I could, but it is my hope that you and the other students will help me arrange them more deliberately." He said, giving hint of what was to come.

"That's the spirit! In addition to learning what all these flowers have to do with divination, we will also be playing two games in this class. For points. Way to get your game face on." The Professor responded turning what might've seemed like a very random remark into an exposition.

Kapoor began taking small bushels of the flowers and arranging them with no particular aesthetics in mind on top of his desk as he waited for all of the students to file in. He did not notice the Weitzmans as he passed the desks of Adrienne and Celandine, but he did find it adorable the look the smaller one had been giving the larger one.

Kapoor waved his wand and directed it towards the trapdoor shutting and figuring the last of the last of the students who were going to be in class already were.

"Welcome to Divination!" He said. His voice; a booming friendly baritone. "As you might've guessed todays class will deal with Floriomancy. Floriomancy goes by many another names like Floramancy, Floromancy, and Floriography, but they all mean more or less the same thing. Namely, a form of divination which uses flowers to code and decode knowledge." Wand in one hand, a bushel of bluebells in another, he looked around the room appearing to be in search of a surface upon which to lay either the flowers or the wand.

"How it is that flowers came to need decoding is not entirely clear. One theory suggests that flowers are sensitive to vibrations or subtle spiritual messages. It may or may not be true, this theory, but we will be making the attempt to practice today the delicate art of trying to decode what each flower means and what it may have to tell us." Surrendering his search, he summoned a small round table and placed it at the front of the class, laying the first of the floral bunches down on it's flat surface.

"Historically, Floriography was used as far back in time as the Victorian era, and it is believe to have originated in ....? What part of the world?" He asked the class.

Herminny raised her hand and said, "I believe Floriography orinated in Persia professor.".

Jack raised his hand, trying to remember correctly where this Flor-thingy had originated. "I believe it originated in Persia, professor," he answered. Hmmm, flowers...at least it was better than Tarot cards. Those things didn't get along with Jack very well. Not at allllllll.

Kaika watched amused as Professor Kapoor seemed unable to decide where the bluebells will be staying put...or where his wand would go...nice...

Oooooh....interesting..."I think it was Persia and Turkey" she said, after raising her hand.

Ana raised her hand "I think it's from Persia professor"
