Alex nodded, "Well of course, where ever you go, everyone will be sure to follow! Mr. Popular!" She smiled as she poked him in the rib lightly. She looked around to see more people join. Hmmmm... Classroom 11 must be the hot spot for studying at the moment. Who knew? She turned her attention back to Torin, "I am glad to hear that you have been well, I have been good.. and Ava? Ava is good! I just got a letter from her today actually." She said smiling as she pulled it out and showed it to Torin. "I love Letter days, in fact I should probably write her a response, when every one decides that they want to study.." She giggled a little.

Reese opened her Ancient Runes book to page one and sighed. It was going to be a loooong night. Know why? She doesn't understand Anicent Runes and she finally decided in her 6th Year that she was going to TRY and participate in Lupa's class. Maybe she could have just dropped the class or something, but she was already attending it and there was NO way out of it.

Hearing Torin's smart comment, she placed her finger on the word that she had stopped reading at and looked up at the Hufflepuff. Rolling her eyes, she just shook her head at the boy. "I could pinch you if you like," she said, "just to make sure your not dreaming." She paused for a moment, then added, "but, yes, Reese Upstead is studying." With that, she turned back to her book.

Skidding to a halt inside the door, dark hair spilling every which way, Lasca looked around and heaved a giant sigh. As if her school schedule wasn't crazy enough, she just couldn't get some of these things down.

Thus, the study group. Surveying the room she noticed that none of the people here, she knew. Great. Finding an empty chair, she glided over and plopped down. Removing her books and some parchment out of her book bag, Lasca looked around and wondered when they were going to get started.

"I can imagine it being that way especially with the OWL's coming up," Ainsley mused with a soft smile. The girl absently wondering herself what it would be like for her in the future, especially with her favorite classes like arithmacy and the rest. "But then kinda expected as the years go on. Can't always be easy."

A good one? LouAnn glanced down at her textbook, frowned a little, then looked back up at Cope. "Hmm..., yeah, I suppose so. It's one of my strong points, and trust me, that's saying a lot," she joked. She watched as he slipped his wand into a little holder near his wrist. Hmmm...the wrist. She'd always just stuffed her wand into the left pockets of her robes and pulled it out by stretching her right hand across. "Where'd you store your wand?" she asked.

"I guess so," LouAnn said, answering Cope's question about ice-breakers. "I'm just...distracted and making conversation. "Friday---I like the weekend. Forget the anticipation. I'm too impatient to wait around, especially for things I get really excited about." Giving up totally on her Arithmancy studying, LouAnn tossed her textbook to the side and glanced around the room. More and more people were wandering in, making the place a lot less calm than it seemed to be when she'd first walked in.

"Mr. Popular? Why do people keep calling me that?" He wasn't so different from other people. So what if he had friends? Who didn't? "Well, I'm glad that both you and her are doing well. You're going home for Christmas?" The holidays were fast approaching. And he was thinking that he might go home for them. He wondered if Brody would too. He'd stay if she was.

He snorted at her quick reply. "Okay, pinch me. I dare you." If she did he could just hit her back. haha

Okay, this girl had a pretty good hold on things as they were and would be. She definitely had a pretty good grasp on her education compared to some of the younger student. "You got that right. I mean I'm terrified to take NEWTs."

Alex giggled as she heard Torin speak, "Well it seems like you are, you have so many friends, and it seems nearly everyone knows you." She grinned up at him. "It's not a bad thing, I would love to be Miss Popular." She said nodding as she heard him speak again. "Oh yes! You see, our birthday is on Christmas, and we have never spent one apart, and I am not going to start now!" She smiled grinning up at him. "Are you going to go home?" She asked curiously.

HE snorted and it wasn't just from amusement. "Indeed. But it also causes a lot of drama. And for some reason most of my friends are girls, ad that alone causes more drama." He still couldn't really figure girls out.

"Your birthday is on Christmas? That's awesome. Mine's at the end of May. And I'm not sure yet. I sorta wanna see what Brody's doing." He wanted to spend Christmas with her.

"I probably will be too," Ainsley admitted knowing there were a few classes she might be struggling for good grades in by then. "I have a feeling I'll be studying real hard for a couple classes for them unless I get a better understanding by then." Sitting back a moment as she listened to him talking to the two other girls.

Alex smiled, " I could see where it could cause Drama." She giggled, "Well, all my friends are boys, girls don't seem to like me for some reason, besides my sister that is.." She shrugged as if she didn't know. I am half veela, girls feel threatened by me.. Meh.. She sighed a bit.

"Yes! I love having my birthday on Christmas, extra presents!" She giggled, "Okay, not really, but it is still really fun. End of May? I will have to remember that." She said nodding. "Aww that is cute, spending it with your girlsfriend, is she here?" She asked looking around, trying to see if any of the girls seemed rather attached to Torin.

And more than that, she seemed like she wasn't one of those people that were afraid of failing. He was rather impressed with her. She was like him. "Oh, indeed. But as long as you don't think you will fail you will do okay. Or at least that's what I always say." But some people coughSylviacough didn't seem to want to take his advice.

"That's odd. I can't see why girls wouldn't like you. You're nice and fun to talk to and all that." But Alex seemed almost as if she was thinking something that she didn't want to share with him. He looked at her curiously for a moment but decided not to press it; everyone had their secrets, him included.

"You're lucky. There is no holiday on my birthday. Me and Dani don't get any extra presents. It's May 23rd. Just so you know." He gave her a knowing wink for in case she wanted to wish him a Happy Birthday or something. And it was nice that she liked his idea. "Nope, she's not here right now. She's not studying as much as me 'cause she's in Fourth Year."

Alex grinned at Torin as he spoke, he really was a sweet heart, and instead of disagreeing with him, and telling him it was in her genes for girls to hate her. She with with another approach. "I know right? Really they are missing out." She said with a giggle as she tossed her blonde hair over her shoulder. "I would be an awesome friend." She said with a nod as she winked at Torin. Really she was, when people could get past what she was.

"May 23, I shall remember that." She said smiling up at him. She would have to write it down, to be sure she remembered.. She briefly wondered what she would get him for his birthday when an idea struck her. "Yes, I know the feeling. I am in 4th year as well. Studying is no fun really.." She said as she stuck her tongue out at her charms homework.

"I'll have to keep that in mind," Ainsley mused listening to him, a part of her trying to nag her into actually doing what she came her to do such as study. His advice certainly sounded like it would be beneficial in the long run. Turning to the book before her, she turned it to where she needed to be though her attention lingered to the conversation around her.

He laughed at her as she talked. Normally someone talking the way she was would be considered arrogant, but for some reason with her it didn't come across that way at all. "That's certainly true. They really are missing out." He smiled at her wink.

"Good. I love how I have a much easier job remembering yours." Though he wasn't sure what to get her for her birthday. And technically it would have to be her Christmas present too. So that was extra pressure. "And you're lucky. I miss Fourth Year."

Alex laughed a little as Torin agreed with her. Well it was nice to have someone on her side for once. "Why thank you Torin, that is very sweet of you." She said with a nod. "I think it is a goal of mine to find a female friend before this year is out." She said grinning.

Alex giggled. "Yes you will, that is one advantage with having a birthday on a holiday. You can tell people it is your birthday, and they can't forget!" She said grinning at him, as she looked around. People weren't doing much studying, but who could blame them really? "You miss it? Really? It is okay, though it's sad to know that I have hit the half way mark.. I will miss Hogwarts when I am gone." She said with a nod.

"Wrist holster?" Copernicus lifted his arm and pulled back his sleeve slightly to show her the holster. He was rather fond of the wrist holster now, although he'd worn the thigh holster for years. It was just so inconvenient when he was seated.

"Seems to be filling up fast in here. I guess people are more interested in their OWLs and NEWTs than in previous years."

Seeing classroom eleven come into sight Reid hurried his steps slightly. Very slightly so as not to appear to be too anxious about this impromptu study session. But he was slightly, what with it being his NEWT year and all. This study session could definitely be helpful to him in the subjects that he didn't like all that much anyway.

Reaching the door Reid slowed his steps and stepped through the door, nodding politely to the students that were there before finding a seat and drawing his wand from his right wrist. He twirled it slightly while taking out his Potions book. Opening it to the first page he began to read over things, mentally highlighting what he figured would be important, all the while unconsciously twirling his wand.

Adrienne looked over with a grin as Torin spoke, heading over as he seemed to have lost at least some of his nervousness that had resulted from his finding out her secret. And she was amused by his apparent decision to give her yet another nickname. Sitting down near him, she raised an eyebrow in amusement, before responding. "Well, I've managed to annoy Dominic Denton even more about my shoes then before, I kinda think Professor Lupa figured out I'm not exactly fond of her class, and I'm seriously thinking some people are going insane. But other than that, I'm good." At least, if she didn't have to deal with Phoebus acting like she had the plague or something, when he wasn't going behind Riley's back and talking to her. That was all just bizarre, and she still hadn't figured out what had happened with Chloe. So she couldn't ask her about it.

She sat back, pulling her Runes textbook out to try and make heads or tails out of the subject, as more people came over and started talking to Torin. At least she could theoretically annoy Phoebus to help her with Potions. She had yet to discover someone who seemed to understand Ancient Runes, but unlike her personal decision to drop Astronomy until Borr wasn't teaching it, she wasn't about to drop Runes. So she was left to struggle through on her own.

But then she glanced over at one of the other girls talking to Torin, and saw she had her Runes book out too. Leaning over, she spoke in a low voice. "Do you have any idea what this book is trying to tell us? Cause I have no idea, and I'm not about to wander around looking for someone who'll deign to help." she paused, then sighed. "I know, that sounds bad. But I really don't understand Runes, and it seemed like you didn't either. So maybe if we both tried, we could figure it out." And if she found more friends around school, all the better. As long as Torin didn't let slip her secret. She didn't need everyone terrified of her.

So...Brody was actually going to attend a study session? Brody of all people? Well with the words of what her mother had told her just before she had gotten on the train at the start of term she wandered outside classroom 11, trying to think of how many people would be there.
She followed a lad in, and was pleasantly surprised to see Torin there. Now that was a shock.
"Hey guys." She spoke, although she felt that she was a little lad, before she sat down next to Torin (Or lets say squeezed herself next to him if anyone was already there.)

Okay, it had just been impossible to concentrate properly during this Study-thingy in the library the other day. Well, in the library were actually the key-words in this sentence. Of course Nancy wasn't able to concentrate properly in there. How could she? How could anybody? Maybe she would ask either Evolette or Dominic to change the location of this whole study group-thingy. There had to be a different place to go. There just had to. And if not, well, there was no way she would stand another session of those.

So, there she was with her half-finished Herbology/Care of Magical Creatures homework and looking for a good place to go and finish (and probably re-write) it. And where else to go but an empty classroom. Only, when Nancy pushed the door open to said classroom, it was far from empty. Actually it was full of people who apparently had had the same idea as she had. With her blue eyes widened slightly in surprise the 15 year old simply stood there half-way into the classroom, unsure as to how to proceed. Should she go in nevertheless? Maybe there were people who would be able to help her. So, who was good at Herbology?

Kiri hadn't slept well. She couldn't remember what she'd dreamed about, but it must have been in nightmare territory. The blankets on her bed had become a tangled mess as well, so to top it all, her feet had been cold. Not a good start to a morning.
After eating some breakfast, silently and quickly so she wouldn't have to see anything to make her even grumpier, she took her bag and, yawning hugely, wandered over in the direction of the stairs to get up to the third floor.

How odd. She registered with sleepy surprise that a door had appeared overnight where the staircase had been just yesterday. And... the stairs had turned into a classroom full of... people?

Her brain realised it was finally forced to do some work. So it did.
A moment later, Kiri figured out that she had actually walked in the wrong direction. This was an old classroom on the ground floor that none of the professors ever used anymore. So why were there that many people now? "Um... what's happening here? Am I interrupting anything?" she asked no-one in particular.

As if it was the most normal thing in the world to do as he sat there at the back of the room, leaning back against the wall, feet up on the desk, Jake suddenly exclaimed, "I'm a chicken, buck, buck, buck," in an extremely convincing way before turning the page of his book and looking at the pictures.

Lyra wandered around on the ground floor. Her hands were in her pockets and she shivered. It was cold now the winter was coming. She sneezed when she reached a classroom that was suppose to be empty, but instead she heard voices coming from behind the door. Curious as she was, Lyra pushed open the door and looked inside. some students from different houses were in the room and one was even pretending to be a chicken,...riiiiiight

Lyra walked slowly inside and then realised that this was the Study Session about something. Lyra had signed up but had forgotten about it. Lucky for her she wandered in to this place accidentally huh? The Slytherin choose a chair and turned it around, so that the back of it was facing her stomach and she sat down. "Hi a-a achooo all" she sneezed "eh sorry"..mweh this was defenitely not her year. She placed her bag beside her chair and bend down to grab a book and some tissues.

Hearing someone talking, and glancing up to see who it was, Jake regarded them for a moment, realising they were addressing HIM. "Hmmmm? I'm fine," he smiled slightly, rocking back and forth on his chair.
