There's plenty of seating at the back of the train. Grab a compartment with your friends, it's time to head back to school!

It would be very difficult not to notice them unless you were blind to parchment or couldn't read.
He stuck one last parchment onto the last remaining empty pane of glass, satisfied with his distribution. Instead of sticking these new ones up, he moved himself into the middle carriages of the train.
Lucille made her way up the center of the train. She was headed for the back. She couldnt see anybody she knew, so she looked around, hoping to run into someone.

Rhea's eyes fluttered open slightly when she felt the eyes of someone on her. She however didn't let the new comer know that she had seen her staring.
Ok odd...why was this girl staring at her?
She wanted to have a better look at who it was, seeing as she could only make out the outline of the girl but was saved the awkwardness of staring back when the girl entered and spoke.
"No I don't mind have a seat," she replied sitting up. The girl looked strangely familiar to her but she just could not put a finger on where they had met. Well of course they attend Hogwarts together, and it could be that she had just maybe passed her on her way to class, but she some how doubted that theory.
"Im sorry, do I know you from somewhere? Friend of a friend maybe?" she asked looking the girl over while trying to place where exactly they had met.
It had actually just been more something of a rhetorical question anyway since Nancy had already seated herself into the nearest seat before the girl had even had time to offer it to her. Why would the girl decline anyway? There was enough room in the compartment so it was only natural for the girl to tell her that she didn't mind her sitting with her. "Great, thanks." Nancy said from where she was already sitting with a small smile-like grimace for the girl. This whole Aparecium business was really getting on her nerves.
Somehow Nancy felt the girl's eyes on her just like she had just been gazing at her a moment before, the same curiosity in her eyes. So it probably was not just a coincidence that she had looked familiar. But how and where had they met? Somehow, call it female intuition maybe, Nancy had the feeling that they had not exactly befriended at their first encounter so while crossing her legs she answered, "I...am not sure to be honest. You do look familiar too, though." Racking her brain for some indicator that would help her put her finger on something related to the girl Nancy bit her lower lip.
Then, just out of the middle of nowhere an image flashed across her inner eye, a place which looked quite a lot like the Courtyard or something out in the Hogwarts Grounds. Plus there was somebody with them. A boy. But who was it?
Orion for an owl nice''Nice name. Yea I have one too. Here is my boy Mladen. Mladen this is Sara and Sara this is Mladen'' Andrew introduced his owl by the same way Sara did. It was nice to be compeletly himself near a girl, near such a girl''So where would you like to sit in this small compartmant, my Dear Lady?''
"Nice...and polite as well," thought Sara. He was definately going to make a great friend!
Chuckling, Sara looked at Andrew and said: "Well... we've got three choices ...the left side, the right side, or together on the same bench. It depends on how much room you like when you travel. The journey to Hogwarts takes all day... so, you choose!"
Sara looked directly at Andrew and waited to see what he would say...
"Nahh, mate," Jake replied. He watched as Blake fiddled around with his sleeve and wondered vaguely what he was trying to hide. Meh, maybe he'd ask if the boy didn't quit trying to hide it. And if he did stop... Jake would probably see it anyway. "I've heard people call her that though," he added, making an evil bunny facy. "Bun-bur-eeeee, known also as BunBunz."
Eyeing the boy as he got comfortable, Jake decided he'd better get his HUUUUUGE jacket off or he'd likely melt. With a quick maneouver of the shoulders, it fell around him in its copious folds, instantly making a kind of bed that Lolcat seemed content with, as the animal climbed up and slept on Jakey's lap. He tugged on his black t-shirt and quickly dusted it off. "Yeah, Hufflepuff. My mother and all her family were Slytherins," Jake said, nodding away. "And it was a kind of shock when I got into Hufflepuff. I didn't mind, though all of my friends are Slytherins. Last summer my dad adopted my step-sister and she's a Slytherin too. I like them. They're cool," Jake added with a quick smile to show he held nothing against the house.
Twisting his face around uncomfortably, Jake considered pulling out the poster and handing it over to Blake, but he didn't want it off his person, and it wasn't like there were loads everywhere. "Werewolves," he said simply, before going into a little more detail. "We have a werewolf teacher, and there was an assembly where we could witness the change after a wolfsbane potion was given to her. But it went wrong... the headmaster got bit."
And that was all Jake had to say about that. He didn't have a clue what was happening with regards to staff this term. Like everyone else, he'd just have to find out.
Remaining still for a minute, which was hard, might I add, Blake listened carefully to each and every word the boy was saying, Bunbury..okay, sounds like a cool name. Then he went on about his family being Slytherin, his friends being Slytherin, him liking Slytherins annnnnnnnd gasp... Werewolves?? This school had werewolves?
Blake's eyes almost popped out of their sockets when Jake said that the headmaster got injured and he was now probably a werewolf too. Oh man, why did no one every mention it to him, he could have teased Justin and Lucas to death about how cool his school was. Sighing, he thought for a minute, maybe it was not so cool, the werewolf teacher could've hurt the students like she bit the headmaster, eeep. So two werewolves were roaming at large in Hogwarts, what a reception! Blake screaming and running like a mad man around the castle and the hairy werewolf headmaster following him so he could rip him apart..
-shudder-
"I can't believe this. My mom would've never let me attend this term if she knew about this all." He shook his head lightly, how come the ministry didn't do anything about it? "I am quite sympathetic towards the werewolf community BUT it's highly dangerous Jake. How come your family allowed you to attend the term?" hah, his grandmother would throw a hissy fit if this news reached her feeble ears. Hell, she might come down to Hogwarts and beat the crap out of the headmaster, no one can hurt her Blakey, not even a werewolf.
Mariel dragged her trunk and Pandora's cage behind her as she stepped onto the back of the train. She wasn't completely sure how she talked her father into letting her return to Hogwarts this year, but she managed it, provided she owl him on a regular basis of ever last goings-on around the castle and at the first sign of anything unsafe or out-of-the-ordinary, she was on the first portkey to Durmstrang. Not that she was completely sure she wanted to go back after what happened to Professor Forrester, but she would miss her friends and the familiarity that Hogwarts provided her if she didn't return.
SPOILER!!: flyer

Well... duh, she thought, skimming the words. Werewolves shouldn't be teaching at a school. No matter how safe everyone claims them to be with wolfsbane potion, that was disproved at the assembly last term. Merlin knows how many students could have been hurt or killed if the Headmaster hadn't stepped in. And now... was he a werewolf too? From what her father told her, she was sure that he was as well. Sighing greatly as the flyer reminded her of many conversations of the summer - some only overheard, Mariel made her way further down the corridor in search of one of her friends.

Mariel pulled a box of Lemondrops out of her pocket, took a handful for herself and then proceeded to offer some to Sarah. "So... ready to head back?" she asked hesitantly with a nervous smile. Mariel wasn't sure she wanted to go back at all, but she didn't like the alternative either.

Nancy.....And now she was here, on the Hogwarts Express, looking for an empty compartment,......... Nancy therefore shoved the door open and took a quick step into the compartment, still gazing at the girl. "Hey. D'you mind if I sit with you? All the other compartments are full." Nancy asked even though the second part was not completely true, she hadn't exactly been looking for an empty compartment further down the train. She simply wanted to know how come she knew that girl.

Adelaide stepped onto the train with a little fear. She always hated starting new schools but this was going to be the first time she had to take a train to get to her new school. In her forth year in Salem Massachusetts she was allowed to go by car.
Towing a cage with a black cat inside she found herself standing in the back of the train looking around for an empty compartment. As she walked she saw girls and boys of all ages but not many that looked her age so she continued to walk through the corridor until she came upon a cabin occupied by two girls that looked her age.
Adelaide took a deep breath and channeled her happy place as she grabbed the handle of the compartment door and turned. She hoped they would not mind her coming into their compartment in the middle of their conversation. "Sorry for the intrusion but would you mind if I sat in here with you?"

She took her eyes off the girl to stare outside the window..her breath fogging the glass slightly. The suddenly it hit her...Irial..the courtyard.....the girl....she whipped around to look at her eyebrows raised slightly.
Who would have guessed that one year later they would meet again under such circumstances. Rhea cleared her throat.
"I think I know where we met, though I must confess it was not the most pleasant of meetings. It was last year in the Courtyard.....I believe I might have walked in on a conversation between you and Irial and you didn't take well to that." She cleared her throat again and looked at the girl.
Rhea's gaze, shifted from the girl in the compartment to another girl who had walked in....
"I don't mind if you join us..come right in.." she looked at the girl sitting across from her wondering if she would mind an additional person in their compartment.

Alex was strolling up and down the cars, just sort of wandering really. She didn't have any place to sit at the moment. She has sorta been looking for Kel, but she hadn't found him. So now, she was free as a bird.. sorta.
She tossed her long blonde hair over her shoulder, as her grey eyes searched for a place to sit. She saw a compartment with two guys, and her eyes lit up for a second.. That would be perfect!!
She adjusted her short black skirt, and her blue shirt, her heels clacking slightly on the ground as she walked in and sat down, a wide smile on her face.
And that didn't take her long. The very next compartment that she passed contained her best friend. Putting the treats down, and brushing off her hands,Sarah leant forward and took one of the offered Lemondrops. "Thank you! I forgot to bring any sweets this time," she smiled, stuffing the little yellow thing into her mouth. "Hmmm?," she asked, eyes wide and mouth full of sweet.Placing it under her tongue so she could speak,Sarah nodded first. "Sort of,I guess.I just hope the year is uneventful...How about you?" Where was Sarah!. He thought that the best way of finding her was to sit down in a seat and wait for her to walk by.

Daisy had learned from her exploits on the street with Houdini the grasshopper mouse to get him a cage. She was now carrying a small plastic travel case (Houdini's real case would be sent from home later by her older brother Isodor) in her left hand and her school bag hung at her right hip. Her trunk was tucked away in the baggage car and she was now looking for a place to sit. Sadly she had yet to come across Vivianne, but she did see a couple of familiar heads up ahead.
"Accident? What accident?" she inquired from the doorway of the empty although technically since they're now occupying it it's not empty anymorecompartment that Sarah and Mariel had moved into. Daisy had walked up behind Sarah only in time to catch the end of her muttering and see her zap something off the wall.

"Well I don't mind cats its fine. Pharoah is a nice name." Rhea reached over and petted her cat before she moved him.

Nataly was totally confused. Why did that strange boy have to glue to the walls anti-werewolf signs? Werewolvs didn't have any connection to Hogwarts, didn't they? At least she didn't know about it. I feel like a firstie. she thought unhappily Even if it's my first year at Hogwarts, it doesn't have to mean I don't know anything! I'm a third year, after all!
She looked around. There were so many students there! And everybody went past her, not bothering to look at the girl they never saw before. In Durmstrang she would be glad for such behavior from the students, but here?
She sighed and grasped her trunk. She needed to ask someone what was going on, but evetyone was involved in a conversation and she didn't want to interrupt. As a Silverlock she had to be polite.

Sara plopped her butt down on the same seat as Andrew. She too was a little flushed in the face; but then all red-heads seemed to blush a little too easily.
Then, looking Andrew directly in the eye, Sara jokingly said: "Just make sure your hands stay on your side of the bench!" For now, Sara just needed a really good friend...
Hands full of owl treats,Sarah's head snapped up at the sound of the door moving. Her lips broke out into a wide grin as she saw who it was entering, her best friend Mariel. Mariel nodded happily as Sarah accepted the sweets, and she stuffed the box back in her pocket. She looked back up at her and tilted her head as she spoke, listening intently and thinking about her response. "Yeah, I really hope it's uneventful," she started slowly. And in comparison to last term, nearly anything that could possibly happen could be termed as uneventful. Although, thinking back, it seemed as though something odd always seemed to happen at school - though none were nearly as scary as a werewolf attack.
"I'm... not sure," she added hesitantly in response to Sarah's question. "I mean, I'm eager to see my friends and all... but after everything that's happened..." she trailed off and looked away, thoughtfully chewing on a lemondrop candy. She knew Sarah would know what she meant. "I'm just surprised that my father let me come back at all," Mariel said, now staring at the folded hands in her lap. "But I'm glad he changed his mind about Durmstrang." For now, at least.

Of course she was sure Daisy would understand as someone they all knew had just been murdered, but Mariel was just going to act like she never had that moment of weakness.
"So, come in and sit down," she motioned to the girl who was still in the doorway. Then she looked at her curiously at what she said. Accident? She wasn't sure what the girl was talking about - as she hadn't heard Sarah when she first came in, being to preoccupied with her thoughts. But maybe Sarah did, and she looked at the Hufflepuff girl quizzically for an explanation.

Studying Blake's reactions carefully, Jake noted what he would have expected from anyone starting at a school, being on their way, and then finding out it had werewolves as staff. Must have been quite a shock.
"I don't live with my mother anymore," Jake explained, shifting in his seat and causing Lolcat to glare at him. "And I didn't go back to stay with my dad. I went to some beaches with Professor Lawson... he's cool... and then on a climbing expedition with Professor Truebridge... he's cool too. After that I stayed with someone else who might adopt me so I don't have to live with my family anymore. And anyway, she thought I was in no danger, so she... forced me to come back," Jake admitted grudgingly. It was then that he realised he hadn't mentioned the Forrestor fiasco yet. He bit down on his lip and waited for a response.

Days of Potter 2023:___________________________ Which Bertie Botts Flavour Are You?
Sara plopped her butt down on the same seat as Andrew. She too was a little flushed in the face; but then all red-heads seemed to blush a little too easily.
Then, looking Andrew directly in the eye, Sara jokingly said: "Just make sure your hands stay on your side of the bench!" For now, Sara just needed a really good friend...
''OF COURSE!!Andrew shouted is shockas long as you want''The travel really last all day?''he asked hopefully to Sara to change the subject.
''OF COURSE!!Andrew shouted is shockas long as you want''The travel really last all day?''he asked hopefully to Sara to change the subject.
"Well..." Sara said, feeling a whole lot better about her life, "I heard a whole group of girls talking earler, and they said the train runs all afternoon and does't stop until it's dark out."
Sara wondered if she would have enough to talk about for all those hours. It was heard to believe, but Sara was usually a very shy girl, who chose to sit back and listen to other people talk. You learned a lot about people when you listened.
"Turning to Andrew, Sara said: " Hey... did you ever get your wand?" Sara reached into her pocket to make sure hers was still there.
Rhea smiled at her, noting that she had never seen her around before even though she looked about her age.
"Well I don't mind cats its fine. Pharoah is a nice name." Rhea reached over and petted her cat before she moved him.
"I'm Rhea, fifth year HufflePuff." She extended her hand to the girl for a handshake. A bit formal but oh well.
OOC: Im sorry I'm going for lunch be back soon
Adelaide took Rhea's hand and shook it "I'm a fifth year as well" she realized that she probably looked new so she should go ahead and state the obvious to the girls, to get it out of the way. "I'm most likely going to be in Slytherin, that's what my parents were when they were here" shifting Pharaoh around in her lap she added "My last school did not have separate houses we had dorms but not main houses. Are the houses competitive amongst one another?" Suddenly Adelaide remembered reading in Hogwarts: A History that the houses Slytherin and Griffindor were most competitive. She hoped that the girl to her left , she was not certain that she said her name, was not a Griffindor as she may be insulted.

Mariel's eyes snapped up from her lap to the doorway as she then heard a voice. "Oh! Hi Daisy," she said with a grin, that soon faltered as she remembered that this girl that she had only just met had seen her cry of all things. A practice that the nearly 15 year old almost never indulged in and certainly not around people she knew.
Resuming eating her Lemondrop,Sarah nodded at her friend."Yeah.Although what is uneventful for Hogwarts? Seems to have been something happening every year we've been there so far." She let out an involuntary giggle, causing her to nearly choke on her sweet. After several seconds of coughing and bashing herself on the chest, the sweet was finally gone and Sarah could breath again.Must remember not to laugh and eat at the same time. Not good for the health.
Leaning forward,Sarah resumed feeding her owl as she listened to Mariel talk, passing the odd pellet the way of Pandora as well. "Yeah I know what you mean," she mumbled, head still near the floor and the owl cages.Everything that had happened. It was all very well for the teachers to turn into children again,or merpeople to try and take over...but this was different, people had been really hurt, killed in one case.In some ways she wasn't sure she could go back to being normal at Hogwarts,so much will have changed there. But just like Mariel she didn't want to be without her friends. Finally sitting back up,her face flushed red from leaning over,Sarah smiled at her friend opposite. "I must admit I was surprised to see you.Happy obviously," she added quickly. As if Mariel would think otherwise anyway. "I was sure your dad would make you move to Durmstrang, mine wasn't that happy about my going back.I couldn't keep it from them in the end." She sat, picking at an owl pellet, half day dreaming. Then the door opened again.
Looking up she saw the face of the girl from Diagon Alley, who Mariel greeted as Daisy. It suddenly dawned on her that she hadn't spoken, prompting her to smile broadly and wave her in. "Daisy! Nice to see you,yes do come in."
Catching the words that Daisy had said,Sarah looked between her and Mariel as they both gave her a quizzical look.Accident? What did I say? OH! Yes, that.Clearing her throat, she reached into her pocket and pulled out the crumpled parchment she had taken down from the wall just a little while earlier. "I was just muttering to myself about this," she explained, smoothing it out across her leg and holding it up for them to see. "I mean,I know we shouldn't really have werewolves teaching, but Lupa had managed her condition fine up until then. And I was under the impression that it was an accident that the cage opened like it did.But maybe that is just my view," she shrugged, placing the flyer on top of Screech's cage.

Dude.
Finally.
After a loooong boooooring summer,Apart from DA.Shana clambed onto the train her two pygmy puff's in her hands and dragging her trunk along the floor.Passing a few of full compartments she found herself a empty one.Practically colasping into it she sat down and stared out the window.
