There's plenty of seating at the back of the train. Grab a compartment with your friends, it's time to head back to school! Quote:

But there was no point asking Torin about that, he seemed blinded by obsession and older lady love. "Yeah, course it was." She folded her arms, she could see right through him.
Sylvia pouted at him, he really had a tough time when it came to Bunbury. "N'aaaw. She laughed at you? Maybe she doesn't take this whole 'crush' thing seriously. I haven't known you for long, but the way you talk about her, you really mean it don't you?" Sylvia sighed, she'd NEVER have a crush on a teacher. Very silly really, just silly boys.

"You come out with the strangest of stuff." Sylvia shook her head and smiled. Now she was really having fun. The last time she had fun was with Xander in Diagon Alley with Extendable Ears. At the thought of Xander, Sylvia felt a pang in her stomach. Owwwiiie, what could that be? "So, you write love poems too? Since you're going to bake me a cake, you have to read me one of your love poems to Bunbury too." Sylvia smirked.

"I'll stick my tongue out if I want to. I'll also tickle you!" As he spoke he started to tickle her side lightly. Hopefully she wasn't one of those people that hated being tickled and would hit him. That was never nice.
"I do huh? And I have to read you a poem? Alright." He reached into his pocket and pulled out the latest of the poems that he had Fyo write him. The one that he was going to give to her with her Baked Alaska.
He started to read the poem:
"Search the world, but let me say,
That you will never find,
A lady with a better taste,
Or more fantastic mind.
No one who, with better skill,
Can spot some Jimmy Choos;
No one who, with better taste,
Can pick, in pink, her shoes.
A better flyer never was,
And who can not admire?
Her taste in food, in dishes sweet,
Her hair, that shade of fire!
A teacher who is sans a match,
A teacher made of beauty,
Someone sweet, to never shy,
From courage, pink or duty!"
He looked up from the poem to see what she thought of it. Hopefully good things. He didn't want her to dislike it since he was sorta passing it off as his own like Fyo wanted him to.

She pushed her back up against the window. "I asked for cake! Not to be tickled!" She couldn't help but giggled, though she wanted to keep a straight face.
Sylvia nodded, moving herself back into the position she was before. She was eager to hear this. In the middle of the poem, she felt as though she had just got lost into it. Wow, the guy could write. And she wanted to know what Jimmy Choos were. Oh dear. He would have to be careful here so as not to confuse her. "Jimmy Choos are like fancy shoes. They were designed by a man with that name. He also designed other stuff too." Hopefully that wouldn't have her lost.
Why was she blushing? "And that matters because? I told Fyo that I think Alice is pretty." He shrugged. "I also kissed her once. But that was before we were friends. Didn't go over too well." | |

The Ravenclaw girl looked up again as the topic turned to werewolves yet again. Not that she should have been surprised, really, being at the forefront of everyone's mind given recent events. Though it was beginning to annoy her that it seemed as if nearly no one shared her opinion on the matter. Except that Variety kid. And where was he? She never did catch up with him again. Nearly everyone else dismissed it as no big deal. "That's just the thing Nathaniel," Mariel said in a tired voice. "They didn't keep everything in check. What happens when there's another accident? What if you get bit next time? Or one of your friends? Or your little sister?" She sighed greatly, being tired of trying to make everyone see reason. She had nothing against werewolves when they were people, but once a month they weren't people. They were vicious, dangerous beasts who had no place being around kids.
Not really wanting to get into an argument, she decided to change the subject when she noticed that Nathaniel was still standing in the doorway. "So... are you going to sit down?" she asked, gesturing to the seat next to Sarah. Her own side of the compartment was full with Daisy on one side of her and Sammi on the other. So next to Sarah was his only choice... unless he wanted to continue standing. Sarah disappeared from the compartment, then Mariel got distracted by a couple of people that came in and started arguing with her over the werewolf situation at Hogwarts. Daisy, who grew up with a family that was far from normal, wasn’t one to judge. In her mind, werewolves were just people who had a medical condition and like anyone with a medical condition, if it wasn’t treated properly and routinely, they were a danger to not only themselves, but everyone else. That was why she didn’t go to the assembly to watch the transformation. She didn’t feel the need to go witness someone’s sickness. If she wanted to do that, she could just go to St. Mungo’s and walk around the wards.
While the girls were distracted, she decided to get up and get something from the trolley. She took Houdini with her so that he wouldn’t a ) get out and b ) harass the owls. It would be in his nature to do so too. Crazy little grasshopper mouse that he was and all.

"Oh." Sylvia looked at her won shoes, they were white dolly shoes. "So Bunbury wears designer Jimmy Choos?" She knew what designer meant, and she wished her father gave her the money to get designer things. See, he may look and act like a father who spoils his daughter, but when it came to money, she got NADDA.
Fidgeting a little, Sylvia looked up at him again. "You kissed ... this Alice girl? I presume she's Fyo's girlfriend?" She smirked when he explained that she wasn't dating Fyo at that time. Emily awoke to find all the people in her compartment were sleeping, so quietly she got up and put her things away, looking down at her crumpled outfit she decided to go change. When she got back she was wearing a black dress shirt, untucked, a blue and white plaid skirt, white knee socks, blue converse, and her ravenclaw tie and robes. she was getting a bit bored so she peeked out into the corridor and stepped out with a book, closing the door she slid down and sat in the middle of the corridor, her back to the wall and began to let the rumble of the train overtake her and she began to read her potions book.

She had to inwardly giggle at Mariel's invitation.It wasn't until then that she realized Nathaniel was still standing.And she knew he wouldn't really be keen on sitting next to her.But it was the only seat available, and with a smile Sarah patted it. "Yeah come on, sit down.Your legs will get tired if you don't."
"Mariel does need to be taught about Muggle stuff. " he smiled at the girls. He had tried to teach her some stuff. Like about stuff he did.Such as skating and surfboarding. He didn't think she had wrapped her head around it. Well it was nice that they spent time together this summer. "I didn't do much really. Visited Australia like we do every summer. Had to put up with my siblings. It was fun though. I know my grandparents enjoyed it as well.". He had mentioned to Mariel last term that he was living with them now.. right? "Wrote to Sophia a little bit seeing as her parents moved her to some where in Japan. I miss having my best friend sometimes". It had been a good summer overall. "And I just talked my grandparents into letting Sammi come live with us when term is over." he said smiling. Knowing that Sammi would be super excited.
He looked at Sarah. "No, really, I'm fine. Thanks though.". He smiled at her. He didn't want to offend her but he really didn't mind standing. Plus the boy got claustrophobic

Shrugging she turned her attention back to the conversation at hand: Mariel's lack of muggle knowledge. "Oh absolutely," she smiled,winking over at her friend at the same time. "I'm glad she had the chance to come visit, and that she decided to take Muggle Studies in school.It's always nice to broaden ones horizons." Oh boy she sounded...stupid...with that comment.Ones horizons? What was she, the Queen?
Shaking her head she carried on listening to Nathaniel as he spoke of his summer. "Australia? How cool! I've never been that far.And it's nice that you all had fun." The food trolley was so crowd that I just walked back to my spot in the back of the train. When I got back I saw that the boy was gone. I sat down wishing I would have made a new friend before getting to school. I picked out one of my book and started to read. I looked up and out the window, wondering how much longer it would be before I would have to put on my robes. I took a deep breath and put the book down. I opened my trunk and thought about how I was going to make it throught this first year of classes all by myself.

He rolled his eyes thinking to himself. "Oh, Sophia and I grew up together. Her father got a better job over there are something. No biggie.". It was a biggie. He missed Sophia.She was off going to some school in Japan.Oh,well. "I am excited that Sammi will be living with us. I'm sure we'll be getting into mischief as usual". He grinned the famous Cochran grin.
