Giving a light smile, and actually already knowing the answer to the question, Tammy's hand shot up faster than usual and she gave a little smile, before answering herself. "I believe it is deprived form your first name, right?" Maybe it was, oh noes. Doubting herself, wasn't working.
She needed to be sure, be sure be sure be sure. Glancing down at her text book, she ran her finger down the side of it quickly. Then admired the sticky note on chapter 2, while the title Chapter 28, sat at teh top of the page she had open.

"All those who said the letters of our first name are correct and your houses will receive points! Remember to only use the name on your birth certificate when determining the Physical Transit.
"Let's get a bit more specific than just saying 'first name' though. How specifically do we determine the Physical Transit? What do we do to 'calculate' it, although calculating isn't really involved per se." Professor Shackleton wondered who would know this answer.

do you not used the a table to give letters values and then add up the name values and if you have double figures add them until you get down to a singal number. james said with a air of hopfulness
