Tammy noted down the homework quickly, making sure it was all correct. It would be done, it would. By then end of that day of course, just because it would be fresh-ish in her mind.
Sweeping her textbook, notebook, journal and her name card into a pile ; Tammy gave Professor Shackleton a smile, and left the class.

Gabby, who wasn't really following what the professor was going on about, was making odd notes here or there on her parchment. She wanted to put her hand up and cry out I don't get it, but she didn't want everyone to think she was stupid. So she would wait for the professor to come around and check everyones work before she tells him.

Professor Shackleton-Clark waved off each student as the last few stragglers left the room. To Ella, Macadrian replied, "I couldn't live without the stuff!" speaking of chocolate, of course.
To the two Ravenclaws still standing before her, Professor Shackleton spoke sternly after glancing over their lines, "These seem sufficient. The last thing I would like you to do is write a letter of apology to your Head of House, Professor Maximus Vindictus, who also just happens to be my cousin and someone with whom I speak regularly. The apology should contain the ways in which you have not lived up to the name of Rowena Ravenclaw and what you plan to do to rectify the situation. And I will be checking with Professor Vindictus to be sure that you complete this. Now, off you get."
