Satine hurried in and was instantly excited to see the sweets on each desk. She sat down and unpacked her things but wasn't sure if they could eat the sweets yet. "Hey Professor! Are we allowed to nibble on the sweets or are they for the lesson?" she asked with a smile. |
After the professor's affirmative answer Arianna opened the little bag and took out a handful of candy, that she threw into her mouth and started chewing happily. She heard a girl asking the same question she had asked before " Yes you can!!! Eat up!" she exclaimed talking with her mouth open, showing all the candy she was trying to eat at the same time. |
i would have editted this in but it was posted after and ugh! timelines already Quote:

Yeah it gets confusing. It's hard to judge where a class fits in. Abby looks at the bruised hand Jake is trying so hard to conceal. "Hello Jake, nice to see you again." The last thing Abby wants is another conversation with the boy. If she did, the first think she would ask is why didn't he go to the hospital wing and get that hand looked at. Abby can answer that question herself. Chocolate Chip cookies are great for a crushed hand. At least that proves he hit that suit of armour. It doesn't explain how he dented it. Let it go, you're having enough nightmares as it is. |
Arithmancy and Ancient Runes were two lessons Evan liked much, but somehow couldn't be very successful at. He still liked them though, and he would try his best. He entered the class, and sat somewhere on the front. He'd be paying close attention, after all, and he wouldn't want to miss anything. Nope. |

Tibi entered the room smiling brightly. Ancient runes AND arithmancy?! Arithmancy was easily his favorite class, and despite the panic the runes had induced last lesson, well, he'd done pretty well. Looking around, Tibi settled into a desk at the front, pulled out some parchment and waited for the lesson to start. He barely noticed the candy bag at all. |
Zoe wandered into the classroom and found a seat on the left hand side of the room. She was very pleasantly surprised to see candy on her desk. Ooooh, cake, now candy, this kind of thing was definitely making these classes more tolerable. Looking around she saw that other students were digging in so she felt it was safe to do the same. With her mouth full she looked up and mumbled, "Thank you Professor for the treat." Embarrassed that she had spoken with her mouth full she covered it with her hand as some color blossomed on her cheeks. |
K noticed a lot of Slytherin students is class which was great she then said, "Hi" to a few of them since she was sitting next to a few of them before the professor/s returned to start class. |
Edem walked hurriedly to the classroom. Er, Ancient Runes and Arithmancy? He was lost once while he was on his way. Ah, but running from the fifth floor to the second floor wasn't bad. He saw Professor Lupa sitting on the desk. Although a little bit traumatized by Ancient Runes, he threw the lady a smile. Still panting, he greeted, "Hello, Professor Lupa. Good day." Then he nodded and walked to an empty seat, head down. |
Jacoby sidled into the classroom. Looking around he saw that the desks were sugar filled. "MMM...." 'Jake Get Back to Earth' that irritating voice came that sounded oddly like his mothers...when he was in those candy shops when he was 6. "Hello Professor" he said coming up to 2 desks and trying to decide if they were equal or not |
Michelle walked quickly into the classroom. She saw Professor Lupa and said, " Hello Professor." She then went to an empty seat in the front of the room. |
Hmmm. Join lesson eh? Interesting. Sylvia sat down and took out a piece of parchement. She wondered what would be the link between Ancient Runes and Arithmancy. "Hello Professor Lupa." She smiled, but where was Professor Shackleton? Hmmmm. Maybe she be ill. |
Kylie entered the room looking for someone she knew.. when she didn't see anyone she sat down by herself. She was sure someone would come to class soon and if not, she'd just have to make new friends! "Hello Professor. How are you today?" she said, right before sitting down. |
Kaiyo smiled in her usual cheerful manner as she entered the room, 'Mornin Professor' she beamed to the teacher as she glanced around the classroom. Kaiyo didn't know anyone, the girl's smile wavered for just a moment before she sat down next to a girl who she'd rcognised from the Hufflepuff common room before. 'Hey' she smiled at Kylie. The blonde girl stared at the bag of sweets on her desk for a moment, slightly unsure of how to react. |

But she knew-if she would start eating them-she'll get totally crazy on the lesson. And by totally crazy, she meant laughing non-stop without a reason, and other clichés totally forbidden in class of obvious reasons. So she did all she could to ignore them, and a took a sugar quill from her bag. This one had a mint taste, so she didn't worry about her sanity on the lesson. |

Kaiyo giggled inwardly at Kylie's greeting, in truth, Kaiyo herself was no better better at introduction. 'Nice to meet ya Kylie, I'm Kaiyo, but feel free to call me Kai', Kaiyo took Kylie's hand and shook it with a firm hand shake. 'So do you know anything about Ancient runes?' she asked in a sincere manner, Kaiyo had always been known for her amicable manner; along with her slightly excitable attitude but that usually came after the sweets. |

"I'm ok Professor, just stayed up to late, and feeling a little sleepy. Can we eat the candy?" Kay asked the Professor. |
Carter started on one of the sweets in his treat bag as he looked around the room as the rest of the class filed in. He was excited, this should be a good lesson. |
"Morning Professor" Audio said as he walked into the class, holding his books firmly under his arms. He walked to an empty desk, eying the bag on it for a moment before sitting down and picking it up delicately with two fingers, examining it. Was this apart of the lesson or just... a treat? |
Damon walked into yet another class being the second time for both of them. "Hello Professor" said Damon as he carefully walked across the classroom to sit down. He wanted to make sure he did not trip over any of the students. |
OOOOH, Arithmancy AND Ancient Runes? Well that would be fun. Her favourite lesson, and one she struggled majorly in and had to get Torin's help in. GRREAT. Quickly entering the room, not many students had arrived, but there were a few. She obviously wasn't late. Only Professor Lupa was there. Again Tammy smiled at the present professor and greeted her. "Professor Lupa, you're looking well today." If that was taken in the wrong way then Tammy would surely be in for it. But it wasn't intended in that way. For the cold weather and the snow surrounding them, she looked healthy, happy too. EH. |
While it was true that saying Rachel didn't care for Ancient Runes was a HUGE understatement, Arithmancy was her favourite subject and it goes without saying that she would NEVER miss a class. Even if it was combined with Rune-y things. Walking into the classroom, the sixth year smiled as she saw that her seat hadn't been taken yet. "Good day, Professor Lupa," she greeted the Professor as she made her way across the classroom. Lupa was nice... Rachel didn't have a problem with her - AT ALL - and if she taught any other subject (like, Astronomy instead of that Borr teacher) it would have been perfect. |
"Morning Professor Lupa," Reid said cheerfully, giving his head of house a smile before grabbing a piece of candy and popping it in his mouth. It wasn't too bad actually. Focusing not on the room but on the candy Reid randomly placed himself in a seat, content to wait and see what this lesson would bring. Hopefully it wouldn't be too confusing though since Reid hadn't ever really attended Ancient Runes before. |
