Alessia was looking around at the classroom. She placed a bag of sweeties at everyone's desk and waited for the students. "There done..." This room just had a weird vibe to it...
"Everyone who said zero, which represents the demiguise, shall receive a point." Professor Shackleton-Clark spoke from the back of the room before making her way up to the front. "I'd like you all to remember what I told you during the last Arithmancy lesson. The first name represents the physical plane of existence - the material world. Be sure that when you analyze the rune representing your first name, you consider the analysis only within the physical plane."
Professor Shackleton allowed the students some time to take notes. As they did so, she continued to ponder where her wand could be. She'd have to search the entire castle. She wasn't on patrol duty tonight, so she'd have all the time needed to do so.
"Alright. Let's move on to the middle name. Which plane of existence does the middle name represent?"
Jake raised his hand and put the same hand to the side of his head, miming the action for KUHRAZEH! "Mental, oooeeeoooeeeoooeeee..." he grinned, eyelids drooping lazily.

He lifted his hand to answer, calling out "The mental transit plane... right?"
Audio looked down at his notes and began to jot down his answer along with the others, feeling a bit silly to call out the same answer that everyone else called out of before him.
If someone told Arrick that there was a magic flu going around that made people balmy, he'd likely believe it. Then again, students going balmy seemed to be a regular occurance because the professors didn't seem concerned about it.
He was ready to blame it all on Lord Borr's horrible vomit, he was, right before Melita's cookies. That balmy old codger wasn't good for anyone.
Completely distracted from the lesson (it was hard to concentrate when you were a row from a balmy Jake Upstead), Arrick stared at Jake instead, propping his chin on his arms crossed on the desk.
Yay! She received a point for Slytherin! Yay! Alright, calm down Nikki, let's answer the next question. Listening to Professor Shackleton, Nikki raised her hand right away to answer the question. "Your middle name is the mental transit." She said.
While Nikki waited to see if she and the others who had answered were correct, she wrote down her middle name. It was her mothers name...
Sasori looked into her other textbook to find the meaning of her number.

That about sums me up. Crazy, crazy, definitely crazy.... Abby looks up and hears Professor Shakeford is moving on to the middle name. Well, hopefully that's where my sanity is hiding.

She said and looked over to the other professor with a smile. "Who had a number that contained a 0."
Fred was having just a boit of trouble keepimg up cause most of the subject matter in theis class was completely new to him but he was'nt give up. He found the info he needed to do what the professor asked of him in his textbook though it did tak a few minutes he got it done and wrote on his parchment:
Fred then heard the Arithmancy professor ask a new question and quickly lookek up the answer and raised his hand and said, "The plane of existentence that the middle name is represented is the mental plane and if one does'nt have a middle name they user their last name.".

Looking back over her notes Marie sees that her number was 10 before she broke it down to 1. Raising her hand she said "I had a zero in mine professor."

Last name = spiritual
It was the mental plane that the middle name presented. That did make sense after all. Three names, three planes of existence.
Interpretation: Positive with negative, balance between the two.

Looking at her work and her middle name, it kind of made sense that her middle name did contain a 0. Runespoor & Demiguise Being the mental plane of existence and all, it was interesting to her to see her name produce the combination. The meanings for Runespoor could imply a lot toward the mental aspect and those for Demiguise could also be read into the mental aspect as well. This was really turning out to be quite an interesting find and lesson so far.
Aww more working out. Unfortunately for Reid while his first name was simple his middle name was not. It had too many letters for his liking in a subject like this one.
Sighing slightly he began adding it up on the same piece of paper as before.

Once again, she felt curiosity at the sheer number of fives that showed up in her name and wondered if that meant anything, but she also decided it probably wasn't the right place to ask about that detail. So back to the runes.
Sighing a little again, she couldn't help but be glad that at least she didn't have a recurrence of the unknown rune, because that still bothered her. And there weren't any zeros, either. But she needed to know what rune actually corresponded here. Flipping back to the appropriate section, she looked it up.

Mental transit? Edem believed he hadn't learned that in class. The physical transit was as far as he'd gone, but the procedure was no different it seemed. Sighing quietly, he pulled out another piece of parchment and began to write. He didn't have a middle name, so he used his last name instead.
