"Yeah, just fine. You did great, we all did. Now rest ok, you lost a lot of blood." *Gabben set a hand on Aarons head making him lay down. Nurse Avalon would fix him up right.*

Aaron gave another smile at Gabben as he laid back down. He had so many thoughts. That spell was crazy. I can't believe I did it, too. It was yellow, then red, then boom!!! Ugh, then the pain. He replayed the memory over and over in his head until he noticed one small detail that he missed before.

"Gabben!" he said in like a hushed yell, "My wand! Do you have my wand!?!?" Aaron dropped it when protecting his face. If he didn't have it, it would probably be mixed in with the rest of the thin pieces of wood. Please have it. Pleaaaaaaaase have it.

Satine came running into the Visitor's Area followed by Roma on a leash after she had heard from a Huffie that a first year Slytherin boy had been injured at the broom shed. She had heard the news on her way to the Hospital Wing bringing Roma to see Mr. Masterson.

She had kicked herself the whole way here because she knew it was Aaron and it was her fault that he was at the Broom shed. She had been told to keep the crowd small at the hut and when Iris and Aaron had showed up she had asked them to go to the Broom shed. She was so worried because she heard Aaron was hurt bad. She came into the visitor's area ready to wait as long as it took to get to see Aaron and to take Roma to see Mr. Masterson.

Iris looked up as satine ran in with a dog, and smiled at her, "Hi Satine. Nice to see you here. Your probably thinking that this is your fault aren't you? But why do you have a dog with you?" Iris liked Satine, she was cool. And some sort of House Point magnet. hehe. houepoint magnet.. Iris looked at the potion that the Nurse was giving Aaron and tried not to look requlsed when she told Aaron what it tastes like. nice. she thought, smiling at him.

Exiting the Ward to go get Roma for Constantine she saw... Roma?

"Satine," Caroline said in a low, warning tone. "As one of the best behaved students in the school, and a Ravenclaw to boot, I expect a very good explanation as to why there is a dog in my hospital without my permission, and why you have taken the Groundskeeper's dog without his permission."

The fact that Cari herself was going to get the large German Shepard was not the point. No one knew that but Cari, Marcus, Constantine, and perhaps Beezley if she was paying attention, but she was still revelling in having a huge (by elf standards) bed all to herself.

Satine was very excited to see Iris...actually really relieved. She gave her a quick hug and watched the nurse with Aaron waiting for her to notice Roma. "I was actually just thinking that..I mean if I hadn't told ya'll to go check on the professors in the broom shed then maybe ya'll would've been in the middle of this and then Aaron..." she trailed off looking at Aaron again...trying to keep the tears back...she wasn't a crier but it had been a long and suspenseful couple of days.

Satine was looking down at the floor feeling bad about getting Aaron injured when she heard the Healer talking to her and she popped her head up with a smile ready for the praise but it soon faded when she heard the rest of the Healer's speech...

What did she just say that I stole Roma....whoa...she thought....trying to make up for things.

"Healer Avalon, I'm sorry I have to admit that I was a little worried as to what you would think." she paused putting her words together properly in her head. "But yesterday I got Roma some treats and a new ball because I knew she was going to be a complete wreck from Mr. Masterson's incident. The whole time we were trying to get him out she whined and howled, so I thought it would make her feel better." she knew she was talking a million miles per hour but she just took one breath and continued on before the Healer could interrupt or Satine could burst into tears remembering the stress of the ordeal. "And while I was playing fetch she gave me the 'please take me to see my owner' puppy dog face." she looked at Roma almost willing her to make it again at Healer Avalon..." and I thought as long as Roma was on a leash it would be okay..." she didn't think that taking the dog without Ms. Masterson's permission really was a big deal because he would forgive all once she saw Roma or atleast she hoped he would.

"So, all in all, I'm really sorry but I really thought it might help you out because I'm sure Mr. Masterson would feel better with her near." she hoped the last statement was good enough for the Healer's forgiveness but she went ahead and continued on looking down at her own hands on Roma's head..."But if I really have caused any problems, please don't take it out on Roma by making me take her back without seeing him, just let me know and I will do whatever it takes to make up for it." just please don't say detention or points off or Satine was going to die...and probably literally...

She felt a migrane coming on.

She rubbed her temples, feeling it was a better use for her hands than strangling the child. "If you were worried about it, then whyyyy didn't you take a minute to ask my permission?"

Satine was a clever girl. But even clever ones could be hopelessly foolish sometimes.

"Alright." Rub rub rub. "I was going to get Roma for Mr Masterson anyway, so you in effect helped me out, but you didn't know that, so you still in effect, took Roma without Mr Masterson's permission, and brought an animal in here without my permission. So here's what it amounts to: you gained ten points for helping Mr Masterson and I, however you lost five points for taking Roma from her dog house without permission, and you lost five points for bringing her here without permission, so it all cancels out."

Satine looked at the Healer with a blank face listening but keeping constant eye contact. During the explanation of her punishment, Satine probably said "Yes mam" a million times to show respect for the Healer's opinion. She was relieved and frustrated at the same time. She had lost points but gained some so was that bad? She'd figure it out later.

"Thank you Healer Avalon, I'm very sorry for everything, and thanks for understanding also." she said looking down at the dog once again. She made a mental note to come up and get to know Healer Avalon when things calmed/slowed down, well if they ever did...watching her rub her head she could tell the Healer was stressed and was hoping she wasn't pushing it.

Iris smiled as Satine hugged her, and she gladly returned the hug. "Hey, hey! Don't worry about it! If Aaron wasn't there, there might not have been enough people to get the professors out, and they could have been well..." Iris said quickly trailing off. "He was really brave there, and got the spell right on the second attempt, but it didn't work for any one who tried it on the first attempt, Aaron only got hurt because he was right next to the secret door." Iris then went on to fill Satine in with everything that happened at the . "...And that's what happened." she concluded.

Iris then listened to what Satine said to Nurse Avalon about the Dog. Roma, cute name. she thought, as she hoped Satine stayed clear of detentions and point reductions. Iris sighed with relief that Satine didn't lose any points - well not really. Most people would ask why a Slytherin wanted a Ravenclaw to keep their points, but at that moment, Satine had earnt loads of points - Iris knew, she was keeping tabs on them, like a nerd - and she didn't want Satine to start going downhill.

Aaron walked back over to his friends smiling and stretching his arms. He had so many emotions going on through him. Gabben brought me here, but Iris was there, and Satine cared enough to come, and she was the first real friend he had, and I was Iris' first real friend, but the Hufflepuff realy 'saved' me persay, If I wasn't brought here by him, i could have lost too much blood, AAAAGH, they are all so cool.

"Hey." was the only thing he could muster while standing in front of them.

Iris laughed as Aaron took the Blood Replenishing Potion, his face was priceless... Why do you never have a camera when you need one? "Aaron, sit back down, you'll get head rush or light headed other wise." Iris said, well ordered. Iris looked at him, Aaron seemed to be getting a bit of colour back to his face. Iris also noticed that he was still sandy. Gosh, just three hours ago, they were sat in the sand box, laughing about Aaron's spell. Who would have thought that a day could turn around so drastically? Iris had brushed most of the mud off her whilst she was stood at the broomshed, as she had nothing else to do for she couldn't get to the door to cast the spell as well.

Aaron smiled at her order. That's Iris for ya! He then give her the biggest hug he ever gave her. When he let go, he said,

"I know my problem was easily cured, but I was really scared. And I didn't see you, and, UGH!" She had been with him for everything. She wasn't with him when he got brought up to the castle.

AAAGH! "MY WAND! Iris! Do you happen to have my wand?!?!?!" He kept forgetting about it, and Gabben didn't answer! Hopefully Iris grabbed it.

Iris was a bit shocked at the force he put into the hug, but returned it anyway. "Well a door full of splinters is enough to scare anyone right?" she asked, smiling at him , as she knew he was okay.

When Aaron started about his wand she grinned slyly. "weellll, there was a want on the floor... It might not be yours though." she said putting her han into her robe pockets, taking out a wand that was a dark wood colour and about 10/11 inches long maybe.

Aaron took the wand and examined it. Iris... "Iris. This is not a wand. This is a piece of the door." Aaron put his hand on his head and sighed. "A big piece of wood could have fell on it and broken it. Or one of the professor's could have fell on it." Okay, he was going to cry. SO much had happened. He deserved to. "And for all we know, they cleaned up the wood and my wand mixed into it all." Aaron has had a bad day. Like, really.

Iris looked at the 'wand' again.. Aaron was right, it looked nothing like a wand. But it had at the time. "I guess I was just hurrying to get here that I picked the wrong piece of wood up, Aaron, Because I did see a wand on the floor and when I picked it up, I didn't even chack to see if it was the wand or not." Iris felt really bad, this piece of wood hadn't helped at all. Iris felt really really bad, She looked at Aaron. He looked like he was going to cry. Gosh, Aaron don't start crying. Please. then she got an idea, " do you want me to go back to the broom shed and see if I can find your wand? They won't have tidied it up yet, and if they had, someone would have noticed you wand. hopefully.

Aaron rubbed his eyes to prevent himself from having a mental breakdown. "Yes," he said. "But I want to go with you." He leaned against the chair and pushed himself up. He tried to walk but he tripped. But he quickly regained his balance. He turned back at Iris. "C'mon." He kind of waddled/limped out the door.

'No, you can go and ask Nurse Avalon if you can come though. I'm not going to let us - well You rather - get into trouble for leaving." Iris said as he got up, no if's no buts, Iris wasn't going to let him (or her) lose points or get in trouble for wandering off with out Avalon's permission.

Rub rub ruuuub. "I'm sure you are, Satine. Would you please give me Roma's leash?" she asked.

I need to ask the headmaster for a raise. Seriously.

Aaron thought that when Healer Avalon left them, that meant that it was ok for them to leave. Aaron was feeling a lot better, but he better not tick off Iris.

"Nurse Avalon," he said seeing as she was talking to Satine, "Is it ok if i go now?"

Iris smiled as Aaron spoke to Nurse Avalon. Hopefully she'll say yes. Hopefully. One word Iris was thinking to her self an aweful lot lately.

"What?" Cari asked, in the curfuffle with Roma she'd forgotten all about Aaron. "Oh, yeah, knock yourself out-" Oh bad choice of words. "-I mean you can go."

Iris burst out laughing, but then stopped quickly.. "um, sorry." she said, still giggling, "Come on Aaron!" she said standing up.

She smiled at the Healer and happily handed over the leash. She kneeled down and gave Roma one more scratch on the head, "I'll come visit you so we can play with your new ball sometime soon." She said with a smile..."And thanks again Healer Avalon." and ran after her friends.

Satine realized that she must've been playing with Roma during Iris and Aaron's conversation, so she ran after them and down to the broomshed to help find the missing wand.

*Before the lot of the first year club could go Gabben came walking back in.*
"Did someone call for a wand?" *He smiled and handed Aaron his wand back.*
"Took me a bit to find it, but once it shot sparks out on to my foot I guessed it was yours."
