Celandine looked at Copernicus expectantly. He had all the answers after all. |

"Ahem. Anyway. My favorite color is blue. And I don't eat many sweets, but I do like apples. I suppose my favorite sweet thing..." Cope ran through his limited knowledge of sweets. Chocolate frogs? Jelly slugs? "Is you." Hehe. |
Quote:
"Blue. Apples. Me... me?" Celandine stared for a moment and finally let out a little giggle, "I taste like candy pretty much all the time since I eat so much of it. Or... I used to. Not so much lately." Odd. But true. |
Cope looked around toooooo. Would someone jump on him for kissing her forehead in public? Remove his lips from his face by force? Chastise him for stealing his brother's girl and then flaunting it? Copernicus hoped he wouldn't always be watching over his shoulder for someone to disapprove. "You taste like water, as I recall. Or..." He gave her a speculative look and then immediately focused on the corridor in front of them. "Don't rightly know how you taste anymore. You were always a little bittersweet before... when kisses reminded me of who I was wronging." Mood breaker. |

She let the silence grow before asking, "What happens when you are around me?" |
I finally replied because I <3 you and it's your birfday Quote:
Reid really hoped that that explanation would pacify her somewhat as he was a little scared that she'd summon a book and hit him with it. Not a very pleasant experience as he knew from past times where one of his friends had hit him repeatedly with their Arithmancy Textbook. Apparently telling someone that their boyfriend was cheating on them wasn't the best idea... Redirecting his attention to Rachel he smiled at her in a sort of sad way. "I suppose your suggesting the seventh floor means that our time is nearly up?" he asked in a slightly questioning tone, already knowing the answer to that question. She probably had to get back to the homework that she was uber fanatical about. Instead of complaining about that though Reid simply held out his hand hoping that she would take it. |

Shrugging slightly, the fifth year finally decided that she would let him go this once and grinned up at him - then proceeded to burst out laughing as she caught sight of the expression on his face. Through her giggles she prided herself on the fact that she seemed intimidating enough to trigger such an expression out of a taller, older male. Girl power! Her amusement soon died down though at Reid's next question. Sighing, she shuffled her feet a bit and looked down at her shoes as she tried to think of a nice way to reply to that. "Well... Yeah. But; I would not be lying if I said that I would be glad to walk extremely slowly up the stairs," Rachel said, smiling slightly as she noticed her bruised ankle. It still looked mighty impressive and useful for making up excuses as to why she would suddenly be walking at the speed of a particularly lethargic turtle. |
Quote:
"Well then I suppose we should get started. If we plan on walking slowly reaching the seventh floor may take a while." Reid said, glancing down at her ankle at the exact time that Rachel herself did. It would work as a great excuse for why their pace was so slow. I wonder if she'll let me put my arm around her and pretend to support her. |

As walked into the corridor carrying Piper - how would this look to an outsider that didn't know that the girl just smashed herself on the floor in front of him - he noticed the Hospital Wing was closed. What in the Merlin's name... he had absolutely no luck. On his day off he just happen to stumble across two crazy kids, one throws herself on his way, the other one chat's his brain to boredom. He said things under his breath a lady was not supposed to hear, ever. He walked near a column and placed Piper by it's feet. He looked at her for a few moments deciding what to do. I can leave her here, he thought. Well that's just cruel, he counter thought. After a few minutes he spoke. "I can fix you that. Or at least I think I can. Do you want me to?" he said simply. Looking at her. She has nice eyes, he though, uncommon colour. Yes and she's as old as my little sister.... This is what it happens when you grew bigger than the level you're supposed to be in. He waited for little Piper to say something |

She had heard his swearing and she had bitten her lip, she was attempting to not cry. This boy was so mean, that she didn't want to say anything else for fear of incurring his wrath. She waited perched on the column as he seemed to wonder what to do with her for a few minutes. She barely took a breath, really he could probably leave her, and she would be stuck... She was biting her lower lip as she waited. However when he spoke, she gave a quiet sigh of relief and she nodded. She didn't dare speak, for the truth was, she was completely and utterly frightened of him. She stood super still not moving at all, just waiting.. |
Luke suddenly noticed that Piper was terrified of him Merlin, she didn't even dare to talk to him. I must really be a treat, he though. He kneeled for the second time on that day and pushed the sleeves of his shirt up he took Piper ankle on his left hand. "Hm... my name is Luke" he said, not looking at her. He wasn't quite sure he was trying to be nice to her but he was afraid she would start crying again now because of him. He touched her ankle with the tip of his wand very carefully and murmured the spell he had been taught to fix broken bones. He let his body go back and sat on the floor with his legs crossed, in front of Piper, waiting for the spell to do it's charm. |

Luke?? His name was Luke? Why did that seem like a nice name, she had pictured something like Blade, or Steel.. some tough mean name like that, not Luke.. "Hello Luke.." She whispered softly, not wanting to break his concentration, and she was too scared of him to say anything else. She closed her eyes tightly as he worked on her ankle, and she could feel something working in there, it hurt alot, but she just clamped her mouth and eyes shut, and though she turned a nice shade of white, she didn't pass out. Finally the pain went away, and though her color wasn't back, she moved her ankle, there was no pain, and she put some weight on it, first a little than alot.. It was healed! She turned her scared violet eyes toward him and smiled tightly. "Thanks very much.." Her voice was shaking. " I'm sorry to disturb your day.. I'll be on my way now.." |
Luke wanted to roll his eyes at Piper. He knew the spell hurt when it worked but he was hoping she didn't almost pass out. She was as white as a sheet of paper. "You should eat something" he threw at her as she got up "it will help you restore your energies". He nodded absently as she thanked him. He didn't do that so she was keen on him now, he just did it because it was the least he could do so she didn't had nightmares about him AND her ankle was hurt and there was no one to help her. He stood up to his full 70 inches and unrolled his sleeves. " Cya " he simply said and turned his back on her, going downstairs to his dormitory. Ooc: I'll be going ZZzzz now :D * maybe we'll bump into each other tomorrow ;D |
Reed was walking down the third floor corridor. He was bored and needed something to do so why not walk around the school. Actually there were tons of better things that he could be doing, but what ever. Seeing as how he barely knew anyone at the school and had only been here two years (even though he was a fifth year) He still wasn't that familer yet. He looked around to see if he saw anyone but the hall was deserted. Oh well he just kept walking thinking off into his own world. |

... Wait, was that someone she recognized? She looked at him for a moment or two, and remembered, months ago, when she had talked to him. She smiled. "Hey." |
Quote:
He tried to remember her name. Natalie, Nicole??? No "Hey there" He told her with a friendly smile. "Natasha right?" He asked. he was pretty sure that was right. He sure hoped so. That would be awful if he got her name wrong. |

getting off for the night but I will reply tomorrow So he had been right! Well it looked like his memory was doing a whole lot better than it used to. Apparently hers wasn't all that bad either. "You got it" He said giving her a smile. It had been quite a while since he had seen her. "So how are you?" He asked her, making small talk. It wasn't something that Reed was particualarily good at, but hey he would give it his best shot. |

Reed gave her a smile. "Yes I'm good, I've been cooped up studying and such lately." He said with a shrug of his shoulders. Jordan had been right, the school was awesome but the studying wasn't. "So what year are you in again?" He asked her. His guess was like a second or third. But then again one could never be sure. |
"Yeah, I know what you mean... Kinda." Natasha smiled. She had had a fair bit of work recently, but she assumed that Reed had been doing more, being a... Wait - she didn't know what year he was in, did she? "I'm a second year," she said. "How about you?" She asked Reed curiously. |
