Rhea got up and lead them out of the three broomsticks after much "excuse me's" and "pardon me" to avoid stepping on anyone's feet. The pub was definitely crowded.
She figured Irial wasn't liking the crowd much at all.

"Well do you want to get a table or stay here at the bar?" she asked him softly. She didn't know why she was acting all shy around Theo, well he wasn't like all the other guys in Paris' life. He was sweet and still innocent. They were holding hands, but Paris didn't know what else to do. She didn't want to push Theo beyond what he was mature enough to handle.

He kept hold of Paris' hand. It was nice.

And did she mention the messy-hair she liked best now seemed longer and yummier?

Mmmm.

"So, Mr Ambrose, tell me- how are you?" The seventeen year old asked, leaning onto the table. So much to talk about, they had to somewhere.

He tiptoed up on the bar, "One milk please." He reached up and took the glass, putting his money on the counter. "I like the sound of your mummy. I drink alot of milk. It means I am going to have strong bones when I get older."

She lapsed into silence for a second, before she felt the need to add a disclaimer. "It was on the ground cause that's where I had left it after he let me see it, and I think I made him feel bad since I hadn't had any trouble Vanishing the piece of bamboo I'd found, and it was all just an accident. Really." She knew she was dangerously close to babbling, so she quickly picked up her drink again. Especially since she wasn't sure what to say now.

As she had pretty much expected once the words had come out, Elizabeth felt a wave of guilt wash over her at Mari's response to her comment. "I know," she said, fidgeting with her necklace as she tried to figure out how to make her best friend feel better. Which wasn't exactly the easiest, even if everything that had happened over the summer hadn't actually happened. "It was just kind of hard to get back to England after the summer and have people not talking to me. Or at least, not talking to me about what I wanted to know about." She knew Mari would know what she was trying to say, even if it didn't really make sense.

Elizabeth started getting strangely nervous again as Mari responded to her answer with a single word. It wasn't exactly what her best friend had said that was making her uncomfortable, but she wasn't entirely sure what it was. There was definitely something, though.

She was relieved when Mari then went back into her giggles at the discussion about Robert inadvertently lighting the bamboo forest on fire. "I'll definitely accept that last part," she said with a mischievous grin, "But I think I'd have to disagree with you about Mr. Masterson. For all we know, he'd go on the warpath. I mean, how do we know he doesn't look at the bamboo in the same way he sees acorns?" She had managed to keep herself together long enough, but the acorns set her off again, and she dissolved into giggles along with Mari again. But after a while, she managed to get control again, and looked around. Still laughing a little, she finally looked back at her best friend. "So, while I imagine we've made everyone here think we're completely certifiably insane, anything else you need to do while out here in Hogsmeade?," she asked. It was fun being able to hang around with Mari again, and she wanted to keep it going.

Now, that had been random.

"You know, we should totally settle in Sweden once we're married," he mused, without even realizing what he was saying. "D'you wanta live in a cottage? Or do tooth fairies prefer a special type of house?"

"You know, we should totally settle in Sweden once we're married," he mused, without even realizing what he was saying. "D'you wanta live in a cottage? Or do tooth fairies prefer a special type of house?"

Sarah's brow arched up, again at his words while more butterbeer went down her throat. "O'really?" she grinned. It was funny when Shel got all serious. More funny than when He was actually being funny. See, serious did not suited Sheldon Ambrose well. Nu-huh!

Head meet table. She missed the obvious, she was suppose to ask what exactly was his job. But it really was not her fault. See, she got a little pre-occupied with the news that He had moved further away. Really, how to ask the obvious then?

But then Shel was almost too eager to tell her what was his job. She chuckled at his excitement and the gleam in his eyes, it made her happy that He was so happy, her stomch did flip flops when he seemed so happy. It was such a pleasure.

But then she could not help herself, her eyes widened at his words.Upclose with dragons? Maybe it really had been okay that she had not asked him before.

"That sounds .. dangerous, Shel" she blurted out, trying not to imagine Shel near dragons- with big teeths and red, hot fire blazing out their throats.

But Sheldon was rambling on and before her mind could register the fact that He was moving around with Dragons these days and the fact that he was real far away .. like somewhere in Sweden, Shel gave her a final reason to choke on her drink.

Yes, Sarah choked on her drink when his next few words, so casually thrown out, hit her ears. Married? Living in a Cottage? In Sweden?

"Wha- What?" she coughed, staring at him. "What did you say?"

She thought it was dangerous? Come on, what bad could a tiny, twenty feet tall dragon really do? "It's not dangerous, SarSar," he told her. "It's fun. And it's awesome when those dragons breathe fire." His eyes were all shiny, now. "My favourite one's Little Goat. That's a nickname, obviously. And obviously I gave him that nickname. He's kinda cute, you know. You should meet him."

He was having fun rambling, you know that, don't you?

And why was she coughing now? It wasn't like he had, you know, dropped some sort of bombshell.

"What do you mean, what did I just say?" he asked, casually pulling her hand towards him, drawing out a sleek, black box from one of the pockets of his robes, opening it, and slipping an aurum ring on her finger. "In case you don't know, that's a promise ring. So you don't get shocked when I have to propose to you, and all."

He leaned back in his chair, and grinned. Hopefully, he'd been shocking enough. If not.. Well, he'd just have to think of something more shocking then, y'know.

Her little heart was pounding, so maddeningly- she could hear it drumming a very disjointed rythm in her ears. Breathe in, Breathe out.

It was .. beautiful. It fitted her finger.
So light. As more seconds and minutes passed by and slowly the fact of what Shel was asking her imprinted on her mind, the more she felt relaxed and more warmth flooded inside her. Her heart calmed itself down, now beating for another reason. She felt .. happy. Sarah looked up to him- a little smile on the corner of her lips. "Are you sure?"

And - and what if she said no? He had tried being casual.. but he couldn't hide the anxiety he was experiencing from his own self, could he?

"I'm sure," he said, breathing easier at her words. "It's you who has to make sure if she's sure or not sure, just to be sure, you know." OK, so there he went again. All the other things did not matter anymore. This mattered. Very much.

The seventeen year old could not help her eyes. It kept still on the ring. The promise ring. His Promise Ring. Just the thought of it had her wanting to run into her embrace. His embrace of amaazing warmth.

He was sure.

Was she?

She loved him. She knew that, she had known that from the moment they met. They had been so good together. She loved her for everything He was. His smile, his hair, his words, his laugh, his eyes .. every single thing about him. She was crazy about him. About her Mr Perfect. So she was sure. Yes, she was.

His words made her laugh as she looked longingly from him to the ring and then back at him again. The flash backs of all the kisses together, all the rains together and 'I love Yous' together came crawling back into her mind. And she smiled, smiled real wide before whispering the three simple words. "I am sure,"

As the words came out, they seemed more real to her than she had felt. "I am sure," she repeated, before slipping both her hands into his again. "I love you, too,"

And now for forever.

She chuckled at the thought of what she just committed to. Her cheeks flushed. "Kiss me, now, please,"

Shel was waiting.

Waiting, for her answer, with his eyes on six bottles of butterbeers [which, for some reason, reminded him of spiders. Maybe because spiders had six legs?] and his mind on one, ~~evil~~ tooth fairy.

There was something amazing, really amazing, about those three simple words, the I, the am, and the sure. She knew what she had said yes to, did she not? Shel hoped so but, more than anything else, he hoped she did not change her mind.

Evverrr.

And you know what?

He didn't think she would.

"Evil tooth fairy, you have stolen my heart," he announced in an all solemn voice, tipping back his chair. "Which is funny, because I thought your job was stealing teeth."

Ambrose, you idiot, now now.

He coughed, sobering up. So where had they been? Love. Yes, that. ~~Not that he had ever forgotten where they'd been, you know.~~ He leaned across the table, and..

Well, kissed her.

It felt a thousand times warmer than butterbeer.

It felt like.. everything he'd ever wanted to feel.

He kissed her. And Sarah tried not to give into her her enthusiasm which might lead to some serious damge to him- but Oh well, she was suppose to be happy and she was happy.

So what started out as a wonderful, warm kiss- lead to Sarah taking full advantage as she kissed him back with much excitment, enthusiasm, fireeee and passion.

Thank Lords of Embaressment she did not jump onto him.

She giggled against his lips. "This seems .. un real,"

.. It did. So unreal.

Was she planning to KEEL him?

"It's real," Shel said, pulling away, all breathless now. Mostly because it hadn't seemed like a kiss. More like a she'll-JUMP-on-you-so-RUNNN kind of thing. "Because I've gotten a lot of dreams about you, but never one of this kind."

And no, that was NOT a lie.

His dreams were plenty wild, but nowhere near this.

This was just too.. too.. OMG!AWESOME, people.

"You haven't finished your butterbeer," he said, looking at the five bottles of butterbeer still lying on the table. "Or should I say butterbeers. I do hope you haven't changed your mind about them, Evil One."
