Rhea got up and lead them out of the three broomsticks after much "excuse me's" and "pardon me" to avoid stepping on anyone's feet. The pub was definitely crowded. She figured Irial wasn't liking the crowd much at all. |

Sarah chuckled, light- heartedly at his words. "And how should I be sure you did not woo some poor girl by your oh-so-awesome perfectness, Mr Perfect?" she asked, almost at the point of poking her tongue out on him. Really, how very familiar this was. Like those days apart had not really happened. He pulled her down with him and she noticed the numerous butterbeers, her brow arched. "You started the party without me?" she questioned, teasingly. Good day. Good daay. And did she mention the messy-hair she liked best now seemed longer and yummier? Mmmm. "So, Mr Ambrose, tell me- how are you?" The seventeen year old asked, leaning onto the table. So much to talk about, they had to somewhere. |

He tiptoed up on the bar, "One milk please." He reached up and took the glass, putting his money on the counter. "I like the sound of your mummy. I drink alot of milk. It means I am going to have strong bones when I get older." |

Mari smiled faintly as Elizabeth spoke about the how Robert had accidentally vanished her letter. It was a little amusing. " No, I believe that it was. I don't think he would have simply vanished it if it had been on purpose. Somehow I believe fire or some other sort of incendiary would have been involved." She said quietly and with a little smirk. She still wasn't quite sure how Robert felt towards her, but she'd let him have his space before she even thought about thinking about a friendship of any sort. |
Quote:
She did laugh a little at Mari's reassurance that she knew the accident had been as such. Knowing Mari believed her when she said it had been an accident was nice, but what with the other things she'd talked about with Robert out there, the idea of him burning the letter was hilarious to her. "I think it would have had to have been fire in a Muggle sense, because I think he would have been more likely to light himself on fire or something if he attempted to use a spell," she said, before she could stop herself. She had left him the opening to ask for help with spellwork when he had talked about being rubbish at it, and it wasn't her fault he hadn't taken it. As far as she knew. |
Quote:
Mari was glad that Elizabeth found her quip entertaining, even if she had meant it in a completely serious manner. " That's true. He can't do most charms to save his life, unfortunately." She said, something she would never understand. Charms came as naturally to Mari as...well, as breathing, she supposed with a little smirk. " Well, I guess it's good it's gone." She said finally, and with a relieved smile. She giggled then. " I'm sorry, I can just see Robert setting everything but the letter on fire because of how terrible he is at spellwork," She said, and then gave a little snort, which became another giggle and now she had the giggles, a full blown giggle fit indeed. She supposed it was the breaking down of all the awkwardness and finally, Mari felt like herself again. |
Quote:
She smiled as Mari agreed with her about Robert and spells, even though it faltered a little as talk of the letter continued. It bothered her that, not only had Mari basically been forced to send it, but that it had caused so many problems. But at her best friend's giggle, her spirits rose again. "Um, that would kind of have been a problem. Considering I was in that clearing, and Bella was nearby. Not to mention I think Mr. Masterson would notice if his bamboo forest suddenly went up in flames," she said, trying to sound serious, but Mari's giggles were too infectious. |

Party? PARTY? More like oh-so-butterbeer sea, one which he had been drowning in, and drowning in, and drowwnnninng in.. "I feel drunk," he announced. "From butterbeer, I mean." How was he? What kind of question was that? He was alright, of course, or we wouldn't have been looking this happy. Then again, he guessed he'd have been this happy to meet SarSar even if he hadn't been alright. Love does strange things to "I'm fine," he said, after a moment's interval. "And I've been missing you like crazy." Talk about stating the obvious. OK.. What about the not obvious? Umm.. Got it! "I've got a job in Sweden, you know." |
Quote:
Then Elizabeth was smiling at her and Mari only giggled more at Elizabeth's words. " Oh my, Mr. Masterson would be devastated for sure. And what would I do without you? Go mad, that's what." She said, nodding her head and managing a serious expression for only a few seconds if that and then she was off again, giggling like she hadn't laughed properly in a long time. Which was sort of true; things had been serious for far too long for Mari. |
Quote:
She was relieved when Mari then went back into her giggles at the discussion about Robert inadvertently lighting the bamboo forest on fire. "I'll definitely accept that last part," she said with a mischievous grin, "But I think I'd have to disagree with you about Mr. Masterson. For all we know, he'd go on the warpath. I mean, how do we know he doesn't look at the bamboo in the same way he sees acorns?" She had managed to keep herself together long enough, but the acorns set her off again, and she dissolved into giggles along with Mari again. But after a while, she managed to get control again, and looked around. Still laughing a little, she finally looked back at her best friend. "So, while I imagine we've made everyone here think we're completely certifiably insane, anything else you need to do while out here in Hogsmeade?," she asked. It was fun being able to hang around with Mari again, and she wanted to keep it going. |

Drunk, Oh! .. and from butterbeer. AWESOME. "You wanna get more drunk then?" she asked, looking over at the counter. Well now she had to have butterbeer. It was butterbeer, after all. He had been missing her? Sarah tilted her head slightly, squeezing his hand in hers just the same. "I missed you, too," And it was true. It[ was just she thought He had forgotten or something. Meeeh. Job in Sweden? "That’s ..." Sarah looked at him. ".. far" Meeting would be harder, then. |
Quote:
"Sure," he said, getting up to get six butterbeers, and passing three butterbeers her way. You asked for it, you got it, hehe. "That should be enough to make you drunk. And if it isn't, there are always more." He pointed to the remaining three bottles, grinning. Yup, he wasn't going to touch them. Far? "Does that matter?" he asked. "I mean, you have wings, don't you? Shouldn't be too hard for you - You could always tell the other fairies you need to steal more teeth from innocent kids, Oh Evil One." |
Quote:
And there they went. She chuckled at his little joke. "Still .. its far," she said again. But saying it again was not going to make it come nearer. "You are like .. moving there?" she asked. She was curious. After all, she was graduating this year too- who knew where she would end up. If they would meet again .. or not. Ekh, bad thinking. |
Quote:
What did she mean, moving there? "I've already moved there, SarSar," he told her, a little surprised. He had kind of expected her to get that. "And it's an awesome place, too. Which reminds me, I was expecting you to ask exactly what I'm doing down there. For a living, I mean. But since you haven't, I might as well tell you myself." He was dying to tell her, you know that? "The thing is so totally cool -" he was obviously talking of THE! job. "I actually get to work with dragons up close." So much for his dreams of becoming an Unspeakable. But dragons were the new in!thing, bebeh. "I do hope you're not getting any ideas to steal any dragon teeth-eeees, though." Now, that had been random. "You know, we should totally settle in Sweden once we're married," he mused, without even realizing what he was saying. "D'you wanta live in a cottage? Or do tooth fairies prefer a special type of house?" |
-dead'd- Shelah forever<3 Quote:
Head meet table. She missed the obvious, she was suppose to ask what exactly was his job. But it really was not her fault. See, she got a little pre-occupied with the news that He had moved further away. Really, how to ask the obvious then? But then Shel was almost too eager to tell her what was his job. She chuckled at his excitement and the gleam in his eyes, it made her happy that He was so happy, her stomch did flip flops when he seemed so happy. It was such a pleasure. But then she could not help herself, her eyes widened at his words.Upclose with dragons? Maybe it really had been okay that she had not asked him before. "That sounds .. dangerous, Shel" she blurted out, trying not to imagine Shel near dragons- with big teeths and red, hot fire blazing out their throats. AAAAAAAAH! But Sheldon was rambling on and before her mind could register the fact that He was moving around with Dragons these days and the fact that he was real far away .. like somewhere in Sweden, Shel gave her a final reason to choke on her drink. Yes, Sarah choked on her drink when his next few words, so casually thrown out, hit her ears. Married? Living in a Cottage? In Sweden? "Wha- What?" she coughed, staring at him. "What did you say?" He did not just - |
Quote:
She thought it was dangerous? Come on, what bad could a tiny, twenty feet tall dragon really do? "It's not dangerous, SarSar," he told her. "It's fun. And it's awesome when those dragons breathe fire." His eyes were all shiny, now. "My favourite one's Little Goat. That's a nickname, obviously. And obviously I gave him that nickname. He's kinda cute, you know. You should meet him." He was having fun rambling, you know that, don't you? And why was she coughing now? It wasn't like he had, you know, dropped some sort of bombshell. "What do you mean, what did I just say?" he asked, casually pulling her hand towards him, drawing out a sleek, black box from one of the pockets of his robes, opening it, and slipping an aurum ring on her finger. "In case you don't know, that's a promise ring. So you don't get shocked when I have to propose to you, and all." He leaned back in his chair, and grinned. Hopefully, he'd been shocking enough. If not.. Well, he'd just have to think of something more shocking then, y'know. |
Quote:
"And ofcourse, I will meeet him- " she half snorted as she gluped in more butterbeer, it was the only thing that seemed sane enough. At the very moment. Did He not try and think of her poor nerves? It really seemed not. And He went on, rambled on and took her hand- slipping in a ring, yet again so very casually, in her finger. Sarah held her breath, hearing the words that followed- when he proposed to her?. She held her breath as her eyes lingered on the ring- It was .. Her little heart was pounding, so maddeningly- she could hear it drumming a very disjointed rythm in her ears. Breathe in, Breathe out. It was .. beautiful. It fitted her finger. So light. As more seconds and minutes passed by and slowly the fact of what Shel was asking her imprinted on her mind, the more she felt relaxed and more warmth flooded inside her. Her heart calmed itself down, now beating for another reason. She felt .. happy. Sarah looked up to him- a little smile on the corner of her lips. "Are you sure?" |
Quote:
He was watching her now. Her expressions, the look in her eyes. He loved her, of course he did, and he knew she loved him back but this.. this was a big thing. How would she take it? And - and what if she said no? He had tried being casual.. but he couldn't hide the anxiety he was experiencing from his own self, could he? No. Not at all. "I'm sure," he said, breathing easier at her words. "It's you who has to make sure if she's sure or not sure, just to be sure, you know." OK, so there he went again. Even at about twenty, Sheldon Ambrose did SO not have a control over this type of thing. "And I love you. So I hope you love me back. And, just in case you don't, you can tell me. So I can feed you a love potion." |
Quote:
The seventeen year old could not help her eyes. It kept still on the ring. The promise ring. His Promise Ring. Just the thought of it had her wanting to run into her embrace. His embrace of amaazing warmth. He was sure. Was she? She loved him. She knew that, she had known that from the moment they met. They had been so good together. She loved her for everything He was. His smile, his hair, his words, his laugh, his eyes .. every single thing about him. She was crazy about him. About her Mr Perfect. So she was sure. Yes, she was. His words made her laugh as she looked longingly from him to the ring and then back at him again. The flash backs of all the kisses together, all the rains together and 'I love Yous' together came crawling back into her mind. And she smiled, smiled real wide before whispering the three simple words. "I am sure," As the words came out, they seemed more real to her than she had felt. "I am sure," she repeated, before slipping both her hands into his again. "I love you, too," And now for forever. She chuckled at the thought of what she just committed to. Her cheeks flushed. "Kiss me, now, please," |
Shel was waiting. Waiting, for her answer, with his eyes on six bottles of butterbeers [which, for some reason, reminded him of spiders. Maybe because spiders had six legs?] and his mind on one, There was something amazing, really amazing, about those three simple words, the I, the am, and the sure. She knew what she had said yes to, did she not? Shel hoped so but, more than anything else, he hoped she did not change her mind. Evverrr. And you know what? He didn't think she would. "Evil tooth fairy, you have stolen my heart," he announced in an all solemn voice, tipping back his chair. "Which is funny, because I thought your job was stealing teeth." Ambrose, you idiot, now now. He coughed, sobering up. So where had they been? Love. Yes, that. Well, kissed her. It felt a thousand times warmer than butterbeer. It felt like.. everything he'd ever wanted to feel. |
He kissed her. And Sarah tried not to give into her her enthusiasm which might lead to some serious damge to him- but Oh well, she was suppose to be happy and she was happy. So what started out as a wonderful, warm kiss- lead to Sarah taking full advantage as she kissed him back with much excitment, enthusiasm, fireeee and passion. Thank Lords of Embaressment she did not jump onto him. She giggled against his lips. "This seems .. un real," .. It did. So unreal. |
Was she planning to KEEL him? "It's real," Shel said, pulling away, all breathless now. Mostly because it hadn't seemed like a kiss. More like a she'll-JUMP-on-you-so-RUNNN kind of thing. "Because I've gotten a lot of dreams about you, but never one of this kind." And no, that was NOT a lie. His dreams were plenty wild, but nowhere near this. This was just too.. too.. OMG!AWESOME, people. "You haven't finished your butterbeer," he said, looking at the five bottles of butterbeer still lying on the table. "Or should I say butterbeers. I do hope you haven't changed your mind about them, Evil One." OOC: Hafta go, StrawLuff.<3 :bye: |
