"Oh what brilliant supporters we are." Vannie giggled, smiling at him, quite glad that they were friends now, it made things much better, and much easier. "Oh your secret is safe with me Denton." She smirked at him, before looking back at the game, ready to actually start cheering the team she had come to cheer. "Yey Yey Yey Goo Slytherrrin!!" Vanessa cheered, knowing that they wouldn't be able to hear her. "Yeey for the Snakes." |
"I'll party with you," Plymouth raised an eyebrow at her. He was spending as little time as humanly possibly in the Common Room. "You want to go somewhere? With me? Instead?" |

Completely oblivious - or maybe just selectively blinding himself (you decide) - to the snow flailing between the girls a few rows up and then tears, Dominic instead flicked his gaze away from the pitch at hearing a familiar and loudly obnoxious voice of Plymouth Morgan. Shame he couldn't be more reserved like his step-brother; yes Dominic was sure that given the chance, him and Copernicus would get along fine. Rolling his eyes as the realization only dawned on him now that they would have to share any victories with the Ravenclaws, since they were in their common room. Of course he wouldn't mind sharing it if it was just him and their captain . . . Quote:
But it was only the sound of Vanessa muttering something about secret that broke Dom from his reverie of wanting to KILL Cameron Karsten. "Secret? What secret?" He said, new vengeance in his tone and color quickly draining from his face. Really, he did not mean to aim his frustrations at Vanessa, but she was just there. |

"Erm...I'm sure said dude doesnt mean it Dom." She mumbled, taking a side step away from him. She didn't want him to push her or something, like he looked like he was going to do. "Erm...about being late." She shrugged, gah now he seemed to be frustrated her her again. Perrfeect. Folding her arms Vanessa huffed, glancing around the stands. If Dominic was like this then the common room was going to be brilliant, what with the ravenclaws celebrating. |

When she pulled away, she watched the girl nom on the chocolate frog. She smiled slightly watching her to make sure she was alright. And then, she called her Lima. Whoopsies. Well, they did have the same color hair. "I'm Karma," she laughed. "Cameron calls me Karmie, though. Whichever one is fine with me. But only you two can call me Karmie." Aww, she was a cute one. Just like Cam. Except, maybe not as hyper. |

Nooo.... He didn't mean it ... But wait... What was the Slytherin Prefect doing? Flinging her arms around Willow and EWW! Did she just kisss her cheeks!? It looked like it from here. But then a moment later, she smugly walked back to the Head Boy. Note to self: Never trust a Slytherin. It was true too. Paris Greenwood was a Slytherin and he didn't trust her. And so was Camira Yaxley.... though hmm, she hasn't been around in awhile? Dominic wondered idly if all was okay. Not that he cared. Crazy stalker witch. Oh. Secret about being late? Man, he was touchy. Here Dominic had thought it was something worse but it was only about being late. "Oh. That's okay." He breathed a sigh of relief, noticing then that he had been holding his breath. Another glance at the pitch. "Ah. I'm going to go. I have some homework to catch up on and well..." I don't want to be here anymore just WATCHING her. Though he didn't/couldn't say that out loud. "I just. See you later Vanessa." With a quick wave he departed from the stands and made his way off to find a dry area to do his homework. Preferably NOT the Ravenclaw/Hufflepuff joint Common Room, because he doubted he could concentrate there. |

"It's no problem, really," she said. "I was just playing with you, I wasn't going to be really mad about it. Promise." Then she introduced herself and Karma smiled again. "It's nice to meet you Shana." She was still squatted on the ground and decided to stand up now and lead her over to an empty bench. "Well, I generally don't let people older call me that, but it's allowed with you two." |
Before Copernicus knew it, Anna had run off to Plymouth and Cela was cheering again and... the game was over? How had that happened? It was a good game when it ended to fast and completely, right? "WELL PLAYED, RAVENCLAW!" Copernicus cupped his hands and shouted toward the departing players. Fiercely played. They had all his respect, because Cope couldn't mount a broom without assistance on his worst days. But now the game was over, and he glanced around to see if he should... shuffle off on his own or if someone (Plymouth? Cela?? Anyone?) wanted his company. |
Quote:
"Let's.. let's get away from Hogwarts. Want to try Hogsmeade, again?" Plymouth hopped down a step and patted his back. "I'll even ride you there, if you want." |
Quote:
...and just in that manner, Plym and Anna left the stands and headed off to Hogsmeade. |
Cela watched Plym and Anna leave and sighed a little. She missed him. But it was like... good that Anna was keeping him company, right? Quote:
"What are you... um..." doing now? Whatever it is can we do it together? |
Copernicus watched Plymouth carry Anna off, and he buried his face in his hands. He was never going to have both Plymouth and Cela on good terms with him. It was just the way it had to be. He didn't really feel he deserved either of them. At Cela's voice, he peeked up at her and offered a wobbly smile. "How are you feeling? You had a very scary day today." |
Quote:
He didn't look particularly happy to see her and Cela shifted from foot to foot uncertainly. |
"I don't think Plymouth is ever going to forgive me," he reached out a hand for hers. "Anyway." He shook off the angst-man face. "You might think of it as scary, but you really scared me. Really." |
"But... you haven't done anything wrong." Celandine took his hand and just sort of looked at it a bit, "Not really. I hurt him, it was me." She blinked and smiled a little, "And you were right there to save me." |
"So we can both miss him, because I sure helped," Cope tugged her forward by her hand so he could press her knuckles to his cheek. "I told you that I like to take care of you when I can. Sort of a mutual thing... you take care of me, I take care of you." |
Quote:
She smiled up to him though, "Not sure how I'm supposed to take care of you, but I guess I'll try and its the thought that counts right?" |
And then, all of a sudden, the game was over. Ravenclaw had won! Making her way slowly down the stands, grabbing at benches for support, Wesley shakily made it down, looking out at the celebrating players. Mariel had grabbed the snitch not only once- but three times!! Wesley was ecstatic. But wait. That wasn't Mariel. That was someone else. WHERE WAS MARIEL??? Frightened, Wesley assumed the worse. She had known the older Ravenclaw would be playing today, but she wasn't in sight. Something must have happened. Wesley must have come too late- by the time she had arrived, something terrible must have happened, and she hadn't seen it. Unable to see way up in the sky, the small Hufflepuff had obviously assumed this other seeker had been the long, brown haired Ravenclaw. But that seeker, that other girl, wasn't Mariel. Completely forgetting she was still up high, Wesley ran down the stands, straight to the castle. Please be okay! Please be okay! she chanted to herself, starting to cry. |
It was hard to be upset too much about Plymouth hating them when she was looking at him like that. Was it wrong to feel like he would do pretty much anything to keep that? "Can we get out of here? Go for a walk, maybe?" He brushed her knuckle across his bottom lip, almost like a kiss, before letting go of her hand. |

"Research?" He perked right up as he escorted Cela down the bleachers and toward the exit. "I do like to hear about all the very interesting directions that brain of yours takes you. Is it research regarding the Runes homework? Or regarding one of our projects from last term?" Cope reached for her hand and then thought better of it, changing the motion into some sort of bizarre power-walking move. It looked very gogogo. |
Quote:
"Regarding the homework, yes. Want to go to the library?" Celandine asked, thinking he was reaching for her hand and changing her own automatic reaction to reach for his in return into a pirouette, her hands raised above her head. "Let's go then!" She smiled at him and headed for the exit. |
