The Stands Welcome to the Stands! Find a seat and sit down with your friends as you cheer for your favorite Quidditch team. Remember to follow the school rules because rule breakers will be punished. Other than that, have fun! |
Satine hurried into the stands and started hanging up the signs she had received from other Ravvies and the ones she had made wishing the Quidditch team good luck. They were all animated and amazing....one even shot fireworks off the edges of it whenever the Ravvies scored...she was extra proud of that one. She sat down and started handing out blue pom poms to everyone around her.... http://images.footballfanatics.com/p...S_102382_l.jpg She really hoped everyone routing for the Ravvies grabbed one so they could have a blue out on their side! |
Aaron walked up to the stands with his big snake poster. Across the stands he saw the only other person there. His friend and Ravenclaw, Satine. He wondered if she saw him so he waved really big and signaled, 'You're going down!' He was sad that he couldn't play today, but he was still happy that he was going to see Quidditch for the first time. He looked around for Iris and Fallon to cheer with. |
Finally deciding to go to the game, Jule walked the long path to the stands. Looking for someone she knew, she scanned the stands. PURPLE hair....DING! She found the one person who would be really excited to be here. Satine...of course. Jule smiled and laughed inside. Of course she would find her here. She walked towards her and waved. "Miss Satine. Why am I not surprised to see you here?" she said and laughed. But being with Satine was like being woken up with pounds of sugar in the morning. |
As Rachel walked towards the pitch, she felt the urge to pinch herself a few times to make sure that she wasn't dreaming. She, Rachel Rider, was going to a QUIDDITCH game - and not just for the second half, but for ALL of it! Jake would be so proud. Usually, when almost the whole school gathered in one place simultaneously - apart from meals and such - she tried her best to avoid them and stay in the common room since it was always peacefully QUIET... The fifth year sighed, shivered slightly at the cold wind, then slowly made her way up the steps towards the stands Reaching the top - panting as if she'd run a marathon, by the way - Rachel scanned the stands and saw to her dismay that she was only of few who showed up... Bummer. Taking a seat, she waved towards Satine Farris, that cute little first year, tried to spot other people she knew |
Danielle Natasha came up to the stands with a grin, having always liked watching Quidditch, and looked around to decide where to sit, and hopefully, to see if there was anyone she knew there. There wasn't really, though, but she did see a girl a few years older than herself. "Hey, mind if I sit here?" She asked the girl politely. |
Lucy walked to the stands and looked for a seat. she noticed the second year she had breifly talked to at the house table. She walked over to her, smiling. "Hey! We talked to each other a few days ago. It's Natasha right?" Lucy asked, brightly. She was in a good mode, and had a feeling they would crush Ravenclaw in the match. "Mind if I sit with you?" |
Sarah hopped onto one of the seats, grabbing one of the ravenclaw pom poms that were available near. Her house wasn't playing but Quidditch was always too awesome to watch. And she had to be hear. She was cheering for people today. Yes. For lilttle debuted on Ravenclaws team and Evangeline debuted on Slytherins team today. Yes, she had to cheeeer. Lots to cheeeeeeeeer. As weird as it seemed to be cheering for both the teams. Well she was not exactly cheering for any particular team, she was just cheering for particular people. Yessh. Sarah was, ofcourse, moree keen on watching Issy- so little she was and she played the beater. That made Sarah chuckle. How odd. Hehehe. "Go Go ISSSYY!" the seventh year gryffindor cheered, beaming as the players filled the ground. Sarah's eyes scanned the place for her Black-haired best friend and as soon so she was spotted, Sarah cheered for her as well. Oh the fuuunn. |
Khat. With the green and silver Slytherin tied firmly tied on his head, Seth Paton ruffled up his blonde hair as he made his way down to the stands accompanied by Cayden Blood. The first Quidditch match of the session was starting today and, even though Quidditch really wasn’t his thing, there was no way he was going to miss a match like this: Ravenclaw versus Slytherin. If you haven’t noticed by the lovely green and silver face paint, the tie that was around his head, and the hissing snake noise-maker (which actually slithers around!) in his hand, Seth Paton was supporting the Slytherin team today. Before bursting through the crowd, however, Seth looked back at Cayden who looked as if he didn’t exactly like wearing a tie on his head. However, that didn’t matter at all. If Seth Paton was willing to wear a tie on his head, which was ruining the hairstyle he had spent nearly half an hour working on in front of a mirror this morning with Merlin knows how many bottles of Sleekeazy’s by the way, then Cayden should have no problem with this at all. Right? Riiiight! I mean, it only was going to be an hour more or less wearing those ties on their heads. Though, that didn’t exactly mean they’d be wearing them the whole match. They still could end up tying Mari to the bench if she managed to show up…. “Ready, Cayden?” he asked his fellow comrade with a grin. It’s go time. |

Grinning as the excitement of Quidditch began to get to her, she looked over the railings to see her Head of House walk onto the pitch. She clapped politely for the Slytherin team - Prefect, remember? - and cheered hard as the Ravenclaws came on, being led by their |
Ack! So many stairs! Sabrina slumped onto a seat in the stands, covered from head to toe in blue. Her Ravenclaw scarf tucked under her chin and a Ravenclaw banner which was too big for her sat folded in her lap. The petite girl frowned as she tried to open the banner and make sure it doesn't end up wrapped around herself. She already had enough balance problems without having to deal with a large banner, thank you very much. After about a minute though, Sabrina gave up. Instead, she whipped out her wand and cast a spell on the banner so it hung high in the air. TAKE THAT! Wrapping her blue shawl around herself, Sabrina turned to focus on the match. The blonde would have loved to yell Issy and Willow's names, but now that the stands weren't exactly crowded, people would probably just stare at her. Besides, the match hadn't started yet. |

"Last one to the seats is a rotten claw." he told him as he started down the stairs to find a seat. A good one, none of that nose bleed seats. He wondered a little where Mari was, but its not like she was going to be supporting green. So it wasnt much to worry about. "What about there?" he pointed to seth as he had stopped right in front of him. Hopefully he didnt trip. |

Chris came into the stands ready for a good match! He looked around and then began to cheer. "Let's Go Slytherin! Come on guys you can do it!" he really liked both houses but wanted Slytherin to pull through on this match. |

Grinning, she clapped her hand and winced as the people cheered around her. Ugh - noise. "It's to meet you Natasha, I'm Rachel," she said and nodded in greeting to both girls, the other one who had just sat down too. Feeling herself begin to shiver slightly from the cold, she groaned then brightened as an idea came to her. Taking out her wand, Rachel muttered the incantation and grinned as hot air began to flow from the tip of the wood. Oh no... Slytherin had scored. Hmph. Making a face, and completely forgetting that she was sitting next to two Slytherins, Rachel set her face and continued watching. Ravenclaw was going to win - and the Prefect tried to convey that message with her eyes to the blue blurs on the pitch as they flew by. Quote:

Lucy sat down next to Slytherin and began cheering! Slytherin had to win! THEY HAD TOO! She waited for them to score......YES! Go Paris! She thought. "Come on Slytherin you can do it!" She yelled over the other millions of screams. |

Before he had even started the countdown, Cayden had already walked out from behind the corner and started looking for seats. That wasn’t exactly part of the plan just yet, though maybe the blonde had forgotten about informing the Slytherin of this master plan. Then again, Seth had just thought it up right on the spot. Oh well. Not wasting another second, Seth ran around from the corner shouting at the top of his lungs while twirling the hissing noise-maker in his hand with a hiss! hiss! hiss! … Then Slytherin scored! BOOM! A few little firework snakes flew out of the noise-making snake’s mouth and crackled in the air. BANG! “Ugh! Cayden! Why in the world did you just stop in the middle of nowhere?” Seth asked as he got up off the floor shortly after tripping over the Slytherins feet. Eyeing Cayden with his light blue eyes, he sighed and shrugged his shoulders. “I suppose this’ll be alright,” Seth replied, taking a seat before someone else managed to become a solid brick wall for him to run over. |

"Really Mr. Potter? I am a Prefect too!" she retaliated with a laugh and grinned as he took a seat next to her. Pointing her wand back at her numb face she listened to Chris and had to laugh at his reasoning. "Yeah - perhaps - but Paris is all the way over there whereas I, your friend, am right here... And surrounded by supporters of the enemy," she added at the end with a little, sarcastic pout and turned her attention back to the game... ... OH MY GOD! Rachel's eyes widened and she practically jumped off her seat and made her way to the railing to see what had happened. She grinned smugly as she saw that apparently Willow had hit Paris with a bludger - well, it was no secret she was a great Quidditch player even though Chris might not be so fond of her right now - but her eyes were riveted to the Chaser and the Quaffle dangerously close to the ground. |

Cayden Looked at seth as he supposed this was alright." Suppose? Well then you pick the seats." He told him as he moved aside for the royal Highness to go past him. He grabbed his hiss maker quickly as he then pushed him towards the seats. He looked at it as he would have to get him one of these things. He started to shake it as fireworks started to shoot out at all direction." Holy cow!" He said dodging a few as he pointed it in front of him. Snakes were shooting right in seth's direction as one made contact with the back of his head, aka his perfect hair. Oh no...He was in trouble. He swiftly moved past seth as he headed for the seats. He was going to get his butt kicked for messing up his hair in any shape, way, or snake fireworks. He sat down on the bench as he went to watch the game."Here...you..erh dropped this." he handed it back to him. He hoped his hair didnt get incinerated in small areas. |

He looked up quickly as the crowd made yells of protest and cheers. "She hit Paris!" He said. "Its a good thing she can take it though." He said shaking his head, and rubbing his hands together for warmth. |
Natasha watched with shock as Paris was hit with a bludger. Ouch. But, yes! She scored. Natasha grinned that they had scored. And, ooh, they saw the snitch. She smiled, watching the game intently. |
Last post for the night... Quote:
"And thus successfully knocked the quaffle out of her hands," Rachel completed Chris' sentence with a chuckle, patted him on the back then went back to watching the game with attentively, not permitting ANYONE to disturb her. This was absolutely FASCINATING. |
