Just a little ways away from the lake (about a 30 step walking distance), resides a rather LARGE sandbox for many children to play in. While it may seem like a childish pastime, there's nothing like building a sandcastle and then destroying it to let out any stress and anger; not to mention, a great way to free the mind.

So come on in and get building! There's many a waiting to be built!

"Under pressure?" Sabrina was now pressing her lips so hard against each other, she felt like her lips would just go flat because of the pressure. When she felt her laughter die down a little, she finally opened her mouth again. "Who's putting you under pressure?"

Oh, boy was this fun. She would never have imagined she would be here, right now, trying so hard not to laugh, as the Head Boy attempted to hold up to the image he had created.

He was worse than her! She had at least managed to get one tower standing. He was making no progress whatsoever. "Is that the castle?" She giggled, this time, unable to contain it. Pretending to examine it carefully, Sabrina declared, "It looks more like a pile of sand." Whish was exactly what it was.

Who's putting him under pressure!? He hadn't said anyone was putting him under pressure.. had he? EEK! ... SHE was putting him under pressure. Yes, because if he didn't get this right, she'd laugh at him and be all 'Hahahah..told you so.' Ravenclaw's sucked like that.

Clifford mumbled something incoherently under his breath and continued to work at his sand pile. He'd seen the muggle kids doing this.. they made it look like a piece of cake! It so wasn't. Hmpf.

"This," the seventh year frowned at Sabrina's mean-ness. "this is a work in progress. Art takes time, y'know.. you have to work at it." Gosh, she should know these things!

Eyes a little wattery and completely covered in sand, Sabrina was having a fantastic time sitting outside, in the sandpit, basically torturing the Hogwarts Head Boy. She she could see she was torturning him. He was trying so hard to be all high and mighty, but she was crushing him.

And she found that amusing.

"Sorry, didn't catch that." Sabrina said, when Clifford mumbled but continued to work on the sandpit.

Nodding gravely, the sixteen year old pulled her legs closer together and wrapped her arms around them. Resting her chin on her knees, Sabrina watched Clifford's progress. He wasn't making much of it. "Maybe you need some inspiration?" She asked. "Art requires inspiration right?" Maybe he needed someone to throw some sand at him. Get a little dirty, since he was still clean - no sand on his clothes - while Sabrina was covered.

GRRR. What had seemed like such a brilliant idea was now.. BLEH. That's right, this was totally BLEH! Who knew building sandcastle could really be so bloody difficult? Clifford would much rather be patrolling now. Hmpf. He'd rather face a thousand gnomes than embarrass himself like this.

Yes, he had pride issues apparently.

"Artists don't need inspiration," he huffed with a shake of his head, "see, they have everything they need up in here." And with that he gave his head a poke. Obviously he didn't have anything regardin the art of sandcastle building in his ickle brain. Unfortunately.

"... if you're offering though," he looked up with a gigglesnort, eyebrows wiggling in Sabrina's direction.

Oh gawd.

Of course they do! Sabrina was going to say, but before she could say anything, anything, he continued to speak. Of course she was going to help him get his inspiration. She'll pile large amounts of sand on him until he was buried deep in it an then maybe he'll know what to do with his hopeless castl ....

Why was he wiggling her eyebrows at her like ...

Eyes widening, Sabrina finally caught on. And her jaw dropped, her eyes widened even more. She was horrified.

EW! She should be allowed to take points off him just for the stupid line. It was too bad he was the head boy.

Gathering up a pile of sand from the 'castle' he was supposed to be making, Sabrina dumped it on top of his head. "You were saying?" She asked with a sweet, innocent smile on her face.

Wrong move, buddy.

Clifford knew his joke - yes, it had been a JOKE - hadn't been one of his better ideas when he saw the look on Sabrina's face. He knew that look. It was the face of pure EVIL. It was the face girls made just before they turned into demons.

And that's just what Sabrina did.

"AARrrgGghHH!!" A strange shriek erupted from Clifford's throat and he batted his hands at his face. His sand filled face. Sand in the face = NOT GOOD. AT ALL. "S'in my eyes!! S'in my eyes!" Vision blurry, the seventh year squinted as he coughed up a mouthful of dry sand. Apparently it was in his mouth too. "HELP! It huuuurts! Five points from Ravenclaw! Aahhhh!"

Sabrina enjoyed her little stunt, but only for a few moments. Because then he said a few words that had never, NEVER, been directed to her. EVER!

Because she had never lost any points for her house, only gained them.

"WHAT?!"

And she was furious.

It was Clifford's fault! It was his stupid line that had provoked her to dump sand on him. And wasn't five points a little harsh for just dumping sand on a boy who deserved it? Even if he was the head boy. Life was so unfair!

"You can't take points off me for trying to inspire you!" She insisted, glaring at him. It seemed like the fun she was having had turned into a nightmare. How could he? How dare he? "You were the one who used the stupid line in the first place!"

The blonde knew he had been joking of course, but what the heck? She had been joking too!

"URGH! You can't do that!"

That was another girl thing. Nice one moment.. and then BAM! they were the meanest creatures that ever walked the earth. Just like that.. one blink and they were changed. Sabrina was being scary now and Clifford who certainly wasn't the bravest of boys, scooted backwards.

He was afraid. Afraid she'd fling more sand at him. Did noone ever teach her that throwing sand was dangerous!? He could practically feel the grains scratching at his eyeballs! EEEK!

"You call that inspiriation!?" He asked, voice a pitch higher in disbelief. WHUUT? "Inspiration is NOT trying to blind me!" Because that was gonna happen surely if he didn't blink this sand out of his eyes soon. "And I totally CAN do that," he hmpfed, rubbing at his red eyes. "I'm Head Boy." HAH!

"I wasn't trying to blind you!" Sabrina roared back. Where did he get his stupid ideas from? Why would she try to blind him when she was having so much fun? "It was too inspiration!" She insisted. "Your stupid castle wasn't getting anywhere! It was worse than mine, for crying out loud! I was trying to help. Ever heard of the word? Help? You even asked for it."

He did! She wasn't even lying!

"B-b-but ...." Sabrina spluttered, trying to think of something to make him see that he was being stupid. "That's unreasonable!"

Did she just insult his sandcastle? What was going to be his work of art. His pride and joy! How dare she!? This girl was the meanest of the .. meanest! Why were all the Ravenclaw females PSYCHOS!?

"Help!?" He scoffed, wrinkling his nose and frowning harder. "This is your idea of help, huh? You just went and made it even worse!" Because the sand she had dumped on him hadn't been any ole' sand he realised now, it had been his masterpiece. "You are a BULLY." GRRR. "You just didn't want me to build a better sandcastle than you."

The accusations! It was too much. Why were all, and she did mean ALL, boys she ever met so unbalanced in the head? They were all insane, that's what they were!

"I am not!" Sabrina glared, placing her hands on her hips and trying to stand tall. "I am not a bully! And there wasn't much point. You didn't need my help to ruin the castle, mine was actually better than yours!" Well, it WAS! "At least one tower was standing. Your's was just a pile of .... sand!"

She would make him see sense. He had to see he was being unreasonable about the points. She'll take him to Professor Vindictus' office herself if she had to!

Was she trying to look tall? HAH. Yeah.. that really wasn't working. Poor midget. Bwaha. "Because I wasn't fiiiiiniished," Clifford whined, trying his hardest not to pout like a big baby. It wasn't his fault! HE was the victim here. He'd tried to help and he'd had it all thrown back in his face.

"Bullies wreck people's sandcastles.. and bullies throw sand. YOU are a big, mean BULLY." She really, really was. And bullies deserved to have house points taken off of them. Hmpf.

Sabrina snorted when Clifford whinned that he wasn't finished with his castle. They had been going nowhere. If that had continued, they would have been sitting here for hours and still have a pile of sand in front of them. Not a sandcastle. Which was what they had been trying to build. Without magic.

"I am not a BULLY!" She stomped her foot in the sand. "You are!" How could he call her the bully when he was the one who had taken the points off her for no reason? THAT was bullying. He was abusing his power to get revenge on her because her castle was a lot better than his.

How could anyone have made him a Prefect, let alone a Head Boy?

Oh no she didn't! The Head Boy glared at the Ravenclaw when she turned around and called HIM a bully! Him - Clifford Carden - a... a BULLY? NEVAH! Clifford was friends with EVERYONE. Even the house elves. Hmpf. He certainly was NOT a bully.

He could feel his temper bubbling at the edge and the seventh year attempted to take a deep, calming breath. He wasn't about to let this girl get the better of him. No way.

"I - I should finish patrolling." Right. Bleh.

That's what Clifford was like when he glared at her. Sabrina glared right back, although the intensity of her glare had deteriorated a little and she wasn't feeling quite as confident as she had been a moment ago. He was really angry. But he had no reason to be! He had gotten his revenge!

When he said he was going to finish patrolling, Sabrina, once again, tried to look tall and confident. The effect wasn't the same as before though. "Oh, no you don't." She said, trying to keep her brave facade. "You are coming with me to Professor Vindictus' office and I am going to tell him that you are being completely unreasonable about the points."

The points were a big deal for her. She never lost points. And she wasn't going to start now.

He was just taking his revenge.

Clifford blinked - an itchy sandy blink - at the psycho girl. She wanted to take him to Professor Vindictus' office because he was unreasonable? So she wasn't only a strange pyshco.. she was now delusional too. Great. Just ... great.

"Fine," he huffed, trying his hardest to keep his short temper on a leash. He had to be a good Head Boy.. a calm Head Boy. Right. "In that case.. you are coming with me to Professor Vindictus' office and I am going to tell him you very nearly blinded me by throwing sand at me." Oh yeah. He totally WON.

Eyebrows raised, Sabrina stared at him in disbelief, but before she could act on impulse, again, she decided not to comment on that and just play along with him. If it made him come with her to the Ravenclaw Head of House's office, then so be it. As long as she got to defend herself first, she didn't care. Surely Professor Vindictus would see that she was right and tell Clifford that he was being ridiculus.

Yes he would.

"Fine." She said, brushing the sand off her clothes. Throwing Clifford another glance, Sabrina started walking towards the castle.

"Fine!" Clifford hmpfed right back, managing to shake most of the sand from his hair. Oh crap, maybe he shoulda left that in there? You know.. evidence and all that. Hmmm. Surely his sore, red eyes were proof enough that Sabrina had abused him, right? YES.

Pulling a face at Sabrina's back, Clifford hurried on after her. Professor Vindictus had to believe him! Sabrina was obviously just upset that she'd got caught bullying. Yup, she had bullied the wroooong man.
