Just a little ways away from the lake (about a 30 step walking distance), resides a rather LARGE sandbox for many children to play in. While it may seem like a childish pastime, there's nothing like building a sandcastle and then destroying it to let out any stress and anger; not to mention, a great way to free the mind.
So come on in and get building! There's many a waiting to be built!

Truthfully I slept through most of them but for some reason I was awake for that one." He shook his head slightly to try and get his bangs out of his eyes, slightly frustrated when a lock of hair refused to budge.

Reid said hesitantly, not sure what Ruby would be ok with Via knowing. "Well Sakura has been through some issues lately and her family thought it best for her to be out of the country for awhile." Jane led Christian out of the garden for a stroll, to let him vent about...random PUFFAPOD attacks. She was giggling at the fact that he wanted to pick a fight with Mrs. Puffa. She saw Via and Reid there in the sandbox. She smiled and picked a spot at the edge. She didn't want to get sand all over herself cause she just washed her hair, which were smelling like ... chocolate!She could just eat her hair when the breeze blew.
"What's wrong, love?"Jane stroked Christian's cheek. She didn't understand why he had gotten so mad at a plant.
"I was trying to comfort you. To be a good boyfriend and that bloody plant just went off on me!" He growled angrily. It hurt him that she had laughed at him too. "And you laughed at me." He whispered as his tears fell. He grabbed a handful of sand and chucked it away from them.

Then again she was excited about going to LA, I think she was hoping to escape some memories of Jack and what happened over the Summer. Either way though she seemed happy and if you want I'll send your regards next time I talk to her." Reid explained somewhat. He knew Via didn't necessarily believe the issues were as trivial as he was trying to make out but he didn't want to hurt Ruby by bringing up just how bad things had been.
She should've known he was as sensitive as the plants!!She wiped his eyes and hugged him. She thought it was funny to see people fighting with plants. She made a mental note to not laugh at him when he's fighting with plants, ever again.
"I'm sorry,"her voice trailed off, she didn't know what else is there to say. She held his face to the light to see that Mrs. Puffa had given him some scratches. And one in particular was oozing out blood.
"You're bleeding,"she said in a panicky voice. She took out a small bag from her pocket. She stucked her finger in there and took out a strip of paper. She peeled it to reveal...a hot pink plaster. She stuck it on his cheek and kissed it. It was the only thing she thought of when it came to cuts.
Christian held her to him, his face in her hair. "I love you so much and I don't even really mind the plants. What hurts is you laughing at me." his tears fell as he pulled away long enough to let her put something on his face. "I love you so much, Please don't laugh at me like that." He whispered.
"I'm sorry, baby. I won't do that again, ever!!I promise,"Jane stuck out her little finger. She doesn't break pinky promises. She wiped his tears again. She held him tight and let him cry on her...if that would help. She snuck a peck at the corner of his mouth before she held him tight.

Reid was glad that Via understood what he was getting at. He wondered if she'd been in a situation like that before. He decided however that if he asked her it would be in private. At that moment Cid decided to let his presence be known by climbing out of Reid's arms and sitting on his head. If the imp wasn't so cute Reid would have likely scolded him for it. "It's cool. If you knew each other I'm sure she'd be happy to hear from you. She seems to miss people a lot in previous letters that she's sent. I think what she misses the most is being with family though."

Cristian stuck out his pinky. He stopped crying and just held her tight. "Jane when we have the next hogsmeade trip will you go with me?"
He watched as she added to the second layer and nodded. Filing his own pail up again he added it to the second layer as well smoothing out any bumps as he listened. "Really? I didn't know that. Couldn't they have just used magic to make a solid wall or something?" He asked, not knowing a lot about the Babylonians. He loved learning new things though. Glancing at her he frowned a bit before taking out his small stash of chocolate. "You can have some of you want. I heard about your common room. Tough break." he said, smiling slightly at her.
She leaned back on her knees as she watched him adding to her castle. Ir was nice to have someone to build this with and even talk to. "Well this was like before Merlin's time even so magic was just as new and ancient as the world was. So a lot of spells and things hadn't been discovered and things like that and plus not all of the Babylonians were wizards. Even though they believed in magic," she explained to him. She was happy to have someone interesting in her tidbits of history. "Thanks," she smiled at him taking some of this chocolate. It was nice of him to offer. "Yeah its crazy, and it really sucks." she sighed.

It's a date!??!?Jane liked that idea, without giving it a second thought she said: "Definitely!!!" She didn't have to go alone and be hit with snowballs while walking alone anymore. She smiled again and gave a little, soft : "Grrr". She secretly thought that he made up that crying scene to make this happen..to ask her out on a date. But she loved the idea, all of it anyway. She stood up, seeing that he felt better and helped him up. She 'self serviced' his arms around her shoulder as they walked back to the garden to clean the mess up.
She thought that the hot pink plaster on his cheek brought out the blue in his eyes. He was adorably handsome.

it wasnt often that Nate came to the sandboxes but at the moment he really needed one. He needed to act like a child and stomp his foot in the sand. Sitting on a rock that was off to the side of the sandbox, Nate took his wand out and fiddled with it before swising it and consciously saying a small spell that made the sand begin to swoosh around and build a sand castle.
IT only took a moment before a rather good looking castle stood before Nate. Nate let out a smirk and with another swish the sand made sand people.. who began to fight. Nate controlled them shooting arrows at each other. He had always been fascinated with medievil times. Now taking his anger he agressively made the sand people battle each other. It was better than shooting off at the mouth at anyone else.

Dani stood at the edge of the lake and say Nate making a sand castle. She let out a little giggle and moved toward him. Noticing that he was making sand people fight each other, she decided to mess with him a little. Pulling out her wand she muttered the word, "Evanesco" and watched as one of the ferocious little men disappeared before doing it again. She was still far enough away that he hadn't noticed her yet, but he was sure to soon since his little sand midgets were disappearing.

Cam wondered what the big deal was with some Sandbox that was newly placed and he just had to admit; it was all too kiddy and people who played in it were just too immature. Seriously immature! Who played with sand in the first place? Pffft. Pathetic people that is. He walked around the grounds, hoping he could spot it (obviously he could, it was huuuuuge) and when he did... wow. His eyes became wide-open. Uhh. Sand. OMG SAAAAAAAND. It was as if excitement was rushing through him.

"CAM!!!!" she shouted, running up to him, and tackling him in a hug. "I haven't seen you all summmerr! I missed you! How have you been?" He seemed somewhat smaller from when she last saw him...maybe thats because she grew like 6 inches over the summer...but whatever it was still her little adorkable Cam!!

Hum de dum dum. Hum de dooooo..... this was going to take a while. But it was nice. Dumping sand on lil' Kelsters. Livvy hummed to herself as she continued pouring sand on him. She chose to ignore that Kel had disobeyed and had lifted his arm to help dump. Ehhhh... oh well.
Oh shoot. A rock. A sharp one too. "Oh.... shitocki mushrooms."
Livvy held up her finger that was bleeding slightly and sucked on it. Ick. It tasted like blood. Doy. Wonder why. "Hope you're glad that I sacrificed my poor finger just to make you into a merman. Ah... well... back to work," she said, shrugging and used her other hand to pour sand onto Kel.
