David makes his way through the corridors, hoping to spot the trolley. At last, he comes to it...

"Two Liquorish Wands, and a Chocolate Frog please!" David asks.

"Thank you, so very much!" David acknowledges.

Okay so Celandine technically didn't neeeeeeeed any candy... she had PLENTY after her birthday party, but she did kind of want a drink. She paid for a butterbeer and smoothed down her dress, which she had actually chosen on account of it being very short and she kind of wanted to see Dom-in-ick Denton absolutely spit when he saw it. It helped that it looked really cute too.

Ohhh.

One problem. Cela did not have butterbeer opening abilities. She sucked absently on the candy bracelet she wore and contemplated hunting someone down that might be able to open it for her.

Food... foood..... fooooodddd... where was all the food? Livvy searched through the entire train, which was silly... she should've known where it was. This was after all... her fifth year attending Hogwarts. You would think she would at least know where the food trolley is to the train she's been riding every year.

But. Ah! There it was. Livvy had found it.

She bounced towards it in the general direction and spotted Cela in view. The girl's mouth was next to her wrist. Wait. What in the world was she doing? Livvy stopped to squint at the girl. Was she biting her hand?! Noooo!!! That wasn't good! It hurt!

She ran towards the girl to stop her, almost knocking her over.

Celandine ended up windmilling her arms like crazy in order to not fall over, shaking up her butterbeer and tearing the strand that the beads were threaded on so that the candy beads went flying all over the place.

"Livvy!" Celandine stepped backward, her foot stepping on a bunch of the candy beads and she immediately lost her balance and slipped over, probably not the best thing to have happen in such a short little dress, but Cela was giggling.

Still clasping the bottle of butterbeer to her chest, she looked up at Livvy and laughed. "Hi!"

"Don't eat your hand! It doesn't taste good! Trust me. I've tried," she said, holding onto the girl's hand once she had regained her balance. But then something caught Livvy's attention. The candy beads on the ground. Were those...? Oh shoot.

Livvy let go of the younger girl's hand with a cheesy and embarrassed smile. As it turned out, Cela was NOT trying to eat her hand off... rather she was trying to eat the candy beads on her candy bracelet. At the sound of her name being said, Livvy looked up to see Cela topple over back onto the ground. That's when she noticed the girl's rather... short lil' dress there. Heh heh. Eh.........

"Um. Hi Cela. Sorry about that," Livvy said, chuckling as she took Cela's hand and pulled her up.

"It's okay." Celandine tugged herself up with Livvy's help and gve her dress a little tug. She looked around at the candy beads and giggled again. "Hold this?" She passed Livvy her butterbeer and began bending down to collect all the beads.

"Seen Dom-in-ick Denton anywhere?" Cela asked, wanting to see how the Hufflepuff prefect would react to she short dress before she had to change into her school robes.

Livvy cocked her head slightly as the girl gave her dress a little tug. It was rather awkward to see a girl wearing such a short dress. Especially sweet little innocent Cela. Livvy herself would feel rather self conscious in such a mini dress. She wouldn't be caught dead wearing one in fact.

Oh. She nodded her head and held Cela's butterbeer. Hmm. Livvy had yet to have a butterbeer again. She had been too busy and swamped to have one. She would have one later. The butterbeer would wait for her. Yes it would.

"Dom-in-icky? Why. No I haven't. I don't believe he knows I exist. Therefore I will pretend he doesn't exist. So obviously I wouldn't see him if he didn't exist. Dom-in-icky Denton, you say? Never heard of him," Livvy said as she went towards the food trolley to get her own butterbeer. It couldn't wait any longer, Livvy decided.

Walking boredly to the food trolly. Nate smiled briefly at the people around it as he approached and got close enough to grab a few pieces of candy. "One berts beans and .. a licorice pop please." he told tfood trolley lady and looked around at the small group of students there. He leaned against the wall after he grabbed his candy and paid for it. No use going back to his compartment. He was bored there as well.

Cela took her butterbeer back and nodded, absorbing and accepting Livvy's logic like a sponge, a zenlike expression on her face and a handful of rogue candy beads in her free hand.

Cela turned and smiled brightly at the boy she didn't know (which was weird on account of Cela was pretty sure she knew everyone), "Hi, are you new?"

"Want some candy? I have loads of candy left after the party." Celandine offered to Livvy and the boy.

Hearing a voice, Nate looked up from picking a few beans to taste. He was in mid bite when he realized someone was talkign to him. "Oh.. ummm.. " he said swallowing the surpisingly ok bean. "Um yeah im new. Just transferred from a school in America." He actually didnt transfer because he wanted to but.. that was a different story.

Livvy smiled and got her butterbeer as she returned to Cela. She wasn't quite sure what she had said made at all sense. But to her... Mr. Dom-in-ick Denton was just some guy that wrote a love poem to her Quidditch Captain. And had practically fallen all over her... time after time... after time.

Pfft. Go figure. Cela always had candy. "Ooh. Gimme," Livvy said, as if she were a little girl again who had forgotten her manners. All she did was smile a toothy grin and held out her hand.

She turned to the boy that Cela had talked to and Livvy concentrated on opening her butterbeer. Tough thing it was. It'll pop right off in no time though. Livvy looked up as the boy talked and she smiled. "Oh. You're a transfer from America? How exciting. What is it like there? Oh. And welcome aboard Hogwarts Express!"

"Well you are lucky then! Hogwarts is totally the best Wizarding school in the world! Plus, Livvy and I are there, so it's got to be awesome, right?" Cela was only partly joking. "You'll like it. The professors are great and everyone is so friendly!" or at least they always were to her.

Celandine offered Livvy some of the candy beads. "I have so much more candy in my trunk. Did you seeeeee how much I got at the party?" Yes, better to focus on that aspect of her birthday. "Oohhh and I brought all my new pets along too! Haven't named them yet!" Cela tugged at her dress.

Nate smiled hesitantly at them. Was everyone here so.... friendly? He obviously wasnt used to everyone being so nice. He gave a smile.. trying his hardest to make it genuine.

"Yeah looking forward to it. Seems like a great place.... friendly." he said his smile growing bigger.

"Pfft. But of course. It's the privileage of Hogwarts to have meh and Cela," Livvy said, smiling widely with her hands on her hips. Her nose was sticking up into the air. She was a proud person.. that one. And slight psycho in the head. "That's verrryyy true. Everyone is nice. You'll love it here."

Livvy grinned as Cela dropped some of her candy beads in her hand. Heyy... weren't these on the floor? They were dirrrtyyyy... eh.... five second roll? Possibly. "Pfft. Yah I did! You had a looootttt of candy. And food. Ooh! You did?! I must see them then!"

Observing the boy from head to toe, Livvy cocked her head at his smile. It didn't seem fake or anything. Yet it didn't seem real or alive. Eh. Livveh and Cela would make it real in about no time!

"Hogwarts truly is a great place. We're all very friendly. Possibly TOOO friendlyy.." Was it possible to be too friendly?

"Mostly friendly." Cela agreed, "If you are nice to people and say hi and smile and... there! You are doing just fine!" She winked at him. "I'm Celandine. Call me Cela though on account of my name is a little long if you need to get my attention in a hurry. And Livvy and I are both in Ravenclaw." Cela totally wanted to blurt that Ravenclaw had won the house cup AND the quidditch cup the previous term but she just offered another friendly smile and gave her dress another tug.

"Apart from the chick," Cela grinned, "I got a tarantula and a hissing cockroach too!" Teehee. Daphne would FLIP. She tugged on her dress again and popped a piece of candy in her mouth. She was still cradling the unopened butterbeer to her chest.

After having left her trunk at the lugagge car, Willow had immediatly changed into her school robes, pinned her captain badge on them, and went to take a stroll around the train, and very possibly finding an empty compartment that she would quickly claim as hers and not share it with anyone, for she did not wish to be bothered. And all that would have most likely happened if Willow's stomach had not decided to ask her for food - which was why she had gone to the Food Trolley.

Granted, sweets were not exactly healthy, but after having spent her entire summer with her father and all his lectures about eating healthy and forbidding junk food around the house, and how he was only doing this for her own good as she was still growing up (Willow had to fake a cough at this point, in order to hide the snort that had attempted to come out, for she had not grown an inch since she was thirteen), the now sixth year was ready to eat whatever she wanted.

"I'd like to have four chocolate frogs three cauldron cakes, two sugar quills and acid pops," said the girl as soon as she reached the trolley, and ignoring that there were people in line - she wanted her sweets now, after all, and patience was a word that was not part of her dictionary.

As she waited to be attended, Willow finally scanned the area and realized that Olivia and Celandine were there with some other boy she was not familiar with. Of course Celandine Toussaint would be there - the candy had probably been calling her since the second she set a foot on the train. "Hello, Olivia and Celandine," mused the girl as she nodded politely at the two of them. Flicking a strand of hair she'd been playing with to the back, Willow's forest green eyes focused on the unknown boy for a moment, before turning to the snack lady and back to the younger girls.

Livvy and Cela. NAte nodded at them and thier ... friendliness. He laughed shaking his head. "Im not much of a friendly guy .. well.. im nt as friendly as yall but im Nathan but most people call me Nate." he said giving them another smile.

It was with a grin that Steven walked up to the trolley queue, with his gorgeous girlfriend. With her hand safely tucked into his, he grinned as they finished a conversation about the Black and White Ball, her parents had hosted and he had been invited too a few weeks ago. That night had been good, and he hadn't scrubbed up all that badly in shirt-and-tie either.

Livvy glanced over at Cela who kept tugging on her dress. Eep. That dress was evil. She was very convinced it was out to get every girl and force them to wear it. Baadddd dressss baaaddd. "I'm Olivia. Or Livvy," Livvy said to the boy, still staring at the evil dress. Colorful. It was a disguise.

"Oooh! Oooh! Did you name the chick yet? You did? A tarantuala and a hissing cockroach?" Livvy asked, her jaw dropping as she pulled at her butterbeer and pop! went the lid. Yes! She did it! Livvy took a sip and hmm... what a enjoyable sensation.

Livvy looked up at the sound of her name and smiled at her captain. The all mighty Willow Kovac. Bone crusher! MUAHAHA. If only everyone knew what went on in her hand. Manical laughter everywhere and random outbursts. Hmm... that'd be interesting.

"Why hello Willow. Great seeing you again. How was your summer?" Livvy asked, politely. Willow was a nice girl. Interesting. Though she really didn't care whether or not the bludger hit you... but whatever. She was tough! Which was pretty much why she was Quidditch Captain. They didn't just give it to anyone. No wimpy peeps.

"Nice to meetcha Nate. I'm sure we'll all be able to change that," Livvy said grinning and gave the boy a little wink. For some reason, she found herself winking a lot. Though it was always her left eyelid. Her right eyelid couldn't quite do it as well as the left. Plus the left was just faster.

Livvy soon found herself blinking both eyelids, trying to see which one was fastest. Crazy. Sensible she would say.

It was nice to get out of the compartment. It was getting crowded in there, and Cope last tone with her had left her uneasy. She laced her fingers through Steven's as they walked down the corridor. "You are the first guy my dad has been halfway decent to you know." She told him with a smile. They stood in the food line, but she only had eyes for Steven right now.

Thinking it was time to get out of the compartment full of 1st year boys and a couple other Boys... she heads to the food trolley.

Getting into line, she starts trying to figure what she wants to get...

Holding her hand Steven grinned a little. "Well, I do treat his daughter right." He told her with a small smile and he blew a kiss to her. He winked at her plafully as they waited. "I am glad though. It is nice to know that your Dad liked me." He mentally couldn't help but love that. Her Dad was obviously totally addicted to protecting his daughter's, so knowing that he had been nice to him, meant a lot. It meant, he was trusted. And that was always good.

She nodded her head. "Yes you do treat me quite nice." She agreed. She blushed as he blew her a kiss. She blew him one right back. It was weird to be acting so girly right now. And it was weird that Steven was bringing it out in her. "I'm glad too, because I really like you too." She told him softly and honestly. She squeezed his hand.

"Hi Willow!" Celandine greeted cheerfully (of course). "Are you glad to be coming back to school? I am!" Nooooo guardians this term. Dom-in-ick Denton didn't really count. Speaking of which, "Have you seen Dom-in-ick? I want to show him my dress and freak him out on account of it being short and all."

"Oooh are you one of those brooding angsty types?" Cela asked, turning back to him and poking her tongue out. "Just let me know when you need to take a moment to be all ansty and brooding and I'll try to keep quiet okay?" She grabbed his hand and shook it, "Nice to meet you, Nate!"

"Hi Paris! Hi Steven!" Celandine smiled brightly at the two Slytherins in greeting. Oh they were friends now? That was pretty cool. Cela hoped a lot of people had made friends at her party, just so that there was something good to have come out of it.

"ZOMG Livvy, don't hurt yourself!" Celandine told the other girl and tapped her butterbeer against her chin. "I think it's time to find a place to sit... or maybe I might just... walk around and move with the train, that's always fun and I probably won't bounce off the walls so much anymore."

"Liz! Hi!" Celandine waved at her housemate. Wooo she could practically have another party right here.
