Kiri was watching the proceedings idly. Everyone seemed to be in high spirits. Which was good! A peaceful camp-out was a great way to end a term that had been, by all measures, very exciting and very dramatic. Even dangerous.
A dark shape moved into her field of vision. She looked up. "Hey, Emiliano!" she said happily, squinting in the sunlight and giving him a huge smile. She thumped the ground next to her. "Join me. Er, prime pasture."

And he had brought a guitar with him! Kiri looked at it curiously as Emiliano sat down beside her. She didn't know he was able to play an instrument. She said so aloud for his benefit. "I didn't know you played the guitar! That'll come in handy tonight, I'm... What is it?" Emiliano had grabbed her hand. A tiny, joyous surge ran through her at the touch, similar to what happened when Raiden did it, only much weaker. A little embarrassed, she let her palm be opened. Emiliano dropped something into it.
Kiri's eyes widened in surprise. "My... my bracelet! And the necklace, too! Where did you find them? I thought they got lost when... when we..." she shifted uncomfortable, "when we, er, had to get out of the Great Hall. Thank you!" She gave him a swift hug.

"Most kids are," Winnie said solemnly. "Coming to school has been FASCINATING. I mean I never was around kids my age until I came here and they act s-"

Winnie froze midsentence. OOOH. I forgot there's a dog. Being deathly afraid of non-human mammals, she stood stock still in a defense tactic. Maybe if I don't move it won't know that I'm here and it won't kill me.

"...I have so much to live for..." she whimpered.

Dani nodded. "We aren't the only ones though." She eyed him. "I've never hugged a hut before." She laughed.


Dani nodded. "I'll explain in a little while. Can we just have fun for now?" She watched him as he moved and then she saw Roma. "Ohh Clark, let's go play with the puppy. She's so cuteeeee!"

He smiled to Kiri. "Thanks, how have you been?" Em asked with a wide grin and cheerful mood.

Emiliano chuckled. "Ever since I was ten, I think..." He answered towards Kiri's surprise. "Though the piano is my favourite and precious instrument." There was still a story to tell about his musical years, when he had to occupy himself on something during summer to overcome boredom. "If someone requires the guitar to be played, I could lend it...and if someone requests, I can sing too, though I'm a bit unsure about it." He told Kiri as he laughed at himself being a bit nervous singing in public.

And about the necklace and bracelet. "Well, once we got to the water level up to our chests, I had that bit of time to get everything, except the sweater boxes, into one of my pockets. Actually, two days ago, I found your jewelry inside one of my pants' pockets. I had thought about sending them down to your Common Room, but since you're here, they're all yours." He let go of Kiri's hand after saying this then smiled.

Shana nodded.Mmmhmm C dawg,Look its the only nickname I could think on now quit whining and ewwww.Clark,Someone spent a lot of time and effort creating a tissue you might wanna give it a go. she rolled her eyes and shrugged.She put her Sleeping bag on her lap and stroked it.What in the name of Merlins pants are you hiding from ? And no sleeping is fun.she nodded,She rolled her eyes again.Duhh..Stupid,We're all leaving soon you know for Summer break.Then Dannerz is gonna be back Jus-Wait. WHAT ?!

Shana beamed.Yuppieee! And are youuu Cliffifie ? Do you mind me calling you Cliffifie ? she beamed again and began to mess with her sleeping bag.

"Ok, but you better tell us. If you don't, I'll cry. And that would be embarrassing for all involved." Heehee, what if he started crying in public at like, a concert or something? Wait, puppy? "Are...you...mental??!?!" he screeched. "Do you want me to die?"

"Creative." he nodded. "Erm, sorry, allergies." he muttered as she pulled out her sleeping bag. "For your information, I am hiding from the menace dog, the cause for my blueberry head."

Demetria nodded and headed over to where the prefect was. "Hi I'm Demetria." she introduced herself to the girl. "Need help?"

"I will. I will." She didn't want him to cry. That would be mean. "Why would you die? It's just a cute puppy." Then she remembered. Clark was allergic to like everything.. including.. "Clark aren't you allergic to green?" She motioned to his sleeping bag.

"Hey Demetria." Vanessa smiled, as she held another blanket in her hand. She'd laid a couple out already. "Ooh. Do you wanna put the food baskets out...while I finish laying these 2 blankets out. Then I'll come help you."

Someone seemed rather excited. Clifford chuckled at Shana - one of the few times he'd chuckled in weeks actually - and gave his head an amused shake. "Yeah, I'm alright.. and I don't see why not.." lots of people called him Cliffie, he'd gotten used to it.

"Anyways, I'm on the hunt for munchies," the seventh year said, not wanting to interupt Shana and her friends. Giving her a little wave, Clifford spun around in search for the food peeps.

Stepping onto the grass, his sleeping bag and binky under one arm William headed down to the cam out and looked around for anyone he knew. was he really that much of a loner when he couldn't recognize anyone but two people he wondered as he saw Mr. Mastersen and grinned, "Hey Mr. M. Perfect night for this." he said with a bounce in his voice sa he approached the camp out, before sitting down and glancing around.

Winnie flapped her hands frantically. She moved slowly, step by singular step toward him, keeping her eyes on The Dog. "It won't get you if you're quiet," she whispered.

Winnie blinked. "Sharp teeth," she said incredulously. "They hurt, no?"

Shana frowned.Bye Bye Cliffifie She smiled and waved back to him,he was a awesome prefect and So Was Evangeline and they were going to go and leave her =(.

Dani laughed. "Roma doesn't bite. Well, she never bit me anyway. She's cute and fluffy and likes to play." She looked to Shana for a nod of agreement.

"I'd never expected to see them again. Thank you!" Kiri said again. She squeezed Emiliano's hand before letting go. "Here, let me try them on, alright?" She never really wore jewellery, so it took her a few tries to stop the bracelet from slipping off her wrist before she managed to clip it shut. In the sunlight, it glittered beautifully on her skin. "What do you think?" she asked Emiliano, holding out her arm for inspection.

Kiri gave him a few seconds before taking the necklace. She shook her head to get the hair out of the way, then slung the delicate thing around her neck and fiddled about until it was close. It was perfect! She held her hair aside to let Emiliano have a clear view of her neck. "How does this one look, hmm?"

Kiri sighed happily. It was such a beautiful day, and now she even had her Christmas presents back! She leaned back on her hands. "I've been good, thanks," she said, watching the students helping Mr Masterson pass out baskets and blankets. "Busy with exams, but I guess you are, too, right? Yours must be much more difficult."
She pointed at the guitar. "Can I... hold it?" she asked, a little timidly.

And whooo was calling his name?

OMGLIVVY. Cam stared at the older Ravenclaw girl, was it just him or had she mysteriously disappeared throughout most of the term? Or was his eeeeeyes just not working anymore. He went with the eyes. "YOUU. LIVVY. HI." He took a chocolate bar from his stash, opened the wrapping and took a bite before looking back at her. Putting his hat into place, he waved a hello once she started skipping her way straight at him.

"OOH. Thanks, I knoow! VERY environmental friendly, right? Like, I don't know if you know this but," he went up to whisper in her ear, "the hobo population's receding these days."

Shana smirked.Didn't he tell you ? Clark has a phobia of all animals.Even gol- Acctually Mainly gold fish annd Yeah so like Dogs hes scared of them they might bark at him he'd toterly die. she smirked again and smiled at Dani.

"Why would I die?" Clark asked her incredulously. "Because that...that...mutt is the cause of my blueeee hair! I'm allergic!" he added dramatically. Then she reminded him of his green allergy...."AHHHHAHAHAH! YESS! I AM." he yelled and ran up to Mr. Masterson.

"Can you turn my sleeping bag purple?" he asked, his hand pressed over his nose.

"You're welcome..." Emiliano said, bowing his head and chuckling. As Kiri tried on the jewelry, he looked around to see if Karma would be able to come around. But sadly, she wasn't. As the smart person she is, she would be studying for the rest of her NEWT's. He glanced back at Kiri, giving her a smile. "They look great, you look great with them, you didn't make a bad choice..." He grinned.

"Exams. Oh yea...really busy. But I decided to take a break from books and the library. I suppose Karma isn't thinking the same right now." He sighed. "And how are your exams going? Easy, I suppose?" He asked her with a shifty smile.

And then, Kiri asked to hold the guitar. He smiled wide at her and nodded his head. He turned around to take it and then hand it to Kiri. "Do you play the guitar?" Em asked. Time to get to know about Kiri.

"Alrighty." Demetria smiled back and began putting the food baskets out. She peeked inside one. It didn't look very full. Mr. Masterson said to take some stuff out, so she decided the marshmellows deserved to come out first. Dem pulled one bag out, then another, then another, until there were easily 20 bags of marshmellows. Which was odd since the basket only looked big enough to fit two, maybe three. That's magic for ya. she thought to herself.

"No history of biting..." Winnie mulled this over. "You know, gorillas, bears, and the like who have no history of violence have been known to maul innocent unsuspecting humans on many variety television shows."

"Does she take well to petting at all?" she asked. If there was really no need to fear The Dog...she'd have to find out herself.

Livvy grinned as Cam just stared at her. Ah.... good old Cam. Now... was it just her or had he mysteriously disappeared throughout most of the term? (xD) "Hi to you too! I haven't seen you in forever! Mind a little hug?" she asked. Or was he still afraid of cooties? He should be over that by now.

"Yes... very... I'm sure Professor Bunbury would be quite proud of you. Though I'm not sure if she's a 'Go Green' type of person," Livvy said, trailing off as she thought about it. Well... Bunbury SHOULD be... she was a Herbology professor which dealt with plants... so GO GREEN!

As Cam went up to whisper in her ear, Livvy bent down a little to save him such a long trip. Hobo population? She raised an eyebrow as she turned to look at him once again. "Oh? Is it now? That must be a good thing, right?" Was it? She didn't know... her knowledge on hobos was quite lacking, but Cam would make a great one.

Shana looked at the girl talking to Dani and smiled.Umm..How do you know she has sharp teeth ? Have you like opened her mouth and looked ? Wouldnt she of bited you if you did ? she shrugged.I'm Shana btw. she giggled as Clark when on a drama act to Mr.M Drama Queen. she smiled at Dani and the other girl.

Shana rolled her eyes.Clark,No need to play games,I know that you died your hair blue and pretended that your all allergic to dogs buut really your scared of animals esspecially Gold fish.

"Hey, they're not that easy," Kiri told Emiliano sternly, prodding his arm. "For you, they probably are, but I have exams for third years. You get those intended for sixth years." She ran her hand through her hair. Now that Emiliano had seen the necklace - and confirmed that it looked good - her hair could go back to flowing freely around her neck every which way.

"Ooh," she breathed when Emiliano handed her the guitar. Kiri took it as carefully as possible. She had no idea how durable guitars were, but she wasn't going to take any chances. The varnish on the guitar reflected the orange sunlight. It was, in a word, beautiful. Kiri placed it on her lap and ran her fingers along the strings. "No, I don't play any instruments, unfortunately," she said to Emiliano, still looking at the guitar. "I'd love to learn how to play, though. It's a fantastic guitar," she added, drumming her fingers on the guitar's hollow body. Kiri fancied she could see the strings vibrating faintly. To try it out, she plugged the largest one. It made a calm, deep sound. "How long have you been playing?" she asked, running her fingers across the bridge.

"Well she's a mammal! A four-legged mammal!" Winnie exclaimed. "They always have sharp teeth. I've seen pictures." Her voice dropped an octave. "You ever seen the teeth on a cat??" She shuddered. "I'm Winnie, and I fear non-human mammals." She paused. "To be honest, I don't trust anything that doesn't speak English."
