Vindictus sprinted from the Castle down to the rickety Broomshed near his little office only four hundred yards from the stadium. The door was always unlocked (unless there was a problem) and he dashed inside. Hanging from the rafters were the school brooms but on a special broom stand were the new brooms. He reached inside his pocket and pulled out two wands. "W-what?" he stammered and examined the extra wand. Then it dawned upon him why he had it - he had confiscated it from a young Ravenclaw girl named Juliette during detention because she had the audacity to perform magic during her punishment and she had never asked for it back.

Shaking his head, he put the spare wand away and used his own to lift the protective spells that prevented anyone from taking the new brooms. "Brooms. Now I need those crates." He reset the protective spells on the broom rack and then methodically shrunk a dozen wooden crates to the size of a Muggle dime. These he placed in his left robe pocket and put his wand away. Grabbing the two brooms, he headed back to the Castle prepared to do battle with whatever awaited him in the Dungeons.

Dani did as the professor asked. Leaning the brooms against the side of the shed, she opened the door. Ewww. It was full of cobwebs and stuff. She didn't like spiders. She quickly placed the brooms in their spots, noticing how empty the shed seemed. There was an old box in the corner and curiosity got the best of her. Opening it she found some old Quidditch robes and some little trinkets and such. Hmm. She wondered who they belonged to.

Aaah some peace and quiet... Miranda calmly walked towards the broomshed, it was a bit chilly outside and she shivered as she yawned.

Wrapping her robes more tightly around herself, she arrived outside the shed and opened the door, instantly feeling the stuffyness and the smell of polish.
Miranda smiled and skipped right up to a broom, picking it up and getting the urge to just take it for a ride.

Oh how she just wanted to go up up up and fly around in the clouds.
Maybe... her eyes went wide with the thought. Nooooooooo, imagine the points you'd loose. Miranda grimaced. That would not be so good. Though you haven't lost any points...and everyone else has, so why not you? Totally! The others did what they wanted, now she wanted to do something fun aswell!

Oh... It was like having a little devil and angel sitting on her shoulders.

Hopefully, this place will be empty enough for her to...er...do nothing...or talk to her broom.

The situation with her Common Room clearly affected her, even if she only walked to the Entrance and then backed away from the Castle as soon as she ended her conversation with Jake. Honestly, though, maybe there was plot against the poor little sweet Huffie boy.

Or so Kaika thought. She was incredibly blind to notice that Jake wasn't the boy she thought he was.

Either way, she sighed and entered, this was as closer to Quidditch as she could get at the moment. Thank goodness she never left her Quidditch notes away from her, otherwise everything will be lost between water.

She stopped.

"Miranda? What are you doing here? Did you get a broom this summer?" because that will explain why she was in the Broomshed...trying to polish her broom...right?

All of a sudden, the broomshed ground seem to become moist and muddy.

It was a wonder that Sabrina had managed not to fall while she hurried towards the broomshed. How the Professor (or Professors, it seemed), would manage to get from his office to the broomshed, Sabrina was unsure about, but she didn't question what they had said.

Panting, she pulled the door open, thank Merlin it was open, and stepped in.

And then she wished she hadn't. EW! Mud! She could have just opened the door, or even held it open to make sure it didn't shut, and then just waited outside.

GROSS!

What? How did all of the sudden the ground was now muddy? Was it like this when she walked in?

Then a girl stepped inside. She appeared to be in a hurry, but it was the mud what made her walk outside.

That...was weird.

And...she did the same.

"Hey, did you want to use the broomshed or something?" she asked, once outside, just in case she wanted some alone time, and because she didn't want to ruin the last pair of shoes she owned, considered everything must be ruined in the now flooded Common Room.

Sabrina hadn't noticed the girl in front of her before, but she recognised her to be the Hufflepuff Captain. Broomshed? Use the broomshed? Her?

If the situation hadn't been so ... err ... tense, Sabrina would have laughed.

"No. It's flooding in the pitch and Professor Vindictus was locked in his office." She explained while trying to kick the mud off her legs. "They are trying to get out from here."

No. Okay. Sounds good.

Then her eyes widened, "The Pitch?!" that was....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....first her Common Room, now the Pitch?! Oh, yes, she'll definitely be locked in St. Mungo's with one of her relatives after this year is done.

However, she frowned. Professor V. Well, he's surely going to get out safely...but...from the Broomshed? "The Broomshed, really? Oh, well...then...wait, you said 'they'....who are the ones trying to get out?" because it was an important question, right?

Not noticing the Hufflepuff Captain's horror at finding out that the pitch was flooding, Sabrina glanced around the room, trying to figure out where they were going to come out of.

Sabrina frowned. Being five feet two inches at the age of sixteen was not amusing. She couldn't see how they were going to get out of there. On top of that, she was standing in mud. Great.

"Another professor, I think." She said, distractedly. She walked, or rather, slopped towards the brooms, moving them to see if there was a passage or an opening.

Chris ran to the broomshed seeing some girls there. "Ladies Professors Vindictus and Kazimeriz are coming through his office into here we have to find out how they are to get in here. He pushed into the shed and started to look for some type of entrance they were going to use. "We have to look for a door in the walls. How else would they get in here?" He looked and then found an opening behind a pile of quidditch supplies he pulled the boxes away and waited to see if anyone would come through

Another Professor? Which one?!

If it was Bunbury, then she didn't have a problem with it, but...

Then the Gryffindor Prefect appeared out of nowhere and said what she was worrying about the most. Kazimeriz. OMG! NO!

Kaika took a better hold of her broomstick, no way she was leaving a Silver Arrow lying in there, and tried to help the Prefect, but he seemed oddly in control of the situation.

"Are you sure this is the spot?" she asked, still eyeing whatever that could be causing any sort of obstruction. No time to waste when Kazi is in trouble.

"I can't be sure but this has to be it!" He wasn't sure this was how they were coming in but he sure hoped they got here soon!

Sabrina stared at the Gryffindor Prefect. That was all she could do as he started to remove the boxes. Well, why didn't I think of that? She thought, sarcastically. What the heck did he think she was doing anyways? She pulled her wand out and flicked it at the boxes. "Wingardium Leviosa!" She said, trying to help the boy, since that was the only way she could have helped him. If she tired to help physically, it would end in a disaster.

The boxes flew in air and she replaced them next to the brooms.

Alright. She'd have to trust the Gryffindor. No problem with that. She nodded. But her eyes were clearly showing how she was feeling about this.

Still, she was tapping with her foot. The sound muffled by the mud. Thank Merlin, otherwise the Prefect would snap at her. He was clearly as anxious as she was.

When were they coming out?! Please, let it be NOW.

There was nothing touching the walls, except the brooms, and nothing that could obstruct anything...so...both the Professors better start arriving soon...

Chris stood up away from the wall and thanked the two girls, one happened to be the Huffie Quidditch captain, for helping him move the stuff and they waited, and waited. "Come on Professors!" he said nervously.

Ummm...okay...this was taking too long. She was starting to panic. Fourth time this year.

"Should we...ummm...call for them to...let them know which way to--" but her stupid question (because yes, it was going to be silly of her to ask it) stopped.

Her eyes followed the much too willing broomstick fly out the Broomshed. "What on earth?" her hold on her broomstick was even stronger, and so was the one on her wand.

Who would dare to conjure a broom from here? Well, Professor V wouldn't be noticing that...all things considered.

Iris ran all the way to the quidditch pitch slightly drier now, but still very muddy on her back, and didn't stop at all until she reached the broom shed. Iris was suprised to see the Gryffindor prefect and a Hufflepuff stood there. Panting, and trying to catch some breath back she ran up to them and said, "Is- Professors- vindictus and - Kazi got- out yet? Because The professor- who is- at Mr- Masterson's hut - with Anna - could really - do with help- 'cause the water - is nearly- at Mr Masterson's - neck!" Iris got her breath back quite quickly after saying this, though she was still very scared now that three professors were in danger as far as they knew. Why weren't there more professors here helping out? surely they care about they're fellow professors?

Aaron ran into the Broom shed right after Iris. He was out of breath too, but not as much. "Mr. Masterson- Is locked in his shed- It's flooding- We gotta help." Aaron quickly grabbed a random broom, gave one to Iris, and ran out the door. he quickly mounted his broom and took off. he hovered in the air for a second to make sure Iris got on, too. He then shot off towards the hut at full speed...

How Aaron got out the first time, was a mystery, and he didn't even notice that the broomshed was starting to flood, too. But now that he got back, Aaron could NOT get in. He slammed on the door.

"Hey!!!" he yelled in case anyone was in there. "Is anyone in there okay?!?" Aaron NOW realized what Iris was trying to say. they didn't go to the broomshed before to help Mr. Masterson, there were MORE floods. Very smooth, Aaron. "Someone answer!!!"

Iris looked at the broom that Aaron just gave her. What were they going to do? she could only just fly around calmly with her dad let alone rush off to help someone. Why were they going off when the two professors they were trying to get help from were stuck too. Iris really didn't want to leave, but got on the broom and flew off nervously after Aaron, looking back at the shed, hoping the two professors would get out OK.

Iris came rushing back, seeing as she couldn't help out at the hut. Mr Masterson just couldn't fit through the chimney. Iris was trying to open the door to see if the two professors were there yet when Aaron came flying back.

"Aaron. This is weird, too weird. It's not an accident is it?" she said to him, trying not to cry. The water was up to the cieling in Mr Masterson's hut, so surely its that high in the professors office too? Isn't one of them really old ? how's he going to manage to get out? No! don't think things like that. stay possitive! So many thoughts were going through her head that she thought she was going to go mental.

Aaron saw that Iris was really upset. He put his hand on her shoulder. This time, Aaron was serious. He then shook his head. "I don't think that these are accidents anymore. The dungeons, the Quidditch pitch, Vindictus' office, Mr. Masterson, and now look!" He said pointing to the bottom of the door. The dirt was turning into mud before their eyes. "Now the broom shed is starting to flood!" He then slammed on the door. "AND I CAN'T GET IN! THERE ARE PEOPLE IN THERE!!! THEY CAN'T GET OUT!!!" This was SO weird!!! Always Hogwarts! It's like some person decided, 'Hey, I'm going to write about a magic school where bad things ALWAYS happen,' but we all know THAT'S not true. I mean, it's not like we live in a book series or something. (OOC: XD)

"who's powerful enough to do it though?" she said, 'who'd want to do it?" looking around, hoping for some sign of these two professors. "who's in there?" she asked Aaron. Iris looked at the mud, Oh Merlin! Why? If it weren't for Aaron, Grace, Fallon and Satine; Iris would have decided there and then that she was being homeschooled next year.

ooc= the only people who would be in there would be the professors,who aren't there yet the prefect guy and the hufflepuffs wouldn't have all fit in the shed XD)

The trip through the hidden tunnel was taking longer due to the water that had the two professors submerged up to their necks. "Of course there isn't enough room to fly out unless we shrink ourselves to the size of cornish pixies!" Vindictus called out and he saw a dim light straight ahead. It was the hidden door!

Kazimeriz sighed, continuing to sludge forward. It had been worth asking about, for this was miserable and the water was rising swiftly. "Very well; are we nearly there or shall we cast bubblehead charms before we both succumb to the waters, Maximus?" he asked, struggling to stay aloft.
