Sticky Room Something nasty is stuck to the walls, floor and ceiling of this room. It's very sticky... but no one knows what it could be. |
Kevin wandered into the sticky room ahead of the groundskeeper and wondered what was going to happen to him |
Constantine sighed as he entered the sticky room. And ew. When was this going to be over? With a wave of the wave, half the room was suddenly covered in paint and graffiti and a bucket of water & soap, a scraper, and a sponge. "Can you take a guess as to what you'll be doing," he asked, moving to the front of the room...wherever the front was. |
Kevin nodded and said "Yes sir i do" Kevin sighed this was going to be tough |
Constantine waited for the rest of the sentence. It never came. "What will you be doing, Mr. McKay?" |
Kevin sighed and said "I will be cleaning the wall of graffiti" |
Constantine nodded and waved his wand again, a plushy chair appearing in the middle of the room. He took a seat and got comfy. "Well, let's not wait for the snow to fall...get cleaning, Mr. McKay. Start with the wall over there," he pointed and then leaned back. |
Kevin walked over to the wall that the groundskeeper pointed out and started to clean it and sighed he wished he hadnt been so stupid |
With one more flick of the wand, a desk appeared in the room too. Constantine placed an ink jar, a quill and a piece of paper onto the desk. With a thoughtful look as he dipped the quill lazily in the ink, he himself got to work on a letter while the kid cleaned. |
Kevin put his sponge in the bucket of water and picked it up again and started to clean some more of the wall it was hard work scrubbing away at the graffitti |
Dear Madison... was he scribbled before looking up to see how the kid was getting along. "Use the scraper, Mr. McKay. It may help you move along a little quicker." |
Kevin nodded and picked up the scraper and started to scrape some of the graffitti away |
Writing a few more lines to the letter, Constantine looked up to see how the kid was getting along. "Alright, get started on the next wall, Mr. McKay and let's move a little quicker, shall we?" |
Kevin nodded and moved over to the next wall of graffiti and started to scrape it off quicker he wasnt going to argue otherwise he would be in here longer than he wanted to be |
Constantine hummed to himself as his quill fluidly moved across the paper, writing a letter back to his semi-emotional wife. Every now and then, he stole glances at the wall to make sure that the kid was doing a good job. "You missed a spot," he commented lazily, not looking up from the paper. "On your left and up a little. And don't forget about that brush, hmm?" |
Kevin nodded and scraped off the spot that he had missed and brushed up as well as he was going along |
"You should try putting water on that brush," he sighed, putting a period at the end of a sentence. "That's why I gave you a bucket of water. I'm sorry to say that it was not for decoration." |
Kevin nodded and put the brush in the water and continued to get the graffiti off of the wall |
"Get to work on the floor," he called, folding up his letter and slipping it into a pocket. |
Kevin nodded and got down on his knees and dipped the brush in the bucket and started to scrub the floor |
Constantine put his feet up on the desk and relaxed. He should have brought Roma up here. He could have brushed her fur while waiting for the student to finish. Oh well, something to do before going to sleep. |
Kevin put the brush back into the water and continued to scrub the floor how much longer was this going to take |
"Just that one corner over there and you are done," Constantine said, lazily looking at the ceiling. |
Kevin nodded and moved over to the corner and put the brush in the bucket of water and started to clean the corner and hoped that he would not see this detention room again for a while |
After a few more minutes of hearing the brush go "scrub-scrub", Constantine stood up from the desk. "Alright, get on your feet. Let's see the room..." |
