Shana walked around.Oooh Pwetty Stautes.Hmm -poke- No Shana no touchy.Knowing your luck they'll all fall over and Brake.Oooh looky who we have here.Shana walked over to Torin and stuck her head riight infront of his parchment.Whatchoo Writtin ? she said moving and sitting down next to him.Love letter eh ?

He was really getting into this. It was exciting. And thrilling. And she was going to be his Anastasia really soon.

Then he heard a voice but didn't register what it was saying. All he saw was the hair. The pretty red hair.

"Professor Bunbury," he said dreamily before returning his focus back to writing.

Shanas eyes widened.Im not prof BunBunz.Torin Its me Shana you daft person. pfft fancy that forgetting your own friend.Idoitic or what.She sighed and rolled her eyes.Pfft

He shook his head to clear his thoughts.

"Sorry, but you have red hair like her. Really pretty shiny red hair." He got that dreamy look in his eyes.

This plot was making him go crazy.

She shook her head. "No I'm not and I am sure hes not one of my many fans either." She wouldn't worry about it. They didn't have the same set of friends anyways. So they rarely interacted. "Is he a friend of yours?" she asked curiously.

"You want me to meet your family?" she asked as she blushed. No guy had ever asked her to meet his family before. This was getting serious and she liked it. "I would love for you to come over to my house and hang out. Just watch out for my brothers they are worse than pixies." she told him. They would have him hanging from the rafters without any idea of how he even got to the house.

She took her sleeve and buffed his badge for him. "It looks good on you," she whispered. She looked up into his eyes and had to hold herself back from kissing him. She could see a professor popping out in a minute and catching them kissing. She would never never hear the end of it. So she just turned around and leaned back against him. "Yeah I was totally shocked when Professor Vindictus asked me. It more work than you think it would be though." she informed him. It wasn't as glamorous as she first thought.

She asked him if Dom was a friend of his, "Well I dont really know him, I have talked to him once or twice and then the Prefect meetings but that's it."

Chris looked at Paris and grinned "Well of course I would like to visit you and meet your parents. And I will keep an eye out for your brothers." he laughed. "Well you will be safe at my mom's house unless Martha or my mom try to feed you to death. No brothers or sisters at my house." he finished.

After Paris had cleaned his badge he looked down in it, seeing his face. He saw that she was looking into his eyes and he returned the gaze. He smiled slowly and then winked at her. He then listened to her talk about her Quidditch Captainship. "Well Vindictus picked a good hard-worker then."

Ok good she wouldn't have to hang out with him while him and Chris got all buddy-buddy with each other. She could only fake smile for so long. She didn't know how Miss Universe stood up and smiled all day long. She would go bonkers if she had to do that all day. "Thats good then. I don't think me and Denton can be in the same room without arguing and snipping at each other."

And worse he would bring along Willow and that would just be...like walking through hell with gasoline knickers on.

"You better keep both eyes on my brothers. There are 5 of them." And if he lost sight of even one of them it was going to be his down fall. Ben and Devon were crawling now and Devon could vanish at will and of course the Twin Terrors Dillon and JoJo were always the rouge brothers in the mix. "Well my dad will try and overfeed you too. He loves to cook, but be mindful of his curries. They are spicy, but his cheeseburgers are the best I promise you." She was getting hungry just thinking about her dad's cooking.

He wanted to kiss her as badly as she wanted to kiss her. This was going to be torture. He had such soft lips and she had some special fruit flavored lip gloss too.

These Hogwarts Professors just couldn't appreciate a well planned wardrobe and accessories.

"Well I like to think he did." she told him softly. "This is nice you know." she was thinking out loud. With Xander it had been all adrenaline and speed. They were always moving and going. And with Steven, well, that was all emotions and if she could use the world passion. But with Chris it was all that and more. She could talk to him and open up to him in ways she couldn't with Xander and Steven.

Chris laughed as Paris sighed in releif when she heard that Chris didn't really know Dom all that well. "Now Paris," he joked, with a grin on his face.

Chris's eyes went wide for a second. "Five?" he asked a little surprised. "Well I like big families. I will be careful." he nodded. "Oh and one of yor dad's burgers sounds good too."

Chris looked down at Paris with love in his eyes. He really wanted to kiss her but was still a little freaked out from the whole Vinidictus slamming through door episode. So gazed into her eyes trying to get the message through to her, about how he felt. The a glint of light side tracked him for a second. Paris's watch. He jumped in shock. "Is that really the time?" He said standing up setting her up as he moved. "I'm about to be late for Quidditch Practice!" he took off running a few steps and then hurried back with a grin on his face. "Sorry," he kissed her on her forehead, and took off back down the hall, shouting over his shoulder, "Meet you in the Common Room afterwards."

They looked at each and she did feel his emotions. She felt the same way about him but that scene with Kazi and Vindictus kept flashing through her mind and if she had to do that again she would lose it and get sent to Azkadan for the fit she would throw. She wanted to sit there and snuggle with Chris the rest of the day but his sudden movements caught her off guard. "Yeah my watch is right," she told him looking at him curiously. She giggled as he dashed off to his quidditch practice. "Its ok," her eyes closed at his kiss on her forehead. "Ok bye!" she shouted as she watched him dash off toward the stairs.

Evolette McKenna was propped against the wall, her school bag at her feet, and a long parchment in her hands. Yet another letter from home.

She'd been neglecting writing back, falling behind simply because with everything going on, family was taking a backseat in her life.

Now, she was on paragraph 6 of 75. Nowhere near done, but she was determined to finish AND reply. Anything to escape the guilt trip she'd recieve from her mother if she didn't.

If getting distracted was a sport, Willow Kovac would surely be the World's Champion.

Humming a tune she'd heard last summer on WWN under her breath, the girl wandered aimlessly down the fifth corridor of the school, oblivious to everything and everyone.

Until, of course, she spotted a tall and familiar figure, leaning against the wall.

"Is that someone's will?" It looked long enough to be one, that was for sure.

Blah. Blah. Blah. Father was working like usual.

Sophia was pregnant AGAIN, and Evolette hoped that she would not have more than one child in her womb.

Alexander and Emmaline had set a wedding date...

Blah. Blah. Blah. Blah.

Preston was.....well. He was being Preston.

At the sound of another voice that did not belong to the one in her mind, which was busy ruthlessly mocking her family, Evolette dragged her blue eyes up from the parchment.

"I wish." she replied, rolling her eyes, "It would be a lot more interesting if it were."

Rolling up the parchment as much as she possibly could, she sighed, "It's a letter from home. Usually Tavie writes to me, short, sweet and to the point. But, since I've put off replying for so long, this is my mother's way of punishing me."

She eyed the parchment once more, "Making me want to poke my eyes out with a broomstick."

Siiigh.

"Don't be such a drama queen, Evolette," Answered Willow lightly, rolling her green eyes heavenwards, "I like your mother, she's rather nice." Even if she'd questioned Willow about whether she had any kind of interest on having children in the future.

Children.

Shudder.

"Anyway," Continued the sixth year, brushing her dark bangs out of her eyes, "How's life in the Gryffindor tower these days?" Smirk. Sharing with them just had to be bad.

Whining, Evolette stuffed the parchment into her school bag, but it was so big that it wouldn't allow her bag to close properly.

Meh.

"Well, we all know how Gryffindors can be." she replied, sighing once more. "They're either suck ups, or they're too self righteous to function." Well, it was TRUE.

"At least I don't have to worry about that girl beside me in the dorm anymore. She very kindly allows me to store all of my shoes in her trunk. Darling girl."

It was just too bad that Evolette had to break her into that. It would have been such a nice gesture had she offered on of her own will.

"And, how are your roomies?" she asked in turn, talking, of course, about the Hufflepuffs.

Evolette had clearly forgotten she was a witch.

Taking out her wand from the insides of her robes, Willow touched the extremely long parchment (if she ever received such an extensive letter, Willow would surely die) with the tip of her beech wand, and watched as it grew small enough to let Evolette close her bag.

"Both, actually, and they tend to have the hero complex." What? It WAS true. Or at least it was in Willow's mind. "And I'm fairly certain the reason WHY this girl lets you do that is because she finds you intimidating." Many girls did, did they not? "But sure, let's go with your theory of her being a darling." Please. Girls were NOT darlings, Willow had learned that; they just pretended to be really, drama providers, that's what they all were.

Hmph.

"I don't know, and quite frankly, I don't care." Especially now. "I avoid that place as much as I can, to be perfectly honest." Truth. Willow was rarely found at the Ravenclaw/Hufflepuff Common Room these days.

Blink.

Why had she not thought of that herself? Well.... cause her brain was fried from reading that letter.....yes. THAT is why.

Crossing her arms, Evolette dropped the subject of Gryffindors, who she wasn't very keen on in the first place. Nicholai had ALWAYS been right about them, as he was, she'd found, about EVERYTHING.

"Why's that?" she asked, a perfect eyebrow arching in curiosity. "Did you and Denton have a fight?" she held back the AGAIN that was on the tip of her tongue.

Seriously, after all the work she'd put into getting those two together, they were just going to squander it? That's gratefulness for you.

Why?

"I don't like Hufflepuffs." She stated quite simply and earnestly, because right now, it was true.

Yes, she was a SORE loser.

"And Dominic and I aren't fighting." It wasn't like they had seen each other lately, anyway, other from the party . . . "But enough about me, how about you?" She shifted her weight from one foot to the other, "How was your date with, er, Patrick?" Sure Willow didn't actually CARE, but friends were supposed to ask that, right? Right.

"Oh." was all she said aloud. But somewhere in the back of her mind, the word Quidditch bounced about.

As long as Willow and Dominic weren't fighting, and all her hard work had not gone to waste, Evolette was fine with letting the topic of Domillow drop... for now at least.

"Oh! It was really fun!" she replied, her eyes twinkling as she completely forgot about her plans for Willow and Dominic's wedding. "Well, until Cela and Cope and Anna and.... Dominic showed up. It almost ruined the whole thing."

She wasn't sure why she was bothering to tell Willow. Willow didn't CARE.

She just wanted to tell SOMEONE.

"But, then we left, and it got better. We even got tattoos." she added, knowing that Willow was NOT going to approve of her tattoo.

"I don't doubt it was fun." Patrick SEEMED like a fun boy - just not Willow's type of fun. And what was that of Dominic showing up with Copernicus, Celandine and Anna Greingoth? "What was he doing there?" Inquired Willow trying to sound just politely interested, and failing rather miserably at it. "And what would that ruined things?"

Tattoos.

Tattoos.

That world lingered in Willow's head for a little while before actually realizing that she probably had to give Evolette some kind of reaction.

"You are not serious, are you?" She totally was, and Willow was positively scandalized.

Evolette chewed on her lip for a moment. Ehhh.... this was a rather tough spot....

"It looked like he was on a double date thing.." she started wrinkling her nose, "Cela and Cope, and Dominic and Anna."

This was not good right? She hadn't thought of it at the time... but now she was certain that this was not good.

"Well, I mean... it was Cela.... and Cope, on a date." she shrugged, "I thought Plymouth would take it badly." She was glad that he hadn't. He'd handled it rather well, and she was proud.

"Of course I am serious." she replied, "Why would I say it if it weren't true?" She liked her tattoo, but Willow did, indeed have the predicted reaction. "Want to see it?" she asked.

Double Date. Nice.

Locking her jaw, and feeling her face losing the little colour it usually had, Willow said, "Good for him." Pfft. "I certainly hope he had fun." Not. Seriously, what was he playing at? No wonder why Branimir had always warned her about boys; he, after all, knew better than anyone how they could be.

Also - Stupid Anna Greingoth. No wonder why Willow had never cared for her.

And people still wondered why she tend to NOT get on well with females.

"Sure thing. Show me." Why the hell would Evolette mark herself forever? It was preposterous and absolutely unnecessary. "As long as it is in a place that most people WOULD consider appropiate." Willow gave Evolette a knowing look.

WHY?

Why was Evolette always the one to bring Willow bad news? Why couldn't she, for once, bring her best friend good news? Was that so much to ask? Really?

Hopefully Willow wasn't too upset. And if she was, Evolette knew better than to press it at the moment. It wasn't like her friend was going to turn into a sobbing mess. Over a boy. Especially over a boy.

Especially over Denton.

As she took in the "That's right Evolette McKenna. I know you well." look that Willow was giving her, Evolette blinked innocently. "Really Willow, of COURSE it is appropriate, it was a first date afterall."

Honestly, what did she think of Evolette? whatever it was, was probably justified anyway

Pushing the shoulder of her robe down, Evolette pulled until her tattoo was visible. "See?" she asked, holding her hair back, "Plymouth drew it himself."

Yay for tattoos!

Willow stared at Evolette long and hard as one of her dark, and perfectly shaped eyebrows arched slowly at her friends words. Honestly - had Evolette forgotten to WHOM she was talking to? Clearly.

Once Evolette had revealed the infamous tattoo, Willow took a few steps closer towards her friend, in order to take a good look at the tattoo on Evolette's shoulder. A kitten. Go figures that Evolette McKenna would have a kitten as a tattoo, marking her shoulder forever.

"Isn't that cute?" Finally said Willow, with a smirk plastered across her lips. Snort. "And now that you've mentioned you him . . . What is up with you and kissing Copernicus Kettleburn? Do you like him, or something? Wouldn't have thought he was your type." Then again, wasn't MALE Evolette's type?

Pulling her school robes back up over her shoulder, Evolette shrugged, "Plymouth picked it." she replied, "And I think it is sweet." Plymouth could have drawn a dementor on her shoulder, and she still would have found it sweet. Plymouth Morgan was sweet.

A somewhat shocked smirk twitched at Evolette's pink lips, and she took a few moments to look at Willow before asking, "Where'd you hear about that?"

She realized, too late of course, that she had NOT told Willow about her bet with Anna. No doubt Willow would think it was stupid.

"Patrick is a nice young man, Evolette," Commented Willow lightly, tilting her head to one side as an absentminded movement, "If it weren't for the fact that he is an overgrown eight year old, I would approve of you and him." Not that Evolette had asked for Willow's approval (or needed it, for that matter), but the Ravenclaw had the tendency to voice her opinion wheter people wanted to hear it or not.

"Because he told me, obviously," Stated Willow plainly, with a shrug of her petite shoulders. "But you still haven't answered my question. Are you after him now? You do know he's with Celandine Toussaint, right?" Of course she did. She'd said it herself that she'd seen Copernicus and Celandine on a double date with the insufferably know-it-all they had for Head Girl and THAT Boy.
