One look at Clifford and she could tell he thought she was silly. Well, maybe she was! But it wasn't her fault. It was a part of who she is ... just like eating veggies and staying off too many sweets. "You try and grow up with a Healer as your Mum!" She told him with a little hmpf and flick of her hair. Boys. They never really understood, did they?

Oh, but he was right. And Evangeline loved it when he was right and made her see sense. Should something happen to her, she would be at the Hospital Wing. And once she got there, she could easily ask for an anti-septic or something and all would be fine! Yes. He was right.

Bending over with a sigh, Evaneline slowly removed her knee high socks, tucking them into her shoes afterwards. And good thing too! Before she even got the time to wiggle her free toes, Clifford was dragging her out of the Great Hall. Ow, the floor was coooooold!

Sydney dumped her books on the table and plopped on the bench..Man..she was feeling exhausted & ...sweaty yuck! Sydney had been wandering around the castle and grounds so much that it made her feel sick. "I think I miss the Girls Dormitory" She said twisting her hair around her finger. Her stomach started grumbling but Sydney ignored it, she was too tired to even get up...The Grumbling started to make her stomach crazy "FINE! I'll go and get something" She said to her ....stomach

She grabbed an apple & 2 pancakes & started to eat them quietly.

Sydney jumped a little hearing Lyra's voice and her fork dropped from her hand on the plate and made a clatterish noise. "Ow...there you are!" She said sighing. "I've been looking for you for ages..." She said narrowing her eyes. Sydney heard the faint growls coming from Lyra..."GO get something to eat, pumpkin juice wouldn't do" She said with a chuckle. She stuffed some pancake pieces and chewed silently..

Lyra laughed when she saw Sydney jump a little. "revenge is sweet" she said smirking and with a twinkle in her eye. "you made me jump in the Slytherin common room while i was practicing a spell and now i made you jump!" she said and threw her hands in the air as though celebrating. Lyra shrugged "i'm not very hungry *growl* 'shut it!' "well maybe i am hungry but i have the feeling i'm gonna puke when i eat something right now". she said eyeing the pancakes.

Iris sighed and looked around miserably, she hadn't said anything in a while and the others were looking bored too. "Hey, when do you reckon they'll have the dungeons cleared up?" Iris asked them, trying to be slightly optimistic or at least cheerful, "do you reckon the Potions classrooms been blown up or something?" she asked randomly, "I mean, I know it's near the common room, and full of weird and wonderful things, that may or may not have agreed with the high volume of water." She said, looking up at the empty staff table, wondering what they were doing to save the bottom floor of the ancient castle.

Xehanna was upset that the common rooms were still flooded. She was so mad thatall of her stuff could have gotten ruined, especially her notebook. The one she had been working on to write that story for 2 1/2 years now.

Aaron looked up and down the bench and looked at all the tired kids. He then turned back to Iris.

Iris Looked up and down the table too, "yeah your right, aren't you. Shows how much they care for us." Iris said looking at Aaron. He should smirk more often, it suites him. she found her self thinking, then shaking her head to clear the thought.

Lyra sat down at the Slytherin house table again after taking a walk on the grounds. She sighed deeply and eyed the other students sitting at the table. She picked up a book and started to read but couldn't really concentrate because of all the voices in the Great Hall. So she decided to play with the wrist holster she got from Professor Lawson. Holding her arm under the table she moved her wrist and the wand fell in her hand, she did it again but this time faster, and again and again and...... Until even that started to get boring, sighing again she banged her head on the table with a loud "BANG" and just lay there, "gah what a boring day today" she muttered as her stomach began to growl and her head started to feel painful.

'mental note to self, never bang head on table when bored' she thought rubbing her forehead.

She heard her mutter something that contained 'boring day' She looked up to her and chuckled. "Aww, that mustta hurt!" she said after hearing that loud 'Bang'. "Bored, aren't ya?" she asked. She too was bored. Very much.

It'll help. You wouldn't want a big forehead." she said. She couldn't prevent smiling to her advice, though she wasn't sure if she should laugh or not. "Nah, not with me... Oh, saw your application on Quidditch. How'd it go?" She'd watched some part of it and Lyra was good. She hoped Lyra could make it.

Kevin wandered into the great hall and sat down at the slytherin table which was pretty empty and he filled a goblet with coffee that appeared before him and started sipping his coffee while looking at the food assembled on the table

How did yours go?" She couldn't see him there, but then she'd only watched some part of it. Probably he attended after she'd left. He wouldn't miss such an important thing for him, right?

"yeah, i think its really clever... my dad does stuff like that. well he used to when i was little, he'd make a cloud with his wand and make it rain, then make a sun appear and a rainbow would form... its not exactly the same, but its still magic and weather and now I've caught wobbly gob because I'm tired. . . " Iris laughed and then mimicked Aaron, and leant on the table.
