They were flying down so fast that it felt like the skin on his cheeks would flap right off his skull and Neo would find it plastered on the side of the castle in a few days. He wanted to scream at the top of his lungs but he couldn't even manage to release any sound.

Livvy had wrapped his arms around herself, and he found himself clutching on to her for dear life as much as he was trying to protect her from flying off the side of the chutes.

Despite the terrifying view of the descent, the Hufflepuff couldn't bring himself to shut his eyes because everything looked so bleedin' wicked!

This was the best thing Hogwarts had EVER invented, to be sure!

Iris practically ran to the shoots on the fifth floor... The idea of a midnight tea party sounded more like her thing than the earlier proposed game of baseball. She scoffed at the thought and sat down on the slide, making her way down it at a fast speed and sudenly remembering why she never did forgive her brother for making her go on the Big Dipper in Blackpool.

Aaron ran up right behind Iris. He was sooooooo excited for this party. He was excited for baseball, but this was going to be fun. Once Iris exited on the bottom. Aaron hopped on and flew down the slide...

Steven laughed and picked up her trunk, after placing a lightening spell on it. He moved out of the common room following Cor out of the room. "So, are you going back to Salem?" He asked her, wondering what would be happening with her education after another move back to the States.

Corwyn shook her head, "Nah, Mom wants me to be tutored at home." she answered rather bitterly. Her mother wanted her to be home, but wouldnt actually be around her. "Sometimes I think she wants me sealed in a bubble so nothing will happen to me, but so she only has to see me when she wants." she added a bit scornfully, "She got even weirder after Dad died." Whoops she thought. She'd been trying to avoid telling anyone that, but she was leaving, so what did it matter.

Taking her trunk, she levitated it and slowly lowered it to the ground, then did the same with her trunk.

"Oh... Home schooling. That, em... Sound's fun." Steven answered, trying (unsuccessfully) to sound like she would have a good time... but as far as he was concerned, friends were what made school. So, being home schooled by himself would be the epitime of horrible, horrendous and the complete opposite of Hogwarts.

He was just away to add something else, when his jaw dropped. "Cor, I'm so sorry. I didn't know... well, thats obvious. You managed to keep that one under wraps pretty well." He said, and his eyebrows knitted inwards as he looked at her. "Write to me.. okay? Even once a month... Just to let me know that you are okay." He said, trying to not let this moment get akward.

Cor smirked at her friends attempt to sound encouraging, "It'll be alright, another three years then I can get out. Heck I might even come back to England! Its kind of nice here." she said looking around at the beautiful view from the fifth floor.

"Its alright, thats the way I wanted it. I dont like to be pitied." she shrugged, "Thats why I didnt say anything."

Looking at the ground, she sighed and did what she really didnt want to do at all, "Well, I guess this is it, I have to catch the Knight bus to London, mail my luggage, then catch a flight back to Boston. I cant bring this stuff through customs." she laughed motioning towards the ground where her luggage rested. Corwyn pulled herself up onto the edge of the shoot and looked back at Steven, "Dont miss me to much ok?" she said trying to make the moment a bit lighter, "And say bye to Nancy and Paris for me. See you later Steven." she added softly, then, turning back around, launched herself down the slide.

Once on the ground, she levitated her luggage, waved up at her friend, and started the walk to the gate.

Steven laughed. "You should come and see me in the Summer. You won't need to be home school'd over the summer; unless it meeans you could fit it into two years. I might take her up on that." He said, with a wink at his friend. Then gulped and nodded. "That is fair enough. Sorry abotuthe pity then." He said with a nudge and a wink.

Steven took another deep breath, and looked at Corwyn then nodded. "Yeah. . . Yeah, I guess I will talk to you soon." He said, blinking a few times in rapid concession. "Nah. I won't miss you at all Grey." He said with a small akward laugh and a small wave.

Then she was gone.

"Good luck Corwyn Grey. Knock 'em dead in your green dress." He whispered into the night as he watched her walk up the path to the gate. He stood there watching her until she was a black dot on the horizon.
