Naomi looked at the girl who just ran into her. "Oh its ok." Naomi said. "That is what happens when you kinda just sit here. I'm Naomi by the way."

Thankful that the girl wasn't angry, she set her books to the side and took a seat by Naomi. "Great to meet you," She stuck out her hand to shake Naomi's. "I'm Bella, Bella Mason. And if you couldn't tell, I'm a Ravenclaw and a little new around here." She blushed as she gestured toward her books and her youthful features.

"I am in gryffindor and a second year." Naomi said wit ha smile. "Do you need some help?"

"With getting around the castle, yes," Bella smiled, glad to have made a new friend. "I never knew that the ghosts could be so rude! I had a nasty encounter with one the other day."

"oh really." Naomi said excitely, she loved stories. "Do tell."

"Well, um..." Bella began, half-wishing that she hadn't mentioned this embarrassing moment. "I was walking along the third floor with my nose in my Transfiguration book, when I heard some odd noises. I stopped to see a couple of seventh years snogging. Out of nowhere came a ghost who began pelting me and the lovers with owl dung. I smelled bad for the rest of the day."

"Ewww thats gross." Naomi said. "Yeah the ghost's get really mean around here. I have a story to tell you about something that one of them did to my sister if you are interested."

"I'd love to hear it," Bella was almost guilty as she smiled, knowing that someone else had a horror story to tell.

"so my sister zoey was quite the troublemaker in her day and she had this guy friend by the name of zack that she also liked." Naomi said. "So one day she decided that she is going to play a joke on him and writes it in her journal. She was going to have a batch of pumpkin juice fall on top of his head when he walked into the room they always hung out in. So she sets it all up and she is waiting for him but he never comes so she carefully leaves the room only to find him smiling at her from across the hall. she asks him to come into the room and he tells her to go first. She completely forgets about the juice and walks into the room and gets it all dumped on her. Turns out a ghost stole her journal and gave it to Zack." Naomi said with a smile and a laugh.

Bella laughed, glad the she wasn't alone in this mess. "Funny story. What ever happened between her and Zack? Did they go out together eventually?"

"Yeah the dated for about 2 years." Naomi said.

Piper nodded as Emiliano placed his finger on her lips, she still felt like it was somehow her fault, but he had said no more apologizing, so.. She wasn't going to apologize anymore. "Okay." She responded softly as she tucked a piece of her hair behind her ears and prepared herself to listen to what he had to say about him and Karma..

She was quiet as he explained, and she nodded as he finished. "I can certainly understand instantly becoming friends with someone, and I can also understand that your friendship is strong right now. So, that is all there is then, friendship??" She asked as she looked up at him, her violet eyes questioning.. She could handle that..

She noticed he hadn't said a word about them, and Piper sighed inwardly, is that all there is between us? Friendship? Her sad thought was interrupted by his hug and she smile and hugged him back. Who could be sad when in his arms?

Elizabeth stepped out of the common room, pausing a bit as she tried to figure out where she wanted to go. The term had really started off oddly. First the whole thing with Seth on the train, then the feast. She still was trying to figure out why Robert was acting so weird around her, other than the whole thing with Mari. And she felt bad about not having talked to her best friend during the feast as well. But she'd been placed into this situation, and now she had to try and figure out how to deal with it. She wasn't about to stop being friends with either one.

As she started to get lost in her thoughts, she also acknowledged the fact that she had yet to find Ludo as well. She thought they'd established things between themselves over the summer, but after he'd left, she'd started wondering if he had actually been as certain as she had. And now she hadn't seen him at school, and it was distracting her. Biting her lip, she leaned against the wall, not far from the hidden entrance to the Room of Requirement, trying to decide what her first move should be.

Cayden was finding Elizabeth as he found her not to far from her own common rooms.It was much easier to find people now then it was before. He came up beside her as he didnt say anything at first, just watching her. She had to be in deep thought seeing as she hadnt noticed him yet. That and he didnt make much noise when he walked. He stood there in silence for a few moments before he spoke to her. he hadnt wanted to scare her, but if she wasnt going to see him then it really left him no choice."Day dreaming?" he asked her as he gave her a small smile. He was trying to tease with her even though he really never had a conversation with her before. The most he had ever had was in the library and it was over a book."May i have a word with you when you are done with your thoughts. I can stand here until you have the time." he told her as he had all the time in the world.

Emiliano nodded his head, she had said exactly what he meant. "Yes...but I want you to know, that the strong frienship Karma and I have is nothing else than that, alright? And also, I will always be there for her, as the friends we are." He was finally clearing things up, but gulped when he thought about his time to tell all he had to say to her.

"As for you..." He whispered and took her hand, "...so far, I feel like I need to be around you." He kind of confessed, did he? Let's see what she says...

Piper nodded as Emiliano spoke, she could understand that kind of friendship, it was almost like the type she had with her sister. Of course, that was a bit different.. seeing as it was her sister after all. But..

"Alright, I understand that there is only friendship between you, and I understand that you will be there for her when she needs you. That is what friendship is all about... Right?" She asked as she felt him take her hand.

Suddenly her heart was doing a odd flipping sensation in her chest, as Emiliano suddenly took her hand. She could barely hear his whispered words, but they were there...She nodded up at him, "I feel like I need to be around you as well.." She said in a soft voice.."Em.... I.." she trailed off...

Elizabeth couldn't help but jump a little as she heard someone speak to her, having been completely oblivious to what was going on around her while she was thinking. Luckily, she managed to keep herself from drawing blood, as she had bit down on her lip harder when she had gotten startled. Blinking her green eyes, she looked over to see Cayden, and looked at him a bit curiously when it seemed like he was trying to tease her. That was weird.

Finally smiling at him back tentatively, she shook her head slightly. "Just thinking about everything. Nothing fun enough to be considered daydreaming." She shifted so she was looking at him more fully, leaning one shoulder against the wall idly as he asked to have a word with her. She had a feeling she knew what he wanted to talk about, but at least maybe she could try to explain herself. And it was weirdly appropriate he had shown up now, what with her thoughts previously. "Sure. Go ahead, it's not like I can't stop what I was doing before."

Cayden saw Elizabeth jump as it was clear he had scared her, something he couldn't really help. It wasn't his fault he was quite as the dead."At least you weren't day dreaming and walking around at the same time. You might of seriously hurt yourself seeing as you are on the seventh floor. It would of been a long fall." he commented as it would probably give her a second thought on day dreaming. He looked at Elizabeth for a second as he was pretty sure why they never really talked. They didn't really get along so well. The only thing they had in common was probably mari and quidditch.

He listened to her as she gave him permission to talk about what happened at the tables."Actually you already have stopped what you were doing." he pointed out to her as he then started." I just wanted to talk to you about Mari and what happened at the tables.I'm not sure what you feel for her, but i know she places you high on her list of friends. She values your friendship and I'm sorry if this comes across blunt or harsh, but i wont have anyone hurting her. Something you've already done.You are all she has left here at Hogwarts. If you are going to be here friend then be there for her. If not then I'm going to ask her to leave her alone." he was a little curious at something though." If i may ask though. How is that you pick robert over Mari? i don't understand. It seems more logical to pick mari over him seeing as several variables. She is a female and not to mention you have known her longer then robert. Mari was a logical choice, but you choose an impulsive action. Is that your reasoning?" He was very interested in seeing how people thought.

Elizabeth grinned as Cayden tried to warn her about not daydreaming and walking simultaneously. "I'm smarter than that. I'd only daydream and walk if I was out in the grounds or something. I'm not planning on falling down any stairs or anything anytime soon." Then she bit her lip again as he looked at her, instinctively knowing he was thinking about how they weren't really friends. Something that she didn't really consider entirely her fault. Not when he had tried to avoid her much of last term. She had been actually kind of surprised he had come to her house over the summer. But then, Mari had been there, and she'd invited Kayla. The two girls she knew that he liked to talk to, among other things.

She couldn't help but laugh a little as he felt the need to point out the obvious, but her amusement faded as he continued. Waiting until he finished speaking, she sighed, before speaking. She had had the feeling this was coming, and now she needed to explain herself. "Mari's my best friend. Or, one of them, considering there's still Asteira in there too. But Robert's like my surrogate brother, even though, as you said, I've known Mari longer. We just sort of clicked that way. And I'm trying to be there for Mari, but I don't want to abandon anyone else either. I didn't pick him over her, I'm trying to figure out how I can still keep connections with both of them." She paused, closing her eyes as things started getting more difficult, fighting back tears. Something told her Cayden wasn't understanding her. "What about last term? When you were trying to be with Mari, but also friends with Kayla? That had to be hard. So why can't you understand that I'm trying to be there for her, but I might be having some difficulties?" She wished Mari was here, because she had tried to warn her last term about how this could happen, and now she was being seen as the bad guy because she was stuck in the middle. And her talking to Robert at the feast hadn't been impulsive. She'd thought about it before doing it, and it was tearing herself up inside to not have people understand.

"Oh, okay..." She replied, nodding her head. She checked her watch and flew onto her feet. With the flick of her wand, her books began levitating again. "Sorry, Naomi. I have to go to my Potions class. It starts in two minutes and I'm obviously far away from the dungeons. Know any shortcuts?"

He stood there in the corridor as he hadn't moved from his spot. he was still staring at her as she started to explain herself. Very poorly if you asked him. She was not bringing kayla into this. He clinched his jaw a little as he was starting to get upset. The fact that she dragged kayla into this and then not to mention the whole kayla leaving thing. It was a mess.

"You dont have a right to talk about this.You don't even know of what your talking about." he told her after she brought up kayla in the conversation."Kayla was my friend when Mari decided not to be around me. Neither friend of yours has abandoned you." he pointed out the obvious to her." Let alone kayla knew mari was my girlfriend. She would come first in most matters. You pick and choose at the time who needs you more. Mari will need you more. He has other friends, but your the only one she has. That's it. You. I'm sure seeing as your a ravenclaw you can tell the difference between trying and actually doing so." He looked at her as he was in a bad mood. seeing as she had brought up kayla. He had missed her and it was starting to get to him more and more."You seem to have already chosen. I'm just asking that you inform her of who you prefer. So she isn't blind sided by your future decisions."

With her eyes closed, Elizabeth had no way of noticing how Cayden had physically reacted to her attempt at explaining herself, but she wrapped her arms around herself as she felt him staring at her. And then he exploded, and there was no way she couldn't know what his reaction was.

"I know that Kayla and Mari got into at least one fight last term. And I'd imagine you already know about that," she snapped, her own self-control tettering on the brink of falling one diection or another. Either she was about to fall prey to her temper, or dissolve into tears. She didn't know which, but she knew she had to either get him off her back or get herself out of there. "That's all I was referring to. And no, neither of my friends has abandoned me. But you're basically telling me I either have to abandon one friendship, or you're going to get my best friend to abandon me. So I'm sorry if I'm not exactly reacting how you want." She stopped to take a few deep breaths, as she remembered two terms ago, when it had basically seemed like Asteira and Mari had abandoned her. And she knew she couldn't deal with this any more. He may have thought he was acting in Mari's behalf, but she knew that, if her best friend was still her best friend, she wouldn't have had to go through this. "Seeing as you seem to think you know what a Ravenclaw should or shouldn't know, whyever were you placed into Slytherin?," she bit out, before taking a step away from him. "Trust me. I won't hurt her," she said, before she opened her eyes again, the green seeming dangerously bright, although no tears had fallen yet, and walked off. Cayden Blood could think she'd chosen one over the other all he wanted. But she hadn't, and she wasn't about to choose one friend over the other. True friends didn't do that.

"Yeah, maybe..." Emiliano said, quite trailed off the conversation. His stomach, head, and the heartbeat were to the point of boiling, he was getting nervous, though he liked the sensation...being with Piper was all that caused it. He smiled, nodded then let out a sigh. "...frienship is all about counting with those people that you care about and they care about you..." Mumbling...so typical.

She what...her whisper was barely understood...she what?? He was desperate to know the word, phrase after that I..."You..." Emiliano hoped it would help her say something...

Piper nodded as she heard Emiliano speak, her heart was pounding and she could barely breathe, in fact it seemed like she couldn't get a full lungful of air. Her head was spinning and she in fact felt rather dizzy, but it was all due to Emiliano's presence, and she in fact liked what she was feeling.

She smiled a bit more.. he was mumbling,but it was really cute.. She tilted her head to the side, just looking at him."That is very true, friendship is counting on those you care about and being there for them, no matter what.."

Gah.. Merlin why did she start to say that she liked him? Why why why???? Piper's thoughts were a mess, she couldn't finish that sentence could she? "I.. like.........." She trailed off, her face going bright red.. "You.." She mumbled the words, her heart was pounding in her head, and she could barely think, her hand gripped her blue shirt.. Oh please, please please please.. let me not have ruined anything... Please..

Obviously it was something...a confession Emiliano never expected. She liked him?? Then, he was not ruining anything...he was getting close to her, telling her all those things about the strong frienship with Karma...and the odd, yet amazing feeling to be around her. Though, he was hurting her at the same time, being confused about his feelings with Karma and her...What should he do? Tell her?

"I'm honoured..." He said, "...and I shall confess that I like you as well." Finally, Emiliano said something...but there was another thing to be said, though Piper knew. "But now you see, all this confussion has a reason and I need to clear it up." He told Piper, giving her a comforting smile, a cheer for this time.
