Dani just watched as Clark lifted Jake up. "Clark, maybe we should just let him go." She didn't want Jake to be involved if his heart wasn't in it. She snatched the water balloons and walked off ahead of them slightly. Boys were idiots.

"Fine, Dani." Clark dropped Jake without warning and stepped over-er on him, to get next to Dani. "But Jake, don't you miss having fun? One last time, just to get your frustration out. Cos don't you not like Lawson?" Clark shook his hair. It was a lost cause. But if Jake ate that choco frog....

Fine... fine.

"That hurt," Jake growled at Clark, reaching into his pocket and pulling out the chocolate frog. Slowly pulling the wrapper off, Jake bit off half the half with the puking pastille without looking at it.

I think you know what happened.

"BLLLLEEUUURRGGHHHH!!!!!" Jake... err, puked, bent double, hand on the window sill. Forgetting about the frog, Jake let it fall out of the window. Ewww... and he thought that the detention would prepare him for the sight... but no.

He freaked out.

Jake had a phobia of being sick.

And there it was.

Even though this was how it was planned, Clark was freaking out. And when Clark freaked out, he forgot stuff. So, he pretty much did nothing. Except say, calmly, "Hey, Jake, you ok?"

Dani ran back to Jake. "What happened?" He was just eating chocolate. Oh noes. What had Professor Vindictus said about the chocolate? Oh yeah. It would make her hate chocolate forever. Oh geez. Evil Professors. She was freaking out and the smell was nasty. "I can go get Healer Avalon?" She didn't know what to do. And ewww. "No wait. Should I get Lawson?" She was going insane.

Puke.

Is.

Nasty.

Clark couldn't think straight. "Uh...I don't know. Get Lawson, sure. Get someone." Because Clark was very...empathetic when it came to sick. If you got my drift. "Get someone, just, get Lawson or Avalon, or someone, you know?"

Very.

Empathetic.

A tear rolled down Jake's face as he puked up again. Didn't they do that vanishing spell in Transfiguration? Couldn't Clark make the nasty mess go away...

PUUUUUUKE!

Errrr... and that one.

"Don't... get him... with the balloons," Jake begged, sniffling as he knelt down and held onto his stomach.

Vindictus was right... those chocolate frogs WERE bad.

"Wait first things first." She pulled out her wand. "Evanesco! That stuff was stinky." She said as it disappeared. "Who do I get?!" She was confuzed. Evil Professors. Any of them could have been in on it.

Now Clark usually would have been upset that she could perform a spell he couldn't, but oh well. That was for a different time and place.

"Go get-Nurse Avalon-or a prefect-or any proffesser..." a tear rolled down Clark's cheek. And he wasn't the one puking. He was just a witness. Which was the hardest job sometimes.

Deciding that now was just as good a time as any to begin her nightly prefect rounds, Anna Greingoth climbed out the portrait hole and began what she expected to be a nice stroll around the castle. The day had turned out to be pretty slow and easygoing, which was just how Anna liked things to be. The less drama, the better. Sighing contentedly, Anna let her mind drift to pleasant things...Cale, her upcoming wedding, summertime, the holidays, Nico Tou...errr, or not. Snapping out of it, Anna came to just in time to happen upon that Hufflepuff kid, Jake Upstead.

"Oh...my...ewww," she said, wrinkling up her face in disgust. "Are you ill, Upstead?" What was she saying? Of course the kid was ill. There was puke decorating the corridor, a clear side that someone wasn't of their full health. This was dusgusting, though. Utterly disgusting. Anna didn't deal with puke. With squenced eyes and a dramatic sigh, she drew her wand. "Scourgify!" she called out, directing her aim right at the disgusting mess.

Collapsing sideways and cluthing his stomach, Jake groaned as he lay on the floor, whimpering. "I don't feel well," he moaned, pressing his face into the floor. "I want my daddy."

PUUUUUUKE!

He raised his head up just in time, managing not to get himself covered. THIS WAS ALL DOWN TO VINDICTUS!

Collapsing into sobs, Jake's breathing sped up a little. He HATED this.

Dani flung herself at the prefect. "Fix him!" She was really freaking out. "Jake. Keep breathing." She was hyperventilating. "Don't Die!" If he died she'd.. She didn't know what she'd do.

Die.

She still hadn't figured out her feelings. She had a tendency to be over dramatic. Just a little.

Clark was freaking out and hyperventilating in a corner. He needed to run-so he ran up and down the corridor a few times. As he jumped over a patch of sick, one of the water balloons fell out of his pocket. It inflated with the spell he had used....

And.

It.

Slammed.

Right.

Into.

The.

Head.

Girl.

And.

Dani.

Why was Dani freaking out so bad?

It isn't late so Daniel decided to wander off for the meantime. The crowded common room is making his bored to death. So the creeps out the Portrait hole and looked around for something to do. He could go to the Room of Requirements and do some playing with the piano or just go to the Observatory. But what is that commotion he is seeing.

He approached the mob and saw Anna, Jake, Dani and Clark. But why are they here? Then he saw something nasty on the floor. Is that? "Anna, what is happening here?" he asked their prefect. He then looked at Mr. Upstead "Do you want me to call any Professor or the Healer perhaps?" he said.

And then he felt something at the sole of his shoe. He looked down and saw that he had stepped on puke. Eewww... Nasty. He grabbed his wand and pointed it in his shoe. SCOURGIFY he said. He also did the floor. But that is really nasty...

"ANNA!" Vindictus yelled as he ascended the stairs leading to the Seventh Floor. "You're not . . . what in Merlin's name is going on in here!" He was searching for the Head Girl for one reason and enterd a corridor full of stench and waterballoons.

Clark froze-how did those waterballoons slip out of his pocket? He wasn't going to hurt anyone with them. And Proffesser Vindictus?

"Sir, I think Jake had a bad chocolate frog, and he started throwing up all over the place." Clark smiled sadly. "And then his frog hopped away. And I'm really-really sensitive to sick..." Clark went quite pale and dizzy. But he wouldn't faint. Nu.

Anna opened her mouth to say something else to Upstead, when she was suddenly drenched with...what in Merlin's pink pants was that? Her jaw dropped in horror as realization set in. She'd been hit with a water balloon of all things (which was rather irritating to say the least), but with Upstead consistently displaying the contents of his dinner all of the corridor floors, she supposed she could've been hit with a lot worse. Nevertheless, to realize someone had a water balloon...

"I don't even want to begin to imagine what you lot are up to," she said, glaring at the young Ravenclaw with a 'What in Merlin's name?' look. She opened her mouth again, but clamped it shut when a booming voice, calling out her name no less, sounding from somewhere down the corridor. "Ahh, Professor Vindictus! I could use a helping hand. Upstead's gone ill, and I believe I've been hit with a water balloon from one of the other bystanders."

Dani screamed as she was smacked in the face with a water balloon. It exploded and drenched her. "Clark!" She yelled at him, running and tackling him. That wasn't cool. And the Professor Vindictus was there and she was sitting on Clark. "Me and Clark were uhh thirsty so we had water balloons and then Jake ate the chocolaate that he got from you and started puking. Care to explain?" She asked him, eyeing him like a prosecuter in a trial. He was guilty. She knew it. Evil Professors.

Daniel then looked at the professor and was stunned. He cleared his throat. "Professor, I think we ought to bring Mr. Upstead to the Healer. I will help him get up. He looks terrible." he then grabbed Jake by the arm and on the shoulder and helps him get up.

"Ohmygosh. Dani are you okay?" he asked, his eyes filled with concern. "It fell out of my pocket," he whispered in her ear. "Sorry." Then he turned to Anna and the proffesser. "We were about to play a game. It's called the 'thirsty game' and I was just explaning the rules to Dani, here. I don't think she gets it yet."

"Can you clean up the puke and the water," Vindictus asked and shot a glare at those holding the balloons. "Don't even think it."

"Oh, he got that one? Don't you kids know what a chocolate frog wrapped in red foil means?" Vindictus asked and immediately started rummaging through one of his pockets. He pulled something out and ripped it in half. He purposely chucked the other half into a puddle where it immediately dissolved. "Can someone hold Jake still while I shove this in his mouth?"

"Do as I say and hold him still," he ordered and waited.

Daniel looked at the Professor and nodded he then held Jack upright and holds him still, just as ordered by the Professor. He puts Jack arm over his shoulder and firms his footing on the puked-filled floor.

No... no no NOOOOOOO!!!!!

"No... he's trying to poison me," Jake sobbed weakly, in no position to struggle too much, though he tried to keep his mouth tightly shut... but it didn't work... as one tends to need their mouth open when they're sick.

"BLLLEUUURGHHH!!!!!" he... puked, closing his eyes and turning his head away, once more closing his mouth and hoping it would stay closed.

THE MAN WAS POISONING HIIIIIIM!

Dani continued sitting on Clark as she watched everyone else. He was evil, pure evil, the Professor that is. But he knew her secret. Oh noes. She turned bright red. She was so not gonna make him mad, that would be horrible. "Clark, you're a bad liar." She whispered before looking back at Jake. "Why'd you give him candy if you knew it would do this? That's kinda mean." She had her innocent face back on, althogh it was a bright red innocent face.

"Ewww," Anna mumbled again, then rolled her eyes at the puke and water. She pointed her wand at the puddles she had yet to clean up. "Scourgify," she said, watching as the disgusting mixtures of Merlin knew what cleared away. With a much straighter face, she pointed her wand at the water and scourgified it, as well. Nevermind her clothes. She'd just turn back around and change them as soon as this was all over. She half-heartedly watched as Vindictus worked with the other half of the puking pastille. As Anna had known, Upstead had definitely gotten himself into something, rather than simply being ill.

So much for a peaceful night...
