Karma sang along with Emiliano, of course doing the harmony like she always had in the past. She was one of those who would rather be a back up than be the lead, just because that was something she was scared of. Which she would tell Emiliano her fears later. But now, they sing. "They don't know how long it takes, waiting for a love like this. Everytime we say goodbye, I wish we had one more kiss - I'll wait for you, I promise you I will," This probably had to be one of the most fun times she'd had with Emiliano in a while. Other than the snowball fight that is. And then later, they'd jump on the trampoline, and even after that, talk about anything they felt like. She looked down at the piano keys that she happened to be hitting at the moment, then looked back up at Emiliano, grinning. |
Adrenaline was running trough Emiliano's veins as just Karma and him got into that strophe when they had to synchronize their voices way cooler than before. Probably, he'd have to eat more, just to be able to jump on the trampoline. Then the corus came again, was he ready to sing. Hell yeah!! I’m lucky I’m in love with my best friend Lucky to have been where I have been Lucky to be coming home again Lucky we’re in love every way Lucky to have stayed where we have stayed Lucky to be coming home someday Those last verses, he lowered the tempo as he looked right at Karma, right into her eyes, giving her a wide smile. |
Pink Ladiesss. Seeing that their Pink Lady meeting appeared to have ended, Anna said her goodbyes, then stood to leave. She admired the little pink chair that had appeared for her for just a few moments longer, though. It really was the perfect shade of pink...and it was very elegant. How gorgeous it would look in her bedroom at home! It didn't belong to her, though. It belonged to...someone. It was a nice thought, though. "I have prefect rounds," she announced. "It was a really nice meenting, and I do hope we get to meet again soon." She flashed her Pink Lady friends a smile, then left the Room of Requirement. |
Karma smiled while Emiliano was looking her straight in the eyes. It was nice for her to finally be able to just spend time with him like this. After all, it had been the most fun they'd had together in a while. She preferred it anyway, especially in a room where no one could interrupt them. Unless, they were specifically looking for one or both, but that would be weird. She had her voice in tune with his, once again harmonizing perfectly along with his voice. Once she was done harmonizing, she stopped singing and then, stopped playing the piano. It was time for just the guitar, just Emiliano. And then her, again. She slowly removed her fingers from the keys, and looked at him, and then down at the guitar. |
Song finally ended, Emiliano had played a few strophes, a low voice to sing. He was in that deep thought of not letting this day go, not wanting it to end. Best day, such the best day so far. The strings stopped sounding, it was time for Karma to end the song with a melodious finale. "It's been a pleasure...Atkins, to share this piece of music with you..." He whispered and took her hand, smiling wide to her. |
The minute the song ended with them, Karma smiled back at Emiliano. She held onto his hand when he reached for it, and squeezed it slightly. "I think today was one of the best days so far of that we've ever had together." She let go, and stood up to leave the piano. Turning around to an empty corner of the room, she closed her eyes for a moment. There was a picture of a big trampoline in her head, and when she heard movement, she opened her eyes. The side of the room was expanding, and a trampoline emerged from the floor. She bit her lip and smiled, and then turned to look at Emiliano. Wheee! She turned around to face the trampoline, and then ran forwards and jumped onto it. Her laughter escaped before she meant it to, but she didn't stop it. "Come onnn. It'll be fun!" She stopped jumping to look at him, and was prepared to bring out the puppy dog eyes if necessary. |
Angel comment, of course! Emiliano let out a long sigh and smiled wide at Karma, "I agree, " He answered, looking at her as she walked away and imagined the just appearing trampoline. Woot...it was big! He chuckled, seeing as Karma having fun. She looked beautiful! His chuckle became louder, making him let go of the guitar and place it back inside the case. Em walked towards the trampoline, took his shoes off then jumped into it. Adrenaline rush, maybe... |
Karma giggled slightly when he got onto the trampoline with her, and she started to bounce around on it. Kind of in a circle, around the edges, making sure to jump hard enough to make him go up without jumping. She hadn't been on one in for-ev-errrr, and it was fun. "I think I'll ask Kris if we can get one." She laughed after making that statement, even though it was true. It was so much fun, he'd need a stress reliever. Other than Addie that was. She jumped towards Emiliano and got to right in front of him to send him higher in the air. Karma 'hehe'd and jumped towards the edge of the trampoline bracing herself. |
Just as Emiliano expected, Karma was just having the fun been left after years of growing up. He was having such fun as well, but nothing compared to what seen in her eyes, her expression of a grown up child, still wanting to go back to those years, perhaps. He stopped for a while and sat on the edge of the trampoline, listening to her speak about Kris and asking him to buy one soon. He chuckled at the comment, then smiled. "I agree...Diana will have to please me with one as well, it's like a shake of your present world to let out the stress..." He made that little relation, which he felt like at the moment. But whoaaaaaaaaaaaa!! That jump...wait...wait...heights!! It was way too much, maybe. He suddenly looked pale and jumped back on the trampoline, stopping immediately and taking a deep breath. "How do you get the strenght for this?" He asked, still kind of adrenaline shaken. It felt great, yes...but it almost made his heart stop. |
OH NOES. He was pale. Not good! But... why? She was just jumping around. And then it hit her - he was scared of heights! Oh shoot dang. "OOOOOOOH Em I'm sorry!" Karma stopped bouncing, and sat down next to him in the trampoline. "I didn't mean to send you that high. Let's just lay here and talk." She didn't even let him answer, before she rolled into the middle of the trampoline and laid on her back with her arms behind her head, staring at the ceiling. Hmm. What would be ideal to look at? He would more than likely think of something. If not, it would be a great way to show him her fears, so then he might understand it more. |
"Hey..." Emiliano started to regain some strenght, his guts back to normal. "...don't worry about it. As now you've noticed, I'm afraid of heights...quite afraid. But now, I feel like the adrenaline is rushing through my veins and well, the scaredy moment passed..." He let out a sigh every now and then during his explanation but, well that was his bit of secret. "I just don't know why I don't have that fear of heights when it gets to ride a broom, though. It's weird..." He commented, low voice still coming out because of his sudden gain of high pressure up above his head. Laying on the trampline next to Karma, looking up at the ceiling. Great idea, he supposed though immediately closed his eyes, and thought about a Rock&Roll song, he assumed Elvis Presley was the artist and began to hum. Love me, tender...love me, sweet, never let me go... He wondered what might happen if he continued thinking about the song. "What is your greatest fear?" He asked, still eyes closed. |
Karma chewed on her lip slightly for a moment as Emiliano asked her what her greatest fear was. She thought she heard music somewhere, distant, soft, and Elvis Presley like. That music was super old if it was him. Wow. Oh man. How would she explain? She couldn't really. Lifting her head, she pulled an arm out from under it and pulled her wand out from her sleeve. "If you'd look above you..." The ceiling began to swim in a circle as Karma swished her wand around a little bit. It wasn't enough for anyone to get sick, but to get a little dizzy. The scene before them looked as if it was being seen through Karma's own eyes, like a memory. Defense Against the Dark Arts class. Boggarts. There was a version of Karma standing in front of her eyes, smirking, and her arms folded. Suddenly, her face seemed as if it was melting, and her mouth turned into a beak, eyes on fire. Wings sprouted from her back, and it looked as if she was ready to kill. Suddenly, Kris came into the picture, and the angry Karma took Kris by a clawed hand, and posed to kill him. There was a flash of Kazimeriz's face, and everything spinned from sight. "There's one. Another would be losing my family. Without them, I would be nothing." |
That memory of Karma, played as if it was a movie, as if they had entered a Pensieve, made Emiliano lose the track of the song he started to hum a minute or so ago. It looked like a horror movie, but of course...it was her greatest fear. How sad...it was to think of yourself as some future killer or worse. He reached to his hand and looked right in the eyes. "Your fear is something never to be compared, as you said...your family is the best thing you have, the esence of your life, but bloodlines bring some fears, don't they?" He guessed that shape and fire from the boggart had something to do with her Veela side. "I'm here to help you...I'm here even if you want to just throw your anger against me...I won't care..." He shrugged and smiled at her, slowly reaching to hold her chin. |

"Well if it's for Cela," she whispered rubbing at one pink cheek with two fingers. Of course, it seemed to have been Cela the reason behind Plymouth's--daring? No, the boy was usually like that anyways! Wasn't he? No sense of personal space. Nope. "And if you keep apologizing it'll only be more awkward!" announced Daphne out of the corner of her mouth, determined to pretend like that moment had never happened. Although--her test squeeze had given her some interesting information about Plymouth's physique. Again, as she stopped, she turned her face away from him and blushed. "Heeere we are." Awkward. |
"Daphadil," Plymouth said her name slowly and moved around her so that he was right in front of her. He leaned his back against the door of the Room of Requirement and crossed his arms. "You hate me right now, don't you? Tell me what to do to make it better. Want to see me do a cartwheel?" |
"No, I don't!" she replied instantly, for some reason still feeling her face heat up. Shutting one eye, she fidgeted on the spot. "It's just...I'm not uuused to--I feel a little shy," Daphne sighed. "I'm sure you have an easier time with Evolette McKenna." Daphne could bet 30 galleons Miss McKenna was ten thousand times easier to get along with than her. |
"Shy?" Plymouth's forehead wrinkled in confusion. "Shy," he had to say it again. It didn't make sense to Plymouth. Daphne Hopton was SHY? In front of Plymouth? "Shy. Why? You don't have to be shy in front of me. I like it when you just say or do whatever is on your mind." Ah. "Evolette? Umm..," Plymouth stared at his toes. "Easier? Errr.... nah... Nah. I don't know her as well as I know you. You were my first Hogwarts friend, Daphadil. You remember?" |
"I remember well enough," she mumbled rolling her eyes heavenward at the thought of that day. "Varius Tipps ruined my hair," and bow, she thought and reached out to pat her hair. Was it messy? She hadn't bothered looking in the mirror on the way out of the common room. "And the lemur endeavor. And you got boogers on your face," finished Daphne with a disgusted face. Oh, she remembered alright. "Traumatizing, really." |
Plymouth pushed off the door and flipped his hat around backwards. Then, he moved to loom over Daphne. "Daphadil," Plymouth whisper-failed. "You really feel that way? That's one of my most favorite days ever." |
Daphne was busy raising a brow at Plymouth's choice of footwear. She did remember that day, and it was going pretty swell until she thought it fine and dandy to join in the lemur hunt. The only good thing was that they got to beat Copernicus Kettleburn. Grinning secretively, she looked up at the mention of her 'name'. "Yes....?" .......... Why was he so close? Shrinking a little under his gaze, Daphne challenged herself to stare back. "You honestly liked the booger mask that much?" |
"Well, no. But.... I wouldn't take it back either. It was.. interesting. I really do love that day." Plymouth reached up and pulled his hat off and then put it lightly on Daphne's head. Yeah, she'd hate it, but he was kind of driving him crazy with this... weirdness. He'd much rather have her batting him away like normal than refusing to look at him. |
Daphne snorted even as he moved. "The only good thing that came out of that day," she began before grasping his wrist to stop him to no avail. His gaudy slightly dirty looking blue hat was on her blond head. A stark contrast--it was probably making her look funny. "Was you and possibly, maybe, Varius Tipps." She paused to adjust the hat better. UGH. Daphne really couldn't pull off hats well. "And maybe Copernicus Kettleburn. That is, however, a big maybe." What else was important that day? |
Plymouth tucked her hair behind her ear and gave the hat a little nudge so that it was slightly sideways. "You mean that?" Plymouth laughed. He wanted to believe that. "This... this looks cute. I need a camera. This is another one of those days for me, I think. Just a GOOD day." |
Daphne declared his pink finger her possession as she tried her best to frown disapprovingly at him. Next time her hair needed tucking, she'd do it herself. She was going to tell him that; Exactly that, if his laugh hadn't distracted her. Feeling slightly wobbly, she laughed softly herself, not sure of the reason. "You think so?" she teased with a small grin, placing a hand on the top of the hat and turning her face slightly, posing for an invisible camera. "Maybe it does suit me. It suits you better though," she finished pointing underneath her own eye. "Because of your eyes." Yeaaaah. He had pretty eyes too. "It's a promising day," accepted Daphne reluctantly. "It could get better." |
*snort* Plymouth eyes wanted to travel down to where his pinky was captured. It wasn't every day Daphne Hopton tried to hold Plymouth's hand. Most days she really did enjoy batting at him. But, as it were, he was a little distracted - which was saying something. He held her gaze while he had it.."You're going to make me blush, Daphadil." Plymouth winked down at her and started swinging his hand. "Hehe." "Hehe." Guh. "Our first fight? Because, really, I have to insist. YOU look cuter." Plymouth wrinkled his nose at her like she was possibly the cutest thing EVER. |
