As soon as Torin entered the Great Hall, he headed towards the Ravenclaw table. Not his usual spot for eating, but he had people here that he needed to say bye to. Like Karma and Liz. If he could find them.

He took a seat and looked around him. It was sad that this was going to be the last time that many of the students ate here. Good thing he wasn't graduating anytime soon.

Emiliano went over to sit with the Hufflepuff boy, ready to start a chat and wait for a while to see if Karma would appear. Let's just hope...that she comes to eat her last meal. Sigh.

"Hey, mate. How have you been?" He asked him.

He looked up when Em took a seat beside him. "I've been good. You?" He remembered that he liked Em 'cause he was the only person who hadn't teased him about Bunbury. Or laughed.

"Great, great. Well," Was Emiliano going over the whole explanation that he didn't want the term to end. I think yes..."...my mood hasn't been the same this week. I guess I will miss Atkins, really much." He mentioned Karma. Eep, weak point.

"Ready for summer?" Em asked him, in the will of even inviting Torin to the party.

He nodded slowly and took some food for his plate. "Yes, I will miss Karma too. And Liz." And Vannie..

"Ready but not ready." If that made sense.. he really didn't want to leave just yet. And he needed to give Professor Bunbury a hug before he left. "You ready for summer?"

Copernicus seated himself at the Ravenclaw table, being sure to smooth out his sleeves and robes. He glanced around quickly for any of his house mates that he happened to know well.

Well. Nothing like getting to know people on the last day of class before summer.

Becca made her way into the Great Hall. Finally. She thought she was going to be late, but many others were entering with her. She walked between the tables, the Ravenclaw table on her right as she searched for a familiar face. And then... there it was. Copernicus! Hooray!

And... Cela wasn't even around. Right?

Well, not yet.

"Hey Cope," she greeted cheerfully, kicking her leg over the bench next to him and taking a seat. "Some term, huh?" Understatement. Her gaze was directed to the staff table, where she hoped to find the Headmaster completely healed up and ready to go. But of course that wasn't the case.

"Hey, Becca. Are you all packed and ready to head back home for the summer? Any exciting plans?" He glanced up at her with a smile and scooted over to make room for her on the bench.

"Ooooh yeah!" Becca beamed at Prince Charming. "I'm super excited to be home. Not that, y'know, I don't like it here. I do." Sometimes. "But I just miss my friends and am looking forward to catching up with them. Getting updated on their lives, guys, the local gossip... it'll be great. Slumber parties, soccer games and swimming in my best friend's pool afterwards, and JAZZ BAND! Band concerts in the park! Woooo!" She was PUMPED.

...And then she came back to reality. "How about you, Cope? Any big plans? Hanging with Cela at all?"

Cope blinked at Becca over her enthusiasm to be home. He was glad to be home too, but she acted as if Hogwarts were so AWFUL. "How will you reconcile your future in the Wizarding World with your obvious love of Muggle things? I mean... when you leave Hogwarts, you won't be able to maintain relationships with these Muggles, will you?"

He tilted his head, obviously thoughtful. "Ah, no. I'm going to Egypt for a summer internship."

Becca FROWNED. Her face was completely filled with sadness. "Well... what d'you expect a kid to do? I had a soccer team full of such good, BEST friends. Was... I supposed to just tell them I was done being their friend because I had to come be a wizard? Tell them they weren't good enough for me? When I come home every summer, was I just supposed to ignore them and sit at home and be unhappy and best friendless like I do here?" No more excited Becca.

...."Oh. What kind of internship?" she asked after a long pause, still completely crushed. Copernicus Kettleburn was a dream stealer.

"I'm sorry, Bec. I didn't know you felt so... alone here," Cope patted her on the arm helplessly. He just shouldn't ask questions. At all.

"Archaeology." It was a safe subject. "I'm going to end up with sand in everything I own, you know?"

Becca turned a very deep shade of red as he touched her arm. He... wasn't supposed to know that. She didn't want him to pity her. Now she just felt insuperior, pathetic, and ridiculous. She looked down at her hands in her lap, refusing to make eye contact now.

"Yeah? I'm sure that'll be uncomfortable. So, you're going to go digging and exploring and partying it up in the pyramids all summer? D'you want to be an archaeologist as a profession when you're older, or is it just a fun opportunity that came your way?"

Apple juice. Emiliano seriously needed apple juice. That was the only thing that could calm his sadness to the fact that the person he liked loved was about to leave Hogwarts for good. He tried to smile, but it was worthless.

"I get what you say. I am ready to throw out a party for Karma, to which you are invited, since you know her. But I'm not ready to say goodbye for a while to her, if you know what I mean." He shrugged and took whatever jar was around him. Pumkin juice. eek...

Kevin wandered over to the ravenclaw table and spotted Elizabeth sitting on her own in the middle of the table and sighed he wanted to wish her good luck in whatever she did in the future and well he really wanted to say goodbye to her as well, Elizabeth was one of Kevin's earliest friends that he met during his first year
