Standing up he twirled a little to show off his new, rather expensive, robes with a somewhat arrogant smile. "What do you think? I dragged Lyra with me on a shopping trip and bought brand new...well everything pretty much." He smirked and held up his finger in a waiting gesture as he reached into his pocket and pulled out a pair of sunglasses. "Well?"

He hadn't seen or heard Rose but as he finished his little circle once more his eyes caught her and he slid off the sunglasses, his smile faultering only slightly as he remembered the way he had acted in the bookstore. Regaining his composure he shrugged and sat on the table so that he could see both of them. "Never better. You?"

Elizabeth raised an eyebrow herself, unconsciously mirroring his expression as he tried to blow off her question. "You do know I won't fall for that, right?," she said in a low voice, before he turned to look at her fully. And then he explained why she hadn't found him on the train, and she frowned a little. "You didn't miss much," she said, remembering Seth's pointed ignorance of her as they were in the comaprtment with Mari and Cayden. She had thought she had explained herself. but it still bothered her how childish the Huffie was acting. Although, her thoughts were pushed to the back of her mind as she found Robert's talk of his father interesting, since she hadn't known him to ever really want to do anything his father wanted him to. Something was drastically wrong here.

But then he was trying to act playful or something, and had spoken about her cat, so she looked at him narrowly before smirking a little. "You know she'll make you," she said, before he had jumped up and any thought of being annoying fled in the face of her shock at his actions. Widening her eyes, she looked up at him, before laughing a little as he mentioned Lyra. "Yeah, she would be a good person to go shopping with," she said, nodding a little as he pulled out a pair of sunglasses. "Definitely a new look."

Her expression went back to one of examination as she watched him, noting how his fake smile faltered as he noticed Rose. Okay. Who else knows things that I don't?, she thought to herself, a little petty as she was disappointed that it appeared he had said things to their other friends. It wasn't like she was going to distance herself just because of Mari's choice. So he was just going to have to deal with it.

"I think I did. Before I moved closer to you, I felt fine, but then as I moved closer to you, I felt more and more tired." Divad explained, hoping he wasn't talking crazy.

"Oh." Divad feels relieved. "My dad thought I was going to be a dark lord or something, because when I healed him, he claims to have seen the Grim. That's why I was worried." Divad explained.

Jenn laughed loudly. "Oh just imagine the looks on your neighbors faces! They's think they've gone crazy or something."she chuckled out. Oh now that would be priceless. Jenn moaned loudly. "Oh don't make me start thinking about laws and other stuff like that. I'm to tired to think about that."she thudded her head against the table.

"He scares a lot of people. But he's great at what he teaches. I learned so much from him last year you know." Oh the professor's had better not give them a lot of homework tomorrow, or she would scream. She was sooo tired that her eyes where starting to hurt from concentrating so hard at staying open.
A picture poped in her head when Sarah said that. Them all sprawled out on the table, some on the floor, as finally the Headmaster rushes in, his hair in a afro. She cracked up laughing.

Jenn frowned as Nathaniel came over. She didn't mind him, but he never talked to her. He only talked to Mariel, like she was a goddess or something. It drove her insane sometimes. "Hey Nat."she muttered out, her eyes narrowing slightly, and she turned her gaze to her almost empty plate.
Are you kidding me?! Fan club?! Jenn had the strange urge to smack the evil little boy. She couldn't help but join Sarah in a loud groan, which excaped her mouth. Jenn, for his imformation, was actually quite popular. Just because the boy had only what...one friend? didn't make a person with a bunch have a fan club. Sheesh. He had issues.

"Well for your information missy," she giggled, "my shampoo stays within the confines of the Hufflepuff quarters,so you won't be able to get at it! Ha!" Sarah stuck her tongue out at the end of the sentence,and blew a raspberry for childish good measure.But I will keep checking it anyway,just incase Jenn can do summoning charms well....Yeah.

Teach me to swim? That would mean perhaps making an idiot out of herself in front of other people.Hmmmm. "Yeah...OK,maybe.I'll think about it if that's alright,I mean I'd have to write to my parents and get them to send me a costume or something,I didn't think to bring one...."

"Oh playing against Mariel was certainly an illuminating experiance!" Sarah laughed,remembering how good her friend had been on holiday. "But it would be great if we did....I know the sticking charm pretty well too,so don't go getting any ideas about my shampoo or you'll find you can't let go of your broom!" She laughed out loud before winking to let Jenn know she wasn't serious.
Oh dear lack of sleep does funny things to your brain.

"To be perfectly honest my neighbours are already crazy...and annoying." Sarah sat thinking about them for a second.Only a second as that is all they deserved.They weren't exactly easy to live next door to.

"Oh yeah Kazimeriz is no doubt good at what he does,I just wish he wasn't so...," she whispered the next word so he didn't hear, "creepy."

Sarah sat and watched as Jenn also said hi to Nate.She didn't seem all that pleased to see him either,making the same sort of noise that Sarah herself had made.
I'm really going to try this year,for Mariel if nothing else,to get along with him.

She thought she'd heard Mariel already ask him this,but in order to keep the pleasent conversation going Sarah asked as well. "Did you have a good summer?"

Nathaniel heard his name and looked up "Hello,Jenn." he said smiling. "How are you?"he asked. He didn't know why this girl didn't like him. Why didn't Mariel's friends like him? He didn't much care.

I love swimming and all that other stuff. I'd have to say that surfing is my favorite thing. It's too bad that you can't swim. You should really learn. It's a lot of fun. I have pictures from snorkeling and what not.". he said pushing his glasses up. "I"m sure you guys had loads of fun" in regards of their summer. "My summer was nothing exciting." he wasn't going to tell her the details. He wasn't even sure he wanted to tell Mariel all of the details.

The feast was almost over anyway. She signaled for him to meet them at the whomping willow. She hoped he would understand.
