You knock on the door and hear a deep voice beckoning you inside. Once inside, you are greeted by various portraits of Quidditch greats of years' past and present. The largest of the portraits is that of the man sitting behind a massive mahogany desk - Professor Maximus O. Vindictus, a legend in his own right (and some would argue, mind). His blonde hair, twinkling blue eyes, and gleaming smile are unmistakable, and you realize you are in the presence of a professional athlete and celebrity who even managed to find the time to pursue university degrees as seen by the two large, framed diplomas that hang proudly on the wall. Looking around the room, you begin to notice overstuffed navy blue leather couches that flank the coffee table by the fire. Various Quidditch magazines and books lay on the coffee table, as does a bowl of chocolate frogs. On each side of the fireplace, are two trophy cases - the hardware inside gleaming after a good polishing.
The door to the office is closed and locked. You will need to knock and wait for Professor Vindictus to allow you inside.

Dani timidly walked down the pitch to Professor Vindictus' office. She didn't know who he was or what he was like and she was rather frightened. Maybe she should have brought Nate with her. She almost turned around and walked back to the castle, but she had already come this far. She knocked lightly, scared of whoever it was that waited on the other side.

Cassadee stared at the floaty, orbed letter in her hand. Well, technically, it was a scroll floating in an orb seal type thing. In any case, it was a sealed letter, and it was supposed to be delivered by Cassadee to the Ravenclaw Head of House from her mother... Which was, apparently, the flying teacher. Flying seemed fun, but who knew? Maybe she'd get whacked off a broomstick by a screaming house elf or something. More likely, her mum would think it was very unladylike and throw out the broomstick, like her collection of acorns, her rock-climbing things, or her slingshot, which were all burned into a crisp by the building incinerator.
Hesitating, she walked up to the door and knocked on the door four times. Tap, taaaap taaaap, tap.
Only three seconds into waiting, and she was nervous.

Whistling a cheerful tune, Vindictus noticed two figures waiting patiently before his closed and locked office door. "Ah, what can I do for the two of you?" he asked as he pulled out his wand to unlock the door. He pointed it at the lock and suddenly the keyhole glowed white. Tucking the wand away, Vindictus pushed open the door and held it open for the students. "Please come inside and have a seat."

Cassadee flounced into the office, orby-scroll in hand, and seated herself on the couch, bouncing and eyeing the bowl of Chocolate frogs, wondering if they were free to take. "Oh, so, my mum said I should take this letter to you, even though she could have sent it herself." Cassadee frowned, handing the Professor dude the orb-sealed scroll thingie.
SPOILER!!: STOP. LETTER TIME.
Dear Head of Ravenclaw,
I am Cassadee Walker's mother, Serena Walker. I've heard about the incident my daughter has started - biting an older boy, apparently. She is refusing to speak about this matter, and I am a bit frustrated with this. Cassadee suffers from an acute case of ADHD, and usually meets a therapist every other week. However, because she is at school, she cannot receive the special attention she needs. If you would please keep an eye out for her, I'd be very grateful. Her therapist has made it clear that she is very 'in touch with her inner child', and can get into unnecessary trouble due to her child-like behavior. Keeping her away from all things sugary and possibly trees would help.
Thank you for your time,
Serena Walker
"So? So? What's it say?" Cassadee asked, bouncing a bit higher, a hand reaching for a chocolate frog now. Those chocolate frogs looked delicious, and she wasn't about to deny herself.

Vindictus took the scroll and his blue eyes darted back and forth as he read it. "It says that I can do this," he said and slapped Cassadee's hands away from the bowl of chocolate frogs. "No sweets for you this year but I'll give you an apple if you can tell me why you feel the need to bite your classmates."

Cassadee pouted as the teacher guy slapped her hands away from the bowl of chocolate frogs. "I bit him 'cause he smooshed my sand castle!" She whined, crossing her arms and shrinking into the couch now. "And everyone knows you're supposed to smoosh a sand castle to the ground, then you gotta help build a new one. But he only smooshed it a bit, and tried to run away, so I had to make sure he came back and helped me build a new one, then smooshed it again together." She explained, sitting up now, the toes of her knee-high, black Doc Martens barely skimming the floor now.
"Mum sent me a letter and told me what I did was very unladylike, so you don't have to tell me that." Cassadee added quickly, bouncing up and down again. "So do I get my apple now?" she asked, staring intently at the bowl of chocolate frogs again. Shame she couldn't have them right now.

"I don't know," Vindictus said and leaned against his desk with his arms crossed. "You need to play nicely with others and stay away from trees. No eating sweets, either." He sighed and picked up a red apple. "Negative points. Are you the one to blame?"

Cassadee shrugged. "I didn't know there were points at this school. Come to think of it, why are there points at a school? It kinda makes this school seem like a game of Life or something, except you don't get to drive a car around." she rambled, staring at the shiny red apple now. "I mean, it was all justified, and he helped me build the castle and smoosh it in the end, so why take away points? It's kinda like putting a cherry on top of a scoop of cherry-flavored ice cream, kinda pointless." She rambled, noticing that there was a tiny little dent the size of a little pill bug on the apple. "Hey, is there a worm in the apple? If there is, he can go in my pet bug collection! But mum might chuck it in the incinerator like she did with all my other pet bugs." She frowned, staring at the black little spot on the apple intently.
"And how come I gotta stay away from trees? That's where I do my best 'sploring! I find all sorts of things, like I once found a robin's nest in my back yard and I got to keep it until the park ranger saw me touching one of the baby birds and made me put the nest back." Cassadee frowned at the unfortunate memory, pouting now. This teacher person wasn't letting her do anything fun or eat anything yummy. Pooh.

Anna Greingoth click-clacked down the halls of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She was a woman on a mission...a mission that she needed one Professor Maximus Vindictus to help her with. Rounding the corner and preparing to knock, Anna was surprised to see her flying professor's door wide open. Ohh, he had visitors. How unfortunate that she'd have to interrupt tea time with such irritating news.
She leaned casually on the doorframe and cleared her throat, not wanting to interrupt the conversation before her. "Excuse me...Professor Vindictus," Anna said, glancing apologetically at the young---first year?---visiting with him. She held her wand high in the air, twirled it once as if it were a baton, then said, "I believe you and I have some business to attend to. I think you'll want to see this one...as unhappy as it's going to make you." She caught her wand and stuffed it back into her robes. "May I borrow you for some time, please, sir?"
Vindictus had just tossed the red apple to Cassadee when Anna burst into his office. "Oh, no," he groaned at Anna's mention that he was going to be unhappy and immediately made the bowl of chocolate frogs disappear. "Erm, Cassadee. Go back and play nicely with others in Mr. Masterson's sand box. And no more biting or hurting your classmates." He looked over at Dani who was still waiting outside the door. "Dani, I'll be back in a few minutes so just have a seat on the bench outside the door."
He turned to Anna. "Lead the way, Anna."

Cassadee's eyes lit up as an older girl - Anna? interrupted the teacher guy. Maybe she could grab a few chocolate frogs before she left, and sneakily turned around to grab a few - but the bowl vanished, and the apple hit her on the side of her head. "Ouch!" She squealed, as the apple dropped to the ground, glaring between the apple and the empty spot where the chocolate frogs were supposed to be, before picking up the apple and grumbling, leaving the office with a light skip.
At least she could maybe mooch off sweets from somebody else.

Paying no attention to Cassadee, Vindictus had his wand out and a silver figure emerged from its tip and rushed out the door. He glanced around his office and saw that it was now empty of students. The door was closed behind him and he used another spell to lock it before running after Anna who was a good 100 yards away.

Dani just stood to the side as everything happened. She was a patient person. Sitting down on the ground, she leaned against the door and sighed. Pulling Quidditch Through the Ages out of her pocket, she began to read. She wondered what had happened but she didn't want to get in trouble for following. Her mind was quickly occupied by a list of Quidditch fouls and descriptions of how they had been commited in the past.

Copernicus Kettleburn waited politely outside the Ravenclaw Head's office. He knew he wasn't first in line, but hopefully there wouldn't be a great deal of time to wait.
Vindictus was only gone for thirty minutes and when he returned, he saw that Copernicus had joined Dani in the waiting game outside his office. "Sorry about that," he said as he unlocked his office door with a simple wave of his wand. "Come on in and have a seat." He held the door open for both of them.

Satine walked up right when the door was closing behind two students going into Professor Vindictus' Office. She paused and thought her plans through one more time and finally decided that yes her crazy idea was a good one, or atleast she thought it was...she swallowed her first year anxiety and decided to have a seat until the two boys came back out of the office...since they had just gone in, she didn't want to knock and interrupt...she was just fine sitting here waiting...
As she waited she reviewed the idea one more time....she could feel her hair changing to a bright pink because of her nervousness...stupid emotions she thought...she reached in her bag, pulled out her Arithmancy book and started working on homework waiting for the door to open...
ack!!!! ill be back in 30 mins i forgot dinner was on the stove

This time Dani followed the professor into his office. As she entered, she noticed that his office was full of Quidditch stuff. It fascinated her. She was pulled toward a trophy case. Attempting to read them, she moved closer. They were all so big and shiny. She wished she had done something in life to get a trophy.

"You can come inside, too," Vindictus called out to Satine and left his door open as he went inside. "Dani, I'm so sorry for making you wait but there was a situation I had to take care of." He remembered that he hid his bowl of chocolate frogs and made them reappear on the coffee table. "Please help yourself to some sweets and I'm all ears," he said and sat down behind his desk.

Satine smiled and answered, "I don't mind sitting out here and waiting since I have homework to do," plus she needed the mental pep talk she was fixing to give herself, "but, make sure you keep a chocolate frog safe for me." she giggled from being so nervous....she really didn't want to intrude on the other's students time with the Head of Ravenclaw...plus if the Professor laughed at her for her idea she didn't want another student knowing about it....ugh there's a thought

Dani turned away from the trophies. "Oh thanks." She grabbed a chocolate frog, but being her clumsy self dropped it. She tried to grab it but it hopped out the door. "Dang it." Turning back to the professor she said, "Well sir, I was talking to Mariel and she said a lot of people haven't been showing up at Quidditch matches. And I thought I might talk to you about starting a school spirit club. I figured you'd be the best person to talk to since you run the Quidditch stuff." She thought for a moment. "It might be easier to start it as a Ravenclaw spirit club and then if enough people like the idea we could expand to the other houses."
She looked at the floor and turned bright red. Having finished explaining her plan, she felt suddenly shy. She really hoped he liked her plan. Mariel and Ari both had.

Last year which office was it? Divination, right? Yes. No, wait. Wasn't it Mr. Masterson's Hut? Yes. And did that help? Sort of. But the bugs kept coming to the Pitch, so...
Still, she was not sure about one rule, and it possibly didn't matter. She could wait up until tryouts were done, but better ask while she still had some time in her hands, no? Kaika was currently carrying three books in her hands, two of which belong to Mr. Masterson (her second stop, she had to remember that), but the time thing was just metaphorically speaking.
A knock on the door, which seemed a bit opened, but manners came first. Wasn't it better to provide someone with the option of letting one in or not? Besides, if this was Kazimeriz's office, an office she intended to visit later on, she'd stay out until the Professor said loud and clear that it was okay to come in, so why not do that with every office?
Either way, Kaika stayed outside until it was her time to get inside. The waiting didn't matter, she had nothing else to do anyway.
Trying not to eavesdrop, she heard the other student's conversation in the Professor's office...her heart dropped...this was exact same idea...and both Mariel and Ari had encouraged her to come down here and talk the Professor...she felt like a little of her spunk had been pulled from her...she had pictured fireworks for the players and signs and all kinds of things...she debated just walking away since her idea had already been pitched and she didn't want the professor to think that she was just stealing the girl's idea...but she had been planning this for a while now...ugh...what a predicament...she swallowed her pride and said,
"Professor, actually I think I will come in...I didn't mean to eavesdrop, but I was coming down here to suggest the exact same thing," she said with great enthusiasm although inside she felt a little crushed and defeated...

He leaned back in his chair and listened carefully to what the young girl had to say. "Why, that's a wonderful idea Dani," Vindictus grinned as he reached for a sheet of parchment and wrote down her idea.

Satine smiled, "That would be great! I think it would be an awesome way to incorporate the non-Quidditch players that still love the sport but just aren't athletically inclined..." she smiled as she imagine herself playing Quidditch...it would be a hilarious spectacle for sure. "Well, anything you need to help it get started just let me, well, us, know....It will be a lot easier having two people pitching the idea than just one." she actually liked the idea of two people working on this in the end.
