"Yes professor, I am Victoria Jaimeson" she waited for a invitation to sit down.

"Nice to meet you Miss Jaimeson. I'm Professor Morgan, Care of Magical Creatures. Won't you make yourself comfortable." She said gesturing to a nearby chair. "Can I get you something to drink? I have tea and pumpkin juice over by the fireplace. Would you care for some?"

"A pumpkin juice please professor" she sit down in a nearby chair.

Iliana poured the girl a drink and brought it over. "What brings you here today, my dear?" She asked, handing her the goblet. "Do you have questions about Hogwarts? Or Care of Magical Creatures?" She smiled down at her sweetly. Maybe it was just a social visit, she thought. Those were always welcomed as well.

"I was going to ask you when is the first care of magical creatures lesson? And my owl is limping who do I see to have a look at her?"

The professor sat down across from her, taking a sip of the tea she'd just poured for herself. "Well my first lesson will be very soon actually. You'll see a notice posted in your Common Room confirming the date and time. As for your owl..." She gave her a sad smile. The poor thing. "I'd be glad to take a look at her. Where is she now?"

Anna rocked back and forth on her heels as she awaited the professor's appearance. Speaking with professors could sometimes be tough on a teenager. Professors were older...sometimes scarier...and could dock house points or cause you to fail an entire year. Anna knew she was overreacting, though. Professor Morgan had always been nothing but nice and kind to all the students. She'd only ever known the lady to discipline under very extreme circumstances. That had been the very reason, afterall, that Anna had decided to come to Professor Morgan with all the questions she had flying around in that head of her's. Professor Morgan would be understanding. She'd smile and maybe offer Anna some cocoa or some other type of tasty drink. She'd---

Just then, the door swung open, and Anna was face-to-face with none other than the very same professor she'd been thinking about. She smiled warmly when she was invited in, and nodded as she walked through the doors of the little hut. Had she ever visitied Professor Morgan before? Actually, no, come to think of it, she hadn't. Maybe she should make the rounds sometime this school year and visit all her professors. That'd be the polite thing to do, since she'd no longer be here after graduation in the spring. When she was through the door, Anna turned and finally greeted the professor. "Hello to you, too, Professor Morgan. My summer was well. Thank you for asking," she said, adopting a formal tone just as she did with all her teachers. "I hope your's was well, too." She stood while waiting to be asked to sit down. Her mother and father had always instructed her to never take it upon herself to simply sit down in the presence of adults. No, she'd either stand and talk or wait to be seated.

She pulled Merlin out of her inside pocket of her robes, "this is Merlin professor, I send a letter to my parents and she come back like this."

"WOAH!" Simone exclaimed, as she practically yanked her hand off pulling her though the door. She noticed a few people in there, one of which was the older girl she had met on the train. She smiled, blushed a bit and waved. "Au- Professor Morgan," she paused, catching herself, this was going to be hard! "Um. I already know Anna, we met on the train."

Simone smiled, and waved to Anna.

"Good to hear." She said. "OH!... and it seems congratulations are in order. Being appointed Head Girl is quite an accomplishment, Anna." She beamed at her. Iliana couldn't have been happier with the Headmaster's decision.

"My summer was wonderful, though very busy. It's so good to have you all back here." She admitted. A quiet Hogwarts was nothing to write home about, that much was for sure.

"I have some tea and pumpkin juice over by the fireplace. Help yourself and get comfortable. I'll be just a moment with Miss Jaimeson’s owl."
"Well THERE she is!" Professor Morgan said, like she was playing a game of peek-a-boo with the owl. Taking the bird gently into her hands, she made her way over towards her desk. Always the nosy fellow, Vincent peeked around trying to get a good look. "You mind your business mister." She teased, before beginning the examination.

Right away she could see what was wrong. "Merlin seems to have broken off a talon. I'm sure that's the cause of her limping. Don't worry; it's easy enough to fix." She assured her, pulling out her wand and pointing it directly at the aforementioned talon. As she said the incantation, "Ferula" the tiniest of bandages wrapped itself around the little owl's toe.

"There. That should help." She said, handing the owl back to Victoria with a smile. "She should be good as new in the next few weeks. You can use a house owl until then."
Iliana smiled openly at Anna upon hearing the news. She was just the type of person to befriend a new student. "Well, you're off to a good start then." She said, giving Anna a playful wink. "And over there in my chair, that's Jake. Well... umm.. Jacob Upstead, I mean." She paused then, giving Simone that he's-the-one-I-was-telling-you-about-look. "He's in Hufflepuff, too. Just like you!" She announced.

Walking over towards him, Iliana pushed the cookie tin towards Simone. "I made your favorite!"

"Thank you professor!" she took back the owl who hooted happily.

Simone blushed slightly. She felt like she was on display at some art show...or something. Did she really have to endure meeting everyone? Well, better then not meeting anyone, I guess. "Yes, I am Professor." She grinned at that. Calling her professor, made Simone want to giggle. Oh that boy! She had heard a lot about him over the summer. She blushed a little more and smiled, "Hello Jacob. I'm Simone."

Coookiesssssssss?! "Double chocolate chunk with white chocolate chips!!!!!1!1!!!!!1!1!!1!!" Simone grabbed out 2 cookies, and started munching away. "You rock....Professor Morgan." She grinned trying not to slip again.

Anna turned and giggled as Simone, the girl she'd met on the train, came whooshing through the door. My, the professor was quite friendly with her. It was often you saw a professor drag a student right on into his os her office. Especially a new student, like Simone. Perhaps the two had met before or something like that. It seemed likely, as they didn't seem to be making any introductions. Yup, that must be it. Simone was probably one of the daily visitors to Professor Morgan's hut.

Anna hadn't really thought about the fact that there'd be so many other visitors out here in the hut. The poor professor was probably swarmed with work and didn't have much time to listen to all the concerns Anna had over her life after graduation. Perhaps Anna should have waited a bit. Then again, the hut was probably never without visitors. Anna smiled when she caught Simone's wave. "Nice to see you again, Simone. I do hope you're enjoying Hogwarts," she said. "How've you been?"

Upon hearing Professor Morgan's voice again, Anna diverted her attention back to the Care of Magical Creatures professor. Anna smiled warmly at Professor Morgan. It seemed everyone was happy to hear of her promotion to Head Girl. At least she could always say she had the support of the staff, even if the students would probably frown on her giving them demerits as she had been. "Thank you, Professor Morgan. It's an honor to have the position, but you know, I can see where some of the students may give you professors a bit of a stressful time," she replied. "I've already issued four different demerits, and the year is barely underway. I'm really happy to help out anyway I can, though."

"It's great to be back here...," Anna continued. "...even if this is the very last time I'll be a Hogwart's student. That's sort of why I came to visit you today. To talk about future plans, that is. I was hoping you could give me some advice and some words of wisdom. Do continue with what you were doing before I interrupted, though. I'll just sit around and keep the pumpkin juice company while you go about business." Anna giggled, then headed over to the juice, turning only to give the professor a smile when she mentioned Simone getting off to a good start.

Natasha walked out of the castle with a smile, and ran her hand through her hair as she felt the light breeze against her face. Ah, it's so good to be outside again...

It was probably because Natasha lived in the city and didn't like it very much, but she loved being outside. Especially when she was at Hogwarts because there was so much to explore.

She approached Professor Morgan's hut, deciding to go there. Natasha hadn't really got the chance to talk to teachers very much in her first year of Hogwarts. Natasha knocked on the door lightly and waited.

Malfalda knocked on the small,wooden door."Umm..hello?Professor Morgan?i'm new at Hogwarts.Is this where class is?"she asked loudly

"Yeah, she's okay... I get on her nerves, but it won't matter, because-" Jake broke off here. He wanted to mention that quidditch thing again... and the possibility of the other school. "Well, I might be away from all that soon," was all Jake said.

Grinning innocently as Professor Morgan raised her eyebrow, Jake reached up to pet Vincent again, leaning back and resting his feet on the desk. Pushing his luck, maybe, but it was comfortable.

"Hi," Jake nodded, making no sign of moving or saying anything else to either of the females. Waiiitttt... he was the only guy... typical... it was happening AGAIN!

Letting his gaze linger on the group for a second, Jake looked back down and busied himself with watching Vincent.

"Your welcome, Victoria. It was my pleasure." She said. "I hope to see you at my first lesson."
Iliana laughed out loud at the compliment. "Well, you're pretty outstanding yourself Simone." She said shaking her head. That girl and her cookies. Haha!

"So, tell me how you like Hogwarts so far." She had been dying to know if she preferred it to Beauxbatons. Goodness knows she did but that was mainly due to growing up here. Hogwarts was home for Iliana. Always would be.
The professor nodded her head. Boy did they ever. It was as if they studied the art of driving professors mad. "Well any demerits you hand out, I'm sure will be deserved. No one could ever doubt your fairness Anna." She said.

Advice, huh? Well that sounded like more than just your average idol chit chat. "I'd be happy to help you in any way I can." She said. And she meant it.
The professor turned to the door. "Come in." She called out.

Looking down at the new 'inquisitive' arrival, she said. "Hello to you." Hmm how to answer her question without confusing the young girl. "Yes, I am Professor Morgan... and No... class is not held here. This is my office. Class locations will be posted in your Common Room or on my Notice Board prior to the lesson."
Iliana started to smile... but when Jake said the word 'away' she knew what he was driving at. She let out an exasperated sigh and walked over beside him. Instead of bringing up the subject again, she pet Vincent on his tiny head. "Brothers always get on their sister's nerves Jake. I think it's an unwritten law." Then she handed Jake her bag of Vinnie's favorite treats. "Feel free to give him one if he acts hungry."

"Well... that would be okay, I'm sure, except for the fact that she isn't my sister," Jake pointed out sharply. The closest people he had to him, were his blood relatives. His dad and Dale. They were who he cared about in that family. "We got a big house... but... still in the way," Jake stated in a matter of face tone.

Looking at the creature on his shoulder, Jake nodded as he took the bag. "How do you mean act hungry? Surely... he is hungry if he acts that way," Jake murmured, thinking out loud.

"Thank you for the drink professor, see at my first lesson" she smiled at the professor as she went to the door.

Simone smiled sheepishly at Anna. She was a very nice girl, though was still surprised that a seventh year would even consider talking to her. But this was a different school, and definatly not as snooty as Beauxbaton's was. "Its nice to see you again as well Anna. I am very much enjoying Hogwarts, the people are very excepting here."

She smiled and thought for a moment before she answered. She couldnt give to much away. "I am doing great. I am very, very happy. How are you?" She quickly glanced up at Professor Morgan, and back to Anna.





He must be shy, or possibly was wondering how Professor Morgan and Simone knew each other so well already.

Simone smiled and said, "It's nice to finally meet you." She wasnt sure if she should put out her hand for him to shake it...but she did anyways. Hopefully he would take it.





Simone smiled, and blushed. Getting compliments infront of people...embarrassed her. "Thank you Professor." Simone emphasized that last word and winked.

Oh...Hogwarts. What could she say? It was pretty much amazing. "I definately like it much more then I have ever liked Beauxbaton's and I havent been here very long. I'm not sure if its the atmosphere, or the ambiance of the castle, but its pretty much amazing. I can't wait to meet all the other Professors." She grinned.

She knew that tone. Had heard it often enough to know which course of action to take. There was no need for her to respond. She would just let him vent. Sitting on top of her desk again (it seemed it was fast becoming her favorite place to sit) Iliana gave Jake an understanding sort of look.

"Well when he wants me to know he's hungry, he usually nips me on the ear." She said. Jake had been around often enough to know that she wasn't joking. Thankfully Vincent's tiny beak didn't hurt TOO bad.
"Bye Victoria." She said, giving her a wave. "Come back any time."
Iliana thought about all of the professors she wanted Simone to meet. There was one in particular that came to mind but she quickly pushed the thought away. "Its no secret that Hogwarts has wonderful professor Simone. Present company excluded of course." She said modestly.

"Now remember... you promised to owl your Dad when you got settled. I'm sure he'd be delighted to hear how much you love it here." Hint hint.

Natasha smiled and entered the hut, and noticing quite a few other people there, she glanced around at the hut curiously before she looked back at Professor Morgan.

Anna glanced around the hut as more and more people filed in. This was definitely not the time to talk with the professor about advice for life after graduation. Poor Professor Morgan was really busy at the moment with a hut full of students. Perhaps it would be easier on the professor for Anna to come back a bit later on in the school year when things in the hut weren't so busy. Then again, were things for professors ever not busy? Anna didn't know for sure, but she imagined her teachers didn't get much free time.

"Thank you, Professor Morgan. I look forward to talking to you about my future endeavors; however, I think perhaps later would be a more appropriate time," Anna said, standing up and smoothing out her skirt. She laughed softly, then said, "I see you're quite the popular professor, for sure. I'll keep a watch on the hut, and when I see that you aren't so busy, I'll come back, for sure. I hope have a nice day, and I'll see you in class." Anna turned and smiled to her fellow schoomates, then headed for the door.

She stopped just before the door to briefly finish her conversation with Simone. "I'm glad you're having a good time, Simone. People at Hogwarts are quite nice, aren't they?" she asked, not really expecting an answer. "I'm doing just fine, too. Thank you for asking. I've got to run now...I have some homework and studying to do for a few of my classes. I'll see you around, though." Turning to wave goodbye to Jake, Anna once again headed for the door to the hut, this time leaving out and heading back to her Common Room.

Chris Potter knocked on the door of his CoMC teacher and waited for her to answer. He missed Professor Morgan so much and was excited to talk to her again. He wondered if she was proud of him gettin gthe Prefect position.

The professor gave the girl a curious look. Maybe she was shy. Not a problem. She'd figure out what she wanted all in good time. "Miss Lovato, how can I help you today?"
Ili gave Anna a tiny frown. Her hut did seem to stay full of students throughout most of the term, which was great, but not conducive to a long private talk. "Bye Anna, I'll see you soon." She said, giving her a little wave as she turned to go. That settled it! As soon as she had a free hour; she was going to pay the Gryffindor Common Room a little visit.
Another visitor, how lovely. "Come in, Chris. I mean, Prefect Potter." She corrected herself, giving him a proud smile. "I'm glad you've decided to stop by. I wanted to congratulate you better than I was able to in Diagon Alley. How have you been?"
