Divad walked in. He was looking for a good spot of creamed coffee. He approached the counter, paid his money and walked away with his coffee. He looked around for a spot to sit. He glanced over and saw Jule relaxing by the window. "Mind if an old buddy joins you?" Divad said, jokingly. |
Jule turned to hear a voice behind her. She saw Divad holding tea in his hands. "Sure. I was getting a bit lonely." she laughed. She then remembered that he wasn't at Vicky's party. Tisk Tisk. "How come you weren't at Vicky's party yesterday?" she asked, hoping she didn't sound mad, which she wasn't. She was just one of those VERY curious people. But not too curious to get into others lives. |
Divad made his way over to her area. He sat down. "Her party was yesterday?!" How could he have missed her party? He felt worse. "I had a present for her and everything! This bites!" |
"Yeah. I guess you didn't figure out the time that was on the invite." she said and smiled. "It's okay. You can give it to her whenever you see her. I'm sure she won't be upset." she consoled him. She didn't want him to feel bad for missing it. |
Divad sighed. It was yesterday? And he, Divad, missed out on a party? Blasphemy! "What did you get her?" Divad asked Jule. |
"I gave her a crystal ball I had for a while. It was no use to me so I gave it to her. She's going to use it for Divination." she said. She felt a bit sad Divad was feeling down for not being there. Emotions attract to me too much. "But my aunt sent her a Rose...Quartz Necklace. I told her she was my best friend so she wanted to give her something too." she said. She crossed her legs and took another bite of her Banana Split. "Do you want some? I can't too much sweets or I'll get hyper." she offered and laughed. |
Divad nodded. "Wow. That beats what I got her, some new quills and a three bottles of ink. Do you think she'll like that?" Divad asked, hoping he hadn't got something totally useless. |
Jule pushed her ice cream towards him. "Considering she's an artist, I'm REALLY sure she will. It's the thought that counts. That's why I don't really expect anyting big for my birthday." she said. But yet she always got something big she didn't want or need. |
Divad accepted the ice cream and dipped him some. He eat it and swallowed. "So, she will like it though?" |
"Of course. So don't worry about it." she smiled warmly. |
Divad smiled back. "Where is she, by the way?" Divad was curious, he had waited awhile to give Vicky her present, and wanted to get it off his mind. |
"Dunno. I haven't seen her all day today. I went looking for her, but no show." she set her head on her hands and yawned. |
"You look tired, want to head back up to the Common room?" Divad suggested. |
"No...too crowded. That's why I'm here. I needed to get away from it and try to make my headache go away." she smiled and leaned back in her chiar. It almost tipped over but she caught herself just in time. |
Divad jumped. "Jule! You okay?!" |
Jule began to giggle. "I'm fine. Weird thing about me, I laugh when I'm in pain. Or if something bad's going to happen to me." she admitted. She never told anyone that. That way they won't know much if she's in pain or something. "Don't worry. Stuff like this always happens to me." she smiled trying to make the tension go back down. |
Divad smiled cautiously. "I guess? You sure you're alright?" |
"I'm fine. Really." she smiled. |
Divad sighed. "I want to go sit by the lake, care to join?" |
"Sure." she got up and followed him. |

Krissy wandered into the tea shop with a sigh. This was a place where couples would frequently meet... A dull ache hit somewhere in her chest thinking of Helios. After paying for her food she found a quiet corner table and sat. Pulling out a book she began to read. |

Kayla entered the shop and purchased her tea and of course cake to go with it and looked around for a place to sit. It was then that she spotted her cousin and she made her way over to her table. Placing her tea and cake onto the table, Kayla looked down at Krissy with a smile. "May I join you? Or are you waiting for your Prince to arrive?" |

"Things are...hard. I have been keeping a low profile, so that she doesn't know where I am." Which was a bit of a contradiction considering she was flouncing around Hogsmeade. She had only come in to try and talk to Jake and then all of a sudden she was running into everyone. Not that she minded of course, it felt good to get outside and she just be normal for a couple of hours. She looked down at herself and smiled, well not quite normal. "He's happy. We both are. He has been really great, working extremely hard to make life easier for me. Couldn't of asked for a better...well you know" she said giving Krissy a wink. |
