Ladders Leaning against the wall of the school and extending ALL the way from a window on the fifth floor down to the grounds, a couple of ladders are set up. Constructed by Mr. Masterson, the ladders stand strongly and securely in place; they will not fall, no matter how hard you try to make them. This is now your means of getting up into the school. Please respect other students and please do not push; it is not a place to play. Healer Avalon does not need a reason to kill Mr. Masterson for creating such a contraption. |
Chris Potter had heard that a ladder system was being constructed now to allow the students to get out of the castle, now that the ground floor was flooded. Chris was going to go write a letter to his parents and then nip in for a visit with professor Morgan, when he got to the window. "Wow, Mr. Masterson did a good job." he put a leg warily out the window and slowly descended the ladder. "Hopefully this has been tested out and Im not the first to use it." he said out loud. He was a bit nervous of hieghts. After a bit of time he made it to the bottom and breathed out deeply. "Thank God." |

She was feelnig quite uneasy--not knowing right where she was...it was very unnerving. Giving the collapsed cane a sharp jerk downwards, there were five quick clicks as it extended. |
"Follow my voice, the ravenclaw common room is this way" she started to walk to the right. |
Ari chuckled, "Gotcha." Moving to the left wall, her hand trailed along it, attempting to remember her steps and such just by the feelings of the wall. She still tapped her cane, counting the steps from the ladder. "I'm Ari, by the way. And thank you, again." |
"I am Victoria, what are friends for!" she knew she had just met her but she knew they would be friends. |
OOC: Moving to F.F. Corridor... "Well, Victoria," she sighed, "let's just say some people can be real jerks." And with that, Ari jumped, suddenly remembering that she hadn't put her glasses back on. Scrambling for them, she apologised, pulling them out and securely holding them to her nose for a moment, "Oh, I'm so sorry! I usually don't forget those." She laughed nervously, feeling herself start to blush. Shaking her head, smiling, she kept walking along the fifth floor with her. |
