No NO NO NO NO NO NONOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! This water was going to keep her locked away on the top floor....like a..."Princess!" Her green eyes shifted to the side as she thought for a moment, then frowned. She wanted to run play and have fun at the school...

"I'm tired of being WET!" She stomped her feet then realized. she just needed to walk around with NO SHOES on as the only thing she had left, were her good shoes! With that, she turned and made her way out of the Great Hall.

The water suddenly froze and the area around the Hufflepuff table looked like an indoor ice rink.

Sure. She could've easily said something back at Cy, but he spoke sooooo fast and with an accent AND some...invitation?

Great. The kid was gone.

But shortly after he left...water...

Her eyes widened, "This is getting ridiculous" because why would it suddenly freeze, right? That's not normal. Well, first, it ain't so normal for a school to start flooding, then again, it's Hogwarts.

Ice. That reminded her of skating. But, should she venture more time inside or get out and try to find out what was that about?

Out. Better out. And, just as careful as she could be, she was out the Great Hall. Destination a mystery.

The water was coming into the Great Hall.

"OHMEEGOSHH!" Tammy had ran in there to get away from it. Onto a chair she went. Squealing as she did so only to see it coat the floor in a layer of ice perfect enough to skate on in the olympics. She gave a light smile to the people surrounding her and spologised.

"It was scary okay." She held her hands up as she took a step onto the slippery coating underneath the table and slipped as soon as the first foot touched it. She so was not very good.

"OOOWWWWWWW!" Clutching the back of her head that had collided with the table and the ice , and more than likely broke her fall, she lay there wincing. Hellppppp.

As the temperature warmed, the ice began to melt and the water started to rise once again at top speed. It was cold, and it seemed angered by its having been frozen.

Sarah who had been sat there staring as the water had frozen realised that the water was starting to unfreeze, well she wasn't going to let a bit of water stop her was she or maybe she was. "What is going on with this Castle." She scream she was realy scared, "I just don't get what is happening." She cried. "The poor castle is being flooding."

The Narrator 07-11-2009 02:57 AM

The water was at chest level and rising faster now...

Shanners 07-11-2009 09:34 AM

After tugging herself up, she realised she couldve been alone considering she couldnt see anyone over the water. Being small it reached her shoulders, and she knew that if she tried to move, she justw asnt going to get anywhere. Why Hogwarts? Why now? Why teh worst year of her life, could she be fearing teh death of drownage?

She closed her eyes briefly and shuffled sideways until she hit something hard. The bench. Tamzin gave a light smile as she placed one foot up on it and hoisted herself up another step onto the table. She couldnt care if she got a detention because of it. She was glad to have the water at knee level now.

Taking small steps forward she found herself at the end of the table and slid herself into the water nicely before forcing watr behind her with her hands and shuffling lightly forward beofre finding herself outside the Great Hall. No way was she going bakc in there.

Weasley174 07-11-2009 09:45 AM

Sarah looked at the water. "Why are you doing this?" She asked it even though she knew it couldn't talk, well she thought to herself she should at least get out of the hall before it got any highter, she looked around and realised that the water was at chest hight, "Great, now I'm wet again." She scream, she was realy annoyed with the water now. she wanted to kick the water but realised that it wouldn't do any good, she quickly left the Great Hall she wasn't going to go back in there for anything.

The Narrator 07-11-2009 06:45 PM

The water had risen to under the children's chins, and still it was rising, though it was not spilling out of the open windows.

The Narrator 07-13-2009 04:15 PM

The water rose high now pushing all humans out of the great hall and into the entrance hall, as the great hall filled to the ceiling with water, where it again, stopped its ascent.

The Narrator 08-02-2009 05:50 PM

As Arethusa said, the water was drained out, the injuries healed, and everything was restored to normal.

Jim walked into the great hall he finally had been in it again. It seemed as if the parts of the castle he loved the most had been flooded.
