"Ya alittle but I am really in love with Kevin we are back together now. What happened with you and Divad?" She wanted to know she hadn't seen them together recently.

"Ah. Okay, makes sense now." she said and let out a sigh. What else could she say?

"Now about that, let's just say I barely like him like before." she admitted. But then she really didn't care either. She was just trying to get used to the new look and didn't want other to ask so many questions. He was going to be one less to ask.

She remembered how they use to be, "Has your aunt mentioned what J.J. is like?"

"Not really. All she said was that he seemed sweet but there's something about him she doesn't really like. Though she can't quite put her finger on it." she said. She was getting a bit tired, since she didn't sleep well last night. All the tossing and turning almost made her fall off her bed.

"Let's go back to the common room. We should rest a bit." she said and began heading out into the street. She stuffed her sweets into her pockets and finished the last of her chocolate frog.

"I would to see if he is right for my aunt! Sure, I am getting tired too!" she started to walk with her towards the castle.

The sweet sugary smell of the Honeydukes products enveloped Garret the moment he stepped foot into the most beloved store. He managed to hold off from running straight to the shelves and stocking his arms full of sweets only because he had heard Livvy's shout that reminded him that he wasn't alone.

Cela and Barry had managed to lag behind them so far that he couldn't even see them now, but he knew Cela would find him in here later... so now he merely stood by the door, holding it open for Livvy before embarking on the familiar adventure of sugar seeking.

The short fifth year girl struggled to keep up with the extraordinarily fast fourth year. When it came to candy, he seemed to forget everyone was there. Livvy lagged behind a few yards, but as Garret opened the door, the strong aroma of the yummy treats reached her and practically strangled her for it was so strong. Livvy grinned as she let the sweet delicious smell of candy take over her as she walked into the shop and Garret held the door for her. "Thank you, Mr. Crocker. Now... let's go find us some candy!" she said excitedly as she began skipping towards the shelves full of delightful treats that made her mouth water by just looking at it.

Find some candy? Garret let the door fall closed behind him as he stared at Livvy in confusion. Surely she was joking... she couldn't find the sweets in a sweet shop? Or... perhaps... it was a weird girl thing.

Yes, best to just leave it at that.

He grinned as he bounded over to a jar of Sugar Quills, "Look, Livvy, fink these'll help me in the exams?" he pulled out a handful of the finely spun Sugar Quills, "They should really sell edible quills for people to keep themselves entertained during the exams, ya know?"

Livvy approached the shelf of specialty candies and she grinned as she studied the rows.... and rows... filled with it. She turned around as Garret said her name and walked over to see what he was talking about. Sugar Quills? Never heard of that before.

"Oooh. I didn't know they had made edible quills," Livvy said, gently as she bent down and moved around to get good looks of the quills. "Yes they should! It's to keep us awake! Then again... the only disadvantage is that once we start eating... we'd never stop and soon we have no quill to finish our exam!"

Though... it might come in handy during her OWLs. Livvy reached out and pulled out a handful of Sugar Quills, herself.

Thomas entered the shop in a cheerful mood. He looked at the stock of the candies and decided what to buy for himself. He when to the counter and asked with his eyes staring at the Toothflossing Stringmints, "Can I have three giant gumballs, four Toothflossing Stringmints, two pepper imps, one licorice wand and three Droobles, er.. and two Fizzing Whizzbees, please," the person gave the Thomas his candy, on the counter and walked away. The first year took his candy gently and took out one pepper imp and ate it. The Ravenclaw walked out of the shop slowly.

She had never - NEVER - heard of Sugar Quills? Garret's jaw went slack and he nearly dropped the Sugar Quills in his hand in his shock, but he just stared at her for a moment... trying to come to grips with this new piece of information. The poor... POOR unfortunate soul!

He sniffed and put an arm around Livvy's shoulders, pulling her close, "I have much to teach you, luv," he said in a soft, sympathetic voice as he drew her towards another shelf, "like the joys of old sock flavoured jelly beans!"

Pulling a few bags of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans off the shelf, he stuffed them in Livvy's arms excitedly. The education of sugar was an important one, and Garret took his role in this quite seriously!

After Livvy had told him that she had never heard of Sugar Quills.... she hadn't quite expected him to have such a large reaction to it. So. Yeah. She didn't go to Honeydukes a lot. It truly was horrifying, actually. But surely... Garret was over exaggerating it a bit. Surely it wasn't that bad!

Wide eyed as she stared up at Garret, the boy sniffed and put his arm around her. Livvy's eyes strayed to the hand on her shoulder momentarily, but wandered back towards Garret. She snorted and smiled. "Guess so," she said, and she was soon pulled along towards another shelf? Livvy scrunched up her nose and looked at Garret with a curious expression. "Jelly beans the flavour of old socks are delightful?"

And off the boy went! Surprising her once again but shoving bags and bags of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans into her arms. Oh dear. Her poor teeth. What was she going to tell her dentist when she returned home?

But Livvy couldn't help but smile at Garret's excitement and spirit. "Well... what else do you plan on teaching me about? Oh wise and worthy Candy Teacher?" she asked, grinning.

"O-ho!" Garret exclaimed in a Ring Master's voice, spinning Livvy around by the shoulders so that she was facing a shelf covered with endless jars of - "Ice Mice," he whispered by her ear, the tone soft and caressing, his breath brushing her hair so that it moved gently over her shoulder, "The delight of which can only be discovered..." his posh words really did not mesh well with his rather rough accent, the accent which was only made slightly softer by the fact that he was keeping his tones hushed, "on a hot day like today."

He released her shoulders, straightened up and reached one hand over her head to pull a jar of the Ice Mice off the shelf. After he'd measured out the amount he wanted, he stuffed it back in place and then dropped the bag of sweets on the growing pile in her arms.

She was about to get dizzy with all the spinning around Garret was doing with her. But Garret continued and went on about the joys and delights of some other candy, his voice soft and gentle. Livvy could feel his breath on her hair and on her shoulder and was becoming slightly dazed. Wasn't quite used to being so close to a male.

"Oh yes? I guess I'll have to make a discovery today then," she said, commenting in the Ice Mice. Though they seemed rather un-edible and she didn't want to eat them one bit. Livvy looked up as the boy's hand reached over hand and towards the Ice Mice. She watched as he fiddled around with the amount he wanted and dropped the bag into her arms, adding onto the massive weight she was holding already.

"Oh dear. I hope you have the money for all this, Garret," she said, smiling gently. Livvy had.... some change... but it didn't look like it was enough to pay for this candy galore.

Money.

Riiiiiiight... so Garret wasn't exactly the richest boy in the Wizarding World, nowhere near it, but it was a trivial matter. He'd just use his Quill money and then borrow a Quill off Cela for the exams, it wasn't as if she was about to let him go into the exams without a Quill!

"No worries," he grinned his devil-may-care grin down at her as he tossed a handful of Chocolate Frogs over the pile, "I've got it sorted."

Livvy smirked slightly at his evillish grin that he wore. She could tell that they would get along quite well in the years to come. "So... are you done grabbing candy? Or are you going to keep on going until I collapse?" she asked, watching as he tossed ANOTHER handful of candy.

"Is this what you do to all the girls you take out to a place?" Livvy asked, grinning. Or was it that her strength with a bat in Quidditch tipped the boy to assume she could handle all of it?

Plop!

Livvy glanced down below her to see that an ice mice had fallen from the pile. She looked up at Garret, expectantly. SHE ain't picking that up. No she ain't. Otherwise the entire pile in her hands would fall out and they would have to clean it all up and they'd get kicked out of the store.

The plop made them both look down, and Garret stared at it for a while. Thinking.... oh YES! He bent down, retrieved the bag and then proceeded to the counter. Where he then turned, leaned on the surface and waited for Livvy with an expectant look on his face, as if to say "Weeelll?"

"I don't take girls out," he said, making a face, "Besides, what happened to equality and all that?"

He didn't take girls out? What about Cela and whatchamacallit gal... Daphne? Didn't he take them out? Livvy was seriously confused on whether or not they were on the same page as far as 'taking out' goes. She looked over at the boy as she followed him to the counter.

"Yes.... what did happen?" Livvy asked, looking from her arms full of candy and Garret's, quite empty. "Well if you want equality to come into motion, I suggest we start by doing this!" she said as she dumped some bags in front of him, leaving half of the pile to him and the other half remaining with her.

Snorting, Garret shoved the pile of sweets that she'd dumped at him over the counter to the shopkeeper to calculate, "Fine, although I have to be honest," he sent her a sideways smile, "I usually pay for sweets cos most of the time I end up eating the most anyway."

He dropped a galleon on the counter and took the bag of sweets, waiting for his change and Livvy to pay for the rest.

Reese was eating her last chocolate frog as she walked into Honeydukes. Do you know why she was here? I'm sure you do. She was here to get more chocolate! She stopped in the doorway of the shop and scanned the store to see if any of her friends were in there. When she didn't see anyone, she headed to the back of the store where the chocolate frogs were.

Torin wanted Reese. And he wanted her NOW. Which is why he was in Honeydukes, yep. This was the one place where he knew Reese could be found. Seeing as she was addicted to chocolate. And there she was. Hanging out by the Chocolate Frogs.

"Misss Upstead. We need to talk. NAO!" he said as he reached her and pulled her away from the Frogs and somewhere nice and private like. He wanted to tell her about giving Bunbury the poem.

Reese made it to the shelf where the chocolate frogs were and looked around. Wait. WHERE WERE THE CHOCOLATE FROGS?! With a look of shock on her face, she turned her head many times trying to find the frogs. They couldn't have moved them, could they? 'They' meaning shopkeepers. It took her a few minutes to noticed that she wasn't looking close enough. The chocolate frogs were further down the shelf than where she was.

Blushing a little bit, she made her way over to them. She was about to pick a few up until she heard someone say her name. "Whaaaat? Nooooo!" She exclaimed as she felt someone take her hand and lead her AWAY from the chocolate. Who would do such a thing? "I neeeeed my chocolate," she stated.

She pulled her hand out of the person's grip and took her eyes off the shelf where the chocolate was and looked at who had pulled her away from the chocolate frogs. Oh, it was Torin. How dare he take her away from the chocolate! Crossing her arms, she looked up at her friend. "You need to talk to me?" She asked. "I need to talk to YOU! You won't believe what just happened not even two hours ago."

He ignored her slight annoyance. "I'm sorry, Reese, but I have to tell you. I gave Professor Bunbury a love poem today. And she gave me a hug!" He was practically bouncing. He wondered if it was possible for him to never wash his shirt again and just keep it as a memory of the second hug.

He was so happy that he didn't even pay attention to what Reese said about needing to talk to him.

"A...a what?! A love poem? At least that's better than a love potion," Reese said as she shrugged her shoulder. She stepped back a step when Torin got all excited about the hug. Raising her eyebrow at the boy before she spoke, "that's nice. I mean, you are probably more excited about the hug, than I am." It was fact. Was she suppose to be excited about Bunbury hugging Torin? Nope. Didn't think so.


"Are you ready for my news?" She asked him.

"Yes, a love poem. I made Fyo write it. And I gave her a rose too." Why wasn't Reese excited for him? She should be. He had gotten his 2nd Bunz hug!! It was a great achievement.

"Okay, tell me. But like.. I'm so excited!" WHEEE.
