Satine glanced around to the others at her table/group and realized that they were supposed to do it individually. She quickly looked at her list and pulled out an extra piece of parchment and divided it into three columns. Before getting started, she shot her hand in the air, "Professor, I have extra quills and parchment if anyone needs any." she said as she placed them in the middle of their table/desks and then started working on her list. |
Lyra began scribbling down on her parchment, placing each organization under what she deemed to be good, bad, neutral, and unsure. She had her reasons for doing such things and therefore began to place her reasoning behind each one. Quote:

Cedric raised his hand again."Sir,I have a suggestion, why do you choose volunteers to make a master list like the ones we've done last lesson" |
*has cramped fingers now* William stretched his fingers and dipped his quill into the ink. A blob of blue ink fell on his parchment but he shook it off as he began writing. SPOILER!!: list With his list finished he dropped his quill and rubbed his fingers. They were sore now, who knew writing so much was bad for you? He needed a chocolate frog. |
Patrick wrote down the list that was on the blackboard and started to put each organization in its proper place. SPOILER!!: List |

Professor Truebridge is in rare form today. This should be an interesting class. Abby looks at the list on the blackboard. Some of these organizations she has never heard of. This isn’t going to be easy. Quote:

Hmmmmmm. That was a lot of sorting. Raiden copied the list down and started scribbling away, trying to think. What had he read about all these groups? There were quite a few that he didn't know... Oh well! Quote:

Anna studied the list for a moment, already mentally categorizing some of the organizations. She made a face as she read about the Headless Hunt. Ewww. Shrugging, she picked up her quill, dabbed it in ink, then got ready to write. She glanced over at the professor, who was talking with a Hufflepuff student. Professor Truebridge seemed...upset?...irritated?...not himself. Then again, she really couldn't blame him. This flood pretty much had everyone under the weather. SPOILER!!: List |

Plymouth stared hard at the list. Ugh. This was how he felt in Arithmancy when the Pretty Shack asked them to calculate. At least he was staring at his parchment and not Cela anymore. Baby steps. SPOILER!!: Plymmy's list Well that was easy enough. Plymouth liked clubs. It reminded him of secret handshakes and ... well, that made him sad. He sunk down into his chair and threw pictures with his fingertip on his desk. |
Isabella who sat along the side of the window looked up at the board which had the list written. the board was slightly shining because of the light coming from the window. but she noted down the list and began to work: Death Eaters The Order of the Phoenix Wizengamot Ministry for Magic Quidditch teams Official Gobstones Club Dumbledore's Army Inquisitorial squad Slug Club The Knights of Walpurgis B.O.G (Brotherhood of Goblins) Most Extraordinary Society of Potioneers The Order of Merlin Q.U.A.B.B.L.E (Quidditch Union for the Administration and Betterment of the British League and its Endeavors) S.P.E.W (Society for the Promotion of Elvish Welfare) Society for the Reformation of Hags S.S.S (Society for the Support of Squibs) S.T.V ( Society for the Tolerance of Vampires) Order of the Mark (or Seal) Order of the Fang Order of the Talon Order of the Stripe Order of the Mane Society for Distressed Witches The Medieval Assembly of European Wizards The Order of Air Voyagers for Intrepid Wizards International Confederation of Wizards International Task Force Snatchers the Dark Force Defense League International Federation of Warlocks Troll Rights Movement The Wizarding Examinations Authority Hufflepuff Ravenclaw Slytherin Gryffindor The Headless Hunt Campaign for Greater Freedom for Wizards "hey isnt International Satute of Secrecy created by Dumbledore also an organisation?" she thought. "i'll ask sir about it," she thought and continued to work. Good:The Order of the Phoenix Wizengamot Ministry for Magic Quidditch teams Official Gobstones Club Dumbledore's Army B.O.G (Brotherhood of Goblins) Most Extraordinary Society of Potioneers The Order of Merlin Q.U.A.B.B.L.E (Quidditch Union for the Administration and Betterment of the British League and its Endeavors) S.P.E.W (Society for the Promotion of Elvish Welfare) Isabella stopped at the point where there was an organisation for Squibs. Suddenly she felt sad. she knew how it is for squibs with her father and brother being the same. but she shook that thought out of her mmind and said to herself "your dad and your brother happy living like a muggle and they are doing extremely well in their lives so stop worrying about them" and she obviously put the organisation of squibs in the good list. S.S.S (Society for the Support of Squibs) S.T.V ( Society for the Tolerance of Vampires) Society for Distressed Witches The Medieval Assembly of European Wizards The Order of Air Voyagers for Intrepid Wizards International Confederation of Wizards International Federation of Warlocks International Task Force The Wizarding Examinations Authority Hufflepuff Ravenclaw Gryffindor Isabella looked at her good list and thought"should i put Slytherin and Campaing for greater freedom for wizards in this list?" "hm...i think i will put them in neutral list" and with that she started her work on the bad and neutral list. Bad: Death Eaters Inquisitorial squad The Knights of Walpurgis Society for the Reformation of Hags Order of the Mark (or Seal) Order of the Fang Snatchers the Dark Force Defense League The Headless Hunt Neutral:Order of the Talon Order of the Stripe Order of the Mane Slytherin Campaign for Greater Freedom For wizards Troll Rights Movement Isabella didnt know much about the Orders which she put them in the neutral list so she thought it would be best to place them there for time being and as for the campaign for greater freedom of the wizards is concerened Bella thought,"i think wizards are given enough freedom. i dont think there will be need for any more organisations which will look after the freedom of the Wizards. and moreover you have many other organisations to check every wizard's welfare." as she finished with her list she laid back on her chair and looked around to see if she could catch any of her friends eye. |
Linda copied down the list SPOILER!!: the list She started sorting them into groups SPOILER!!: the groups So,what about slytherin? She knew that slytherins were notorious for their wickedness. But not all of them where so.So she put the name in the neutral list. SPOILER!!: the groups So,what about the headless hunt?good or bad?She knew that they played head polo and stuff. But she also knew that the griffindor ghost, St.Nicolas, wanted to join the society.'Nicolas wouldn't join anything which is bad.'she thought.'After all he was the griffindor ghost'.So, SPOILER!!: the unsure group Linda checked and checked to see if she had left anything out.Oh!!she had missed out Wizengamot..So,she wrote it in the 'good' list |
Bella was searching for her friends and then saw her friend Linda sitting right in front of her in the next row. Linda was busy writing down her own list of good, bad and neutral lists of organisation. Looking at Linda write so fast Bella smiled. |

Ugh. The problem with assignments like this was that she'd been brought up with a slightly different view of things. 'Good' was not synonymous with right and 'Bad' was not synonymous with wrong. She figured that the commonly held view was probably closest to the answer the Professor was looking for, even if had said there were no wrong answers. Cela figured that sorting the organisations, groups and societies out based on what they were trying to achieve would be the best way to figure out which category they'd fit under. After all, some groups had lost sight of their original lofty goals and ended up as something completely different. Mostly Celandine ended up placing activist groups under 'good', after all their original intention had been to bring about positive change, right? She chewed on her quill a little as she thought about this and finally finished up her list, not bothering with adding explanations since she figured she'd do that if Professor Truebridge or anyone asked her directly. SPOILER!!: List She blinked a few times as she heard a couple of first year Ravenclaws chatting and shook her head at them slightly, a friendly little smile on her face as she held her finger up to her lips, indicating they shouldn't talk in class. Professor Truebridge hadn't given then permission to talk and he usually stated pretty clearly if he wanted them to discuss things, and he was pretty easy going most of the time but he seemed a little out of sorts today. |

Bella turned red as she saw a elder student hushed them. but she didnt feel bad. "hope Linda didnt feel bad," she thought |
Giving a small sigh, Lyra grabbed her bag and pulled out a piece of parchment ,a quill and ink. She dipped the quill in the ink and bit on the end of the feather, thinking. She read the list and started to place them in to groups. Good: The Order of the Phoenix Quidditch teams Dumbledore's Army The Order of Merlin the Dark Force Defense League S.P.E.W (Society for the Promotion of Elvish Welfare) Official Gobstones Club Q.U.A.B.B.L.E (Quidditch Union for the Administration and Betterment of the British League and its Endeavors) Society for Distressed Witches S.S.S (Society for the Support of Squibs) International Task Force Most Extraordinary Society of Potioneers The Medieval Assembly of European Wizards International Confederation of Wizards Wizengamot Bad: Death Eaters The Knights of Walpurgis Snatchers Inquisitorial squad B.O.G (Brotherhood of Goblins) Neutral: Slug Club The Headless Hunt Ministry for Magic The Wizarding Examinations Authority The Order of Air Voyagers for Intrepid Wizards Hufflepuff Ravenclaw Gryffindor Slytherin Unsure: The Headless Hunt Campaign for Greater Freedom for Wizards Troll Rights Movement S.T.V ( Society for the Tolerance of Vampires) Society for the Reformation of Hags Order of the Mark (or Seal) Order of the Fang Order of the Talon Order of the Stripe Order of the Mane International Federation of Warlocks After she was finished, she placed her quill at the side of her table and re-read her list again. |

Satine divided her list into the different catagories. SPOILER!!: Satine's List's Rough Draft Half way done with her list she went back to work putting her reasons in. |
Linda sighed..She wondered where the professor was.. |
Lightly and absentmindedly tapping her chin with her quill, Willow had been distracted for the most part throughout the entire beginning of the class, and only came back to reality upon hearing the sound of Truebridge's voice above everyone else's. "Um," murmured the sixth year quietly to herself, before starting to arrange all the clubs into the given cathegories. SPOILER!!: List of clubs Quote:
|
Oooh, they had to put all these clubs into a list, huh? Well, that shouldn't be too hard, right? Brow furrowing in concentration, Clifford leant over his parchment and set to work. SPOILER!!: groups That was one long list. Clifford gave his sore wrist a massage as he checked over what he'd written. PERFECT! |
Sydney's mind started spinning as she stared at the long list. Blinking for a few minutes, she dipped her quill in the inkwell and started scribbling. Quote:
