"It would have been worse if I'd fallen in." Vanessa commented, as she took another step onto the next lily pad. Only one more to go. Yeey. Smiling, feeling proud of herself she took the one final big step onto the last lily pad, and then onto solid. "Yeeey." She giggled, as she moved back to where Torin was.

"Very." Vanessa giggled, as she took her shoes off of him, and slipped them back onto her feet. Much better. Grabbing the parchment she had left she wrote down the homework before glancing back at Torin. "I better make sure Miles is okay...." She commented, he didn't look too happy. "Bye Torin." She smiled, before leaving.

Jane made her way across the lilies as fast as she could before Professor Bunbunz yelled at them. She looked like she was playing hopscotch. She was probably one of the last ones left. She got to the lily pad near Professor Bunbury.

"Good class, Professor!!!Byyyeeeeeee...." Jane said while she hopped like a frog amongst the lily pads. She thought the best strategy to get through this was to not spend too much time on a pad because that would make you over think and lose concentration...or something...and fall into the cold water below. She was almost done with the pads. Just 5 little hops away, before her right leg slipped into the water. She held on tight to the wobbly pad. She thought she'd better just get up before she falls over completely.

Jane made it to the ground and took the homework parchment. Hers came with that thing....Aparecium? What was that?She took and read it on the way out of class.

Abby carefully makes her way to the edge of the next to last Victoria Lily. She just has to jump onto the next on, and Abby will be on shore again. Then Mister Masterson makes his belly flop dive into the pond. He hits the pond right in the middle sending a tidal wave of water everywhere. Abby is soaked. Then her lily feels the wave of water. "Ooooh, oooh, oooh," the tidal wave of water rocks Abby's lily. She fall over like a rock into the pond. Forturnately, it's not that deep. Abby does find herself up to her elbows with water and mud. She stands up and shakes the mud and water off as best she can. Abby makes her way back over to the overturned Victoria Lily. She grabs it in her hands and then remembers the underside has thorns on the underside. Abby gets it turned over and climbs back on. She tries to pick the thorns out, but that just makes them bleed worse. Abby makes her way back upright and makes her way to the last lily. She carefully walks across it. "Finally, I'm back on solid ground." Abby goes over to her bag and gets her handkerchief. She blots the blood carefully trying not to push the thorns any further in her hands.

Right, so, Masterson hadn't managed to flip Anastasia off her lily pad yet and most of the children were safely off theirs...now it was time for her to make an exit.

Hopping unusually gracefully for an adult, and in boots to boot, Bunbury leaped from one lily onto the one right behind Abby. She waited, not very patiently, for Jane to cross the pond and then Abby had to fall in, of course. Well. At least the Slytherins (Miles, in particular) had stepped up. Finally. Hmmph.

"Okay, Abby, you should get that looked at and...." Annie made the jump from her last lily clear to the edge of the grass. She smoothed down her robes and then finished her sentence. "You shouldn't have touched the underside of the lilies. Tsktsk. I'd recommend some aloe vera or...see that intern in the Hospital Wing."

Bunbury wrinkled her nose slightly and then marched back to her bench, noting that all the parchments had magically disappeared. Hmm, so homework was popular now, eh? Right. Well. Class was dismissed and Bunbury didn't see any stragglers (or any glorified gardeners) so she was assuming that either everyone was gone or drowned. Either way, she didn't care. She needed to go stew in her greenhouse and figure out what this Apareawhutta gossip paper was. Also, it needed to be corrected. Hmmph.
