The first thing you notice when you step into the office is all the interesting do-hickeys. A lot of them are similar to the ones that had been in place when Cassandra Rae was headmistress but, there were a number of new ones as well. The most notable aspect of the space was the seemingly disorganized nature of it. Books, parchment, quills, ink, instruments, cauldrons, phials, and all number of items littered the shelves and any other flat surface available. You couldn't see the top of the desk and it was surprising that the seats were even available. Aside from the chairs (or at least most of them), the only thing not covered in various bits and pieces is the elegant baby grand piano stuffed in a corner of the crowded room.
The headmaster is a tall, relatively young, wizard with unkempt robes and dirty plastic glasses. He looks more like the auror he'd been than the headmaster he's become, a big brother rather than an authority figure. He smiles as you walk in (assuming you got past the gargoyle, that is  ). OOC: Any posts from those who do not go through the Gargoyle's Entrance and either know the password or escorted through will be deleted without warning or notice. | |

Lynny leaned on Torin for support. "I'm not leaving, n-n-not..." she took in a deep breath, "...not until I s-see B-BIG angry f-f-fish m-man go..." She hissed out of pain, "...goes down!" Her breathing was slowing, she had her wand ready for furious broomstick man's command. She smiled sweetly at him, "P-plus don't y-y-you want to see what w-w-will h-happen?" She forced a giggle.

Oh so someone had some potion thingy?
Cam eyed the boy, who he remembered was almost hit by 5 spears earlier from the day. Pooootion? Best friend? OOOOH. He didn't really know what or how that was gonna happen really, because he wondered if Aornos even had a good side. The merman was made of evil. PUUURE evil.
Then suddenly, Arethusa was doing something with her other hand and the key shined. SHIIIINNYYYY. But she started singing, a song that had broken and shattered the glasses in mere seconds. "AUGGH," he shouted in pain, covering his ears with his hand. This was worse than their screeching. It hurt WAAAY more than that. Resting his head on the broom handle, he pushed his hands to his ears just to stop that vibrating pain.
His eyes were still open though, watching as the boy named William dropped the potion dooooown down into the water.

Aornos was about to throw his trident at his sister, Arethusa, when something strange invaded his scaly body. He looked at her with a glazed expression and lowered his weapon. "Why are you screaming, sis?" He blinked twice. "Are these wizards harming you? I can poke them for you."

She could feel her side getting worse, the blood had already seemed through and she could feel it oozing down her side on her bandaged leg. She kept a smile on her face, maybe it would help ignore her pain.

She ALMOST applauded the princess merwoman, though, at the promise of restoring everything. "My shoesssssss." YAYAYAYAY.

He stopped pushing his hands on his ears once he heard Aornos's booming voice. What? Poke? What? If anyone was going to poke--he'd have to poke them first. Maybe the potion worked? Did it? Cam eyed Princess Arethusa and mentally cheered for her when she told her brother that he WILL be punished.
Hmph. Served the fishman RIGHT. WOOTGOARETHUSAYOU'REAWEOMSE.EPIC.AWEOMSEMJDAHLHLHF . He continued babbling random gibberish and cheering in his mind, and he clapped his hands happily when... wait what. RESTORE POSSESSIONS?
"My stash of chocolaaaateee!" WOOT. YAY. CHOCOLATE BE REVIVEDDDD. And he watched in disgust as Aornos swimming away with his merpeople and grindylows following him. CLAPCLAPCLAP. Cam started clapping his hands wiildly and excitedly.

William couldn't help but smile, lowering his wand and bowing awkwardly to the princess. "Thank you Arethusa for your kindness." He said his blue eyes bright as he watched Aornos swim away. Merpeople weren't all that bad, not really. His shoulder was throbbing badly now and he was lucky to still be on the broom. If she could heal him all the better, but he wanted everyone else to be healed first.

Becca stared at Aernos and Arethusa after William poured the potion into the water. The King fish-... err, merperson, was acting all strange and then, it seemed just like that, he was perfectly content and swam away.
Well that sure was some adventure.
She ALMOST dared to ask, Anyone got any food? but people were hurt and such, and they needed to be tended to first. But all this intensity worked up an appetite, y'know? She kept her wand out and looked to Vindictus in case he had any instructions to give her. In some sense, she WAS... an older student. Right? So she could be a big girl and help fix the problems of their lives.
