'Hey!' he protested when she sent a bread crumb his way. As an automatic reaction, he scooped up some jam and flung it at her. What he did not realize was how much he scooped up. Her face was covered in jam! His eyes widened at what he saw.
She is so not going to be happy, he thought.
He quickly got up and backed away.
'So, um, it was nice meeting you. I'm just going to go you know play with the Giant Squid or something.'
With that he ran away, not looking back.

Before Dem knew it, she had jam all over her face. Her first thought was, What in merlins beard!!! followed by, Oh no. I better get this cleaned up before we lose points! she quickly began wiping the jam off of her face and off the table then grabbed her stuff and ran out of the great hall. "Dagobert!" she said though gritted teeth.

"I'm alright. a little homesick I'll admit but other than that good." Lilly replied with a huge yawn, "i had to break up with my muggle boyfriend to come here, so i am kinda sad about that. i miss the hugs. he was the best at making me feel safe."Lilly said. then immediately blushed. why did she just tell her that. did she have a brain. she just told a perfect stranger about her life. ugh it was not going to be a good day.

Lilly listened and was glad that she had not been there when it happened. but she did enjoy watching others have to take off their shoes the array of socks was quite humorous.

It was passing, Helena sat back up, still pale, but nothing unnormal. She shook her head as she looked over at Chris. No, I'm fine. Just got a little dizzy for a moment. I think I'm going to go for a walk. I'll catch up with you later, okay? She stood up and walked between the tables out of the Great Hall. She was truly fine, but she wasn't in the mood to be talking much now.

Chris watched as Helena sat back again. "Are you sure?" He asked. But then she said she had to go. Some small part of him didn't want her to. Think of Mel think of Mel. He kept telling himself. This actaully seemed to help. "Umm yeah alright see you later." He said as she walked away.

Christian walked into the Great Hall. He was starving he hadn't eaten a thing since their early morning Smores snack. He served himself a fry-up and spread some strawberry jam on a hot buttered scone. He took a bite, closing his eyes and moaned lightly, it was sooooo good. He finished the scone and licked the jam from his lips. He then started in on his fried egg and mushrooms wondering where Jane was.

Jane ran into the Hall after leaving the note on Professor Bunbury's Office door. She had a little trouble making it stick there, so she just sorta stuck it in between a small crack, hoping it will stay there. She ran behind Christian and hugged him from the back. She felt like messing up his hair, but decided not to since it was styled so nicely. She then took a seat next to him.

"Hiya!!"she smiled at him and dived for his cheek. She smiled again as she saw mashed potatoes on the table.

Christian smiled as he smelled chocolate, then felt his lovely lady hug him from behind. He smiled softly. She made his sun shine. "Hello my Love. I missed you." He got lost in her dazzling smile. He took a bite of his sausage. "The food here is soooo good. Much better than it was at Drumstrang." He picked up his pumpkin juice and took a long gulp.

"Really?What do Durmstanglers eat?she didn't know what they were called. She couldn't agree more about the food, it was delicious, though. She let the mashed potatoes cool before scooping it. She scooped the first scoop and held it to Christian, thinking he should really try that.

"The same kind of stuff it's just always cold cause the fires are only lit for magical purposes." He leaned in and took the bite of potato closing his eyes as he pulled slowly off the spoon. He didn't know what was more heavenly the potatoes or the fact that she was feeding him. "mmmmm" He moaned softly.

She knew it was good. She fed him another scoop and proceeded to pour a glass of orange juice. They could just share everything and she didn't mind! They were sooo.. environmentally friendly!(less cups to wash)She smiled at him again while she scooped some mashed potatoes for herself. She felt like feeding him all the food on the table, cause they were all soo good!

"I should be getting an owl post today,"she told him while looking overhead for any signs of birds.

Christian sighed he knew he would not be getting any owl post, his parents barely remembered they had a son. He pushed his half eaten plate away and drained his pumpkin juice.

"I'll share my post with you,"Jane said, seeing her man not eating. She knew it was time her brother sent her chocolates, with some letters from each of her siblings and probably some from her parents and also an artwork from her father. She looked at him in the eyes and stroked his cheek, where the hot pink plaster was. She felt like sharing her siblings with him already. She wanted him to meet them, especially her twin brother.

Christian smiled. "That's alright my love." He sighed. "I can't share your post, that's yours." He whispered.

She instantly felt bad for bringing up the postal subject. She didn't know how Christian and his parent's were like. She gulped down the orange juice and put her hands around his waist and laid her head on his shoulder.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know,"she really hoped his parents would write to him once in awhile like hers do. No parent could be ever so cruel, she believed. She was thinking of something that would cheer him up. Eating?Perhaps not.Writing another letter to his parents?But I'll add my own version as well?Perhaps they would see that he is good and pay him more attention. She had almost never ending thoughts, it was exhausting.

Christian's stomach growled, he grabbed his plate and began eating again. He smiled at her. "I love you princess."

She heard the growl and let out a soft chuckle. She should definitely feed him, she thought. She sniffed his shoulder and made a funny face. It was that smell from before. That.. Brut. She was starting to get intoxicated by it. She figured she should probably get up and grab some cupcakes from the other side of the table before she's induced to sleep by the smell, yet again. She didn't fancy the thought of falling asleep on the dining table and not spend her time wisely doing homework...with Christian.

"I'll be right back, Handsome,"she took a plate with her. She'd been eyeing the Red Velvet cupcake with double frosting at the corner, near some firsties. She thought probably the Elves were sleepy when they made that to give it more frosting than it should have. She dashed over there before any firsties could get in her way. She was serious when it came to food, especially breakfast. She also grabbed assorted cupcakes: Lemon, Orange, Banana, Raspberry, Chocolate, Cinnamon. She'll probably not eat lunch today, looking at the amount of food she was going to consume in a matter of minutes. She walked back to Christian, hoping to not trip over anything and losing her double frosted 'special' cupcake.

Christian looked up and eyed her coming back with a plateful of cupcakes. He had his eye on that red velvet cupcake. "You better plan on sharing that one." He pointed at tthe red velvet cupcake.

"HHheeeehhhheeeeHheee, of course I am!It's too good not not be shared!!!"Jane sat down, rolled up her sleeves. She meant business now. No one comes between her and her cupcakes!!Unless it's Christian, who she'd be happy to share half of it with..but not more than half..unless he gives her 1/2 of the frosting from his half in exchange for half of her cupcake sans frosting. She held the cupcake between her and Christian.

Christian smiled softly He took a bite of the heavenly cupcake "Ohhh this is heaven."

Jane was glad that he loved her favourite cupcake flavour. She eyed the frosting and put in her mouth what's left of the cupcake. Christian took a REALLY big bite. She had some trouble chewing, but she could taste it and it was really good! At that moment, she wondered if the Elves in the kitchen would teach her how to make them so she could make them and give them to her friends as gifts. She looked at Christian.

"You've got frosting there,"she pointed and using her thumb, wiped it off.

He smiled as she wiped off the frosting. "I want more of those." He smiled softly.

She giggled. She know had the task of scouting for the cupcake with the most frosting. It was a difficult task indeed, now that the firsties have had a taste of these cupcakes shortly after Jane snagged the first one. She was eyeing them little beings like a kitten eyeing a bird. In the mean time, she shoved the rest of the cupcakes at Christian. She loved the rest too because they were light but very tasty.

"Here, love. Have these while I look for more,"Jane wasn't gonna settle with underfrosted cupcakes. She was keen to grab the cupcake with the most frosting.

Lilly walked into the great hall. she looked around as she made her way to the Gryffindor table. she saw a girl and boy she didn't know. they seemed to be boyfriend and girlfriend. Since she didn't know them, she said "Hello my name is Lilly. i am Gryffindor first year. i dicided to meet someone new each day so i am meeting the two of you!" she said. "what are your names?"

Starving, Shaylee walked into the great hall and took a seat at the Gryffindor table. Noticing Lilly off in the distance, she walked over and said, Hello miss Lilly! How are you today? She took an apple off the table and took a bite.
