Ruby had Athen's on her lap the tabby kitten who was now a year played happily with her wand, she heard the door open and saw a older boy enter her hood had dropped so her darkened features showed her black hair was down and her red eyes glowed, he seemed polite she nodded and pointed to the seat opposite her "hello Reid" she said coldly and quietly "i'm Ruby Malfoy"

The train was currently over a large reservoir and to be honest speeding over water wasnt Tammys ideal on your own exprience. So, looking for someone she could talk to that she knew or even didnt know would work for her. Standing up she left her compartment but waited to let a couple of people bustle past her then carried on looking quickly into each compartment to see if she noticed anyone. No luck as of yet.

"It's a pleasure to meet you." he said politely before carefully taking the seat across from her. As soon as he had sat down the cutest kitten you'd ever seen came trotting into the compartment and started rubbing up against his leg. Sighing indulgently Reid picked Neko up and began to pet her absently while trying to covertly study the girl across from him. It was around that time that her name registered. "Wait Ruby Malfoy? Your related to Mei Lin and Sakura Takenouchi right?" he asked curiously, sure that he had heard the name mentioned before.

Ruby nodded as he sat down and she noticed a kitten walk in it was cute and he picked it up and started to pet it, she noticed he was studying her, he mentioned her name and Sakura's and she looked up and raised her eyebrow "Sakura and Mei Lin are my cousins yes" she thought for a second and continued "do you know them then?"

"You could say that. I know them well enough to know about what happened to Sakura a few years ago and the more recent breakdown that she suffered." Looking down he raised his head a few seconds later. "One of my friends used to go out with Mei Lin and I've always been close to Sasuke so it just followed that Sakura and I grew closer. She always considered me her nii-chan and she wrote a lot about you." he added with a shrug.

Natasha giggled at Melanie demonstrating just how crazy and awesome Hogwarts was. Of course, she entirely agreed, but, still... It just looked kinda funny. Or, maybe it was just her.

Natasha smiled as a few more girls came into the compartment, always good to meet new people, right? "I'm Natasha," she said with a grin.

Aha. That voice Tammy was looking for. Now where was her midget cousin hiding? "come ou come out where ever you are tash." she mumbled as she opened the door of a compartment to see some more random people she didnt know. Raising a hand in apology she scurried to shut the door and turned again.

So, she was getting closer to Natasha and there was no way she wasnt going to find her. Aha. So now she pulled the right compartment door and stumbled across her cousin in mid conversation. "Sorry. Tasha. Can I speak to you just for an incy wincy moment. Please." She smiled at her cousin ignorign the fact normally they would hug. But she was in an urgent need of speaking to her. AND finding somewhere she could live.

Ruby sat there and listened to how this boy could know her cousin, "you know about the twins then?" her eyes darkened as she said twins, "yes it was a bad summer this year" she replied still keeping her eyes on him "what did Sakura say about me?" she inquired

"Where did your parents go? Did they go on holiday? My parents don't go on holiday without me and Nia. But we don't go on holiday at the moment because mummy just had Nathaniel," Theo rambled.

Theo handed her some of the broken cookie. "Don't eat the cookie. Cos that is for me, but the raisins are for Eddie."

"Tammy," Natasha said with a warm smile as she saw her cousin. "How--" she stopped talking when she saw how serious and urgent Tamzin looked. "Oh, um, of course you can." Natasha said standing up.

"I'll see you soon, Melanie, guys." Natasha said turning to look at everyone in the compartment. She then turned her attention back to her cousin slightly curious, but mostly hoping there was nothing bad.

"For your cousin it was better than some." he said cryptically. "Yea I heard about the twins, I know nearly everything about Jack. Like I said she considered me her nii-chan." he said with a little shrug. "she told me a lot about you but nothing that you would consider private."

Ruby looked at Reid and sighed "did she tell you that i was with Jack's brother John? and thats part the reason i have changed my apperance?" she nodded and said "i miss her we were ment to go through Hogwarts together,"

Alice shook her head, remained silent untill he finished. There were two thing she had to solve. First about her dead parents, second about someone called Nia. She cleared her throat again slightly, "No..they..are.." she bit her twitching lip, "..dead." she quickly looked out of the window, not wanting to cry. Especially not in front of Theo.

After gaining some energy to speak again, she asked, "Is Nia your sister?" it should like that her eyes focussed on his face again curiously.

When he handed over his broken cookie with the strict instruction, she stiffled her laugh. "Okay..I'll try my best," she added, "But..share is fair Theo," she said quietly, smiled.

Tammy stood outside the compartment and smiled at her cousin. "Im really sorry about that." She paused and inhaled slowly, placing her hands on her cousins arms to brace her she began to speak the workds that were more than likely gouing to haunt the pair for a long time afterwards. "My mum... shes gone Tash.." Feeling her eyes prickle with the water that was soon going to leave the and trail down her cheeks she spoke once more. "A fire in Greece.. Me , mum and Cerrah."

Hang on. The girls hadnt seen each other since the last school year ended and Nastasha probably didnt know that Tammys mum had had the baby. "My little sister Tash." She moved her hand from Natashas arm and wiped the escaped tears away that were leaving a trail down her face and looked at her. "I wanted to ask if maybe you could ask your mum and dad if i can come live with yous?" She looked expectantly at her but not too expectantly as she didnt want to make her feel pressured under the news she had just had anyway.

"She did tell me about that. She also told me that you would be fragile for lack of a better word, but that you were strong and could get through this." Looking back at her he tilted his head slightly to the side. "She never told you that she was never meant to go to Hogwarts in the first place did she?"

Theo shrugged. "Ok." He didn't really understand the concept of death. He just knew that people didn't come back if that happened.

He nodded, "Yes. We are the same age. But I am older. By, I think, 20 minutes. And Nathaniel is our very small brother. He is nearly 1."

He frowned. He usually shared but they were his only cookies, and he couldn't get anymore. "But I can't have any other cookies. My mummy made them especially for me."

Ruby felt her eyes sting she shook her head "no she never did" she looked confussed, "i used to be strong heavy on the used, my parents think its best i come here and move on" she sighed

Alice wondered. The boy was not serious about what she said?! Or misunderstood?! She looked at him, gasped at his reaction. Usually people didnt react like this after heard her sad story. Parentless was something horrible. But she had to admit that his reaction was something different. Different from others. A Nice change. She shrugged and listening him as he was going on with the informations about his siblings. So she was right. Nia was his Sister. She smiled, "Good to hear. I've an elder Sister and a younger one too," she beamed. Atleast she had them to say a family.

She watched him frowned and whining about the cookies. "Oh..okay. I..wont eat your cookies. Better now?" she asked with a mild grin on her gorgeous face.

"Don't worry, it's fine." Natasha said smiling at Tammy. "I can always talk to them later." She said, stopping to listen to her cousin.

What? A fire? "Oh, Tammy, I'm so sorry." Natasha said, tears in her eyes as well. She honestly felt sooooo sad for Tamzin, and pulled her into a hug. She was silent for quite a while after she pulled away from the hug. Natasha had never really felt very close to her parents, but she still had them, nonetheless.

"Of course you can stay with me, Tam. As soon as I get to Hogwarts I'll send my parents a letter. They'll say yes, I know they will."

"Well I suppose she didn't think it mattered. The institute where she is studying now is the school I used to go to, the place she was originally meant to study." Looking upwards he sighed slightly, "Things get better, it was a tragedy but time heals, you wont get over it this year but eventually you will be able to move on. You may not fully move on but you will be able to live a happy life." Going back to petting Neko he suddenly asked, "Sakura did mention me right? I mean she said she had but knowing her..."

Tammy hugged her much younger cousin back and felt like she was the younger one in this cousinly relationship. "I'm real sorry for asking though. Its just I dont want to spend my summers skipping around to my friends houses asking to stay." She looked at her and noticed the tears in her eyes. "Dont cry. Youll get me started again." She laughed nervously and stopped feeling it wrong upon her mother and sister.

"I dont know what I would do without you, Tash." She hugged her cousin once more but this time felt herself the older one again.

Theo smiled. It was good that she had sisters. But sisters weren't very nice. Maybe Alice's were nicer than Nia. He hoped so. But none of the girls were nasty like Nia. Except Agie, but he hadn't seen her in ages.

Theo nodded, "Thank you. I will buy you something from the trolley if you are hungry. But you can't have any of my cookies." He smiled. At least she wasn't going to eat his stuff.

Ruby sighed and said "no she said to me before she left that someone was coming to look after me this year, " she looked out of the window and said "i just want the pain to away thats all."

"Don't be sorry, I love you Tammy. It would probably make me more happy with you around." Natasha said truthfully. Without siblings or parents around very much, she would actually love someone to be there.

"I don't know what I'd do without you, either." She said, hugging her cousin back. "So, are you feeling, alright?" Natasha asked, slightly concerned.

Reid chuckled slightly. "I think you'll find that she mentioned me then. However Sakura being Sakura did it in a cryptic way. She just loves riddles." Resting his head back on the seat he tapped his thigh with one hand while thinking about what she had said. "There is no way for that to happen this soon. At least no legal way and no illegal ways that I would advice. The easiest way would be to wipe your memory but that could be dangerous in the long run."
