Boys Dormitory At the top of the steep steps, high in Ravenclaw Tower your dormitory awaits you. The circular room is lined with beds and trunks, a few owls flutter about the space and several cats chase dustballs on the wooden floor. Books and homework cast throughout the room show just how studious the members of Ravenclaw are. Pull back the sheets and close the curtains because another day of learning lies ahead! |
Thomas entered the dormitory then saw that he was the only person in the room so he looked for a comfortable bed that would become his for the next year. He found a cozy bed next to a large window, and fell on the bed he was exhausted he tuck of his black new shoes took out of his trunk his dirty white shoes. |
Kel sighed as he ascended the stairs up to his dorm. When he walked in, he found a his bed - one by the window. He smiled when he saw the owl cage on his nightstand, in which Jasmine was resting with her head under her wing. Not wanting to go to bed just yet, he opened his trunk and pulled out a random textbook. Seeing that it was the Herbology book, he shrugged and threw it onto his bed. He sat down and kicked off his shoes, then lay down on his stomach, his feet on his pillows, and started reading. |
Rise like a leopard. Fight like a lion! Divad made his way up the stairs, found a comfortable bed and passed out. |
Toshi entered the dormitory again. he was really happy to be back at Hogwarts. he sat down on his bed and looked around at the others. "Hey guys", he greeted in high spirits. He loved this place. |
Kel looked up when he heard someone greet...the 'guys'. "Hey," he said, sounding tired. He closed his book halfway through Chapter Two, and set the book down on the ground. he looked around at the others in the room and, figuring What the heck, introduced himself, muttering "Hey, I'm Keltan Micheals," before sitting up and turning around so that he was sitting the right way in his bed. Well, as long as he was in here, he might as well make some guy friends, considering all his friends were girls - weird. Yeah, he was in need of guy friends. ...That was weird too. He was usually a one-man type of person. |

"Hey Keltan. I´m Toshi. Toshi Slughorn. Sorry, didn`t want to interrupt your reading!" He looked at the book. "What book are you reading?", he asked interested. He really liked reading, well, he was a Ravenclaw! |
Divad walked up to his bedpost. He could already feel the plush pillows, the warm sheets, and the snug fit cast upon his body. He quickly undressed, got into his night robes, and got in bed. Soon, he had fallen asleep and dreamt of Jule. |

"It's Herbology." he told the guy, shrugging again as he looked at the book's cover. |
Thomas entered the domitry and layed on his bed relaxing for a moment. Thomas got up on his feet hoping that it wasn't dark outside. Thomas looked out of the large window and saw that the sunset had already finished but there was still light outside. Thomas took his reading book and started reading it. |
Patrick had come in to lay on his bed for a bit, his head full from the Runes class. Fehu, he muttered gently to himself, wondering how he could apply the Rune to an everyday occurrence at school. He thought about the Rune's significance: wealth, cattle, abundance, generosity, creation, fulfillment of goals, good luck, success... There it was, written black on white on his parchment. But what could he do with it that might seen as an act of Fehu? Sitting up, he then bent over to retrieve the red box that the professor had given them. He snapped open the lid and stared at the sweet. He looked at it for a while, his mind imagining what he could do with it. He reached and picked the sweet out and instantly popped it in his mouth. Mmmm! These are really good too! He thought to himself with a grin. Now how could he make these little beauties help him for the assignment? And that's when it hit him. He could anonymously share these with others, couldn't he? A gift that was somewhat created by the Rune since it 'regenerated' itself: he closed the box's lid and reopened it a minute later, and sure enough, another sweet had reappeared. His mum had showed him, many times over for that matter, that generosity should not seek acknowledgment. Hence the anonymous part of his plan. But to whom could he gift it to? Of course he knew students he could give them to, but it seem too easy, not quite anonymous either. And leaving a simple candy on someone's table, they might think it was a gag or trick candy. He took his notes out and re-read his class notes. He stopped at the particular associations with Fehu: Fire, Aries, nettles, numbers 1 or 24, Fire and Eider. He could a few of those elements for his plan... Oh yeah! He quickly took out some sheets of parchment, tinting them red with a color change charm. He cut the parchments in two and started to do some origami flowers with them. They kind of looked like the leaves of a nettle plant, he thought as he turned his first example between his fingers. He make a dozen or so of those and wrote the Fehu symbol on one leaf. It looked good at this point, so he turned to the red box again. He opened and shut the box a dozen times, if not a bit more, removing the sweet that appeared at each time. He added one sweet to each flower origami, making sure they wouldn't slide out. He made little cards to accompany each gift and left for the Great Hall. His plan was ready to be implemented. |
Plymouth shut the door tight behind him as he entered the dormitory. Plymouth normally spent as little time as humanly possible in this room. He liked to sleep, but he there always SOOOO much to do and so many people to see and talk to in a day. But now, Plymouth was thinking it was likely he'd never leave this room. Ever. Maybe someone would bring him food and homework? He moved to his bed and sat on the edge. With his head bowed, Plymouth stared without seeing anything in the room. He did see a sad little tear-streaked face with big brown eyes over and over again, like his mind was set to replay. |

"Hey, Plym. Flood's crazy, right? And all the Puffs in our common room? Crazy?" He shoved through his trunk, his back to Plymouth for the moment. Hmm... socks. Dress robes. Text book, text book, text book, text book. Where had he put the... oh! |
Plymouth did not answer, acknowledge, or even look up to Copernicus. He heard him, vaguely registered his words, but WHO cared??? Not Plymouth. He held up his hand to his face and smelled it, wondering how long he could keep the Cela smell on him, or if he even wanted to? Hmm. No, he definitely wanted to. |
Clark wandered into the dormitory. "Hey, guys! Who's totally psyched about the Hufflepuffs?" he asked annoyed. If Jake Upstead stole any of his clothes....well, HE wasn't excited. Not at all. Stupid floods. He sensed some tension in the dorm however...girl trouble, if his feelings were correct. He could totally tell. GREAAAAAT. "Um...what if they steal our clothes?" he asked. Ya know, he was pretty much a proffesional on girls. Mmhm. Don't let his age fool you. Clark = genius. Cos he had a girlfriend. |

Plymouth put the bag on the bed beside him and then pushed it back towards the middle of the bed. "Later," Plymouth mumbled. He did look up to Copernicus this time though, he looked up to see if Copernicus had any sort of ... recognitions. Had Copernicus known? Plymouth had big, heavy eyes as he stared across to Copernicus. The poor underclassman could have ALL of PLymouth's clothes. He didn't want them anymore. |
"No. I made you... okay," Copernicus dropped to a squat in front of Plymouth and studied his step-brother's face. That was not the normal sulk from someone hurting his feelings, nor was it illness. What was wrong with Plymouth Morgan? Cope cocked his head to the side. "Plymouth. What's wrong? Did you get an owl from home? Is... everyone okay?" Why else would Plymouth be so obviously distraught? What if Zahra was ill!?! |
Plymouth shook his head, a tiny shake to the left then to the right. It was Plymouth saying NO. No to the owl, no to the wrong, no to the talking, no to the present, no no no no no no. "No." |
"Oh." Well, Plymouth wasn't being particularly helpful in the whole search for what was wrong with him thing. "D-do you want me to go away?" |
Plymouth swallowed hard. There was SOMETHING in his throat, choking him. It was probably the image of how he'd left Cela, or maybe the things she'd said to him, or maybe just mucus, but either way he was CHOKING. "Did you break your promise?" Plymouth whispered, a true whisper. He usually failed at whispering completely, but this time he barely managed to be audible. |
Oh. Oh that. Oh crap. "Yes," Copernicus said quietly, with a small nod. No point in lying about it. "I kissed her good bye. But nothing other than that, I promise." |
*die* And... that was it. That was more than Plymouth could take. MEN did not CRY, but the sob bubbled up out of NO WHERE and Plymouth cried. The answer to Copernicus's original question - did Plymouth want him to go away? - was yes and absolutely. He tried to keep it under control, just a few manly sobs, but... there was only so much he could control. Plymouth had reached his limit for the day. |
"No!" Copernicus wanted to grab Plymouth and shake him! He'd been so mean to Cela for ages now, for weeks, to make it easier for everyone. "Plymouth, no, it's OKAY. I made it better. It was easier for everyone if we made a clean break. I shouldn't have... but it wasn't a big deal." Except for the part where it was a huge enormous wonderful torturous awful deal. "I'm sorry. I won't break it again. It didn't mean anything." Did he say that already? |
"PLEASE," Plymouth choked out. His breathing was SO ragged and his EYES were so raw with hurt. "PLEASE, Copernicus, just ... go AWAY. Go check on Cela. Just leave me ALONE. You've .. you..." Plymouth balled up his fists and put them over his eyes so that he didn't have to look at Copernicus anymore. He didn't really want him to go check on Cela. Plymouth, himself, wanted to go check on Cela. Carry her back to the Common Room. Get her a cold wash cloth and help her calm down. But she didn't want him, she wanted Copernicus. " Go check on Cela." |
