"Actually for you seven years. I turned up halfway through second year," She chuckled softly and gave her freind a squeeze. "All the same though." A smile met her lips as she sighed lightly and edged away from the girl oddly before lifting herself from the seat and moving opposite.

"E, I didnt mean theyve replaced you. Its just that at the moment they are my best friends, they havent pestered me about anything. Theyver let me be me." Sigh, that was more footinmouthitis.

"Im sorry." She bit her lip as her own eyes brimmed with tears.

Did she mean it? Is that how bad she thought Tammy was now?

"Of course I blooming meant it, how could you even think that Eva?"

Waaait a second! "Someone proposed to you?!" Wasn't Shana like.. 9 13 or something? What was with insane boys wanting to get married when they were like 13?

Reese glanced over at Isabella's (the cat) cage to make sure it wouldn't fall off the seat during the ride. She looked back at Torin when he started to answer her question. "Aww. You don't want to go home? Let me guess..." she paused for a moment to think about why Torin would want to go home. "You are going to miss Bunbury," she guessed. That was a very well educated guess.

"No, I haven't been able to find Jack," she answered. "Maybe he'll come and find me." Hopefully he would. She wasn't sure how much she would be able to see Jack over the summer, so she hoped they would get to spend time on the train.

Huh?

Reese turned her attention to Shana and raised her eyebrow at the girl. "Why can't Torin go anywhere unless you want him to?" She questioned. That was weird. Wasn't Torin older than Shana? He shouldn't have a little girl bossing him around, should he? She wouldn't like a little person bossing her around.

"Yeah, I know how the stalkness," she said. "And, I know Clark proposed to you. Funny how I can spent 20 minutes with Jake and know everything that has happened." Did Shana just say her life is over? She shook her head at the girl and said, "It's not over Shana. Don't think of all the bad stuff that has happened this year. Once the summer is over, you can start a whole new fresh year at school." That's the way she thought about it.

"Nothing much," she answered Shana's question.

"It's not what it seems." she replied with her sharp tongue. "Yeah, I bet. Of course, they don't. Apparently I did, right?" she stood there, shocked with Tammy's next words. "Right... It's always nice to know I was such an awful friend that I didn't let you be you and I pestered you about everything." she snapped at her friend. I mean, really?! She calmed down to add:
"I'm just so surprised you never told me that before..." she faced Tammy and looked her straight in th eyes. "Why?" If it was as bad as she says, she could have told me. Gosh! We told each other everything, couldn't have she told me that?!

There was a long silence before Eva's response.
"How could I not?" she askeed simply, with no notes of anger on her voice. Her voice now seemed to be empty of emotion and she showed... nothing.

He raised his brow at her. Well, she certainly was good at guessing. "Yeah, I'm going to miss her." He sighed. It was no fair that she couldn't go camping with them. Or that he couldn't joi n her wherever she was going.

He just nodded as she then said she didn't see Jack. Well, there was still time yet. He turned his gaze outside the window and watched the scenery pass by.

And everyone knowing Clark propose to me.Oh and cause Im stuck to Him and yeah Torin Clark,Landers he thought I liked him which is totally untrue cause I lik- she cut herself off yup great place to stop.

"Who said I meant it about you hey? Ive had friends inbetweeen you and those two. I dont see how you can instantly pin that quote on you. If you were the friend i thought you were then of course you wouldnt rthink that, youd ask me who i was on about and let me tell you it wasnt you. How could I think that about you? You were the one person I knew I could go to, the one person I relied on. And ytoure implying I hate you? Pathetic E, is this what our friendship has come to?" Tammy snapped back raising to Evas height, minus a few inches.

"I am not a bad person Eva, you just make out everybody else is because youre still cut up about Sebastian. Lucky for you I stayed and had the same done by Jack. But you just havfe to make out like youre the victimn right? Sad."

Thomas looked out of his window staring at the castle, he will miss the place definitely. He looked out of the compartment searching if any of his friends are here. He hoped to see them because he wanted to say goodbye to each one. As he waited he took out a book and began to read.

Eva let her speak.
"Hum... let me think. Probably because you've been avoiding me. I told you the most personal thing that ever happened to me and you walked out. I would have expected something a little bit different from you, but all you did was leaving the room without a word." she pretended to be thinking, although she had that memory very much present on her mind. "That was when I told you that I knew what you were going through. Yeah..." she paused. "What did you want me to think? No, seriously, tell me." she was indeed waiting for an answer. More, she wanted to know.
She raised her eyebrow.
"Pathetic? Oh wait, now we're friends again? It didn't seem like it, Tammy." she lapused and tried to clam down for the second time during their conversation. "No, I have a little self-estime. I was implying that you hate me. This conversation is about you me, not other friends that might have hurt you. So, yes, when you start talking like that what did you want me to think?"

She took her time. Probably Tamzin was right about Sebastian and she didn't deny it:
"I'm not the victim." she answered calmly. "He was." The girl lowered down her voice at the awful memories:
"There's a lot you don't know. So don't act like you do."

Laura ran the length of the Train, looking for someone she knew, no matter how vaguely. She noticed Thomas sitting alone in a compartment reading, and so dived in with a grin. "Hi Thomas," Laura said. "How've you been?"

Without being asked, she flung herself into the seat opposite Thomas and glanced out of the window. She couldn't believe that she was leving Hogwarts. Posibly forever.

"Hey Laura," said Thomas delightedly, he was relived that he had seen one of his friends at least. "I am fine, can you believe that we are finally leaving Hogwarts?" he said smiling to her. He was so excited that it was the summer holidays finally he had been waiting for this day the whole year.

"So er.. Laura how do you feel about leaving Hogwarts?" he asked giving a small look out of the window. He remembered this train since the beginning of the year where he was still the sweet and innocent Thomas he felt a bit embarrassed when he thinks of it.

Tammy shook her head and went to head for the door after grabbing her satchel and swinging it so hard it collided with her bare legs. That was going to leave a bruise. A nasty icky bruise aswell. "Avoiding you? How could I avoid you if I havent seen you around. Ive looked around to talk to you, but I hear you spoke to Nattie about it?" She scowled. It wasnt her cousins business. It wasnt Evas business to even talk to her cousin.

"Walked out? I walked away when you carried on about that Rachel. I just wanted it over. We could have been lanmded in alot of troiuble Eva." She spat Evas name out. "I knew what had happened with you and your dad and everything. I was trying to be there but you were just being childish. I couldnt be around you for a while. But I came looking. I didnt not try to find you. So I wasnt avouding you. So dont even go there E." She raised her eyebrows and took another step towards the door.

But she pivoted on her right foot to finish her point. "And for your information, other friends of mine fcome into it because they are my friends, considering you dont find us that way anymore." She pulled the strap of her satchel onto her shoulder and gripped the handle of the door. "Theres alot I dont know, because you never told me. You never opened up like I would have expected you too. But coinciently tyheres alot you dont know about me. Much that has happened, much that ive felt after we went our separate ways."

The train was rattling along peacefully. Sol the pygmy puff squeaking away on her shoulder, Kiri ambled through the last few coaches, searching for an empty compartment. Well... if she was honest with herself, she'd admit she wasn't looking for an empty compartment as such - it should be empty apart from Raiden. And her.

She'd got rid of her heavy trunk back at Hogwarts and could squeeze past the idly chatting students in the corridor without too much difficulty. The school lay quite a way behind them already. As Kiri peered into another compartment - finding it yet again already packed, with a group of giggling first years - she recalled vaguely the end of the feast. The speech Professor Kazimeriz (he was apparently serving as a deputy headmaster for the time being) had given sounded most ominous; he seemed to be convinced someone had actively sabotaged Professor Lupa's cage. Kiri wondered who would do such a thing, but could not come up with a plausible answer. Peeves loved causing trouble, but even he seemed a far-fetched culprit.

Oh, joy. Kiri, glancing into the next compartment down the corridor, saw that it was practically empty. Its only occupant was Simone. She was stretched out on one of the seats, engrossed in a book. Next to her was one of those tiny music machines the Muggles used. Kiri knocked on the glass, then slid the door open and slipped inside. "Hey Simone," she said, dropping her bag onto an empty seat and planting herself on the one next to it. "What's that you're reading?"

Okay, he was sorta confused now. And he had no idea who Clark was. "so Clark doesn't know that you like Jake?" Oops? He mentioned Jake. In front of Reese. "Um, I mean.. Why would he propose to you?" Yeah, Reese didn't need to have caught that bit about Jake. She could just have not heard it and everything would be nice. But then Jake knew that Shana liked him anyway, so maybe he was overreacting a bit here.

Eva rolled her eyes. It was not worth spilling out everything that was on her mind. I talked to your cousin because I was worried about you! Since you weren't really listening to me, you might as well listen to her, that is your family. The girl was mentally thinking of her responses, if she had decided to speak up. But she didn't.

She gave on step in Tammy's direction.
"Those were his secrets, not mine." her voice was still very low, but now there could be been the sparkles of anger in her eyes. She grabbed Tamzin's wrist. "Believe me, you don't want to know." she paused. "I've heard of awful things that happen to be real. I've meet the most interesting and agonizing family. I have seen things i wish I haven't. So, yeah, I decided to keep to my self what I had heard, seen and discussed in confidence. Because, believe me, you would have been scared." Looking back to her memories, she remebnered Tammy had seen that maybe could her help her clarify what was about:
"Do you remember Jared?"

She coughed.
"Maybe... But couldn't I say the same?" she asked. She was just facing a possibility. "Oh and... about my father. I saw it in your face. You didn't know. Not that way, you didn't." she added. This, there were absolutely no heart feelings in her voice.

Glad that Thomas was happy to see her, Laura grinned. "It's unbelievable, yes," she agreed with a nod. It was strange that they were back on the Express, and that year seemed to have gone so quickl! She thought about his next question for a while. But she couldn't get over the fact that she was thirteen in a few months!

"Erm, I guess I don't know how to feel yet," she eventually said with a shrug. "I mean, I don't even know if I'm gonna come back yet." That slipped out. But she couldn't take it back now that she'd said it, so she just went back to looking out of the window.

Thomas froze for a moment, did she just say that she's not coming back that is awful. "What do you mean by 'not coming back', Hogwarts is a great place?" he said feeling worry but not even showing it to her. This a bit depressing he never thought that Laura would be leaving. He just couldn't believe that Laura would leave Hogwarts.

Reese shook her head for the second time. "I use to thing all the bad stuff happens to me, Shana. It's not true, okay? Maybe you just have some bad karma," she suggested. "Have you done anything bad to someone and now it's all just coming back to you?" That probably wasn't the best way to go with this conversation. Oh, well. She already said it and she can't take back what she has said.

"You ARE going to be able to start fresh," she exclaimed. "Stop being pessimistic. Don't see the glass as half empty, see it has half full. See that you CAN start a fresh new term with a fresh new attitude." Okay, this little talk was over for now. She wasn't sure if Shana got a word of what she just said. She wasn't even sure why she talk about a glass being half full or half empty. It just seemed like the right time to throw that little line in there.


She took back what she said before. This talk wasn't over.

"I don't even see why Clark proposed to you. You are only a second year...about to be a third year," she said. "I know you like Jake. I'm finally," sort of, "getting over the fact that you like my brother. If you like him, then I should be happy that you have a crush on someone. Even if it IS my brother," she continued. "Anyways, do you know why Clark proposed to you? Why does he want to get married in the first place? If I get married, I would wait until after I graduate." Boys sometimes.

This would be the time where Reese would nag Torin about missing a Professor (who, may I add, he still LIKED) and she would go on and on about how he needed to get over her. But, she was in a good mood today. A very good mood!

"Aww. Torin," she said as she took her sunglasses off her lap and sat them down beside her before she stood up. Walking over to Torin, she gave him a big hug to comfort him sadness about missing Bunbury. "It's going to be okay," she reassured him. "You just have to survive a few months without her. You can survive." Hopefully, over the summer- while he's surviving without Bunbury- he'll finally come to his senses and learn that Bunbury is TOO old for him and MOVE ON IN LIFE!

He smiled when Reese got up and gave him a hug. She was so sweet. "I hope you're right. Say, do you know how love potions hold up when they are mixed with ice cream?" What? It was a valid question. And he was just curious. Well, not really just curious.

No. More. Compartments.

Really, Cam was one of the last few to actually go into the dang train, he was too busy packing--he hadn't realized there was a spell to do it all in an easy 10 seconds. BOOOOOO. But he did know the Hovering Charm and his luggage was levitating forward right in front of him, his hand steaaady as to not bump his luggage into other people. There was a lemur on his shoulder and another in the other.

He hopped AAAALLL the way down.

Why hopping? No more skipping? He didn't know.

Hopping > Skipping.

His legs tightened together, he hopped forward with his luggage, though not hopping so hard to make his lemurs all... uncomfoooortable. Ceeertainly not. He was at a steady speed.

He was still looking for a compartment when... OOOOH HE SPOTTED REESE! More. Torture. Maybe he could tease her all the way back home. MWAHAHAH. Opening the door to their compartment (they SHOULD have locked it), he waaaaved... and OH? Shana and that Torin guy was there too?? EVEN BETTER.

"HiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiIIIii iIiiIIIIIIiiiiiIIiiii," he paused, "iiiIiIiiIiiiIiIIiiiiiiiIIiiiiIiiiiiiiiiiii!" And with THAT, he packed his luggage into the rack above with the others, and took a seat next to Torin, his lemurs right beside him. "Wusssuup?"

Laura sighed. This was what she was afraid of. Bella had said the exact same thing. If only tryong to make decisions wasn't so hard. "Yeah, I, um, I might be moving to America." She answered, looking down at her knees. God, why was it so hard to tell everyone? She sighed again.

Looking back up as Thomas said Hogwarts was great, Laura shrugged. "Is it though?" She mused, as if the concept was only mildly interesting. Truth was, she wasn't decided on that one yet, either.

Love Potion? That was the only thing that Reese comprehended. She also caught the word ice cream, but thinking of ice cream made her want some. And, she was sure that the trolley didn't serve ice cream. She was just going to have to wait until she got home until she ate some.

"Torin Kristopher Kane!" She let go of him and stood back to her normal height. "Don't tell me you are STILL planning on giving Bunbury love potion. I thought you came to your senses on than plan." Oh, man, was she wrong! She should have known that Torin would still think about giving the Professor some kind of love potion.

And...wait. He mentioned ice cream. Ice cream...ic- BAKED ALASKA! He was going to put love potion in the baked Alaska she had agreed to help him with. Oh no. She stepped back a few steps and crossed her arms over her chest. "Come on, Torin. Don't give her love potion. It's not worth it. It would be like me giving love potion to Professor Truebridge," she stated. "You know how stupid that sounds? And, do you know how much trouble you would get in?"

And, speaking of getting trouble. Torin was in A LOT of trouble.

"Torin, while I'm thinking about it, why the heck did you tell Cameron Karsten about-" She glanced at Shana, not sure if she wanted that girl to know about her and Jack. She was about to finish her sentence until she heard the compartment door open. Thinking it was Jack, she turned around, but to her surprise she was facing the person that she had just mentioned his name.

She wanted to shove Cam out the door and throw all his stuff out with him since he had hit her in the HEAD with a camera, but he had already sat down next to Torin. Fine, if he wanted to sit with them and chat, that was fine. BUT, he is hit her again, he was getting thrown out of the compartment and she was going to lock the door behind him. Sitting back down on the seat across from Shana, Torin, and Cam, she eyed the Karsten boy. "Hello," she finally said. "Nothing much, we were just talking. What have you been up to?" Not that she really cared.

"Er, hi, Cameron?" he said to the boy who randomly appeared beside him carrying what looked like 2 lemurs. O___O But whatever.

He didn't really have time to bother with all that seeing as Reese was yelling at him. "It was just a question, Reese. Chill." Not that she was going to buy that, but whatever.

Then he moved onto feelings of confusion. "Huh? Tell him what? I haven't talked to him since we were in the library with Lynny and all them that one time. What are you talking about?" He was genuinely confused. What was he supposed to have told Cameron?

Having read halfway through her book, Selena sighed and dug out another literary title. Well, it wasn't that critically acclaimed, but it's really popular with crazy Muggle fangirls. Kat had stuffed the whole boxed set of the Twilight saga into her trunk, begging her to read it (more like threatening her Firebolt). Still, she managed to make it to the fourth book - Breaking Dawn. Putting a hand down to pet Arielle, she read through Bella Swan's nervous wedding ramblings slowly.
