"I'll see you in a few, guys!" And the girls walked out of the compartment. Aaron shut the curtains and locked the doors so no one could see or come in. He took off his shirt and pants and put on his robes, his belt, and his tie.

There we go! Now we're ready for Hogwarts. It was official. They were almost there. The sun had set, and now it was only a matter of minutes. Aaron unlocked the door and opened up the curtains. He sat back down in his seat and looked over at Luna who was awake and looking out the window. Aaron moved next to her and started to pet her. Aaron stared out the window as well, and then up at Avery.

"Do you want to go out, girl?" Avery squeaked at the question. "Okay, go out for a little while, but come back before we get to Hogwarts." Aaron stood up and grabbed Avery being sure that she didn't try to make a break for it. Aaron opened the window and let her go.

The breeze was cold and suprising to Aaron. "See you soon!" Aaron yelled as the bird left his sight. He closed the widow and sat next to Luna again. He started to pet her again. He was now waiting for his friends to return.

They had reached the bathrooms pretty quickly. Fallon took off her muggle clothes and put on her school robes. She had finished before the other girls. "I'm going to go back to the compartment okay?"

Fallon heard muffled okays and headed back to the compartment. She knocked on the door to make sure that Aaron was already changed. She went to slide the door open and found it unlocked, meaning he was done. "Hey Aaron." Fallon took a seat near the window.

Aaron was suprised that Fallon came back so soon. "Oh, hey." Aaron leaned his head against the window and looked out. "We're almost there. I sent out Avery for a little bit. She has been in her cage all day and she deserved to fly the rest of the way."

"Makes sense. I wouldn't want to be cooped up in a cage all day either." Fallon sighed and looked out the window. She heard mewing coming from Snuggles' cage. "I'm coming. I'm coming." She got up and took the little cat out of her cage again. "You know you're going to have to go back in there anyways," she said to Snuggles as she scratched behind her ear.

Aaron wanted to laugh, but he couldn't. He was too tired from the long journey they had been on. Instead he gave her a smile that said, 'That's funny, but I'm exhausted.' Aaron's stomach growled. he had eaten all his candy and besides, he didn't want to spoil his dinner anyway.

"I can't wait for the feast," Aaron said finally, "I'm starving. I hope they have chicken." Aaron couldn't take his eyes off the full moon outside. So close, Aaron kept saying in his head, so close...

Mystic not sure what to talk about sat back down and just listened to what the other where talking about.

Fallon could tell that Aaron was exhausted. She was tired herself. "I can't wait for the feast either. I heard it's supposed to be some of the best food ever.

Fallon stared out the window and started to dose off. She didn't stop herself because she knew that she would wake up and be at Hogsmeade station, ready to go to Hogwarts.

Aaron saw Fallon fall asleep. That's what he wanted to do right then and there. And so, that's what he did. Petting Luna, Aaron fell asleep knowing he would wake up at Hogsmeade station right outside of Hogwarts...

What's up with this Slytherins? Can't they say it in a subtle way?

Daniel just smiled and pretended that it was nothing. He reached for the extended hand and shook it. "Daniel Kaiser." he then gestured giving some sandwiches. "Do you want some?"

Leticia continued to smile, then looked down at the sandwiches. "Only if you'd like some drink, otherwise I'm afraid I will have to pass." She took a cup from her bag and filled it with some fizzy beverage. "It's birch beer, some kind of muggle soda pop, would you like some?" Lettie asked as she held the cup out for Daniel to take...if he wanted.
Her cat stretched his paws out to the ceiling and sighed, like some sort of miniature tiger enjoying the sun.

Daniel looked at the cup of fizzy beverage. "Sure I want one." he took the beverage from her hand. "All of this sandwiches I made to hand over to everybody makes me very thirsty." He then looked at her. "We are now taking OWLs right? I wish we could all ace the test." he said.

"I bet it does." Leticia said as she took a half of sandwich and ate a small bite. It was a good thing there was food available, because she probably would have fainted. "OWLs?!" She said in some sort of panic striken voice, "They- they've moved the tests up, erm, down a year?" Her hazel green eyes darted around the room for a moment, unsure of what to do. "OWLs are for fifth years, right? They wouldn't change that?" Lettie reached up and grabbed both sides of her head, 'Oh my gosh! I haven't started studying!'

It was Skylar's second year but she still felt nervous. She hadn't really kept in touch with anyone over the summer break and couldn't remember the names of the people she had meet. This was going to be a long year. She looked for a compartment towards the back and luckly found one that was empty. She sat down.

Evolette. That was such a pretty name...like the name of an angel. Soooooo fitting. Mouth still gapping and looking for words, he blushed when she asked him to sit down. HIM? Sit with someone as beautiful as HER? It was totally unheard of! Jack didn't know how much good it would do either--he was quite certain his voice wasn't going to be making a comeback anytime soon.

No, he had made a promise to himself to branch out socially this year--he had gone basically friendless for four years at Hogwarts, and he wasn't going to make it a five year thing. He could handle this...she was just a GIRL after all. Girls weren't THAT scary. He could handle this. She seemed uber nice anyways, since she had asked HIM, a complete loser, to sit with her.

"Um, I uh...no, I'm fine...I mean, erm, I don't have to go back. Not yet, anyways. I can stay for a bit, I guess," he added, trying to make it sound like he was brushing off something really important to hang out with her--in reality, no one would notice if he was gone for...a good hour or two. No one would be looking for him.

Evolette smiled again when he told her that he had nothing to be getting back to. Good. She found that she was glad to be in the company of a male once more. If her friends were going to abandon her, then she would just have to make new ones.

"Wonderful." she said, gesturing to the spot next to her on the seat she was sitting on. "Sit down." He was still standing.

Tossing her hair off of her shoulder, her blue eyes surveyed him once again, trying to figure out for herself, if she had seen him around before, or if he was a new student. But it turned out that he stumped her, so she just had to ask. "Are you new?" she came out with it, wrinkling her nose lightly as she tried to remember if she had seen him, "Or am I simply unobservant?"

She had lost Steven somewhere between the sugar quills and Cela and she didn't want to go back to that compartment with the fat Ravenclaw and Copernicus so she wandered till she found someone she knew.

She slid open the door and walked in. "Hey Evolette." She said slowly. Her and older girl didn't get along all that well. She sat down and looked out the window. "Mind if I join. Everywhere else is crowded." She said not intending to leave even if they didn't want her. She was tired of standing and walking. She didn't know who the guy was, but she gave him a small smile anyways.

Jack felt extremely awkward when she pointed out to him that he was still standing...right, sitting was a good thing. He sat down across from her and let Jinx out of his arms now that the cat had calmed down. He settled on the chair next to him, keeping watch on Evolette's kitten out of the corner of his eye as he curled up next to Jack.

Jack almost winced at Evolette's question...are you new? If he only had a galleon for everytime he was asked that question--he'd be a millionaire by now. "Oh, um...no. Not that you're unobservant or anything!" he added frantically. "It's just...well, I mean, I'm kind of quiet, I'm just kind of...there. Like oxygen. It's there and you just never notice it." he said. Wow. Lovely analogy, Fritzera.

"Um, sooooooooo..." he paused and tried to think of something to say. Evolette didn't seem tremendoulsy repulsed by him, which was a plus, and he didn't want to freak her out by not saying anything back. "I, erm...I'm a Gryffindor. You?"

He smiled politely back at her and waited for Evolette to reply. This was, after all, HER compartment, so he had no business opening his mouth until Evolette responded to her. He couldn't tell if the attitude the girl was giving Evolette was a good one or a bad one...it couldn't possibly be a bad one, right? Evolette was soooo nice and perfect, there was no one anyone could not like her, right?

Blinking at the girl as she walked in, sat down, and THEN asked if Evolette minded, she was suddenly not sure what to do. Was she supposed to know this girl? Had they met? The girl obviously knew her, as she had used her name, and she didn't think she had a stalker.... anymore.

"If you'd like." she shrugged, "It didn't bother her if the girl wanted to sit there, as long as she didn't annoy her, and she wasn't blonde, so hey, that was one good mark in her favor.

Turning her attention back to the boy, her smile slipped, "Oh, I'm sorry if I offended you." she said. If he were a girl, she wouldnt have cared. "I just haven't met you before." she offered hoping he would take it as an adequate apology.

Ehh. He was a Gryffindor. She fought very hard to keep disappointment from clouding her eyes. Okay. She'd just met him, and that did not mean that she was going to end up in a relationship with him, it didn't mean he was like Terry. In fact, he was quite the opposite.

But she couldn't help but hear Nicholai in her mind. You know how Gryffindors are. Of course he jumped to conclusions, he is a Gryffindor afterall. reverberated in her mind. Ick. She should probably not judge the poor boy before she got to know him better. "Slytherin." she replied, smirking. Evolette was sure that Slytherin was the only house she would fit in. The other houses just weren't right for her. She was, afterall, a McKenna.

She was actually making more of an effort to be nicer this term. Might was well start now. "Sorry I'm being rude. Paris Greenwood," She nodded to him. She had no idea who he was or if she had ever met him before, chances were she had and just forgot who he was.

"Thanks," she told her honestly. She was better company than that fat Ravenclaw with the chip on her shoulder. Well if Paris was fat she would be mad at the world too. Thats why she took care of her body, and of course had good genes. It was sad some people were born that lucky. She looked at Evolette and had to admit the girl had a modicum of style. That was good. There were too many pretty girls running around Hogwarts looking like something a crup threw up. "Have an interesting summer?" She asked her as she tucked her legs up under herself in her seat. She pulled out her wand and started changing the colors on her nails from silver to black and green.

Jack silently watched the exchange between the two girls, wondering if they even really knew each other at all. Goodness, and he had thought the compartment was awkward before--this topped it all. Any other guy would probably consider himself lucky, being trapped in a compartment with two pretty ladies. But no. Jack just found it nerve racking.

"Oh, um, hi Paris," he said with a polite smile. "I'm Jack. Fritzera. Jack Fritzera," he said, awkwardly introducing himself to her.

"Oh, it's ok!" he assured Evolette. He wanted her to know that he hadn't been offended at all--he highly doubted she could do ANYTHING to offend him. "I'm uh...used to it," he admitted.

"Oh, Slytherin? Do you know Reese Upstead?" he asked. He felt like everyone he had been meeting lately were Slytherins and Gryffindors. Ironic, seeing as how they were supposed to hate each other and whatnot, but he found Evolette very pleasant. And Reese. And he was sure that Paris was a Slytherin, as he now clearly remembered watching her play Quidditch against Anna and Cale last year, and she seemed polite too. At this point, he wasn't picky about his acquiantances--as long as they were nice and didn't turn up their noses to him, he was all good.

Well, that was it then. Evolette was sure that she must have met this girl before. Why else would she be acting as if they had met? Nodding, she scratched behind Muffin's ears with affection. "I did, thank you. I went to Italy with Willow Kovac." she was sure that the girl knew Willow, because Willow rarely needed an introduction. "And you?" she added, "How was your summer?"

Turning her full attention back to Jack, she smiled, she still felt bad for saying what she'd said, but then again, he really didn't seem to mind it, so she was sure she was forgiven. "Reese Upstead?" she repeated, wrinkling her nose. "I know of a girl named Reese, I did meet her once, but I believe her name was Northway?" she asked Jack, maybe he knew. Maybe not. She had no idea though.

She giggled. "Why so nervous Jack?" She asked him smoothly. "I don't usually bite," She smiled wickedly as him. She was of course teasing him, seeing if he has the sense of humor to hang out with her. Of if he was stick in the mud like all the others.


She didn't know how someone could willingly spend time with Willow Kovac the girl had the disposition of a undertaker. All Lurch and no fun, but Paris didn't say this. Willow was well aware of Paris opinion of her. And unlike Bunbury and her knockoff shoes Paris didn't like repeating herself.

"Italy is lovely. Best place to get a pizza." she said with a giggle. "I actually had a rather nice summer. Went to a dragon reserve and a ball." For once she didn't feel like bragging or name dropping. Was she maturing all of a sudden? That was weird.

I just had to do something? That sounded strange to Kiri, but Raiden insisted that he was fine, so Kiri let it be. Stretching his legs, toes curling inside his high-tops, Raiden let out a sigh. Now that he was laying down, he didn't feel quite as tired anymore. Which made absolutely no sense at all. You were supposed to fall asleep when you laid down, that's why they'd invented laying down!

"I'm not as sleepy anymore," he mumbled, confusion thick in his voice. "That can't be right... but I do feel a lot better now than I did a few minutes ago."

Vannie Corbette was right, it seemed. Laying down would definitely help with his stomach being mean. And now his heart wasn't being all odd anymore, which was good. The draught was quick it seemed.

"I'm glad you're my friend Kiri." The words were little more than a sigh, but they were audible enough, and he was sure he'd said them several times over since she'd entered the compartment. "What would I do without you."

Anise enter the campartment and searching for his friend. There is lots of young students looking at the hills and cattles passing by through the window. He is searching all the heads egarly but still there is no sign of her.

Sarah stalked past many compartments of chattering students. She was looking out for her friend. She met up with him in Diagon Alley and she'd saw him at the station. She walked a little further and saw a nearly empty compartment. She looked through it and found a familiar face staring through the window. Probably searching for me, she thought. She pulled opened the door. "Hi Anise, nice train eh?" she asked him as she pushed her trunk down and sat opposite him. She smiled at him.
