"Yea, Aaron, you'll do great. That would be really cool to know a first year on the team. We'll have to figure out the spell to make fireworks spell out your name for tryouts!"

Iris laughed at Satine's response - Iris would be able to make fireworks if she wanted too.

"no problem, it's what friends are for." she said smiling. "how long do you reckon we've got to go? I'm getting a numb bum from sitting still for so long."

"Yeah, we have some my dad uses for hunting on the grounds and elswhere he can team up with some friends. Sometimes my Granddad also joins. I can't wait until I'm old enough to join them" She listened to lettie tell about her mother being bitten by dogs and answered "Well, that's a shame. Since they are great company when you need it." She chuckled at the purring cat clearly enjoying himself. "I like the robes, they offer good concealment. But it would be nice if they were abit more fitted to your body like the Beauxbatons uniforms. My mother showed me her old one from her last year. Do you have any classes you are really looking forward too?" she asked last

"Nice speech," Aaron said, "Imagine. In 8 years in the Quidditch world cup. 'AND PLAYING CENTER CHASER, AARON ANDERSON.' The crowd goes wild!!! That would be so cool. And you guys will be watching like, 'That's our awesome friend, Aaron!!!'" Aaron laughed at the thought.

"That would be cool, my name in fireworks." Aaron now realized he WAS going to learn how to play and he WAS going to make the team.

Aaron laughed. "Numb Bum? Never heard that one before. I say we still have a while, but what would I know? I've never been on the trip before."

"I think I have a potion for fireworks. My father gave me some of his potion notes from when he went to Hogwarts. I think I saw something on fireworks when I was thumbing through it I well have to look," Mystic said.

"I was just thinking the same thing. I hate sitting still for this long and the scenery hasn't changed at all since we left. We have to be getting closer. Will the Prefects let us know when to put on our school robes? What do you think will happen when we get off the train? My mom wouldn't tell me anything because she said it was a special ceremony to the castle and through sorting. I hope I end up in Ravenclaw like her."

"Now there's a subject I'm excited for. Any idea if the professor is hard or mean?"

"Well don't forget about us when you get famous...free tickets would be great." She said with a smile and a wink that turned one eye pink. Ugh she thought and fixed it.

Shana walked out of the compartment and looked around for a empty one.She was feeling claustraphobic after so many people being in that one little compartment.She slide open the door and popped her cage and box with breathing holes and her trunk on to the luggage shelf above her head.She hoped it didn't break and fall on her head from all the clothes she had packed she was being a bit over-prepared but what if something drastic happend and she'd run out of clothes!? she'd be distraught.

"You bet I will. What team well you play for?" Mystic said with a smile.

Iris looked a Aaron, looked down and said, "cough-Egoistic-cough!" the looks up laughing. "you'd have to be a bloody genious to get into the quidditch word cup teams straight after school!" Iris exclaimed, "oh, not that I think you'll be rubbish!" she added as an apolojectic after thought. "ooh! yes, free tickets would be great!" Iris laughed at Mystics comment

"Ooh... it'd take a group effort to make a complex potion this year! it was propbably in you dad's NEWT notes that you saw that in." Iris said to Mystic.

" I think they will," Iris said, "I dunno, I've read that they do a ceremony to sort us all or something. I have no idea as to what they do though. Do any of you know what they do?"

"Do you use horses for the hunting?" Leticia asked eagerly, clearly interested in the topic.
"You think they're concealing?" Lettie asked as she moved the divide of her long robes and showed her Slytherin skirt, which had been given to her in the clothing store. "You must have a different style, I was given the traditional skirt and blouse with house colors." She blinked for a moment, "Some of my cousins go to that school, but I didn't want to, I wanted to go to Hogwarts like most of the family. Classes? Hmm, I guess I'm looking forward to Charms, and Care of Magical Creatures, since I really like animals...those classes sound fun. What about you?"
Ornlu had fallen asleep and was now turned so that his fuzzy belly was facing the ceiling, he was still purring away.

"I have no idea what the potion professor well be like. I was a different one when my father went to school."
I hope I get into to Slytherin. I well be the only girl on my fathers side to be in Slytherin and well drive my grandparents nuts they are very sure I am not going to get in." Mystic said with a little smile.

Lyra blinked her vibrant green eyes a couple of times until she knew that the bird was calm and she was free of pooh. There was no need to apologize, at least on her end there wasn't and she smiled. This compartment was getting to her and she needed a way out for fresh air and a snack.

"Soooo...I'm bored. I'm going to walk around and wish that we were already at the school." She stood up and headed for the door and opened it. "Tootles!" And with that she disappeared behind the door and walked the long corridor towards the food trolley.

"I have no idea," Aaron said with a chuckle. "it would have to be The Wasps because that's the one Iris told me about first.

Aaron laughed, "Watch me get in the Cup strait after school. You'll be like, 'I remember when I doubted him...'"

"i bet we could make the fireworks potion. I don't know when we'll find time to make it ,though."

"I have no idea what they do. My dad said something about mind reading. Maybe the headmaster extracts the truth from our brains using mind reading."

"Aww! Aaron I'm so honoured that you would join the Wasps for that reason!" she cried in mock apprieciation. "yeah yeah, of course I will remember that - i will just deny everything to do with doubting you!" iris laughed, " I know we would be able to make that firework potion!" she added

Iris' hands uncontiously went to her head as Aaron mentioned mind reading, as an image of being frazzled came to mind. "i don't wanna have my head probed!" she said indignantly.

"I am not sure where I saw the fireworks potion. Does it matter? Even if it does take a group effort four people is a group or do you not want to make fireworks with us?" Mystic said with a little smile to Iris negative comment.

Iris looked at Mystic, 'oops, I think I insulted her... somehow' she thought. " I dunno... maybe it would matter where you found it... you know - It would help us find more background information about the potion!" she said quitely, "of course I would want to help Aaron! He's practically my best friend!" she said, getting annoyed, 'damn,' she thought 'I didn't mean to say thay' None of the people in the compartment knew she didn't have many friends at home.

With a little puzzled look on Mystic face, because she could not remember ore not.I do not remember did I not talk to you about the Falmouth Falcons, or Toyohashi Tengu?'

Kiri barely registered Shana getting up and sliding the door open - Raiden had grabbed her arm and guided it to his chest before she could say or do anything. She was dimly aware that this was indeed more comfortable, but a whole new set of tingling feelings that seemed to set her entire body on fire occupied most of her attention. It made her acutely aware of what her hand could feel. Raiden's warmth, his chest going up and down with every breath, and...
Was that his heartbeat?!

Speaking had suddenly become very difficult. "Mmm no, I'm comfortable, Raiden," was all she managed to say, in a low murmur. She leaned her head back and closed her eyes. No need to look at him now, she thought, as she listened to Vanessa talk about what would be for her the last year at Hogwarts.

Aaron laughed. "Yeah, what if the head master messes up and accidently shows t=your deepest secret to the whole school?"

Uh, oh. Aaron thought to himself. I better not get involved.

And I'm involved. Aaron thought to himself. He gave Satine a look that said 'I sense an argument coming.'

Iris just looked at the girl, she seemed to be asking for an arguement, Iris just decided to ignore her comment and turmed to face Aaron.

" I Have no deep, dark secrets to tell the world!" Iris said, laughing, then became very serious and said, "or do I?" and begun laughing again, combing her fingers through her hair. " and besides, the head's suppost to be a super genious and wouldn't EVER screw up a spell. He wouldn't want to. imagine the embarrassment for him!" Iris laughed.

Noticing Leticias interest she answered "Yes we have stables with 5 horses. One for each of us, my dad's friends bring their own when they come. We have mostly just Stallions as we don't breed horses. But there is one mare that is now pregnant. The foal is intended for my little brother when he gets old enough."
Looking a leticias unform she answered "Yeah, they are kind of baggy. My robes at home are more fitted to me. But I like them. But I got the same as you, but just the regular robes as I don't know where I'm going yet. " On the subject of classes Raven was clear on what she wanted most "I'm most exited to start Transfiguration and Potions, But Charms is sounding really good too. Magical creatures I wont get yet so I hope you have fun with it" She smiled.

"Yeah," Aaron laughed, "I guess. But there are some things I don't even want the headmaster to know." And without knowing it, Aaron smiled at Iris.

He'd forgotten that Vannie Corbette was leaving this term... He looked over at her and pouted a little bit. He'd miss her loads! And Elizabeth Andrews was leaving this term as well... and Anna Greingoth. And Vannie Corbette's boyfriend. And probably a load of his other friends...

"I shall miss you loads, Vannie Corbette," he said mournfully. "What'll happen if I get locked in the Dragon again? Nobody will be there with me."

He looked back at Kiri then, as she mumbled that she was comfortable, and suddenly his stomach went all wonky again. Blech. Motion sickness! Blech!

It seemed Kiri was sleepy too, because she'd closed her eyes and leaned back. And now his heart was starting to feel funny. That was never good... it was off a beat. Th-thump. Thump. Thump. Th-thump. He blushed as one of his hands fumbled in his pocket for the vial of the draught stuff he had started carrying around last term. Finding it, he popped the stopper out and raised his head slightly so he could down it.

"Are you sure you're alright, Kiri?" he asked as he put the vial to his lips. "I don't want you to be all put out, you know..."

"That sounds like fun. I haven't been around horses a lot, but I really like them." She said as she continued to scratch Ornlu behind his ear. "Where do you hope to be placed?" Leticia asked and looked over her own robes more carefully before taking out her wand and dragging it carefully over the seams to bring the fabric in more. 'OMG! It worked!' She smiled broadly and proceeded to alter her own uniform.
"I like transfiguration, but not potions...it's not my strong point." Lettie said with a laugh, remembering her accident over the summer before.

"Well let us see if I can find it." Mystic said as she when over to the two small enchanted trunks. She unbuckled them and took the smaller on of the the that looked like it can only hold a cauldron and a few school books. When she opened it you can see it is big enough to hold all her school supplies. She took out an old black note book with the name of Draca Xander Blackbourne on it in Green writing. She stared to look though it. Oh, here it is. She showed everone. "Anyone want to write it down?" She asked.
