"No I'd rather have this git learn right off not to pick fights." *He said still keeping his eyes on the boy and not looking at the girl.* "And you best lean your place." *Gabben patted him on the head and smiled.* "Now be a good boy and don't try anything stupid again ok?" |
Lasca was loosing patience fast. "Look I don't care what either of you say, fighting isn't the answer! Shoving through a crowded hallway is almost naturally, so please calm down. Let it go!" Turning to Nate she hoped to catch his attention. "It's okay, please calm down." Why did guys have to be so combative? |
Amanda headed into the back of the train, wanting to stretch her legs, fixing her new Slytherin robes as she continued to walk. As she passed the compartments, she noticed Gabben in one and instantly became angry and frustrated. Ugh that Hufflepuff drove her crazy in less than 5 seconds by being just so annoying. With a slight smirk, she headed over to the compartment that he was in. "Well well well.. if it isn't the two faced liar.." She said, the smirk not moving from her crimson lips. |

She walked down the hallway looking for an empty compartment. As she went, she wondered if she'd be able to find her new friend, Aaron, that she had met just last week in Diagon Alley. As she squeezed through the many excited students, she saw a familiar face finally in one of the final compartments. Her purple eyes lit up when she found him, "Aaron! Is it okay that I squeeze in here with the both of you?" She smiled the biggest smile she could and introduced herself to other girl sitting in the compartment, "Howzit! I'm Satine." |
Nate kept his eyes on Gabben. They were angry.. rage built up from many years seemed to flow right through him and right at the boy. This boy had no idea who he was dealing with and what he could do. He heard Lasca's pleas to settle down and he took a step back from Gabben and shaking his head. The reason he was here was because of an incident like this where Nate had lost his cool. Things didnt end up pretty. Sitting down, Nate twirled his wand in his hand his eyes still on Gabben and his jaw set. One more word... that was all it would take to set him off and he wasnt about to say anything to let that happen. |
"Well looks like the American can be smart." *Gabben turned to go and sighed then looked up at the top of the train.* "Really?" *He then turned back to Amanda.* "I never said anything about you last term. I have better things to talk about. Your not as big of a topic as you want to be." |
Pyralis walked to the back of the train and tried to find a compartment to sit in. |
"You've got to be kidding, honestly.. look I'm not stupid, tell me the truth and maybe I'll apoligize for acting like a jerk." Amanda said, folding her arms over her chest and raising her left eyebrow. She was just so frustrated at the moment, just being around Gabben was making her emotions go in the wrong direction which was making her mad. |
Lasca breathed a sigh of relief as Nate finally sat down. She sent him a grateful look and then turned back to the Huffie. "This doesn't solve anything. Please leave." She stood her ground even though he looked a year or two older then her. Just then a slytherin girl walked in and addressed the Hufflepuff boy. Another one who was aggressive, did there parents not teach them manners? Both hands went on her hips. Silver streaked through her hair clearly showing her agitation. This was so not how she had pictured this ride going. |

No sooner had Anna turned around, she came face to face with yet another situation which demanded her attention. This time, it was an argument brewing between two boys standing in the crowded hallways. For the love of Merlin. The school year had barely begun and drama had already come out of the woodworks. "Excuse me, excuse me....coming through," Anna said, making her way through the people crowded into the hallways. She came to a stop between both boys. She took a moment to glance back and forth between both, finally deciding she knew neither one. "For the love of Merlin!" she fussed. "I'm not sure who either of you are, but I do know you are both out of line..." "We'll do well to step out of the way and into a fairly empty compartment, too. First things first, I'm Anna Greingoth, and it's really quite nice to meet you, considering the circumstances," she said, moving out of the way and standing off to the side. "How-ev-errr, I'm going to have to instruct you to number one, please stop crowding the already crowded hallways, and number two, to please make all our lives a bit easier and stop the arguing. I'm sure neither of you want to get yourselves---or your entire house---into trouble on the very first day of term, yes?" |

And even though Becca was staying, Copernicus was still on his way out. Okay, well, Mariel decided to go anyway, even if the compartment was emptier. One, she could stretch her legs a bit as she was never one to sit still for long, and two, she still wanted that pumpkin pasty. The third year got up to leave for a second time, when an older girl suddenly walked in, nearly running down Copernicus in the process. She stared at the scene in front of her, wide-eyed, and watched as the Ravenclaw boy sat back down, Mariel following suit and returning to her seat yet again. "Hello," she said slowly to the newcomer, wondering just how crowded their compartment could get. |
Back again, Mariska thought with a small smile as she tried to find an empty compartment for her and Cayden. Of course, she assumed that more of their friends would find them, and she was wondering when Elizabeth was going to show up too. As she walked, she saw that there were an awful lot of familiar faces, some less so than others but there were also a good number of new ones too. She found an empty compartment finally and moved to open the door, settling in quickly enough and being grateful that she had found one. It seemed rather crowded, more so than usual anyway. |
"Look if I was going to say somethin about you Id say it to your face. You should know me better then that rock star-" *Not even looking back he pointed his wand at the back of his jeans. He growled and turned back around.* "And miss all this fun? That wasn't smart of you America." *Gabben only smirked as he saw the boys hair turn bright pink.* "Good colour for you, matches your eyes. Have fun getting that out." *He then saw then head girl and nodded.* "Whatever you say Anna, just trying to get this guy to not push first out of his way is all. Try words next time America, see you." *Gabben walked over to Amanda and shrugged.* |
Lasca's jaw dropped as the Huffie's pant split. Boys! Shooting Nate a dirty look, she glanced at the slytherin girl. "Do you mind taking that out into the corridor? I don't much care for fights." This was getting ridiculous! Why couldn't people act in a civilized manner anymore? If Papa were here he would die on the spot! Goodness, and she was getting all worked up to boot. |
Pyralis watched as the compartment cleared somewhat. |
nate growled but then someone who looked to have authority, came in and Nate knew it was time to stop. He looked at Lasca apologetically. She had been nice to him and here he was acting like a jerk infront of her. He might have been brought up wrong but his father never acted wrong infront of a lady. Thats why he had so many. "Sorry about that" he said and sighed looking up at his pink hair. He needed to get it out... |

Lasca sighed and gave Nate a small smile. "It's okay. Things happen. No harm done." Her gaze fell on his hair and a wry grimace appeared on her normally composed features. "Well, almost none." It was awful shade of pink, as pinks went. She herself prefered black but occasional color never hurt, but pink? Ick. Turning to the Gryffindor Head Girl, she hoped to get some more help. "Would you mind please fixing his hair? If it wouldn't be too much trouble?" Remembering her manners she dipped into another curtsy. "I'm Lasca by the way. You are Anna, yes?" She had come at just the right time. Her attention was diverted yet again as the older girl had tried to help turned to leave. "You don't have to leave. Everything is under control now. Please join us." She hoped that was okay anyway. |
"Ummm thank you?" *He was confused by Amanda's action. He only shrugged again and turned to go.* "Watch it, Lasca wasn't? I'll let that go for now." *He winked at her and walked away. He needed to find his friends and sit down before he got in trouble again.* |

She had found a room for them both as he closed it behind them. Neither of them really needed it to be open. The fresh air wasnt exactly the best. he put his things above them as he moved to sit down for a second. He let his own owl out and put the cage on the floor for more space."So how did elizabeth take it? She'll be around wont she?" he hoped so. Mari would need her. |
OOC: Me? Pyralis stepped over to them. "Thank you." She nodded at them. "I'm Pyralis Kathleen Edana." She introduced herself. Quote:
