 Here is where you will come to be healed. The waiting room does tend to get really crowded so please keep chatting to a minimum so as to not clog up the thread with useless posts for me to have to sift through to get to the necessary ones.
The Nurse will get to you as soon as she can. So please try to be patient when she is busy with other students. | |

Mere glanced at a clock taking note of the time. She didn't want him having the ice on his eye for to long.

She needn't have told him not to move when she pulled the ice pack away and began applying cream to his eye. He was suddenly incapable of movement. But his mind was going full tilt.
Oh Merlin, she's touching me. Nurse Brooks Byron is touching me! The pretty Nurse is touching me. I think my heart has stopped! Medic! Oh wait, SHE'S the medic. I'm doomed! What a good way to go!
A goofy grin plastered itself across his face, not seen since, well, the welcoming fest when Aggie leaned across him to acquire a gravy boat from Cale, but Tobi had no recollection of those events in that very moment.

"The rest of the bruising will fade probably by tomorrow while the cream continues to work."

"Yeah," he said back, pulling the binoculars away from his eyes, "It's a thing of his. I have no clue where he picked it from, but hey, apparently it's an effective attention getter...Did you know these binoculars had night vision in them?" he pointed out to Max again before looking through them to see far out a window.
"Really? Betcha they'll come in handy in catching more rule breakers on the grounds," Vindictus said and resisted the urge of checking the binoculars out. Quote:

She lead him away from Aggie, away from other witnesses. Tobi suddenly regretted the Liverwurst sandwich he'd had for lunch. He struggled not to hyperventilate. She applied another coat of cream to his eye... That's kind of a weird thing to do first...
All his dreams of getting a snog from Nurse-of-his-Dreams suddenly burst when she handed him a mirror.
Well don't I feel foolish now... Tobi hung his head. "Yeah, you'd hardly know I was attacked by a mad dung flinger," he mumbled.

She thought he'd be happier that his eye was better. Hmmm. She put her finger on his chin and lifted his hung head. "You better keep that head up hun, or instead of your eye it might be the back of your head." She gave him a grin and ruffled his hair a bit and put the mirror away. "Now you can go and dazzle young girls with those pretty eyes."
